Clean. Welcoming. Good linens w/ more than enough towels, etc. Very nice front desk staff. A bit removed from things - restaurants, coffeehouses, stores. A screaming head banging car pulled into drive thru to check in and never stopped the foul language music. It was a bit surprising to me.

That kind of convenience is hard to overstate. But the real standout? The bathroom. The shower was exceptional — great pressure, excellent temperature control, and enough space to actually enjoy it. Clean space and friendly staff. Rooms could use some upgrades but overall a convenient hotel to stay when flying into Pangborn. One complaint I have is, the walls are thin. My daughter and I were woken up around 2am to loud talking and doors slamming. This went on for over an hour. Maybe we were just next to inconsiderate people but it was very frustrating. Overall, if I need to stay in Wenatchee again. I would consider this on my short list.

I informed the staff after check in that our room was 75 and not cooling off. It was 80 degrees when we got back from dinner. I asked to please be moved and was given a room without the ability to turn the air conditioner off. Probably around 60 degrees when we woke up, which was better than hot! But pretty uncomfortable and we won’t return. Staff was nice, rooms (both of them!) were clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is well layed out and clean and modern. Like the hooks on the wall to hang things. Kitchen area is too tiny. Hard to even deal with the ice bucket. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately this hotel is noisy, on a busy road. And there was some kind of construction going on with a constant grinding noise. AND there were families here for baseball tournaments and the families were talking loudly and kids running up and down the halls until well after 11:00 pm.

We stayed there from Sunday 4/12 to Thursday 4/16, our stay was great, the girl who checked us in was super nice, she was always doing something, moping the floors, cleaning the counters, filling that lemon water carafe, great employee, I don’t recall her name but she’s awesome. The breakfast lady the first couple of days was amazing as well, she was continuously checking on the food and had a very pleasant demeanor. Tanya at the front desk was nice too, she recommended a Thai food restaurant, it was delightful. The only thing that we didn’t like was, we only got housekeeping service one day out of the 4 nights we stayed there, we used the pool the first day we got there (Sunday) and unfortunately it was pretty dirty, other than that, it was a great stay. I was there for a conference at the Convention Center and we stayed an extra night to explore Wenatchee.

My husband had to leave before breakfast hours, but the staff kindly prepared something for him to take on the go that morning.

Clean room with large flat screen TV, good breakfast choices available at 630am, 24/7 coffee bar for the early departures. Neighbor guests were loud it room fan helped drown out. Convenient location to airport and plenty of local restaurants and stores for supplies.

The cleanliness of this hotel and the rooms is always excellent. I love coming into a fresh clean space after a long drive. Perfect for our one night away from home.

It’s clean, it’s convenient. It’s 10 minutes to the airport so it’s an excellent place to stay if you’ve got to catch a 5 AM plane out of paying born airport.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really hard for us so not too comfortable but it was ok for 2 nights. Bathroom was nice with large shower. Free breakfast was pretty small, but covered the basics. We weren’t left very many towels and the trash can filled up quick, so we didn’t put the do not disturb sign on the door the second day in hopes they would come in to leave more towels and take out the trash which was full. Got back that night and they had never come in.

That said, room service was one of the worst we've experienced. We didn't get clean sheets or towels, but our bag of souvenirs was thrown away. We went dumpster diving to get it back (they were from Leavenworth, and we didn't have the time to drive back and rebuy them all.) We were very disappointed by this lack of attention to detail.

One front desk person was inexperienced and made a credit card billing error. We asked her to change payment when we arrived and gave her a different cc card. She did not make the change andforgot we gave her a new card

Our stay was great! It was so clean and nice there, we got free breakfast each day of our stay, and the staff was so friendly. They also have a great work space and gym. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed here several times in the past with no issues. This time I got room 209, this room is next to the elevator. All night long it sound like a helicopter was hovering above my room. I will stay again next time I am in town I will just ask for a room far away from the elevators.

It is a nice place to stay and i have done so a few time and will again. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is nice. Has a nice workout room and breakfast is standard hotel food. It is within walking distance of a few good restaurants and shopping. Over all it is a very nice business hotel.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. However. The property is showing a lot of wear. The breakfast was very carb heavy and I despise the fact that there is no cleaning service even if you stay for more than one night.

The hall carpet on 5th floor is in need of streching to lay down. The shower door bottom was not clean. There was dirt and such in the corner of the shower door hinge. The elevator carpet was dirty and not vacuumed on the edges.

Cody and his associate were super helpful and friendly to get us signed in with minimal effort/time. Breakfast was good with hot eggs and bacon as well as many other options. We will be back!

This place was like new when we stayed here three years ago, and we were expecting it to be in better shape this time than it was. Some of the carpeting is in bad condition and needs to be fixed before someone trips and gets hurt. Deep cleaning is also needed as well as just basics like dumping the hall trash can and vacuuming the elevators.

Bathroom has smell of urine.

Clean place to stay. Breakfast has a lot to be desired. Not the cleanest dining area and the breakfast items were slim pickings. Didn’t stay there for the breakfast though. The hotel served the purpose and it was clean. Parking was a challenge. Had to park a long ways away In a different business parking lot.

Nice property with very friendly staff. The inside pool is very small and has no hot tub. Breakfast was good. Parking spots are small and hard to maneuver in when it is full. Walls are very thin, so it can be very noisy with neighbors beside and above you.

The room is nicely appointed and the bed is very comfortable.

Property was a mess found old food in between the couch. Had noise complaint and we were not even loud.

We had a quick and easy check in experience which is always a win. The room was fresh and clean and the staff were kind.

Everything was good other than the carpets in the hallway’s were in need of being replaced, or stretched. Mary areas were buckled and could easily be tripped on.

There was no one at the front desk for checking in when we arrived in the evening (around 7 o'clock). We waited for a few minutes before some one showed up. When we passed by the front desk half an hour later, several new arrivals were waiting there and there was no staff at the front desk again.

Our two night stay was comfortable and accommodating. We were in town to snowboard at Mission Ridge and the proximity to the mountain from the hotel was beneficial. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. We would stay here again.

The front desk person working on 1/13/25 around 6pm was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent Customer Service!! However, your morning person for 1/14/25 around 7am, was unfriendly and just looked unhappy to be working. She wasn't very engaging. Like she couldn't be bothered. Probably not the face you want working your Front Desk in the morning, just saying.

The carpet was dusty and dirty.It was noisy from morning to evening and to make matters worse, the woman receptionist was rude and unhelpful.No hair dryer and the heater inside the room remained stucked to 69 F and would not heat the room further.Also,the eggs for breakfast taste artificial.I cannot reccommend this hotel.

Very noisy doors slamming most of the night kids running on floor above us and breakfast very limited. Not worth the money I paid for room.

The check in staff was so helpful and accommodating. Later after being out the staff had a shift change and she was just as nice and helpful. Overall a very nice stay.

We had no conditioner for all three nights. They were told the first night, coffee and drink cups were not replaced all weekend, towels were not changed all weekend. No maid service at all.

It is a peaceful hotel that is near everything in east wenatchee. My first night I had no heat and fan blew cold all night. They are wall insert AC units. Maintenance showed up an hr after the AC issue was reported to the front desk. It was fixed promptly by a nice and professional maintenace man. Never had any more issues. The mattress is worn and uncomfortable. I kept rolling into a low spot that has been formed from others. The mattress is not the worst but, sucks. I woke up stiif both mornings.The room is clean, spacious and modern. Great big television, microwave, fridge and coffee pot. The shower is a walk-in and it is big. Great pressure and temps. Bathroom is good size. The ammenities were modern and clean with indoor pool. Breakfast is better and fresher more than stays at other hotels. Big parking lot and nice staff. Freh coffee all day.

I found this hotel clean, I used the fitness center daily, & breakfast was a great bonus, especially waffle day! Staff was helpful and friendly. It’s close-ish to a Costco, Safeway, the mall & a number of restaurants.

The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms not exactly clean- very visible dirt in corners, rugs in hallways puckered and I almost tripped a few times. Our room had a strange loud buzzing noise all night long- slept maybe 2 hours. The staff makes up for it, very warm people.

I stayed here to attend a concert at The Gorge. It's about 25 miles away but worth the drive due to the quality of the accommodations if you don't want to camp at The Gorge.

Understaffed but very nice staff. Hotel hallways were loud. A lot of banging into walls. Only 1 remote than ran both TVs but only 1 TV could be used at a time. Bathroom had mold. Looks like cleaning staff goes over main parts but ignores corners and area around shower door closures and floor. I expect more of a Marriott.

We loved our 4-night stay at this beautiful hotel.....the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, stored our bikes for us, greeted us like old friends every day :), gave suggestions for things to do in Wenatchee. Breakfasts had wonderful variety and were delicious and filling. Highly recommend this hotel!

Had a great weekend and the people here are so nice

Good 3 star hotel. There were times we could smell sewer through the shower drain. It was a little gross but went away when we opened the window and I actually packed a fan were out in the window. Front desk staff was amazing and always available. Room service staff will not say hi to guests and they took the first elevator no matter that customers were waiting to use them. Actually room service was pretty bad.

We’ve stayed there because it’s clean, convenient and quiet. In particular the hotel is close to my R/C airplane events. We’ll be back next year.
