Reviews
The hotel is praised for its riverside view, cleanliness, and friendly staff. It is also appreciated for its proximity to the public market and various dining options. However, there are several complaints about noise, thin walls, and poor breakfast quality. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the service, particularly in handling complaints and requests.

Beautiful property, very clean

The gym was nice with clean modern equipment (2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and 2 bikes, large dumbell set, kettle bells). The pool was quite small, maybe 10×10 and chest depth, and the hot tub was very relaxing and hot. The area was clean and supplied with towels. The lobby had hot coffee/tea/cocoa each day which we appreciated. There was a breakfast, however we did not get it as it was additional $16 per person. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

$400 for one room and when we went to get breakfast we were told we had to pay for it. Also, one of the morning front counter gals was snippy not just to me but another guest. We were placed in a room that had a very loud hum off and on thru the night making out stay very restless!

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful. I asked for an extra blanket because I get cold in the air conditioning, and they gave me a clean blanket right away. Also, our air conditioner made a loud clanky noise. Once we told the front desk the maintenance crew came to fix it immediately. The breakfast bar is meh. Nothing terrible, but nothing special. We paid in advance to have "free" breakfast that was the same each of the three days..."Scrambled eggs" sausage and roasted potatoes in three different containers. There was oatmeal, danish, bread for toast, yogurt and fruit. Basic stuff, just nothing special. I still rate this high because the staff were exceptional and the orderly state of the hotel in general was very welcoming.

I never regret staying in this hotel. Safe, super clean, kind staff, tasty food. Thank you to all who work there!

Overpriced. Parking fees; no breakfast, nothing to write home about. Can find other hotels for less that are just as good.
- 5/5
We had a river view- highly recommend! The location is great for getting to downtown and it is right next to the public market where there’s always something to do.

Location, location, location - the adjacent River Trail access and scenic views are wonderful!

Negatives: Fridge size is a joke! Barely qualifies as a fridge. I've stayed in 50 hotels last few yrs and these were by far the smallest (by a wide margin). Get real. Pillows were huge around and uncomfortable. My neck still hurts 3 days later. Undisclosed renovations meant every egress near our room was closed off. Upgrades happen but keeping them a secret is BS. Sure would B nice to eat breakfast there. They jack up the prices for baseball tournaments but keep the weekend food hours the same. Every team plays at 8 am and has to B at the field at 7. They should adjust to meet the needs of the guests. This is petty, but suprised no access from side of parking lot to next door shopping and restaurants. The lack of integration noticeable. Many hotels have steps and pathways to adjacent popular properties. I watched dozens of peeps climb over the short retaining wall in my very short time there (or walk the long way around). No ice machine on main floor.. Paying $10/nite for parking? Common. For $500/nt in Wenatchee, U gotta do better.
- 3/5
Should offer a reduced rate for not being able to have the view we paid for. All scaffolding and a crane outside our window.
- 4/5
We are, however, really disappointed that they now charge $10 to park vehicle. That will stop us from having breakfast or drinks at the hotel.
- 5/5
Very accommodating to our needs with having a pet. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Location is very walkable. Would stay here again.

Th toilet didn’t flush very well. I had to get garbage bags from the front desk we had none in our room. There was also a noise at night that woke me up and continued for a few hours. Possibly a smoke alarm that needed changing.

I would not stay here again only because the parking fee is hidden in optional catagory. Spending over six hundred dollars for a weekend and then find out my vehicle is not included when I get there says "Greed". The parking fee should have been part of the overall cost. Next time I will stay at the Marriott. Of course I will specifically ask if the parking is included. I think you will lose alot of business because I can more than afford it but that's not the reason. Greed make me not want any part of your establishment regardless of how nice it is. It's just a bad stain on the Hilton Brand.

Thank you!

Next door guest snored all night loudly and his phone was on vibrate which vibrated several times during the night. Room arrangements must be headboard to headboard which I'm sure made the snoring and phone vibrating sound louder in our room. Walls are thin.
- 3/5
Room was good, Staff were also fine. Here is the frustration. They charge for parking $10 day in addition to the room rate. They also charge for internet unless you are an honors member. That is also limited to 7 days unless you pay. Oh.. The ghetto breakfast that all hotels have.. yep they charge for that also. For being one of the most expensive places in town.. you would think they might throw something in that ALL other hotels I have ever stayed at do. Will not stay here again for that reason.
- 5/5
The location is exceptional, amenities at the hotel and nearby made our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast in the morning was not great.
- 5/5
Clean and the staff were awesome.
- 5/5
The room is pretty clean, and the front desk is hospitable and helpful. The property has easy access to the waterfront park and the public market which is just what we need. The buffet breakfast doesn't have that many selections of food, other than that, no complaint.
- 5/5
What a nice hotel! Very clean lobby and rooms. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location on the river was a plus.
- 4/5
Property was brand new and rooms were light and extremely clean. The lobby had a wonderful snack area and was spacious and warm. The receptionist welcomed us upon arrival and we’re extremely helpful. No available restaurants.

The staff was nice. House keeping did knock on our door 10mins before checkout. I understand, they want to get stuff done so they can go home, but at least let us stay the full time. Especially when I can check out on my phone, and just leave as soon as Im ready
- 5/5
Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff!
- 4/5
The room and the property were clean and the staff helpful. Always an enjoyable stay. What we didn't like was the charge for parking, which was not a part of the fees at the time of booking and was an added fee that started the week prior to our stay. There is no need to add on a parking fee for this hotel, and it's an unnecessary way to get more money out of guests. For that, I deducted one star.
- 3/5
Nice grounds and exellant staff. Room was underwhelming with a tiny fridge and no freezer. No sofa and only one chair. The pets are welcome with a fee to be expected. Snuck in a parking fee on top of the room rate. We expected more from our stay.
- 1/5
Before arriving, we called to check if the pool and jacuzzi were open, and they assured us we could come back, of course they were In fact, it turned out everything was closed, ruining our vacation, and they just said, "Oh, sorry."
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and pleasant. Atmosphere is great here. High quality materials everywhere
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff were all very friendly. Rooms are spacious and in a great location.

- 2/5
Great breakfast. Fantastic staff all around. Especially the young lady doing breakfast.
- 3/5
Noisy room by the elevator so that was lame. No glass cups-just two cheap paper cups in room. Unremarkable and ok.
- 3/5
The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were great. I was shocked that you have to PAY a daily fee to park there, and you have to pay for breakfast.
- 1/5
We had confirmed reservations secured with our credit card. We recieved a call the day of saying they overbooked and don't have a room for us. We were traveling and this was completely unacceptable and made our travels stressfull. We will never book again.
- 5/5
Such a relaxing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! A great place to feel comfortable and rested. Will certainly stay again!
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location and looks onto a beautiful lawn and the Columbia River. It is walking distance to the Public Market.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and very clean rooms
- 4/5
The dislikes.... shower head has no real pressure and the hot water not that hot. The beds are hard and lumpy. The $18 dollars for 2 bottles of water is ridiculous. I understand a upxcharge... but come on. I thought my booking said I was overlooking the river. I was overlooking the parking lot. Other than the couple of minor issues, we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay again.
- 4/5
Staff were all friendly, only issue i had was the shower dripped and was very loud. Bothered my sleep a little
- 5/5
The staff were great. Beautiful views and hotel.
- 3/5
Found bug in the room. Other than that, all good
- 5/5
Located in the apple capitol of the world. Beautiful scenery all around. We loved the farmers market that was in walking distance of the hotel.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
We stayed for two nights - first night was problematic due to a very noisy AC system - couldn't sleep hardly at all. It sounded like a helicopter was hovering in the room even when it was on low. Our only alternative was to turn it off which meant it was too hot to sleep. When it was brought to the attention of management the next morning, they offered to send maintenance up. Maintenance was able to fix it and night two was fine. $10/night for parking in Wenatchee feels expensive and out of place.
- 5/5
Was surprised how decent this hotel was! Loved the area next door for the Saturday market too. Was overall please with Wenatchee.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Check-in through the app was very easy. We got into town late had no problems, we’d already checked in. Room was nice and clean. Restaurant was nice we eat breakfast and dinner there. Had dinner on the patio and was served outside on the patio it was very nice. Beautiful view.
- 2/5
Disappointed with the spa and pool. We tried to use it at 9pm and both were full of kids. Also, being charged for breakfast seems non-competitive with other places I could have stayed in the same area.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, great patio to sit on and have drinks and relax
- 5/5
Safe. Clean. Quite. Kind staff.
- 5/5
Very pleased with room and cleanliness of hotel. All staff were incredibly polite.

- 5/5
It’s quite and there’s a nice trail to enjoy a nice stroll.
- 4/5
Location by the river is nice
- 5/5
I was not planning a stop and it was a Saturday night. I was fortunate to have found this location on line and book a room. There was a restaurant with some very simple dinner ideas which was perfect as I was pretty tired. Very nice place to stay.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel. No included breakfast (prices to order breakfast were pretty expensive.) Gym area looked good, but then we discovered the one Peloton bike was broken - with the broken seat adjuster piece just lying on the floor. Also, it would have been very helpful to have an electric car charger on the property.
- 3/5
Adjacent to Pybus Market and the walking trail along the river is a big plus. We had pre-paid for a king river view, which is a room we reserve every time we've stayed there. Unfortunately they gave our room to someone else. They did try to call us an hour before we arrived, but we missed the call. Should not have mattered. We had paid for it. They were nice, admitting someone at the desk made a mistake. Got another room, 2 queens, lesser view. Would not have stayed there knowing this would happen.
- 5/5
Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Perfect location in Wenatchee next to the river and Pybus market, which has several dining options. The river view rooms don't have a balcony, which is a shame because it's such a lovely view. The hotel is clean and modern.
- 5/5
The property was located on a beautiful riverfront with easy access to the towns marketplace. It was easy to get to the hotel and it was off of the main street. it was a comfortable stay.
- 4/5
walkable, close park and dining options, next to Pybus Public Market
- 5/5
The Hotel is close to the Pynus market and has a walking/biking path along the river, right in back.
- 4/5
The property was right by the river with the Market next door. Lovely area.
- 5/5
A+ service
- 5/5
Restaurants right next door, very convenient. Old time ice cream shop in walking distance Walking/Running path on river, right out back of hotel
- 5/5
I love this hotel, nice location, quiet place.
- 2/5
The thing I was thoroughly unimoressed with was the staff!! Check in was very awkward, as the gal that checked me in tried to charge me for breakfast when she knew I had prepaid, and didn't even acknowledge her mistake, and even tried to act like they dont do buffet breakfasts for guests! Then at check out, as I was handed my receipt, I asked the gal if I could fill my cup with ice bwfore hittjng the road, and she said no because of security reasons. I asked another woman as she was coming out of the kitchen and she was more than happy to help me. It was just a very weird, unwelcoming energy. I orefer Marriotts.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms. Great location near river walk. Comfortable stay. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Wenatchee.
- 5/5
Very nice property and a great stay for us to have!
- 5/5
Great Wenatchee location.

Hotel is right next to the river and has a beautiful walking path. It is also right next to a public market. Very clean stay, quiet and enjoyable.
- 5/5
We really enjoy staying at this hotel.
- 4/5
It was good
- 1/5
Reserved and Paid for a room with 2 queen beds and river view. Its our sons birthday as well, came at 10pm to check in and was told they overbooked and our reservation is not available and that we have to find a different hotel. We have 3 kids and all hotels are booked out so imagine reserving something and its been given away and the excuse was it was new employees that are at fault. After 30min they managed to give us some basic room with a cars bumper in the window and no river view and no regard that we paid extra for a room with a view. Where is my refund for that? And the fact that being told in the first place that my family with 3 kids should find a diferent hotel at 10pm when everything is booked solid is shocking.
- 3/5
The breakfast is not good 🤔 the price
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly, a wonderful facility and location. Great for our pet.
- 5/5
Location is great
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great customer service. Greeted with a smile. Great food. Love the beautiful view from my window. Room clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great service and love the location of the hotel, which was next to the water. The hotel was extremely clean and friendly and helpful staff. I just wish the beds had more of a pillowtop mattress, just my preference.
- 5/5
Appreciate Jessica at the front desk, good suggestions, mase us feel welcome.
- 2/5
The rooms are not sound proof. I heard so much from the rooms next door and above me. Woke up at 2am to the couple in the room next door talking. Was very annoying.
- 5/5
Good location and comfortable with helpful staff
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Everybody was great, great amenities, my room wasn’t cleaned during the day but admittedly maybe I was supposed to request that it might be some sort of stupid green thing like we have all over the rest of Washington.
- 5/5
Really happy with this hotel overall! Water pressure wasn’t great in the showers but otherwise it was great.
- 5/5
The property was clean and well-cared for. The room was nice and comfortable for a weekend stay in Wenatchee with train/bus depots nearby. The waterfront park and local coffee shop outside the hotel were highlights based on proximity/location.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Even though I was checking out, I asked if I can stay parked in the parking lot so we can walk to the apple blossom festival, and they let us. Definitely will stay there again.
- 5/5
We loved the whole experience.
- 5/5
Loved the riverwalk, Lil Red coffee every morning & the market nearby so convenient. Loved the friendly staff. Wonderful experience!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were nice.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent property
- 4/5
It was nice having the convenience of the hotel restaurant. I do wish they had more staff managing the restaurant and breakfast. The staff were definitely being overworked. Even with that they were very kind and responsive.
- 3/5
The plug was protected behind the bed wall and we couldn’t unplug it. It took a while to figure out how to turn the alarm off. This was extremely annoying and frustrating. I’ll have to reconsider whether I want to stay with Garden inn again King Holmes 206-354-6052

Grandkids loved the pool. Breakfast was very good and a gluten free option was made especially for grandson.
- 5/5
Girlfriend and I came for the night while visiting Leavenworth. No complaints at all
- 4/5
Nice hotel and near the Pybus Market. Easy drive to Mission Ridge for skiing. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order and the WIFI was down one day we were there.
- 4/5
Hot tub wasn’t working and the pool is freeeeeezing. Just a heads up. Other than that, was great!
- 4/5
I love the place
- 5/5
Clean rooms, nice lobby and facilities.
- 4/5
Great, clean and reasonably priced property. Staff was helpful and courteous. Dinning in the facility could be better. Other than that it's a nice hotel for a stay.
- 4/5
A basic Hilton hotel experience. Straightforward and unremarkable. The check-in was simple. Our "Room service" dinner experience was basic; we ordered and then had to collect our dinner directly from the kitchen versus delivery to our room. The prices of meals on the menu didn't reflect this. There could be some minor tweaks made to this hotel that would result in a major positive impact.
- 1/5
The hotel looked nice but we had the nosiest neighbors. All the sound comes through the walls and doors. Their fire alarm went off. Children running in the halls, people yelling doors slamming all after 10pm.
- 5/5
clean, easy check in, kind staff!
- 5/5
Overall great hotel. The room was the cleanest I've seen in a while. The pool was hotter than the hot tub - like the hottest bathwater you can stand kind of hot. Kids were not able to play for more than a few minutes before having to get out of the water to cool off outside. I'm assuming the hotel heats the pool like this during cold weather only. The cost of the breakfast buffet was high, so we walked to the Pybus Market and ate breakfast there for less.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever as a Hilton honors platinum member. The beds were as hard as a rock in our room. The pillows smelled like an old man musk when we checked in and had to call down to the front desk and wait over 30 minutes for new pillows to be delivered to our room. The blankets on the bed shouldn’t even be called blankets more like a thick sheet. Breakfast was less than desirable as the eggs were dry as a desert. Upon trying to checkout in the morning asked the front desk were I could find a cart as a disabled veteran who’s staying in an ada room and I was told with a snarky tone “you’ll have to wait or see if you can find one on one of the floors.” There was only 4 handicap spots out front and I seen 2 of the vehicles with no disabled permits in the window and no disabled plates and the front desk wouldn’t even consider trying to see who’s vehicles they were or even call a tow truck as they are parked illegally. As someone who has stayed exclusively at Hilton hotels for my work I expected my stay to be on par with all the other times I have stayed at Hilton garden inns. This place needs a complete remodel and gutting of all beds and furniture. Don’t even get me started on the pool and hot tub. The pool was equally as hot as the hot tub and was so hot that kids swimming were overheating and turning red in the cheeks from the heat. The pool has so much chlorine that you felt like you were taking a sanitation bath.
- 4/5
Was not a fan of no continental breakfas included in the reservation unless you are a platibum rewards member, 60 bucks after we sat down and started eating is not what i would consider an amenity
- 5/5
Roos was clean. Friendly service
- 4/5
The bathroom in the room that we stayed in had a smell that closely resembled animal urine. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars
- 5/5
The hotel is really lovely, modern & clean plus the location right on the river walk is stunning. The staff is so friendly, Melissa at the front desk was AMAZING! She answered all of our questions, had great recommendations for dinner & logistics & gave us a gorgeous top floor river front room.
