On a positive note, the room was clean, the front desk staff was decent, and the view was absolutely amazing—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, my experience at the NoHu Rooftop Bar on Saturday (5/2 around 8:30 PM) raised several concerns. First, my card was charged twice. When I brought this to the server’s attention and showed proof, I was repeatedly told that it did not happen, which was frustrating and dismissive. Additionally, there were uncomfortable interactions at the host stand. When I checked in for my reservation, the hostess assumed who I was dining with and directed me to a table without properly confirming. It appeared this assumption was made because we were the only Black women present at the time. When another member of my party arrived, she experienced the same thing. This felt inappropriate and left us feeling singled out. Service was also disappointing. We felt pressured by the server to order both appetizers and main courses immediately, even though we only wanted drinks. Because of this, we ultimately decided to leave and dine elsewhere. Lastly, breakfast ending at 10 AM on the weekend felt a bit early for a hotel of this standard. Overall, while the hotel itself has great potential due to its cleanliness and views, the service experience—particularly at NoHu—needs improvement. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to ensure a more respectful and seamless

The only problem was they charged us $40 everytime we left the hotel in the parking garage. There needs to be a guest price for people staying in the hotel and a different price for people who aren’t. That is ridiculous

We literally only had one piece of soap and a 5 pack of cotton swabs for the entire stay of 3 days. Additionally, there was a night fire alarm incident on one of the nights (3:40 am to 5:30 am) with firefighters coming, evacuation and technical problems with hotel facilities. There was literally one hotel employee on duty and he was not ready for that. No instructions, no guidelines, no bonuses (like extended breakfast times) for the quests.

Our family had a wonderful experience! The rooms were beautifully appointed and clean, with a well-stocked bar and thoughtful snacks to enjoy. The staff truly went above and beyond, and we loved every amenity from the bowling alley and game room to the pool. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Birthday stay! This was a last minute booking and the staff was so accommodating. Tyriq at the front desk was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I! Also Jenna the bartender was amazing! Views were amazing!

Do not stay!!! Lets start with parking as a guest you have to pay $22 per day. Then the TV in the room, $400 a night and no cable, no streaming and cant even install a Fire-stick, front desk is aware of issue Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning. Then the bed, if you can manage to hop on before it slides off the platform. That is ideal for a handicapped guest such as myself.

First things first the Security deposit is $150 per night. That’s first. Second the WiFi in the entire hotel went down and I had to resort to using my Hotspot for my IPad to watch a show with my wife. And the parking , don’t even get me started. I was charged 22 dollars for a 24 hour parking when the correct charge should of been 8 dollars when I go in at 11 at night and leave at 11 in the morning that’s not 24 hours that’s 12 hours. The only real help was from Cheddie at the front desk

The convenience and affordability of the property is superb.

First of all, let me say this: You're making the biggest mistake of your life by coming here. After a long journey, we went to the hotel to check in. I gave my name and they said they'd wait for me. They said there was a computer issue and needed to fix it. So I waited. At least 10 other people had checked in after me. After keeping me waiting for about an hour, they told me my reservation was canceled, there were no rooms available, and I needed to find another hotel. And this was at 11:00 PM. I consider this DISCRIMINATION. If the system wasn't working, how could they give rooms to those who arrived after me? The staff were so arrogant, they didn't even show the slightest concern. They lied to my face and offered no help or apology.

The bed was not comfortable at all and we were told we could go outside to look at the view but when we tried to go was told we needed to eat there

They could have provided us with atleast some complimentary waters in the rooms. We paid $1200!

Not allowing guest to go out on the rooftop unless you ate at the restaurant and should inform guest ahead of time about the security deposit of $150 per night.

A hotel-wide fire alarm at a luxury hotel at 3 AM for a guest who set off their smoke alarm likely from smoking in their room seems much. If we weren’t staying the one night it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal. Didn’t get good sleep as construction next door started at 6-7 AM. Not a restful night.

There were no breakfast option other then the hotel next door. I do hope the breakfast will be availble when I return for my next visit

Breakfast was basic but good. Our reservation said garden view i believe but we had a view of the train. Disappointed ! Drinks in the bar are expensive. Mattress in room was awesome. Greatly appreciated that. Gentleman at front dest check in gave us no direction but an employee up on the floor took us to the correct floor. Young lady at check out was awesome. Paying to park is ridiculous considering the price of hotel and other hotel expenses.

Check in was easy. Staff wasn't too bad. I wish the rooms were a little bit more clean. The room was not properly vacuumed. This hotel is convenient to NYC. You just cross over and take ferry to NYC. If NYC wasn’t the reason then, I wouldn’t stay.

Can’t imagine a better location! My family of four stayed here while visiting NYC. The front desk employee that checked us in was so kind and helpful and our rooms were immaculate. Every morning, we walked out the door and straight on to the ferry that took us right to the city. So easy and a beautiful ride across the river. Nothing. We were happy with everything!

The hotel itself was clean and nicely maintained, which I appreciated. However, the staff were quite rude, and the walls were so thin that you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. On top of that, the $150 per night deposit fee felt excessive. Overall, it wasn’t the most pleasant stay despite the cleanliness.

The location looked pretty clean. The hotel is across from the ferry that runs until 11:30pm which will take you straight into Manhattan. The staff was really accommodating and nice even with some of our grievances upon arrival. Check out was just a call away which made it convenient.

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. When I check-in no one told me about breakfast. When I check the website it said open at 5pm so I was unaware they serve breakfast until i was checking out I heard the gentleman at the front desk telling another guest. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The room was average and I was awaken at 4 am with this tapping sound from what I can assume was the vent, very annoying. I wanted a bowl of soup because it was a cold night coming from nyc and since there is no microwave in the rooms I didn’t want to buy it there and bring it over. I was told the kitchen is closed at 9:45 pm. That’s ridiculous. Apart from having the hotel right across from the ferry port. There is nothing much about the hotel.

My toilet stopped working, had issues with the lights, didn’t have a way to warm up any food, didn’t have access to any water or ice, I had a lot of issues with my room that didn’t seem to really get resolved and I had a hard time contacting the property. Can’t say I will be back. I’m a big fan of Marriott too so I’m disappointed.

The parking garage is public, so additional cost of $22/ overnight, but it was conveniently adjacent to hotel. Also, there is an indoor pool, but it's not listed on website. Staff was great. I had watermarks on my shower ceiling as if there was a flood above at some point. No one mentioned there was a pool, but I also didn't see it on Expedia when I reserved it. So that could of been a me thing. The fridge isn't really that cold, so definatly go get ice. The ice machine, the fitness area, and the pool are all on the 7th floor.

The hotel itself is beautiful. You have to pay for parking because they do not own the parking garage. Check in was quick only 2 things that could be improved during check in I was charged a total amount of 571 when it should have been a $300 deposit. They said it would come back to my card the next day when it didn’t. I guess it depends on my bank. I was also bit by bugs while staying there. Other than that customer service was nice and the rooms and bathrooms was beautiful

Very friendly front desk staff, very quick and easy check in. I will say that the ice machine on the 7th floor is very inconvenient and doesn’t work. Had to go back to the check in desk to get some ice for the room.

Fantastic location. It overlooks the harbor and it’s right directly across from the ferry terminal. Great view of the city skyline and will stay again. The facility was nice, pool great, gym great. My only complaint? Our room reeked of woman’s perfume, it was absolutely terrible.

We were going to New York City for my birthday and wanted to stay in New Jersey to take the ferry over. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The rooms were clean. Service was excellent and shopping was easy to get to. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. One of the best things about our stay was the restaurant right next to the hotel. It was outdoor eating and you could see the shoreline of New York City it was amazing.

Stay 1 night at Envue prior to our cruise from New York. Parking was $22 a day plus ferry station right in front of hotel. 15-20 minutes ferry ride to Midtown plus buses supplied by ferry company to bring you different parts of the city for free! One way ferry ride about $9. Great location, quiet from downtown New York City! Will return for sure!

Was nice that the property directly next to the ferry was very convenient. The hotel itself was pretty mediocre. One day we did not get room service or even towels upon asking. The room phone did not work. The ceiling had water stains as was wet the entire stay. The hotel only had one working elevator with long wait times. Could be a better hotel but just seems like not maintained or ran too well.

Hotel is located right across from the ferry terminal and gives great views of the New York skyline, both from our room and across the Weehawken river line. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and just a generally nice hotel with nice staff. We will be back to New York and we will probably be back to this hotel as well.

We arrived at 4 PM, an hour later than the standard check-in time. The receptionist, Chris, informed us that no rooms were available and that we would need to wait for about two minutes. After 15 minutes, I approached him again, noting that check-in usually starts at 3 PM. To my dismay, he raised his voice and reiterated that there were no rooms available at that moment. His attitude was completely unacceptable and significantly impacted my day and overall impression of the hotel. While the room was clean, the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, making for an uncomfortable stay.

The lovely young lady at the check-in desk was a pleasure. We only had one meal there which was breakfast. The food was good, but the wait staff are very slow and appear to be completely disinterested in their jobs. That was the only negative thing we could say about our stay. Location is great to be close to Manhattan but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area with a pretty river walk and skyline views. We would stay here again when we return to New York.

There are lots of restaurants in the area. Room size and beds were very comfortable

amazing views of the city from the lobby and roof deck. Easy parking.

In the morning we were offered some breakfast compensation but told our 3 year old son didn’t count and so the breakfast credit could only be used for two people. The managerial staff in the morning were not apologetic. Overall a woefully inadequate response to a terrible experience and I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling with a family.

First time booking with this hotel. No cellphone service which is not ideal because of company security. Hotel wifi works. The room is small but new. Beds are comfy. Breakfast does not start until 730am which is bad for early risers. I was told during checkin that breakfast is at 630am. However, the next morning i was informed that it is not until later in the morning. Parrking is $22 overnight.

Pros: Beautiful views of the city from the room. Very clean and comfy. Good amenities bar in the lobby and restaurants nearby and one in the hotel. Gym and indoor pool. Bathroom in the hotel room was nice and clean the bed was clean and comfortable I wasn’t too crazy about the pillows but that’s just me and my wife.

Manhattan skyline is awesome

My stay was not that great, for the amount we paid for this stay, I was not satisfied. The sheets were too small for the bed which caused us to constantly have to fix the bed while trying to sleep, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par. The constant slamming of the doors made it impossible for us to get a good night’s rest. The elevator was like being in a horror film, seemed to be very unstable. The restaurant Nohu made me very sick, spent one of my nights stuck in the bathroom. Just over all it was not what I was expecting. Though the views were very nice, my overall experience was not. I don’t think I would be back.

The property was great! I paid for a continental breakfast through Expedia and when I asked about it at check in, I was informed that they had restaurants but no continental breakfast. Really an Expedia thing not the hotel.

Wow! This hotel amazed us from start to end. My husband booked a night for our wedding anniversary and let’s just say we plan to return. I absolutely love the decor of the whole hotel and the room was divine with the view. The room was nice and clean. View from the evening and morning skyline from nyc was the highlight. We had dinner and breakfast at Noho location at the hotel. Excellent food and service!

The EnVue was a beautiful property with an AMzing view of the NYC skyline. The rooms were nice and clean, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and they have a popular restaurant and bar in the hotel, which was fantastic. I also love that the hotel was conveniently located in Weehawken, which has various dining and shopping options. Great option for my recent business trip.

Everything was nice except for trying to get towels daily, cleaning staff not understanding you and you understanding them. Made for a hard transaction which made our situation uncomfortable and a cery long wait.

Online room details described having a view at a higher rate. I assumed it was the NYC skyline so I booked it instead of the courtyard view. Turns out our “view” from the 10th floor was of the town cliffs. I inquired with the front desk after getting to our rooms and was told only rooms with the single king beds have the NYC view. Rooms with 2 queen beds have courtyard or cliffs view. Unless I missed this when booking online, they should be very clear about this detail! We did not use the restaurant or bar during our 2night stay. However, while sitting in the lounge area taking in the NYC view across the river, I noticed an unpleasant odor similar to that of an old dirty bar or restaurant. This was surprising given everything else was very pleasant. My daughter described the hotel as bougie. Would definitely consider another stay.

We had an amazing time here! The staff was always super nice. Anytime we had requests and questions, they were patient and helpful. We weren't in the room for most of our trip but we always came back to a clean room. The view was spectacular! You could see all of midtown! No coffee maker in room, the lighting in the room was terrible. Very dark even with all the lights on. But, the location of the hotel was very convenient. Easy access to mid manhattan

View was amazing parking was easy (you do have to pay) hotel was very clean neat and modern. Definitely will be coming back.

The front desk was excellent. But the young lady last night at the bar tried double dipping or is stealing money. My mom bought 2 of the tiny cokes and gave her a $20 bill, she turned and tried to get my mom to sign to sign the receipt possibly to have the room billed too. Keep an eye on her

Great location, clean spacious rooms. My only complaint is the soap pump in the shower was empty and no water bottles were left in the room (even after I mentioned it to the front desk. Additionally since it’s a pet friendly hotel they should offer dog bowls/bedfor those travel with service animals. Other than that, I recommend this hotel especially for easy travels into the city.
