It is old, unclean, terrible place with shady stuff going on.

This was a great place to stay. Staff were great. Rooms clean and well appointed. Loved it!

I didn't use breakfast.. The receptionist guy was rude,when I came to check in,he said I have to pay fees,and he said it's $100 each room but he will charge me just for one,I told him I already paid everything,he said that doesn't count this is their fee for room..(never had that experience).. I went in first room,our sheets was dirty,blankets everything,he came and changed only sheets saying "that is stains on blankets"so he didn't change them.. My kids went to the pool just to check,after my husband went with them,he didn't see him so he start to yell that they cannot be without adult,and my husband said "I am here",so he start to argue with him saying "they was alone before 20min" where my husband said "did they was in pool?" Cuz trust me we watch our kids,and they was just walking around.. On summer we travel a lot,but this is the worst place I stayed.. Oh...when I booked the room on line they was supposed to be all together,I came there he give me two separate rooms away from each other,so me and husband needs to stay in each room with kids..

Grab and go breakfast was terrible, room was dated and tiny, coffee in the lobby was watery

Room was clean, nothing fancy. Breakfast was grab and go, basically a coffee and a bag with bottle of water and a Kirkland treat.

New beds were being put in but the old ones were all over the property. I appreciated the ease of checking-in and an “upgrade” of room although I might’ve preferred the one I booked. He was super friendly. The bed was comfy and place was mostly quiet. Parking was easy and safe. I didn’t try the breakfast to go.

The fact that they wouldn't allow me to cancel and I was going to be stuck with the payment because as soon as I got there I wanted to cancel so I checked in check it out and left

The property was well kept and the room was clean.

The "breakfast" was a joke. One if tge reasons I selected this property, was because of the advertised "breakfast included". First morning, we picked up the little brown bag. Chocolate mini muffins (small pack) chocolate granola bar, small rocket apple. I don't eat chocolate (especially at breakfast) the small apple had absolutely no taste. The second morning, got to the office a bit past 7 am......door was locked....no one answered the door bell. We (and another guest) were unable to pick up the breakfast bags.

I was put in a room right next to one that was being remodeled. There were also a handful of shady characters roaming around.

Nothing The staff was rude there was black mold growing in the bathroom the wifi didn't work do not stay here Wyndham needs to drop this hotel from their umbrella I choose Wyndham hotels more often than not because they have standards this hotel does not meet them

I paid for queen bed, received a full size and spring mattress. Checked out early and was sore. Room smelled funny also

Excellent hotel!

The bathroom needs a fan the moisture from the shower is starting to cause mold. The bathroom needs an overhaul and hair was stuck to the wall. The closest had plenty of space but no light.

They over charged and they did not have a good breakfast for what ib paid and taking forever to get my deposit back

There was a spot on the sheets from spilling some juice while the power was out in my room. I notified the front desk that the power was out and they said they would get it back on in the morning. They charged me $60 for new linen.

Booking.com let me book for someone else & then the property wouldn’t let them check in so I never got my money back.

The bathroom/ tub wasn't clean the fridge was dirty the freezer it had inbedid food on the frost of the freezer walls along with leaking water out of the freezer. The remote to the TV had tape holding it together and was sticky.The toilet ran all night. We saw a little bug on the bed so we checked for bed bugs which we didn't find thank goodness. We didn't know if the sheets were even clean they had a lot of stains. It was just dirty and gross. Thank goodness it was just one night and for the price 135.00 a night and breakfast was eating out of a paper bag with water down coffee just was not our cup of tea. They will be added to my do not stay list. I do wish l would have taken pictures but l didn't and l should have.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent location, near stores, restaurants, freeway, and the river walk. Breakfast - total false advertising! "Breakfast" consisted of a small lunch sack with a water bottle (!), a cheap no-name pastry not even as good as a twinkie, and a really poor quality apple - in Wenatchee! Apple capital of the world!! This is not breakfast. I don't mind the grab n go aspect, but give us juice and a decent pastry and real fruit, maybe some yogurt or a boiled egg. Or just skip advertising 'breakfast' entirely. Wenatchee has warehouses full of high-quality apples so I don't know where they got what they gave us.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice pool, staff was accommodating for ground floor room due to my inability to climb stairs due to my leg. No complaints

Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate he double checked and verified my credit card. The room smelled strongly of urine. The comforters were white and there was a stain in a couple of places. We arrived late at night as we were coming from a concert at the gorge. Only sister a few hours because we were so grossed out.

We have stayed here a few times before, but the property was really dirty and neglected this time. All the rooms were booked, very challenging to find a parking space. The front desk staff was nice. Our TV was broken and we had to wait for 40+ minutes for the front desk staff to fix it. The carpet was gross and stained. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, we ran to walmart and bought new pillows for the weekend. The breakfast is a bag that contains one red apple, one granola bar, a bottle of water and a snack pack of mini muffins. Not great.

This is a motel I was also very surprised that I checked in online, but it didn’t seem to help because the check-in process was still very slow so it almost seems like the ability to check online is worthless.

The room was nothing like the pictures or description. The sheets were dirty and the sjnk was broken to name a couple issues. The front desk agent was very rude

We stayed only for one night, arrived late and left early. We had a good night sleep in a comfortable bed, just what we needed.

The service is constantly improving, and the quality and friendliness of the staff is excellent.

The facility was in need of serious upgrades. The furnishings were tacky - the couch had no back cushions, the outlet for the hairdryer didn't work, the room was very dark. The proprietor was very nice and friendly but the facility was subpar. Location was good but would never stay there again

Suit was the size of a small normal roo. Hot tub in room didnt work. Walls were paper thin coffee maker didn't have a grounds basket. Blinds didnt fit the window

Location was ok, felt a little sketchy, as I personally wouldn’t spend no more than 1 night there. Room was ok too as I did appreciate the free upgrade!

Good clean room and comfortable bed.

Clean room, great location, affordable. Pool was nice and close walk to river park and restaurants. Good place to stay.

Pro: Rooms are roomy and clean. Con they require a $100 deposit that was not information on the expedia page when i paid in advance. It takes 10 days to get the refund back and was an Inconvenience, i would of booked a different hotel if i had known.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Weird was the bag breakfast. That is not what i expected. We had to stop and eat breakfast at a restaurant, which took extra time out of our itinerary.

The Travelodge Wenatchee was very old and in need of repairs. The rooms were dirty. The sheets were stained when we asked for an additional pillow we declined. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were overcharged for the poor value we received.

Good place to rest

Breakfast was a paperbag with prepackaged snacks and a water. While I appreciate the attempt to reduce waste, the "Breakfast" was pretty scarce. Being celiac I was able to eat the apple. While I am used to bringing food with me everywhere I travel - I dream of some gluten free oatmeal or something other than an apple. Gluten issues are not a choice

Just horrible

Our room was not clean. The coffee pot had a terrible smell and a gross film on it. The bedding had animal hair on it and the floors had obviously not bed cleaned. The entire property was outdated and dirty.

The manager was nice and worked very hard! The hotel pool was nice and location was close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room was old and needs a deep clean, the bedding had stains and everything just didn't feel too clean. The tv remote was held together was old tape. The stairs to the second floor was super rickety

The area was clean and quiet, lots of parking spaces. The 🛏 was very nice very comfortable. We'll definitely stay again next trip.

Not particularly people friendly, either. Woman at front desk clearly miserable and possibly the least helpful or compassionate person I have encountered. Many extra hidden fees added at check-in. Spend your money elsewhere.

Smoke detector alarmed while taking a shower at 6 AM, since the exhaust fan is next to the smoke detector.

If you like an older place where the doors aren't quite aligned well, the sink faucets don't do what they should, shower head that is maybe five feet high and not adjustable but you do get warm water in the end, curtains that don't block the outside light shining above the curtain rods, but you have a reasonably comfortable bed, no carpet, tv with small screen but works and has some good channels, an older microwave, and a small refrigerator that runs most of the night this is a good place. Don't count on getting the sack breakfast they offer. In my experience they lock the front door and then don't answer the door buzzer.

Not vey clean

Desk clerk was very grumpy. The shower was full of mold. There were wads of toilet paper stuck to the celing by the main door. Almost had to use it since the roll left in the bathroom was almost empty. Sink would barely drain. Good pressure in the shower. Roses were lovely

it smelled a little bit when we went in the room we weren't really comfortable there neither was are dog I wanted to try them out for a night and I will not book here again. when I was there at the front desk they told someone they don't allow cats or pets and I have a dog and they let me stay and there was many cats in the rooms that I saw from outside in windows.

When I got to this place manager came out and told me she locked herself out but she made a reservation at best Western across the street but I had to pay another room 132.00 and never got the room or refund so I'll spread the word not to use your service and it was 300 am she expected me to stay in my vehicle till 700 am when maybe another employee got there ya thanks for hell nite but illwaitnsee if you're honest or not n give back or give nite u owe me

The rooms walls and floors might as well be made of tissue paper. You can hear every conversation, every step above your head, the showers next door and above are so loud you can’t hear the TV. The room was not cleaned when I opened the door and had to go back to the office. The young lady was very polite and apologetic and gave me a room under the loudest, most obnoxious couple in the place!

Nothing at all like advertises. I don't know where they got those pictures of the rooms. The pool is outdoors, was empty, and looked like it hasn't been used in years. Sink was plugged, room bare, walls thin, and linen stained. Streetlights in front and back keep the room lit at night. Office was closed for breakfast.

We liked because it's nearby at the waterfront and what we don't when the time we checked out and no one's around in the reception.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Neighbors / customers were noisy and microwave didn't work properly. We got moved to a different room after the first room we were at had a faucet leak and the other room we were in had the broken microwave.

Easy parking. Easy check in and checkout. Room needs to be updated. Pressure in the shower is low and drain is slow. But still recommended for basic accommodation.

For the price, an excellent place!

The location was good, the room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable****, the TV worked good but there wasn't much worth watching even with 300 channels. There was cofee available in the room but I had challenge getting it plugged into a recepticle that worked. The shower was good ( new fixtures) and plenty of hot water even in our end room. There wsn't a stopper in the sink so the water ran while I shaved. The grab and go breakfast should have been advertised as such. I would have stayed elsewere for a good breakfast.

We love the room with the huge soaking tub and 2 beds. Fun place to stay for our family at such a good price- so close to Leavenworth. I advise guests to pre-check in. We didn't and our room wasn't ready when we got there

Spacious rooms with nice heater & tv. The light outlet was too high my charging brick accidentally fell out & came open. The ice machine was all out of ice, probably just bad timing. overall nice stay :)

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. As an Executive Elite member, I was kindly upgraded to a Spa King Suite, which was a fantastic addition to our trip. I had informed the hotel at the time of booking that it was my wife’s birthday, and the staff made sure to make it special. They prepared a birthday card signed by all the staff members, along with some goodies. The thoughtful gesture, complete with personal wishes, made my wife so happy—it was such a sweet touch! The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool or gym during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast options or adjust the coupon system, as the provided coupons were insufficient for one person. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! A big thank you to the hotel staff for their exceptional service and for making our stay truly memorable.

Place was clean, but Im pretty certain I heard rats scratching in the malls. The building is in need of repairs and upgrading. The plumbing was load, there was barely hot water. Never have I seen hot water run out at a hotel.

When getting to the room, the floor had puddles of water from leaking fridge. The sheets had hair and dirt on them when pulling them back. Sink, hair dryer and shower were all dirty as well.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pre-registration made check in fast and easy. Rooms were clean and well furnished for a budget motel. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good experience

During check in around 6pm the employee on site was nowhere to be found, after waiting 10 minutes I called out "hello" several times before they finally came into the lobby. No service bell or other way to get attention. I reserved a single queen bed room. The mattress was not a queen size it was a full and extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and thin. The hairdryer in the bathroom turned on but immediately smelt like it was burning and made a lot of noise. The microwave worked but the tray was missing 2 of 3 wheels so no longer turned. The hotel is very noisy at night from the street, think walls, and the heater making sudden beeping sounds. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else.

This property was not taking care of right the stairs to the second floor were run down and felt like you were going to fall through them. The pool was not weatherized.

Good deal for the price. Rooms were a bit dated, but wasn’t there for comfort. Just needed a good nights sleep and was able to get it there.

They were very accomadating

The bathroom window on the ground floor could not be locked. Some of the people hanging out in the parking lot felt unsafe; my daughter did not feel safe walking the dog. They allow pets, but there is no grass to walk your dog; it is all pavement. The bed is not comfortable and the blanket is very thin. Breakfast is a sack lunch with a water, apple, granola bar and muffin.

Parking is very small and tight. Shower drainage issues. Breakfast is simple grab&go instead of many food options.

You'd be better off sleeping under an overpass (it'd be quieter too)

I just love the couple who run this Hotel. They are both awesome. I swear they work 24 / 7 but they don't mind. The jacuzzi rooms are great except they are using a lavatory sink faucet to fill up a jacuzzi tub. How long do you think that takes. but overall this Hotel is a great experience.

Didn't feel safe.

Room was what youd expect. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service and the tv wasnt working but for the price the room worked great.
