It was a safe place to stay. Staff was friendly. I am allergic to feathers and asked for hypo-allergenic bedding way in advance. There were feather pillows in my room and because I got in so late and was so tired, I didn't realize until later when I had a reaction and am now on day 2 of antihistamines trying to combat it. There wasn't a Tesla port to charge my car. The staff said someone stole their adapter. When I woke up in the morning, there was a centipede in my shower..

Perfect for the price you pay. Nearby shopping and food. But the best part was the coffee.

It is a little on the minimalist side for in room furnishings: no in room coffee pot, no closet (just a few open hooks with hangers on the walls), no dressers (permanent stands to hold luggage), no pens or stationery. Did have iron, ironing board, hair dryer, room safe, large screen TV, alarm clock, one armless chair, typical soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. “Desk” was a small slab attached to the wall. Had to go to the lobby for a comfortable chair. Nothing fancy, but price was lower than others around. It would be fine for a quick overnight but for some it may not work for a multi-day stay.

This is my favorite place to stay in Wenatchee. The hotel is always clean, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The price is great for what you get. The last stay was my 4th time at the property and it will continue to be the only place I stay!

Met and exceeded my expectations from front desk check-in with a very helpful and kind young man to the room. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool/hot tub but will definitely be returning in the future. Wish more places were like this one.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms are clean and beds were very comfortable. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and all of the staff were great. We came in with bags of food and the staff member on duty was pulling out plates and utensils for us to use without us even asking. I will definitely be back for another stay.

Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and had every thing we needed.

Our room was on the first floor with a car wash view next to it and pool . It already felt likely that a chlorine smell could come into the room. The room itself was small, neat, clean, and everything felt new and fresh. The beds were comfortable. However, this is where the positives mostly end. The main issue was ventilation. After showering, all steam stays in the room because the ventilation does not work and the window cannot be opened. As a result, the room quickly becomes like a “sauna.” There is an air conditioner, which helps, but it cannot be left on overnight as it is positioned very close to the bed and blows directly onto your face. There was also a noticeable chlorine smell coming from the corridor, especially in the evening. In the morning, we woke up due to the smell of breakfast being served in the hallway near the rooms. Sound insulation is weak — we could clearly hear people talking at night and early morning while passing by. Breakfast is typical for a budget hotel: eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, and toast with jam or cream cheese. Coffee, hot chocolate, and drinking water are available in the lobby. The pool area is compact but has issues with ventilation and cleanliness, with water not draining properly and mixing with water that on a sidewalk around the jacuzzi area where people walk wearing shoes .

Small rooms but very clean. Staff was friendly. TV remote didn’t work so well. There is not much insulation from sound between rooms. Overall It was a good value for what I paid.

Nice place. Was a little surprised that I was charged a $50 deposit without being told. And there is no coffee pots in the rooms. I do prefer to just wake up and get a cup of coffee instead of having and get dressed and go downstairs to get a cup of coffee. Other than that everything was nice.

No one explained that you needed to use your key card to turn on the light. And I arrived after dark so was not able to see anything in the entry to figure it out myself. I spent my stay with only one bedside light (the other one didn’t work) and a desk light. Very inconvenient when there is no lighting in the bathroom. Didn’t call front desk as there no lighting to read the options in the phone.

Clean and loved the pool and hot tub but the room was really small. With 2 queen beds there wasnt alot of moving room.

Breakfast has the usual items but pleasant. Rooms are on small side with not much room to maneuver around the beds. Lights in the room are too bright for late night ambiance. A dimmer or softer white lights would help.

The pool was so cold my 5 year old was shivering after 2 minutes in the pool and looked a little blue lipped. The hot tub would burn the skin off a donkey, and was hotter than hell-fire.

It was a great stay. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Pool and hot tub were great. I was impressed that they had lift chairs for the pool and hot tub, not that I used them. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again. Central to shopping and restaurants. Staff very courteous.

The bed was super comfortable. The pillows were labeled soft/firm so you could choose your preference. The room also had blackout curtains so we slept soundly. Very quiet, never heard anyone outside of the room. 10/10 recommend.

Our king bed room was very clean and comfortable. Our floor (4th) was very quiet despite there being a large contingent of junior hockey players and their parents staying at the hotel.

There was blood on the underside of the toilet seat. Didn’t notice until morning and when I brought it to the attention of staff, they said there was nothing they could do to comp me because I paid through Expedia.

Everything was great, but there is one major drawback: poor ventilation and lack of fresh air in the room. After two nights without fresh air, I had headaches. I will never return to this hotel again.

I would suggest that a "Shower befire entering pool" sign be provided. There were a few issues with regard to cleanliness that was not the fault of the hotel.

This property is fine if you just want a place to lay your head. It is a bare minimum hotel. There is no closet or dresser and the rooms are very small. It is not sound proof and we could hear people in the hall, the toilet upstairs flushing and people walking around upstairs. Breakfast was packed and served in the lobby which was strange. The lines were so long I skipped it all together. My husband ate the day before and it was your typical runny eggs and stale bagels. There are places to eat close by so that is a plus. On a positive note the bed was comfy, the property clean and the staff friendly.

Front desk was friendly, but was told breakfast was from 6 to 9 am. Went down around 6:15 am the following morning and was scoping out oatmeal options. Breakfast staff member was rude when communicating breakfast doesn't actually start until 7 a.m. on weekends. It was an honest mistake based on check in info provided and I didn't deserve to get my head ripped off for it.

We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful visit. The staff was kind and fun to interact with. Rooms, pool, gym, breakfast it was all very clean and well tended to. Felt very safe there and would definitely go back!

The room was clean. The staff was great. The hotel was full so it made for a hectic breakfast, but they did their best to try to keep up with demand.

Asked them to clean the room, they said the staff are not available to clean. They asked my wife to replace the bedsheets herself! Fridge didn't work too. And they had no one to fix it. They also didn't agree to switch the room. They said to contact Expedia for a refund. Called Expedia and they said they need to talk to property. They responded that hotel didn't agree with any of these statements!!!

The property was very nice. The only areas where there may be room for improvement were; i had to wait at the front desk for someone to check out in the morning, and we were woken up by noise in the hallway (doors closing). I ended up using a background noise app on my phone on day 2 of our stay

We were a large group arriving after midnight & front desk person was so friendly & helpful. Throughout the weekend everyone was so kind and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, the rooms are the perfect size with lots of space for your luggage. Very convenient place to work, amazing TV placed in the perfect position to stream from my phone. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious shower.

Was nice, new and clean. Just a couple suggestion, the manager should not reprimand her employee in front of customers, i felt sorry for the poor new girl, that was actually working and doind somwthing else. Micro market was way overpriced, which you expect it to be a little bit but omg! Also it took us almost 30 mins to figure out how to turn on the lights as when we were checked in we were not told about using the room key for the lights! That was really frustrating as we needed to freshen up and meet family and it made us so late!! We were not able to have breakfast as they were late setting up and getting it out, that was frustrating as they advertise breakfast! I also felt it was rude to be approached by hotel staff in the lobby as we were waiting for our coffee to make sure we give a good review, it was almost a being pressured and told that we would give a good review.

Booked this place on a whim to shorten our drive from SEA to Chelan for the 4th of July weekend - pet friendly places are usually pretty mid so expectations were low but this place was actually REALLY NICE! The place was super clean and cared for, the property was great for pets but not pet forward (iykyk) the staff was lovely - breakfast was quality, rooms were clean and AC worked great. Will book again if we ever need a place in the area.

Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was ok but ended early at 9:30. Pool area needs better ventilation. But over all great value.

I stayed 4 nights for a business trip and the room was perfect! The only bad thing was my window overlooked the busy street and having to hear the loud traffic all day/night. And there were little kids in the room above me that were very loud. Families with kids should be on the bottom floor for this reason. Paul Priestly at the front desk was very friendly.

Clean, Modern, Minimalistic. Staff at front desk were both quite efficient and one was really friendly. Lobby is cool looking. Being on the main road however does have a bit of noise, though the windows are clearly special cutting down the general noise (loud stereos and mufflers are still pretty noisy).

They could have a better breakfast array. But their 24 hour coffee was delicious, the machines that make your cup fresh, instead of it sitting in a thermos thing, makes a huge difference in flavor.

The room was so stark and sterile with no place to put my clothes except on a shelf for everyone to see, or hang anything up, and with NO microwave trying to warm up my takeout dinner was not happening without going to the lobby and then bringing it back to my room. Ther was NO coffee available in the room, again another trip to the lobby for every cup. I WON'T BE STAYING HERE AGAIN, especially for the price I had to pay.

Just like the other Avid Hotels I've stayed at it was great. Room was fine. Staff super friendly and hhe property in great shape.

Clean facilities and a nice room. Breakfast and parking were included, and the hotel is conveniently close to the highway. Light sleepers should ask for a room away from the road. Grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches were great for those in a rush.

Overall the hotel is bright and comfy.

Francisco( front staff) has been so kind and amazing! He went out of his way for my niece and I 2x. Breakfast is good and has great healthier options. The pool and hot tub were nice and heated well. Our shower is wonderful! I love that there's Dove amenities! The gym is great too! My only complaint is that I can't stay longer lol! Will definitely be back!

However, my stay just last night was absolutely horrible. Being woken up at 3 am and then again at 4 am due to people running through the halls and banging on doors, yelling at each other, etc. sounded like a giant party going on at the 3rd floor. Usually would not mind but a Thursday night at 3-4 am continuing on for over an hour is unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

We stayed one night during a road trip and it was perfect. The room was small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the hard surface floors - everything really seemed much cleaner than typical road trip hotels. Decent quick breakfast and we were able to bring our dog!

Stayed in multiple properties in different states but i have to admit this was the most cleanest of all,compared to many 5star resorts.the property presents a good vibe,the staff especially Paul at the desk was kind,informative and seemed to enjoy his job.i do hope the property always maintains the same standards.

Our room has a strong odor neutralizer smell. Some sort of spray. The desk lamp also doesn't work. Very disappointed

Staff was great and the whole property was very clean! We had two dogs with us and the small dog relief area was well maintained. Our only complaint was their restrictive pet policy. You’re not allowed to leave them at the hotel even if they’re in their kennel. There’s a $120 fee if there are more than 2 complaints about your animals. While I understand the fee I don’t believe that it should restrict well trained pets and their owners. Our dogs are accustomed to traveling and hotels and we felt like this impacted our stay having to load them up even if it was a simple trip to the convenience store. Otherwise, perfect stay!
