Motel 6 Wenatchee, WA

The big bed and the cleanliness. I didn't like the microwave, and didn't like the thought of no coffee pot in the room.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating when I needed to add an extra day to our stay. Room was clean and suited our needs for our trip.

We were really frustrated by the mice in the room. They were scurrying around during the night and we were unable to sleep. I found some mouse droppings near the door as well. We left the property at 5 am since we were so grossed out. I let the staff know and he seemed to dismiss my concern. Pretty scarred from the situation and will never come back.

Was very clean, staff was excellent, basic comforts at an excellent price— hot water (once I figured out the faucet!) — was completely booked due to Gorge concert and staff handled it very well- highly recommend! No complaints

Most of things were ok per price point compare to others, staff was good and polite but room was smelling not fresh upon enter as no ventilation on ground floor units and may be bed had some kind of bugs or something l, had some marks on hand , leg of some bug bite on morning.

The room did not smell good, and the sink and floor did not look properly cleaned. In the middle of the night, a drugged person knocked on the door looking for something. There was noise all night long. We were not able to rest.

Decently, quiet for being in between two busy roads and staff was really nice App, the bed was a little hard for me, but that's about it.

Rooms were nice and clean! Mgmt. very helpful, outgoing, & friendly! Staff put in clean towels and made the bed, and I was only staying 2 nights.

One of the queen beds was compressed on one side so I needed to sleep in the middle so as not to slide out of bed. The bathroom needed a fan. The mopboards and floors were not clean.

However, if you are traveling for business as I was and need to use your laptop for work, I hope you have unlimited hotspot on your phone. For the entire 3-days I was there the Wi-Fi was useless. The signal was so weak that I wasn't able to use it at all. I've stayed at places (even other Motel 6 locations) where the signal was weak but at least still usable at a slower pace, but not here.

Reasonable price. We are couple visitors during peak season for Leavenworth Christmas festival. So, good deal!

Only give us one hand towel. I would say that this hotel fails as being hospitable. Customer service failure. Didn’t honor on line price. Difficult, disgusting, and disappointed.

Cost wise totally great. But the pictures look better than what it is. A big gripe I had is that for some reason our room was full of fruit flies. The room smelled like cleaner. The people that worked there stared at us more than I’m used to, if that makes sense. Had a weird vibe. Outside of that, it was tidy and inexpensive.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a leaky toilet and broken drain under the sink. Didnt charge a pet deposit. Walls and doors needed a scrubbing. No breakfast, just coffee. Pool filter needed cleaning and a little tlc but the water was blue and refreshing. Comfortable beds.

Good location and price, but there was water damage to the bathroom and sink floors causing knats to be in the room. Look elsewhere.

The toilet leaked on the floor, the sink had a broken pipe under it so water went everywhere when i used it. The plug in the bathtub wouldn’t stay unplugged so i had to hold it to drain the water after taking a shower or bath. Water didn't get very hot. They didn’t charge a pet fee so that was nice. Staff was friendly. The parking lot was kept clean and garbages emptied daily. The room was “clean” but there was spider webs in the corners and the walls needed to be wiped down. The pool had blue water but the filters needed to be cleaned so i had to skim with the net before swimming. The tv picture was fuzzy. The air conditioner kept the room comfortable. Only coffee served in the morning, no breakfast. Close to restaurants and riverfront park.

Not a place for seniors and I'll leave it at that anyway I well never stay at a motel 6 again and pay more money at another motel, again bad experience and trying to go to sleep tonight and then get the hell out of here and not sorry for my comment 😐

The price reflects what you get. The room was clean but upgrades could be made. TV was old, you could see light under the doors. Coverall good for a cheap stay.

The staff at check in was polite and sweet, however, when we arrived at 2:17, we were told that our room will not be ready at 3pm, because the housekeeper had 3 more rooms to clean before ours. She did generate a key and wifi password which was very appreciated and told us to come around 3:30pm. The bathroom had no hot water. The sink had some lukewarm water. Room 225 We only stayed for 1 night and it was super hot during the day in Wenatchee, so the lack of hot water wasn't necessarily a problem for just a single night. I wanted to let the stuff know, but there was no one at the front desk, at 11am when I left the key in the box. All in all, Motel 6 provides a good accomodation at a reasonable price, so I will continue to come back. Some things can really be improved, but I understand that for $109/1 night, 2 people & 2 pets, you can't make too many demands.

It was a nice stay. The pillows were uncomfortable to us and we finally figured out the ac to get it warmer. They were not in control of thisbut whoever was above us

Room was fully upgraded and clean. It comes with a small fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. It was a basic room but no complain for this price range. Staff was also friendly. Will consider staying here again.

Even for Motel 6 which I would expect to be sparse and basic, this place was dingy, not well cleaned, and gave an overall “ick” impression. Floors had clearly not been mopped. The front desk staff were rude and gave conflicting answers to basic questions. No shampoo in room. Had to ask at front desk and begrudgingly got a small packet with about a teaspoon of product in in. Front desk furniture and amenities were dirty and worn out. Overall, I was very glad to check out.

I booked and paid for two rooms at Motel 6 through Expedia, and it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. When I arrived, I spent over 3 hours in the lobby being told repeatedly that I had no reservation. The staff was rude, yelling at me instead of helping, and even tried to charge me twice for the same rooms I had already paid for through Expedia. At one point, they threatened to turn me away completely, leaving me stranded despite having confirmation and proof of payment. This was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I will never stay at this Motel 6 again and am extremely disappointed that Expedia would list a property that treats paying customers this way. Avoid at all costs!

The property wasnt very well-maintained. The sink was clogged. The restroom wasnt very clean (still had some leftover hair). The tap only had warm water, no cold water. Thankfully we only stayed overnight.

This is a Motel that fits the bill when you hear the saying, You get what you pay for. If you can get the room cheap enough and only want it for a cheap layover room this is for you. They couldn't get my WIFI to work in my room the 3 days I was there and did nothing to help other than tell me the rest of the WIFI was working. My two devices both would not log onto their Network in my room. Everywhere else they seemed to work fine. The fact that both of my devices would not log on in the room should have told them there was something wrong with the room. They didn't even offer to let me switch rooms. The TV channel selection was something from the 1980s. Horrible. Even the channel scroller was in black and white. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone! I will say the room itself was clean and the Housekeeping Staff were good. The Queen bed was awful. As long as you slept in the middle of the mattress you were fine, otherwise you would have rolled off either side onto the floor. The refridgerator was one of those small dorm room styles that was about a 2'x2' square that you had to bend over to use since it was on the floor. I have no intention of every going back there again. I would rather pay more somewhere else that has some actual amenities. I am normally a pretty positive person but when people want to deflect from taking responsibility and pretty much insinuate that it is your fault then I need to speak out.

The hotel was great the check-in service was great. Just the bed was hard as a rock and pillows were not much better.

The beds are very hard the pillows are flat and old. My mini fridge froze everything in it even on the warmest settting.The answer we got about the fridge was I'll let managment know,and the second time we talked to them it was the manager who said "this is the first I've heard about it" The noise from outside was loud both from the front door and the large window in the room. The shower did not spray it more poured out of the head.

The room was neat but not clean. The bottom of my feet turned black from walking barefoot on the floor. There was cat air on the table and couch. I am mildly allergic to cats but I woke up with swollen eyes, a scratchy throat and a runny nose. This is how i react when I spend a few hours in a house with cats. The microwave did not work but the staff replaced it with another one that took 5 minutes to heat a cup of water for tea.

The room was clean and neat. The service was very good. Courteous, friendly. If you want a clean, abeit older, place to stay for a very reasonable price, this is it.

Decent but we overpaid. Long weekend rush and the nearby city we wanted to visit was sold out. This stay wasn’t too bad. Some loud neighbors but it wasn’t the property’s fault. As a bonus there’s nearby level 2 charging for free at the hospital. I was able to charge overnight and walk to and from the property.

Hotel was exactly what we paid for. Only downside was the mattress was about as hard as a rock. Aside from that, was a very nice stay and allowed us to have our dog.

Check in went well easy enough. Got to the room there was fresh urine circled around all over the toilet. There was food all over the floor. An old plate of Chinese food in the microwave. Truly disgusting had nowhere else to go almost slept in the car so dirty

The room was fine. The TV wasn’t plugged in the wall and there’s a big mount, so I wasn’t able to use that. Other than that, it was fine.

For a motel 6, this was perfectly acceptable to our last minute stay needs. We found the bar/grill across the street to be a good time. Room was clean and quiet.

The bed part of the room was good. The bathroom was shabby. It needs to be remodeled. Black grout, wall that are crumbling.
