Everything was clean and we had what we needed in the way of showering, etc. The staff was all very nice and the breakfast room had windows across it, full of light and everything to eat laid out nicely and clean. The price is so reasonable that it is a pleasure to stay there. I slept very well, too.

Definitely a lot of breakfast options included. Bed was very comfortable and had everything in the room you needed.

They had a great dog area wish it was fenced in that would of been great. Love that the pool is open 24 hours kids loved that.

Staff set this place apart, so kind! Tons were a bit old but well kept and very clean. Only downside was thin walls. Pool was super clean and the breakfast was better than most.

Great hotel in Wenatchee. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was great. Full free breakfast. Pool /hot tub very nice and actually open 24/7. I would highly recommend this hotel for any staying in Wenatchee.

Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more... We will return every time we are in Wenatchee. Thank you so much staff at Clarion. I did not get the young lady's name who checked us in but she was great! Very friendly & helpful. I wish I wouldve gotten her name as she deserves recognition for her hard work. Please let the young lady with long, dark hair & glasses that we truly appreciate her!

Overall the property was excellent. The place was clean, quiet and the staff great. The only thing that I was not impressed with was the breakfast. The food was not fresh, no fruit.

Basic hotel and fine for short stay. Square footage is good. Older building and a bit dark. Better value than some of the pricier properties in Wenatchee.

I loved my stay here the suite was so clean and smelled so fresh. We stayed 3 days and all the staff every single day and throughout the night were super welcoming and warm. Breakfast everyday was the cherry on top. Loved and will be back :)

the photos are clearly photoshopped. The hot tub was gross, the pool was cold. Room smelled musty. Sliding glass door in room was TAPED shut. Staff was great, so no complaints there.

The staff is great, the pool is open 24/7 and it was nice to have breakfast. The room had a great fridge to hold food from traveling and the beds were comfy. The room was clean but there was some dried food around the kitchen sink that was missed. Overall a good stay for a good price.

We were simply looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay during our short vacation. Unfortunately, the room did not meet those expectations. The cleanliness was poor, the environment was noisy, and the noise insulation was inadequate, which made it very difficult to rest. Overall, our stay was a horrible experience. I did not receive the room I paid for, and the hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful in resolving the situation.

I like the room very spacious, clean. The lady in the front desk was so nice I asked for extra hangers and she gave me some, and the lady on the breakfast was nice too.

Really welcoming. I was greeting by a woman at the counter, very kind and my check in went smoothly. Very surprised at the rooms amenities, came with body wash, hair care and makeup wipes. My room was great and everything worked perfectly.

Hotel is nice, clean, and in a safe location. The pool and hot tub area is open 24 hours which is nice! The town is nestled in the mountains, less than a mile from the river, it’s beautiful there. The drive to Leavenworth is about 20-25 minutes, very easy drive. The rooms were small, but nice, clean and beds were comfortable. The TV was a nice size, probably 55” or so. I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot, they offer free breakfast but we didn’t eat on the way out, so cannot speak to that. Oh, also the staff was amazing! Very nice girls! Overall was a great stay!

The property wasn't a bad stay. There was some issues with our first room, water running sound and lights wouldn't turn on. They gave us a new room after a little pressure. The breakfast was mediocre. There is not alot of options. Others we've stayed at had hard boiled eggs, sausages, pancakes, muffins prepackaged so you can take back to your room. This one didn’t have any of that. The hot tub would be better if it had jets and not just 3 little ones with two not working. All just knit picky things. Would stay again here if I had to. All in all a 3 star stay in my families opinion. Even my 8 year olds had the same complaints.

Our tv was not working and they came to fix the issue very quickly. More fruit choices on breakfast bar would be a nice addition. Front desk staff at check in and this morning were very helpful and friendly.

Everyone we met was kind and pleasant. We had a few hiccups on our end and each was handled with a smile and amazing solution. This has become one of our favorite places to stay after two stays this month! Thank you!

If the disgusting smell as you walk through the front door doesn’t take you out then the give it time because that smell doesn’t go away. It’s on all floors and inside the room. We walked into our room found a bug in the bed, a weird fluid that looked like something produced to make babies…. And boogers on the comforter. When I asked for a new room they told me thier house keeper already went home (it was 4:30pm) and all the rooms were booked. I then had to book a totally different hotel and they refused to give me my money back. I will not risk bringing bed bugs home or let my kids sleep in nasty bedding.

We appreciated the dog friendly hotel that was less expensive than other local options. We appreciated that the front desk changed our room assignment when we expressed concerns over mobility issues, as there is no elevator between floors. Breakfast included small pastries, yogurt, sausage and eggs. The eggs were not the greatest seemingly made off site and reheated or prepared from dried powder. I always like waffles. Our room was large and beds were comfortable.

Coffee was out most the time for breakfast.

A solid 4-star stay! It's a recently remodeled motel if you set your expectations right, and the beds are surprisingly very comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well, which is a perk. An easy 20 min drive from Leavenworth where we were in town for the Oktoberfest.

The blankets and the pillows had hair all over them. Not sure they had been washed. The room was laid out well and the lady at desk was nice. Breakfast was okay but could have been more options.

The front desk staff was very friendly, remembered my name and room number without me prompting them. The area for the dogs was great; grass very green and well maintained. Walking distance to Starbucks, good burger place, Walmart and Home Depot. Had a couple of issues I made the staff aware of and received a phone call shortly after my stay with a follow-up and request for feedback. I would stay there again for the customer service.

My group arrived late at the hotel, and we wanted to use the pool. We found out that both the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours, which was a great perk.

Clarion is ALWAYS clean, excellently priced and available. We look for one everywhere we travel.

The room was lovely. The staff exceptional. Housekeeping gave ample towels etc. I love that they put four pillows on each queen bed. The two things that were an issue for us, it’s a non-smoking environment and our room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, especially after taking a shower. And all three of us are non-smokers. The other thing I didn’t like was that you couldn’t take beverages into the pool area when we specifically bought non-Glass beverages to be able to have a drink while we sat in the hot tub. The continental breakfast was standard. Waffles, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee juice.

You can tell the property just had some updates made. The rooms were in okay condition. But the 1st and 2nd floor had a strong musty smell. The pool was very dirty and hot tub was cloudy. We had an issue at check in, the room that we were given wasn't cleaned and still a mess from the previous person. The front desk staff got us a new room right away. All in all it was an okay stay. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Stayed at a Clarion Pointe in Virginia a few years ago, and really liked it. Thought we would try this one in Wenatchee. Met all our expectations. Recently remodeled. Nicely done. Very pleasant staff, and good breakfast.

Need better area for luggage and more towel bars in the bathroom.

The room was excellent the only issue we had was that there were bugs inside of the room around the window and when we brought it up to the staff they said they knew about it and didn’t do anything to help resolve the issue.

Check in is a breeze. The entire complex is clean and well cared for. Everything you need for a great quiet comfortable night is here. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We had bugs throughout our room. We found them in the bathroom, the floor, alive and dead bugs were on the window sill. Managers said it was from them trying to come in for the AC. Would have left if we weren't already checking out. Will be contacting corporate as this is not acceptable.

Staff was amazing and was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a hotel.

I got there after a long day & drive, I walked into the room which was a King room on the 3rd floor, private, decent view. To no fridge; which I needed one, and also bugs flying all around from the window. I was moved into a dbl Queen room with less bugs. I paid more for the King room & it was never mentioned. The 2nd room was dark & small. Nice renovations, but still getting their barrings in my opinion. The employees are super nice. It was no one’s fault really, they are tree bugs, but why rent the room when it’s that bad. ? Decent breakfast, good coffee.

The rooms were clean, and the staff very friendly. Breakfast bar was well stocked, with waffle irons as well as sweet treats and a variety of other options. They have a small store with snacks/drinks/essentials that are reasonably priced. They're super conveniently located on Wenatchee Ave, by lots of food, the only drive-thru starbucks in town, and to Walmart for anything else you might need. They have a 24 hour pool that is very family friendly, and a nice hot tub as well. We will definitely be revisiting. Great price for what you receive.

Clean facility, friendly staff, good location for what I needed. Breakfast was not very appetizing but sufficed for what we needed. Juice, coffee, waffles, biscuits and gravy and yogurt and these scrabbled egg discs. If that doesn't work "Petey"s is next door and has decent food. Hotel has pool and hot tub open 24/7

Stay was okay. There were no cameras on the property and my car was hit and run in the parking lot. Wouldn’t stay here again after that.

The photos were misleading, suggesting that the hotel is located next to a park or golf course, when in reality it faces a main street and backs onto a warehouse. Additionally, I was surprised to be placed in an underground room—something that was never disclosed during the booking process. The sound insulation in the hotel is very poor; I was unable to sleep until 3:30 AM due to extremely loud and disruptive neighbors. Their arguing and obnoxious behavior continued for hours until I contacted the front desk, and only then did someone intervene to address the noise. The good thing, it is clean!

Everything was good about the property and checkin, but given it was a long weekend the breakfast service was really slow and food was not getting refilled and had a long line.

Property is great but it has paper thin walls and floors. You will constantly hear sounds of people walking, talking, running! But the staff were great, breakfast was good too. Special thanks to Nick for being very kind, welcoming and helpful.

hello, im never the one to leave a review, because if i liked my stay then i liked it if i didn’t then i didn’t i don’t really like to share with the world to know especially because everyone might have a different experience, but this hotel does deserve a review, upon walking in the waiting area is really nice and clean, checking in was super easy thanks to the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, we got to our room and it was clean, loved how modern the tv was to connect my phone and watch my netflix, the dining options around the hotel were walkable we didn’t have to drive which was awesome, the indoor pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed a quick swim every night, not to mention the complementary breakfast was super yummy and different everyday(at least the hot food options), but with that being said the reason this is not a five star review we always had a problem with the key cards, we had to go to the front desk multiple times to re activate our cards to let us into our rooms or the the pool is was a little inconvenient thanks to the receptionist were very helpful and patient with us and re activate the card every time. Overall we cant wait to stay here again just hoping the cards get fixed by that time.

Great stay. Super staff, hot & cold breakfast options, comfortable bed, closet with iron & ironing board. Ample parking. Walmart handy. Fridge, freezer, microwave. Bedside charging. Did not use pool or hot tub but appreciated that they are open 24 hrs. No elevator but the middle floor is ground level so just one level of stairs at worst. On a slope so lower level was ground level on the other side. Cookies, champagne offered at check in. Water & coffee/tea in lobby. Breakfast attendant worked incessantly to keep everything stocked and orderly. Some daytime traffic noise. Would gladly stay again.

Just what I needed for a one night stay w family

Room was clean as expected. Temp in room was easy to adjust. Fan on the units was pretty quiet. Food was ok. Typical food and was cooked properly and presented good. Area was clean.

This place is amazing. Not only is it reasonable in price which is why I picked this place in the first place but it's clean, the beds are comfortable, easy parking, and the staff is beyond amazing. It's also located close to shopping and food. I'd highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again.
