Extremely nice property and so convenient for travelers in the area. Easy in easy out and the amenities are great. The breakfast was awesome and the fact that they feed the first responders (Sheriff's Department) is such a nice touch. Well done, Hilton!!

They are in the midst of finishing up their rehab. Love the lights in the corridor on the first floor. Really cool. We were only there one night but if I stay in the area again I will definitely be back

The A/C unit didnt work and twice the non english speaking repari man failed to repair it. It would blow warm for a minute and then go cold. Breakfast food was awful consistenting of slimey oatmeal and some jiuce. No waffles or other choices available.

I liked the ease of checking in using the app. You can do digital check in and choose your room. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and clean. This place has everything I need for a business trip. Breakfast is typical of any place like this.

We usually love HAmpton Inns. But this one showed wear and tear and the bed was very uncomfortable. Not up to the normal Hampton standards. The reason we usually pick Hampton Inns is because of the bed. They need to get new mattresses at this one.

I went to the gym to fill my water bottle, and the water tank was empty. When I called the front desk, the employee gave me attitude and told me it might be refilled later tonight or tomorrow. Thankfully, it was refilled late that night, but I find it unacceptable that a hotel charging over $300 per night didn’t have water available during extreme heat. The front desk experience at check-in was also terrible — the staff was rude and made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Between the construction, poor customer service, and lack of basic amenities, I would never stay at this location again and do not recommend it.

This is a decent hotel. However, we were there for 1 night and we were there to REST before a big event we had at night time. We tried to rest but there was construction happening at the hotel RIGHT ABOVE our room was grinding and soooo loud. It was awful :(

This was my second stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean, Quiet, and in a very nice upscale location. Will definitely return.

The check-in was really quick and easy. The room was easy to find and was in a clean and welcoming condition. I like the area, it seems quiet and safe. The only issue I had during my stay is that my room had an ac thermostat that kept ticking all night. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the complimentary breakfast.

Air conditioning was not cold enough and we could not make it cooler. Matress was not good either. We did not enjoy staying here this time. Not a good value for the price we paid. I sweat last night and woke up with back ache. Disappointed as this is not the first time I stay here

Incredible staff at this upscale Hampton Inn. Beautiful room and view just above the pool. Breakfasts were basic but adequate. The location is the best tho g about the hotel…walking distance to stores and restaurants. However, the cost was really outrageous for a standard Two star hotel.

This option actually increases the room rate by a few dollars but I was okay with paying a little more and then the hotel staff runs my card anyways regardless if my expedia reservation and the excuse given was, "well, we are really busy and we have to guarantee the room" the hold was on my debit card for 7 days, even though I paid the room in full and gave a different card for incidentals. Terrible customer service and the attitude when you explain the expedia iffer ti pay when you arrive. Will bever stay there again.

Clean, modern hotel with beautiful Dr orations and furnishings. Lovely pool area with tables for eating outdoors. Breakfasts were above average. Helpful staff. Cost per night was the highest ever paid for a Hampton Inn.

Suites were big and comfortable. TV didn’t work. Breakfast is very limited, no fruit last couple of days. No bacon n eggs etc.

Overall the rooms need to be redone with new carpets and drapes. Also, the lighting in the rooms are extremely dim and not enough lighting. The shower is new and attractive.

The hotel is super conveniently located around everything, super clean, staff was absolutely amazing! As a person working in the industry for over 25 years i have always said, you can teach someone to use a computer, but you can't teach them to care. Everyone here cared and i really praise you all for a great job! Kianna and Erick at the front desk were phenomenal truly 5 star service and the gentleman from breakfast so sorry i didn't get his name as well. We will absolutely be back and recommend this property hands down. Keep up the great leadership it truly shows!!

Room was very nice. Spacious. View looked out on a lake plus you could see the hotel’s pool from my window as well. Breakfast is served although never got around to it. Slept in both mornings. Coffee maker. Iron & board. Fridge. Microwave. The bed was ok , semi comfy but pillows need to be new. They are so flat, not even piling up 3 does anything or gives comfort. There was NO TEA. There are still tea drinkers. Not all are coffee drinkers. No vending machines although there are signs for it. You have to buy munches from Their sweet/suite store located in the lobby. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Very spacious and quiet.

The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The cleaning is immaculate and the building was as quiet as a church. Being close to the venue was a huge plus. Took us about 15 minutes both ways. Was also close to a beautiful mall and every type of eating establishment you can think of. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

The front desk staff was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. Got us checked in quickly. I didn’t encounter any issues needing further assistance. There were some spots/stains on the walls behind the trash cans and a few areas where the wall paper was peeling. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience and will continue to stay at Hilton.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I was clean. Breakfast contained a variety of options. 6-10 was optimal time to eat. The only down side is the internet. The signal kept dropping. Idk if it's because it was the free option, but it kept dropping.

Neighbors were noisy Sunday Eve. from 10:30-11:30 pm.

Everything was perfect from the facility itself to the welcoming staff. The breakfasts were first class. We felt well taken care of.

We booked this hotel because of its location and proximity to the Wellington Horse Show grounds. The additional $600 for the convenience and thought it would be the nicest of our options for our last week of showing. The room cleanliness was disgusting! The carpets and the chairs were so old and worn. Two lightbulbs did not work in our room

The staff were so friendly right off the bat, everything was very clean, my room was spacious with a huge window overlooking the lake and the breakfast was great! The pool area is quite nice with a large covered patio next to it. The location is very convenient for WEF. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We’ve been staying here for years Thanksgiving week. The hotel is in need of an upgrade. It is showing signs of wear and tear and has a musty odor throughout. Will most likely find a new place next year.

This hotel situated in Wellington which is horse riding country, reflected its surroundings in its decor. Throughout the hotel were beautiful paintings depicting horse riding scenes. Additionally, the furnishings were beautiful, contemporary and well situated so that there was a spacious feel throughout the common areas of the hotel. Further, the amenities you expect from a top of the line Hampton Inn were present. There is an outdoor pool surrounded by a beautiful patio which includes a covered area with lovely patio furniture for enjoying breakfast outside or in a lovely indoor dining area. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare and everything was immaculate. Restaurants and shopping appear very close by although we were only spending the night and did not visit those venues. When coming to Wellington again, we will choose to stay at this property.

Normally I would give this five stars all the way but we had a problem with a barking dog in the room right next to ours. It seems whoever the owners are left the poor do alone during the day into late evenings. The frustration was that people in surrounding rooms complained but nothing seemingly could be done by the hotel. For that reason I would think twice before staying there again

Excellent stay. The lobby, hallways, pool was updated and great. We felt the rooms were a little dated and didn’t match the rest of the building. Service was excellent!

The suite room was spacious; there was a nice area to walk around the grounds, and take in a soccer game. Definitely caters to equestrians and pet owners.

It's a nice place, maybe relocate the coffee maker so it's not in the bathroom. That would be my only suggestion

Woke to ants all over the room and on the night stand and table. Didnt have that issue from previous night in prior nights room

This place is AMAZING; just like a home away from home should be.
