I thought you should have waffles, or yogurts of different kinds strawberries, eat. Eggs were not good.

My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had everything I needed - a really comfy bed, great shower, work space, and lots of storage. The breakfast was decent - lots of choices and everything was fresh. The only thing I didn’t like - which was somewhat out of the hotel’s control - is that a large group (kids’ baseball team) was staying there over the weekend. It was incredibly noisy as they seemed to run everywhere at all hours of the day, and the sound carried between floors and rooms. The hotel staff did their best to impose quiet time after 9pm, but I think they could have done a better job to put this group in a block of rooms (rather than spread out all over the hotel), so it was less disruptive to other guests.

I would stay here again. The rooms were good and breakfast was good.

This was the first time me and my little family stayed at this place, very clean, staff was friendly and answered all of our questions, definitely staying here again in the future

The room was very spacious and set up very nicely. The couch and desk or separated from the beds. There was a water closet with toilet and sink and the bathroom had the tub/shower and a good size vanity. The closet was good sized. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun. The breakfast was pretty good. The rain shower in the pool could not be used after 9 PM however, so we did not get to experience the rain shower, darn it.

Even though I signed a waiver for my 12 year-old girls to adhere to quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM, the fourth floor above us had multiple children, screaming, and running around playing with some sort of ball and it sounded like a herd of elephants.

We will be back!

Having bathroom split in 2 ( toilet in 1 and shower in another) made things super easy to share, great idea! Good breakfast, nice welcoming lite dinner, and delicious cookies, well done 👍

I always check the beds when staying at hotels and the two queen mattress looked clean and had good mattress protectors on them. We stayed in a two queen with sofa sleeper; the bagged linens for the sofa sleeper were not clean, and the mattress in the sofa was dirty with crumbs. Also, worth noting, it was the least comfortable sofa sleeper I have rested on. Lastly, I was charged for the bottle of water left in our room, and we did not drink it. I called to dispute the charge and was told by the front desk representative the manager would be informed and I would be refunded, however that has not happened yet. So, overall, decent hotel, however I would not rate my stay very high.

The hotel was perfect for our needs - swimming for the kids and a place for the parents to hang out - And the cookies were a nice added treat!

The breakfast bar was great

We spent two nights here and had to move out of the first room due to water leaking all over and getting my clothes wet. The second room had to be the nosiest room I have ever been in. There was som mechanical booming that would go off every 47 seconds all night. I never did know what it was but our second room was above their pool area on the 2nd floor.

On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing from the battery/engine, went back inside to find one, and brought out another technician or mechanic who was also exceptionally kind and professional. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Please identify these two individuals who were on duty that morning and extend our heartfelt thanks to them. Employees like these make your hotel truly exceptional.

The room itself was adequate. The bathroom was a weird layout (split into two separate spaces) and the heat wasn't very good we had to set it at almost 80 to get any warm air to come out. The bigger issue was that even after hours when the lobby lights were all turned off, people were gathering in the lobby area, not far from our room. There were kids running up and down the hallway and stairs (which were also close to our room) and they were very loud well past 11pm. Any staff on-site should have intervened. They were friendly enough, but they were short staffed. I would not stay here again or recommend the property unless you also have kids that you want to let run unchecked throughout the property.

Very clean room, great layout with bathroom separate from toilet area, both with sinks. Very good breakfast included, plus amenities like the pool and exercise facilities were bright and well kept. Staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast selection was perfect. The oatmeal bar was my favorite. The fresh cookies at night, were a sweet bonus.

The front office staff is awesome, I forgot to ask her name, but she’s new and she’s very patient with our request and went out of her way to help us, she’s also knowledgeable about the area. We had a nice time and will definitely return!

We really loved staying here around Christmas, the lite bites in the lobby and the complimentary cookies and popcorn are such a sweet touch that my kids loved! The pool is so awesome we had a good time going there each night to relax. Great property!

There was never anybody at the counter when you came or called, there was no towels in the pool.The pool was dirty, so was the hot tub.There was barely any food for breakfast.The bread that was, there was stale, and there was no utensils. Definitely not going back will stay at the Red Lion next year

Amazing staff. We were here thanksgiving weekend and the place seemed at capacity. Every employee I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. The only issue with this hotel is the pillows are all flat.

We have stayed at SpringHill in Wenatchee, WA, several times while visiting family there. We are most appreciative of the warmth and friendliness of the staff as well as the amenities offered there, especially the pool and good breakfasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well-designed.

There was no room service/housekeeping. We were given the room on the road side and it was very loud and noisy at night. My old mom cannot sleep. Bad experience.

Management don’t have common sense of customer service. I understand why the hotel is understaff.

The hotel is pretty dirty. The couch in the room was stained to heck and sagging, the shower had pubic hair in it, the mirrors were scratched, the carpets old and stained and sticky. The rest of the furniture was chipped and old. The hotel is overpriced and again, dirty. The pool creeping staff member weirded me out. I don’t plan on staying here again.

The staff was absolutely welcoming. The hotel property was well kept and safe feeling. The pool hours are nice especially with an adult only hours.

They messed up our reservation for a family birthday vacation. Provided us with a wrong room with not enough beds and stuff said that there'll nothing that they can do on their end. Ruined our trip.

This has been my go-to hotel for some time when I'm in Wenatchee for events. I like the layout of the rooms and appreciate their comfort.

2) Upon arrival, saw several people standing around waiting. The two people (one I confirmed later was a manager) working declined to greet us or let us know what was happening. Apparently their system was down and they couldn't check anyone in. I found this out by asking the other people standing around. Despite my attempts to make eye contact with the two employees, I was completely ignored for at least 20 minutes. When we finally were addressed and checked into our room, there was no apology for the wait or lack of greeting. 3) One of the beds had this bright yellow stain on both the fitted and flat sheet. Surely housekeeping noticed this when they made the bed? We didn't see it until we pulled the comforter down and then the first thing we did was smell it. It was a dry stain - so had been washed and then put on the bed like this! We asked about it at the front desk to make sure they knew it was already there. The woman said she'd be happy to "take care" of us but sadly could not because we weren't Marriott members! I'm sorry, what? 4) Last straw was leaving. I was on a work call right until our check out time and the WIFI TURNED OFF at noon

Check in was very pleasant, especially with the surprise welcome gift. The room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Lobby was nice; breakfast and evening reception decent. Gym could have been in better condition (machines need some work -- some disrepair, random noises they make, etc). Hot tub jets were not working even though we turned the timer, and the pool area could use more seating. Pool signs also conflicting -- one sign says 16 max in the pool, another 21 (even though it can easily fit more than that, and who's there to check anyway?); hot tub says only 10 -- double or maybe triple that could fit, it's so big. But overall I would definitely stay here again. The many pros outweighed the few minor cons.

Due to a family emergency I didn’t check in. I believe had I booked directly with the hotel instead of Expedia I might have been shown some grace and not had to forfeit my entire fee. However, Expedia gave me no avenue to even request a refund. Lesson learned. Next time I will book directly with the hotel.

The hotel is fine, clean, breakfast included, pool and jacuzzi, etc. But I am not sure how safe the area is around there. My truck was broken into and my stuff got stole the night we arrived. We didn’t realize till morning that pretty much everything got stolen.

The property was clean and well-maintained, but parking was somewhat limited. When the hotel is at near capacity you may have to park in overflow parking next door at a car wash.

I’ve stayed here many times and I’m not sure what is happening but both mirrors in my room are broken/missing and the hot tub was too hot plus the jets did not work.

Fast, friendly check in with notice of room being ready. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room. The Manager's dinners and cookies are a great extra.and the breakfast was good.

We were traveling with big group of friends this time and were looking to stay somewhere in Leavenworth, but everything was either booked or too expensive, so we chose Wenatchee as the nearest town and it was great decision. Thanks to other people who leave reviews, we chose SpringHill Suites for our stay and we loved it. Staff members were friendly, room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast included. Hallway had enough space for us to sit and spend time together. It was good experience.

Great front desk. Very friendly and attentive to my family's needs. They had the crib set up prior to our arrival. Other hotels had to be reminded after we checked in that a crib was requested. The front desk also came up to personally deliver our tv remote which was missing, and a toilet plunger. Great room set up. I would stay here again.

Property was clean, service was good. It was convenient location on a very busy street. The level of chlorine in the pool/hot tub was insane. Our eyes were burning just being in the room so we weren't able to use the pool area. We had a studio King which was nice. At first I thought the bathroom layout was nice but then realize that the toilet room has a thin sliding glass door and the door is basically on the wall. Zero privacy. Not ideal. We also could not get the room warmed up. We had it at 75 and was cold all night (set our heat at 55 to sleep at home). That might have been our room because it was on the end and the hallway was about 60 degrees? Love the cookies at night! The breakfast was great, they had a lot of choices, just get there before 8 if you want a seat.

The cons, when booking it says 24/7 front desk. I get no one will sit up there 24/7 but I went downstairs to buy some snacks and had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to check me out and had to stand in the middle to make eye contact with someone who was sitting in the back room. Should I just walk off with the drinks next time…? #2, it stated dinner would be available, we called the day before and were told it’d be available. Come the day of and are told dinner isn’t available?? #3 short on towels, I understand short on staff but then maybe stop booking it to FULL CAPACITY when you’re limited on staff?

Only issue was the chlorine was way too much in the pool

This was our first trip/stay and it was very nice. Everyone was Pleasant and helpful. The only issues we had that really are not at fault of the hotel was the chlorine was overkill for the pool to where several in our party (we had 4 rooms reserved) could not partake all weekend. You could smell it out by the elevators and it was burning our eyes horribly. The only other issue was the chaos trying to get breakfast. I get it, it was their busiest time of year but they ran out main items, like sausage.. so it would be helpful to have someone managing the area so people aren’t taking advantage and or making sure they are providing enough for their guests who have paid for said complimentary breakfast. Hands were everywhere, including children who were not being supervised AT ALL. Our room was great and there was everything you needed within walking distance.

I’d recommend calling the hotel to verify room availability prior to reserving. I made a reservation based on the Expedia App description and it was incorrect. It took a bit to get it cleared up.

I absolutely enjoyed our stayed at the hotel, (5 adults,2 children) we had enough sleeping space 2 queen and a sleeper couch, we also enjoyed the breakfast and late check out would totally recommend and book again

This was a wonderful hotel! Our room was spacious and the layout was very convenient. Everything we needed we had in the room (towels, hair dryer, coffee/tea machine, fridge, tidy room). The breakfast that was included was delicious with lots of options for us and our son. The pool and hot tub also looked very nice. Really enjoyed our stay!
