Nice staff. Hotel is very old and needs an update.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and clean room.. Breakfast was good.
- 3/5
The property is pretty rundown. There were signs of water damage, very dated furnishings and poor housekeeping in our room - after the front desk hyped it up to be a super sought-after room. The entire building looks like it could use a solid scrub down. The continental breakfast was honestly a joke. The room was expensive for what it was.
- 3.5/5
Fair.
- 4/5
No room cleaning, didn’t know you had to request it !! They didn’t tell you had to request it !!
- 3/5
We asked for a different room and were switched the second day we were there. The second room was not as large (as we had originally booked) but didn't smell and the TV worked. The staff tried, but it appears that their hands may be tied by management.
- 4/5
This hotel is dated but clean and convenient. It’s right off the freeway but quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot. Not much selection but enough to make it worthwhile. The rooms were clean but needed updating. The wallpaper was peeling a bit in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I have stayed there several times and make it my “go to” place to stop when traveling to Oklahoma.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Pool deck not cleaned (false eye lashes and a swim suit liner there the several days we were there), had a stained fitted sheet which they had me change myself instead of doing it (and I had to bring the old sheet to them before I could get a new one, not great customer service on this situation, room phone did not work), breakfast was ok but somewhat slow to be restocked. Overall good though and would consider staying again. Easy on and off the interstate.
- 3/5
I felt as if I teleported back to the 90s in this hotel. Only not in a good way. The front desk attendant was a bit unprofessional and the rooms were fairly plain for how expensive it was.
- 4/5
Staff was fine, refrigerator was noisy, side door from parking lot was never locked, security?? There is a patio but not useable, that was disappointing.
- 3/5
The breakfast was as expected. Hotel with close access to interstate but also you’re hearing the interstate noise all night.
- 3/5
Breakfast was very disappointing and the shower curtain kept falling to the center or the rod. This caused water to get everywhere.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Staff helpful and friendly
- 3/5
There is nothing for breakfast except for coffee, though check-in tells you it’s from 6-9am. Loads of people sat around waiting for something around 8am. Nothing. No milk, honey, condiments, bagel, definitely no eggs or protein. But even for those that eat a continental breakfast-NOTHING. You pick places and incorporate a breakfast into the price as a savings. Who do I forward my Starbuck’s receipt to for reimbursement? Spend a little extra money w a place that has a yogurt for you in the morning.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet

It was close to where I needed to be. Not enough breakfast options

Loved our stay
- 4/5
I felt the parking was safe. Except for one outside door. Had a piece of tape on the lock so I didn't even need my door key to get in. The air conditioning worked excellent. I slept comfortably.
- 5/5
The room was clean, ac was great, beds comfortable, bathroom was clean.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
the breakfast was very meagre and carb focused. No eggs or bacon/sausage, no vegetables and whole fruit offered was very poor quality. Yogurt was high sugar content. Need to come up with more variety/healthy options. The security door was duct taped so that anyone could walk in off the street 24/7. The area the hotel is in is convenient to wear I was visiting but I may choose to stay in Ft. Collins the next time.

Great price and comfortable. May not be a 10 for everyone but it was for us. No complaints!

This hotel is extremely convenient for anyone that will be staying in Wellington, Co. It isn’t a “high class” place, but it has everything you need. Our stay was exactly what we needed.
- 4/5
Very good

New girl at the Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable.

TV was rebooting every time you turned it on, sometimes it took 10 minutes. No selections for gluten free.

Staff was friendly and took care of my needs. I like the town. The actual condition of the hotel wasn't great. Like, I got out the shower and refused to wash my face there because of the smell of the water. Little holes in the walls and things like that;that can give people the wrong impression about the area and the hotel Also, a little protein in the breakfast wouldn't hurt lol.

The property was easy to access from the interstate, the parking was easy, they made me breakfast and had coffee ready every morning, and all of the workers were exceptional.
- 5/5
Amazing staff. Clean rooms. Would stay again.

The pool was very dirty dod not use it!
- 4/5
friendly and helpful staff. room clean, bed comfortable,TV did not work so had to switch rooms
- 0.5/5
Well, the 1st room I was in half the lights didn't work, the TV didn't work, the dead bolt on the door looked like it was kicked in and destroyed and didn't work, the carpet was gross so I didn't want walk around without shoes on, the heater didn't work. Moved to different room the lights worked but the TV didn't work. Very run down unkept hotel. Should be $30 a night at the most. Very sketchy area and didn't want to go outside at night. Very dark too. Will not visit again or recommend. Get your act together "Quality" Inn! Live up to your name!
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was awesome. The young lady at the front desk was very kind. I spoke with her when making reservation. I talked her ear off being nervous about my sons wedding that weekend. She truly brought my anxiety down.
- 3/5
The facility is tired, needing some updates and upgrades. We appreciate the breakfast offerings, but were disappointed that the eggs were of poor quality, the waffle maker was broken, the coffee tasted like a watered down cardboard.
- 1/5
We're kept out of our roome due to Police activity.Outside door had the lock cut out. No security
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
There was no fan in the bathroom and the A/C unit made popping noises all night. Didn’t get much sleep because of it
- 4/5
Room was spotless. Price was good.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
It very nice and staff that takes time to help.
- 3/5
Parking was simple. Biggest downfall was the lack of cleaning. Pool was not well maintained, carpet on stairs and hall not vacuumed the 5 days we were there. Air conditioning was good.
- 3/5
Side doors broken. Not safe. Staff great
- 4/5
It was great that they let us check in a bit early to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, one big problem was that my room was right next to the Interstate highway, which was so loud all night that I had trouble sleeping. One other thing is that the amount I was billed is higher than the amount they showed me on the printout when I checked out.
- 4/5
Right off the freeway and great rooms. It even has breakfast
- 5/5
Room was clean, and front desk employee was very helpful. Reasonable pet fee.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was helpful.
- 4/5
We have stayed at this hotel for many years, even through the change of hands! We stay here because of location and convenience to family. The staff has always been kind and courteous. Our room has been good to very good most times. Our room was clean and comfortable this past stay.
- 4/5
Pet friendly. Staff helpful. Easy on/off freeway
- 5/5
The room was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
On our way
- 5/5
The Girl at the front desk is happy and cheerful. Great check in experience
- 4/5
Called the night of our stay to let them know we would be in late and the guy we spoke to wasn't the friendliest. Other than that everything was descent and we were only at the property for less than 10 hours.
- 4/5
It was a comfortable stay. Beds felt good, bathroom was clean and functional. Housekeeping missed a hair tie and a piece of dogfood on the carpet, but otherwise the room was clean. Breakfast was a little less than average. Waffles had a weird color, instant eggs were a little watery, sausage wasn’t very warm.
- 5/5
This was one of the best places to stay! Clean room, Staff was amazing, shower had hot water and good pressure. I asked for a quiet room and that's what I got!
- 2/5
First room smelled terrible and had imprint of hands and oil on bedspread that I am happy to share if you like. Coffee machine cartridge was not clean. There was a dirty used pod inside of it. Staff smoking cigarettes right outside the sliding doors.
- 5/5
I liked the breakfasts. I didn't like that the pool was too cold to use.
- 5/5
The location was perfect for me. The location is easy to navigate and the room was very quiet and comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Great check in experience and very comfortable room
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
Room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The building is dated and could use some work, like new wallpaper that isn't peeling off the walls and such, but overall a good hotel for the price.
- 1/5
A sex toy was found under the bed. It was also obvious that the vacuums were not very effective.
- 3/5
Lousy breakfast and dirty bathroom. I didn’t leave a tip.
- 4/5
Okay
- 4/5
Bathroom floor edges were dirty. one desk drawer kept opening. Refrigerator had past occupants' pizza in the freezer. Freezer had built up ice so much that the door of the refrigerator had to be forced closed.
- 5/5
The breakfast was very light - would not pick the hotel for that, but the other important things checked the boxes and met the needs
- 2/5
Beds sucks, ac was dirty looked like someone poop on the front of it.. Refrigerator didnt work. Place smelled musty. Went to breakfast and it was mostly gone and looked nasty.. Left and didnt eat.. price for staying wasnt worth it!!!!!!!! Pics online way different than in person. not a handicap accessible hotel
- 4/5
The place was nice, quiet, convenient, easy to park. Sometimes, the most important thing is to have a comfortable bed, clean sheets and cool temperatures during the hot summer. And they delivered. The only two concerns I had: in four days, they were at capacity and didn’t clean the room (but they did provide clean towels). Also, one morning the breakfast bar wasn’t replenished after they ran out of eggs and bacon. But overall, would stay there again because of the location and cleanliness.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
There was mold on the curtain.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 2/5
The room and lobby smelled terrible and the smell did don’t go away with windows wide open. This was true for the two rooms we had.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Staff was great!
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Would stay here again
- 5/5
Good value, great service
- 2/5
The place stinks
- 4/5
Front desk addressed broken refrigerator and outlet problem right away.
- 2/5
The bathroom was gross. There was toilet paper and pubic hair on the floor, orange drip marks on the hair dryer and toothpaste splatters on the wall. Pulled back the bed sheets to find brown stains. On top of that, the breakfast was very mediocre.
- 5/5
Awesome place to visit
- 5/5
Very friendly, clean and spacious.
- 3/5
Lots of issues with the room. Really loud refrigerator, broken shower curtain rod, toilet tank kit not working, really bad internet, broken security door on building that did not close and super thin walls. But, once the fridge was unplugged and it was late enough for people not to be in hallway, the beds were super comfy. One bright spot-ALL of the employees were really nice!!
- 2/5
Refrigerator noisy. Hallways need cleaned/vacuumed. Outside door won’t secure, when reported to desk staff they said, “I know, they’re all like that.” Did not seem concerned for the safety issue this presents. Won’t reserv here again.
- 5/5
Awesome stay
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and it is outdated, but it was reasonably priced for the area. It was quiet. The bed was a little softer than I prefer but.Overall a good experience.
- 4/5
The outside door to the hotel was never secure, it was broken and had to be PULLED shut, and when you did that, it was obvious that the whole door frame was loose in the opening. Breakfast the first day lacked any protein, but on the second day was very good with sausage and eggs.
- 2/5
The room was stale, the wallpaper bubbling a peeling off the wall. The mattress was horrible it was so lumpy and broken down. It worked for the short we needed for road trip but was not a great hotel
- 3/5
I was given keys to 2 occupied rooms before find8ng a room for me. Staff on front desk included someone from housekeeping eho hung up on me when I called about my tv not working.
- 5/5
The Rooms were clean and tidy, thanks to the great Housekeeping Staff. The Front Desk were professional and courteous. Everyone was kind and helpful.
- 3/5
The temperature indicator light on the air conditioning unit is so bright, you might as well leave the light on. No way to turn the light off - had to climb up & drape a hand towel over it which only slightly helped. Staff was very young and very slow. Otherwise dependably clean & quiet.
- 4/5
Worth the price
- 3/5
History since 2020 of not cleaning rooms every day when requested.
- 2/5
The bathtub would not drain and we had to switch rooms. The breakfast items were completely empty when my daughter and I went to get food and there was mold on the inside of the small refrigerator.
- 5/5
Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this Hotel.
- 5/5
Great stay!!
- 4/5
It said they had hot tub but it did not. Other than that bed was comfortable and shower was hot.
- 2/5
Weird dim hallway, a guy working on small appliances that were scattered all over the place…back door was taped open, didn’t feel comfortable there.
- 5/5
Simple and clean
- 5/5
It’s was over all a good stay the beds weren’t very comfy tho but everything else was pretty legit
- 3/5
Everything was good except the cleaning. The floor was dirty and trash under the sink.
- 2/5
They need to go to Quality Inn school to see how it is done.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable, with no problems. Breakfast was filling, with a variety of offerings. Staff was courteous and friendly.
- 2/5
I can't believe they didn't have hand soap in the building. Shampoo is no substitute for actual soap.
- 4/5
Good location. Clean. Very limited breakfast options.
- 4/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
Ok property
- 2/5
Not grate
- 2/5
The property was dirty and the "breakfast" was some scrambled eggs and bread for toast.
- 3/5
our first room the bed was broken and the staff even told me they knew it was broke and still let the room be rented out. they did put us in another room so that helped
- 4/5
The Quality Inn had very nice folks working their front desk. The room was clean and was in great condition. Our only gripe was with the free breakfast. The waffle machine was empty and never filled, no fruit, no forks, the juice was empty, they were out of bread, and the creamer was empty. Yes, they were busy for Memorial Day weekend, but they weren't prepared.
- 4/5
It was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Although the area restaurants leave a lot to be desired, the friendliness and going above-and-beyond by the hotel staff turned my bad day into a very positive one! Thank you kindly!!
- 5/5
Very clean and well maintained
- 5/5
Nice big rooms
- 2/5
Room was clean enough but rest of facility was in poor condition. Broken door hardware and electronic door locks not operational. Nighttime safety concern. Area near pool workout room smelled like puke. Breakfast was barely more than a continental.
- 4/5
We liked the property, but we didn't like that there was no confirmation on a room when we arrived. The manager and employee tried very hard to find our booking. After reaching out to Expedia, we discovered that a confirmation was never sent to the Quality Inn-Wellington. We did receive a room and expect a refund from Expedia.
- 4/5
The hallways were dirty and smelled horrible. Our room was dirty we had to request a second cleaning. Limited food for breakfast, we ate cereal and stopped for breakfast elsewhere.
- 2/5
My debit card was charged for 2 notes before we could even check in.
- 2/5
The staff was fine. Friendly, but distracted. The first room I was given had a very strong smell-maybe mildew? I have since read more reviews where the smell is mentioned so this is not just one room but many. The second room that we actually stayed in smelled more of cleaning products than mildew so we stayed there. Over the 2 night we stayed the mildew smell came back as the cleaning smell went away. The linens were clean, the bed is comfortable and they are dog friendly. The outside side door does not close properly and the stairs were never vacuumed the 2 days we stayed. Over all the property needs work. If you can stay somewhere else I would do so.
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and I will stay here again when I'm in town
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible don't stay here! So nasty! Wish I would have asked for my money back! Could hardly sleep in the bed but got in to late to try and find anything else.
- 5/5
Nice big rooms, amazing staff, clean and extremely comfortable!
- 4/5
The check in was easy and convenient and front desk staff member was friendly. The hallway to our room had a somewhat unpleasant odor but the room did not have the same odor to it and was clean (except for a box tucked away under the bedskirt for an adult product that I only found because my glasses had falen of the night stand). Although the room was attractively priced, the hotel is in need of some repairs. Items noted in our one night stay: Ceiling panels in hallway missing. Door to what seems to be a maintenance room looks like it had been kicked down and was missing door knob and was broken in the area of where the doorknob used to be. The side doors from the hallway to the parking area had broken or disabled locks and no room card was needed to get into the hotel (card reader was present but doors opened without using it). That said, the mattress was soft and very comfortable and so were all the pillows, the a/c kept the room at a nice temperature and the microwave working as expected. We would stay the night again in the future when needing a place to rest on a long drive.
- 5/5
Clean and easy to get to. Service was excellent as well.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 2/5
Rooms appeared clean enough but water alternated between hot and cool throughout the shower, no soap for showering, blow dryer electrical tripped on high setting but ok on low. Toilet started not flushing well and after a night and morning of that, I requested a room change. Second room had consistent hot water and a working toilet, but no soap. Breakfast quantity running low, then ran out. Supply truck finally arrived to restock. Although the hotel and amenities were challenging, all the staff were very upbeat and helpful. There were no issues obtaining soap or changing rooms quickly.
- 5/5
Quiet and nice
- 4/5
Good sll around.
- 5/5
Workers are nice and helpful. Clean
- 5/5
Natalie was an awesome manager and person staff was very nice
- 2/5
Wrong room, bathroom door wouldn’t close, lights didn’t work, no place to easily plug in a charger,
- 4/5
Had trouble with tv not working but they came and fixed it. Thank you
- 5/5
I came in with an incorrect reservation, and Danielle helped me through the process of rebooking with hotels.com. She was great to work with.
- 5/5
the tv was difficult to figure out and there was USB port for my phone cord. But everything sls was great.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet…
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
It was very clean
- 5/5
Love the front desk staff. Always friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
Ok place to stay, could use a deep clean.
- 3/5
The rooms are clean
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
This place is clean and the pool is working now,the kids are having a blast. The staff is very friendly.
- 4/5
I liked the price. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast was okay standard foods. They had a pool, workout room, and laundry. The drier was not good. I dried my clothes 1.5 hours and they were still wet, but for the price it is a great hotel.
- 3/5
The property as a whole was fine. The lobby was especially nice. The employees were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was warm and had warm running water, but that was it. It was in dire need of a refresh. The mattress was sunken in, the bathroom was falling apart, and the deadbolt did not work.
- 5/5
Great hotel amazing service
- 2/5
Seemed clean though.
- 5/5
This is a basic, but clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was friendly and the hotel is close to the freeway and downtown Wellington.
- 3/5
I had filtered hotels with pool and chose this hotel b/c it said there was a pool. After a day of shopping in snowy CO, my wife, our daughter, and our 4 y/o granddaughter eagerly headed to the pool ready to swim. Imagine the disappointment they felt when we saw the pool completely drained with equipment in the pool as it had been a work in progress for a long while. We felt like the advertisement of a pool was a complete fraud. Overall, the hotel provided the warm shelter from the snow along the highway, but the enjoyment stops there.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and professional, room did not meet expectations. Door would not close unless I forced it to close. Key didn't work correctly. Hotel could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
We had guests in town and not enough space at our house, so we decided to try this local hotel for them. Pleasantly surprised! Friendly service, clean room.
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly, and parking was convenient.
- 5/5
Clean room, good service
- 5/5
I reserved this room for my elderly father. He is vision and hearing impaired. Danielle was the front desk clerk, and she went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and supportive to my dad.
- 4/5
My stay was fine. Comfortable bed.
- 1/5
Our room had no outside windows! The window in the room looked into a utility room?? There was no outside light! It was very noisy above our room! Breakfast was very limited with most tables not open chairs on top of tables! Many times front desk was closed! Worst place I ever stayed! Sorry for bad review but it was bad
- 5/5
Good vibes
- 3/5
Nice staff, felt old and outdated, good price
- 5/5
Very friendly and kind staff
- 4/5
Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I read some pretty terrible reviews on the trip here. If I would have read them prior to booking I wouldn't have booked, but I'm glad I didn't read prior to booking. Very nice hotel for $100 a night. Staff was accommodating to HOH individual. Thank you for understanding everyone can't hear so well. Room appeared to be clean and well-maintained. Water spots on the tub handle besides that A .
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Mr. Montana was very friendly and also very helpful. Thank you.
- 1/5
Probably the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had!
- 4/5
Ok
- 2/5
2. The breakfast offerings were limited compared to other Quality Inns (no jelly, no strong-roast coffee, no bagels, no peanut butter, no eggs one morning). 3. The king bed was very soft and uncomfortable. 4. The front door to the property had a broken handle and lock and remained ajar during our entire 5-night stay. 5. A Jeep was parked out front blocking the ability to conveniently load/unload baggage. It became very apparent that this vehicle belonged to a staff member. 6. It was obvious that our room (116) was recently renovated, but a major piece of furniture was missing, exposing electrical outlets. 7. The door adjacent to the lobby staff area was CONSTANTLY OPEN, exposing views of stacked linens and other supplies; this door and the pantry door should always be closed. It's also a security issue. 8. Every day when we returned to our room, our room keys did not work, meaning we had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. The good news is the staff was great. They bent over backwards to accommodate our needs.
- 4/5
Great place to stay! Stay was pleasant and professional! The room was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
I have no complaints. The staff was A1. The room was very roomy comfortable beds and the shower was excellent.
- 5/5
nice area to park with a trailer
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and so helpful, But if that swimming Is not working you should put that on your website. And do something about people smoking 🚭
- 4/5
The only drawback was the breakfast. Little egg circles and sausage, cold cereal, apples, bread to toast but also hamburger rolls to toast, yogurt....finally waffles. I had 2 yogurts and husband had 4 little waffles....then NO plates. We stayed 2 nights/ added another reservation later. 2nd morning we drove to Cheyenne for breakfast after coffee at The Human Bean.
- 1/5
What was reservation for anyway?
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Second time staying and was great! Will be back!
- 3/5
I waited over 45 min in line to check in. There were only 4 parties ahead of me, but one person working the front desk. No urgency to speed along the process, didn't even acknowledge the other people waiting in line. Apparently, there's a shift change at the front desk at 3:30pm and check in is at 3. Horrible scheduling. When it was finally my turn to check in, the guy at the front desk thanked me for my patience and apologized for the wait. I asked why it takes so long to check in and I didn't really get an answer. I suspect their computer systems are slow and outdated. After I finally get to my room it smells like stale cigarettes. Which is interesting considering that it's a non-smoking hotel. I went to the Family Dollar across the street and bought lysol to help get rid of the smell and turned on the AC. Speaking of which, the heater/ac unit is one mounted in the wall under the window and the curtains were hacked off to accommodate airflow. I have definitely stayed at nicer hotels for less money. I cannot believe that they charge $170/night to stay here. Side door leading to the outside doesn't even latch closed. I only stayed because I had work in Wellington super early the next morning. The one positive was that the owner was willing to accommodate with a later checkout the next day.

The property is very convenient location off from the freeway. However we found that the breakfast are was run down and the room was not clean, we found hair and dust in the room

The place is completely run down, nothing worked, from the pool to the coffee machine. The people at the front desk were nice, but the facility was terrible.

The entire property smelled like vomit. The 1st and second floor was the WORST.

Very nice

Breakfast was bad. Everything was broke so only option was cereal family style. Took 35 minutes to check in.

Everything was great

Front desk clerk was rude at check in, room assigned to had the smell of burnt newspaper ash, television remote did not work to change channels and the television was tuned to a MTV channel which I dislike (thank goodness for Paramount Plus on my phone), and no washcloths in the bathroom. I will never stay in another Quality Inn. Horrible stay.

Dirty bathroom and shower , Mike and waffles for breakfast sense none of the other drink machines worked , pool out of commission , the girl checking us in was nice though

The Hotel was smelly all throughout. Vathroom toulet was dirty with urine when we checked in. Breakfast juice machine was broken for the 4 days we stayed in. Breaskfast was awful, they did not replenish anything throughout our stay, no fruits, no bread assortment, no cream chesse nor jelly.

The only trouble was no hot water at night.

We were there for the night. The young man at the front desk when we checked in about 4:30-5:00 was very friendly and accommodating. Very nice hotel!! Beakfast chairs were upside down and we had to take the heavy chairs off the tables. And when we left they were left that way.

They tried to charge my credit card for something I’ve already paid and then they charged $1.50 for some reason. I think they’re having employee problems.

Exactly what I expect from a hotel just off the highway. Nothing too fancy. Clean and safe. Perfect place to land for the night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the door got jammed shut and locked us out of our room. This caused us to arrive home much later than we wanted as we had a 13 hour drive.

Friendly staff. However, the lobby and the room smelled like puke, the AC unit leaked and there was water damage on the ceiling

The breakfast area was lacking.

This hotel is easy to get to from the highway. The room was clean but out dated. The front desk was friendly. The hallways had an odor.

Overall okay, there could be upgrades to the building and breakfast is horrible.

Comfortable stay. The rooms are showing their age, but everything was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty minimal effort, covid was 4 years ago. Idk why hotels that offer breakfast still serve the bare minimum. Rooms were good, spacious, comfy beds. Didn’t have the cleanest restrooms but for our quick stay we can get over that.

Run down hotel. None of the security doors worked so anyone can gain access to the building at any time. Dirty room and they smelt like cigar smoke. The only thing nice was the price but that was expensive for what we received.

I was not very impressed with the hotel. When we first walked in after checking in in the hallway was a box of yogurt that wasnt in the fridge and an hour later was still sitting there still not in a fridge. The room had a musty smell to it when we walked in and we later realized thd floor underneath the window and air conditioner were soaking wet. There were only 2 towels and a washcloth in our room to use and we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The whole hotel needs some updating. The breakfast wasnt much there was nothing hot offered other than waffles and toast/bagels. The second day when we went for breakfast the cereals hadn't even been restocked. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to stay in

Spiders in the room, door always open on the side entrance so anyone could come in, mold in the breakfast area and never restocked for breakfast. We were there 5 days and one day out of butter, another day no milk or napkins. Mold in bathroom as well. Housekeeping ladies were very nice though.

Ok is about all

Doors for both the bathroom and the room had to be forced closed. Breakfast was the same daily and product quality was not updated (expired milk in the breakfast fridge).

Overall this was a decent hotel for a quick overnight stay. When we got there the staff were very friendly and nice. They explained exactly where our room was and how to get there. We did notice it smelled kinda funky when we walked in, almost like someone had barfed. This smell did stay around the whole time we were there. We also noticed the AC unit was as leaking water so not sure if that was the cause of the smell or not. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Overall not a bad place to stay. Not the best but not the worst.

We reserved the room to stay in after the Jason Aldean concert and Cheyenne Frontier Days. The room smelled bad, had a nasty gray dust on the bathroom door handles, towels, and towel rack. Hair dryer was broken and asked to have it fixed. It was repaired fairly quickly but the repair man left a huge mess. We drove home after the concert and did not stay the night in the room. Requesting my money back as this hotel was a complete mess. Staff was not friendly, so many issues with the building and room, and we felt disgusting after being in the room for an hour.

We had the worst nights sleep due to the room above. The front desk they had replaced the carpet with flooring. The person who was occupying that room sounded like they had heavy boots on and paced around till before midnight and then before 6 in the morning. We also had someone try to get into our room after 11:30pm due to confusion with their check in system.

And still no receipt because the computer was down. We the employees ran a copy of m driver’s license and just left it there when anyone could pick it up

Awesome stay for the price

Hotel is past its prime. Smells like sewer, wall paper is twisted and peeling off walls, look at the foam job around the wall AC unit….breakfast area was clean and looked nice though food selection was not great but what they had was able to keep one from being hungry. I would not stay here again.
