Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee by IHG

The room was perfect - King bed plus sofa. The amenities were over the top: free breakfast, free afternoon snacks (popcorn), free cookies in the evening, and a manager's reception (spagetti, taco night, chili night) M-W evening! The hot tub was hot and the pool was heated. And the free breakfast was better than most: prepared omlettes, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, chocolate milk, lowfat milk, cereal, spicy potatoes, bacon/sausage, pancakes, juices, great coffee. I don't think most breakfasts would compare. I will definitely stay here if I come back to Wenatchee, WA.

This place needs maintenance: We heard every step in the room above us. We couldn’t use the rollaway bed because it was extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was noisy like a truck. In addition, we experienced a hostile treatment from the front desk and will never come back again. Stay away!

Wash the carpet smell a little bad

My five stars is for helper in Bfast area, I believe her name is Christina. My one star is for pool area, the sides are so rough that my little one got bruises on her body.

Room was laid out to maximize the space, was roomy. Good storage and working area. Breakfast and the hospitality are awesome. This is our second year staying and will be back for a third. Hot tub is hot and the pool relaxing. The staff is amazing very helpful.

Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. The rooms were spotless upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained that high standard throughout the visit. The linens felt fresh, and the bathroom was meticulously kept, which made the living space feel very comfortable.

Traffic in and out to Wenatchee Avenue

Room was clean. Very little noise. The a/c was very cool.

The breakfast was very good with a good variety of items.

We brought our pup, and he was warmly welcomed too.

We both wear c-paps, working electrical plugs are necessary, we should not be forced to move furniture and unplug clocks etc.. to be able to plug them in. The receptacles on the lamps did not work. Also, when making reservation it should say that the pool is not available, not wait until the customer has made the reservation and show up and then find out. Other than that the room and hotel were great.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed and pull out couch. The refrigerator and the microwave were tidy and in perfect shape and the TV was very large. breakfast had lots of different choices and was very good.

This was a very family friendly holiday inn express. The indoor pool, games in the lobby, cookies, free breakfast were all hits with my kids. The rooms were good enough for the price and it was also dog friendly, so we were excited to bring our small shiba inu. The drive to leavenworth is short and convenient, so overall this was a very great value hotel for a short family getaway.

The customer service was amazing. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The facility was so clean and inviting. This has nothing to do with the property but maybe a suggestion. A large family was in the pool area with a huge speaker and music playing loudly. It became so loud at one point I had to plug my ears.

One minor issue that wasn’t as enjoyable was the noise level, we could clearly hear doors closing and people talking in the hallways, which made it difficult to relax.

Comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, friendly, helpful staff, fun holiday decorations, and plenty of snacks made this a nice place to stay. The breakfast wasn't that good (overcooked and not many options), but eh...it was included so we ate it anyway.

Our room, 317 had a view of the dumpsters. That can't be helped, of course, but keeping the dumpsters straightened and the area around them free of trash on the ground can be helped. The area around this hotel is especially noisy at night. Lots of street traffic. The room, itself, is noisy due to the mini-fridge making a racket. In the early morning hours (5:00 a.m.) the shower noise from other rooms is very loud.

We had a wonderful night of sleep because Monica accommodated our request for a top floor room away from vending machines, elevator and other guests. We truly appreciate her help because we had stayed in a Holiday Inn Express two nights prior and it was so noisy that we didn’t enough sleep. Thank you Monica!!!

When we checked in in the evening, we were reminded that they offer dinner, included in the room rate. What a surprise. When we checked out, we were offered banana and apples to bring with us. They are really nice folks.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hospitality, cleaning, and breakfast staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool was clean and the daily breakfast was amazing, plenty of options. They also have this cool pancake maker that I had never seen before. It was clean when we arrived at the room and there was a cute note from the housekeeping staff :) The lady in the front who checked us in was super nice and spoke to us in our preferred language (Spanish) and explained everything so well.

Well when we were trying to use the pool kids were all over the place when the kids arent supposed to be in there after 9pm. There wasnt supposed to be any diving in the pool or hot tub but the parents of the kids were too busy on their phones to take care of the kids. So they were diving and cannon balling in a 3ft pool and hot tub hard to relax when there are 12 kids in a tiny pool and hot tub. Not only that you had all the kids running up and down hallways and jumping in the rooms above us still ZERO parent control

We loved the little touches, like the well-stocked coffee station, soft towels, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The modern décor felt fresh and inviting, and the large windows brought in plenty of natural light. The hotel amenities were a big highlight for us. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety of hot and cold items—everything from eggs, bacon, and pancakes to fresh fruit and yogurt. The breakfast area was clean, well-maintained, and constantly stocked by attentive staff. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient. It’s close to restaurants, shops, and some great local attractions, but still quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Parking was plentiful and free, which we appreciated. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Wenatchee was flawless. And we will be returning.

Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean. Wish there wasn’t so many pillows, I do like the option of firm or soft but still way to many pillows. Breakfast here is the best out of all the hotel companies. Always hot, fresh and the people who keep everything stocked and cleaned are great.

Holiday Inn Express is my go to place to stay when traveling. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great quality. Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee is no exception. We were greeted with a smile, check in was a breeze and our room was exactly what we wanted. Very nice hotel. Breakfast had more items than most hotels with a similar continental breakfast. Only problem was that the beds are so high, my elderly mother couldn't get into the bed and slept on the sofa. Not built for short people.

Several small things that I appreciated. Our room had a keurig. Our bathroom had a nightlight. I could change the temperature in my room. Fresh cookies in the evening. Breakfast was always plentiful and tasty. Minus .25 stars because they only had 1 elevator and it was super slow and the parking lot was cramped.

Absolutely horrible stay. Would have been nice if we were told there were 2 kids hockey teams staying at hotel with pretty much no supervision. Pool and spa loaded with kids all day long. Need to make changes and have adult only times. Didn’t get hardly any sleep at all. My vacation was ruined

The room was nice, clean, comfortable and pretty good size. Sheets and towels were clean which is always a plus. Pillows are not the greatest, no need for 20 small pillows of different hardness, just go back to the old days and put 2 on a bed!!! Besides that, I will make sure I stay here anytime I’m in town

The hostess was super sweet. They offer so many amenities and have hot cocoa and coffee all day. Taking our pets with us was convenient, thank you for the wonderful hospitality

I appreciated having the pet area be fenced so I could let my dogs loose to do their thing. The warm cookies in the evenings was a nice touch. Our room had a water issue on xmas day and maintenance was there almost immediately to address it. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

The staff works as a team. I have to give kudos to the management and staff of this hotel as I see them work as a team esp. during breakfast where everyone is either refilling the food, coffee, or keeping the trash bins clean. Frontdesk staff has been very helpful and is always someone attentive for any customer that needs assistance. Overall, I will definitely go back to this place.

The breakfast Saturday the 14th was not cooked properly. The sausage was still raw in the center and the potatoes were still frozen and hard. Uneditable. My daughter felt very ill later on in the day after eating the sausage.

This small but meaningful act of kindness really made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this place for families. The hotel is pet friendly which is nice. the downside is if you are asthmatic it flares up your asthma attack so bad. Maybe a good vacuuming post occupancy of pets and filter changing. Otherwise the hotel is perfect to our needs.

We really love our stay, the breakfast was great...they served hot breakfast, hot tub was great and swimming pool. Parking was easy. It was a quiet stay and i like how they had the hot coco and dog treats and cookies available for guests and their fur pups. This is a must stay hotel. We will continue to stay here in the near future. Thank you! :)
