Stay was good. Nice free breakfast. Seating was limited at breakfast, but there were also people using the breakfast area as a social lounge after they were done eating. Room was large enough for 3 of us traveling and was clean.

Despite there being a short term issue with the hot water while we were the stay was great! Staff was kind and helpful and very apoplectic about the water. They had the hot water back on the next morning.

My 2nd stay at Webster holiday inn and I really like that it’s very clean. I also enjoy the quiet hours in the evening, after traveling 5.5 hrs I love being able to relax and sleep peacefully.

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious and the staff member serving coffee was super sweet. Loved the extended pool hours till 10pm only negative was no towels.

Front desk staff where amazing and very helpful. The rooms where fresh and clean.

The breakfast was very nice and any interactions with staff were very warm and friendly.

We found a discarded needle, uncapped, next to the bed my daughters were sleeping on. I stepped on it. Hotel management did not care to respond.

There was no hot water durning my stay. Phone in room did not work. Old refridge made loud noise and had to unplug.

No hot water for shower. Had to shower in ice cold water. Told we’re working on it, maintenance doesn’t come in until 9:30. Unacceptable and no compensation or apology.

The shades on the window did not work. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The room was very clean with the exception of one issue that was taken care of immediately. The shades kept the room very dark which was important for jet lagged sleep. Shower was excellent and was adjustable for tall or short people. Bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was available all the time, again helpful for jet lag. We will stay again.

Great hotel

We loved the location. We loved the comfortable room, and pool/hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tubs should have tub mats or something so they weren’t so slippery. My sister in law almost fell in the shower. We did get a tub mat brought to us but every tub should have one with out asking for one. The freezer in our room was moldy and gross.

For the proce - there should not be tears in the curtains and a mirror outaide the bathroom where makeup can be applied (not the floor length) would be a good benefit

The staff was friendly, but when we arrived in our room, there was a bag of chips on the ground next to the bed. There were crumbs on the night stand, and the bed looked ruffled as if someone sat in it. We were very tired, so we slept but we were quite uncomfortable with the condition of the room. We took pictures of the condition once we arrived. Other than that the stay was decently pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good. Just wish some sort of compensation was offered for the state of our room.

Best staff ever. My granddaughter left a toy in lobby and they brought it right up to our room.

The room was very clean and large! The elevators and hallways were not clean! Lots of dirt and mud in elevators and trash outside of rooms. Will stay again because it was clean and quiet

It was only an overnight stay but it was absolutely wonderful! Tristan was at the front desk checking us in and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! Very professional and personable!! Room was exactly what we needed for the evening and breakfast the next morning was perfect!

Everyone at this property was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance people. The breakfast was great and on time. This was our first experience with a Holiday Inn in years, and we were delighted. We usually stay with Marriott.

It is the best place to stay in the Webster, NY area.

The room I reserved was given away. That wasn’t the worst part. The new room I was given appeared to have been recently used. Trash on the floor and in the bins. The bed looked as if someone was recently in it. It was not a good experience.

We booked and paid for a king room which we needed for my bad back and legs. Before we arrived around 7 pm we received a call to see if we were still coming in which we said we were in town already at an event. We got to the hotel ended up with two small beds as they sold out room to someone else when I asked if this is what happened the guy at the front desk said I’m not allowed to comment on that. We are not happy and had a horrible sleep.

Modern and cean hotel

The staff is exemplary! They have ALL been so accommodating, kind, and friendly. The Manager, Alesia(sp?), is wonderful all around! She very clearly has the respect and appreciation of her staff, and is a great influence in leadership.

We stayed at the hotel 4 days and were unable to use the toilet in our room for 3 of those days. Finally on the 3rd day they were able to fix it. Before then we had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom.

I had a king suite. Honestly did not hear any noise during my 4-night stay. No toilets flushing or loud guests or traffic noise, even though it’s off a main highway. The QUIETEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Crazy! And super clean. I highly recommend.

Room next door was too noisy

Once I was in the room, everything was fine. Desk chair was very squeaky when leaning back. On final morning when cleaning up and packing up, found a sock under mattress that was not mine. Breakfast did the job. Front desk didn't have any travel toothpaste, but offered a mouthwash instead. The EV chargers in back were great.

The hotel was very clean and had nice, updated rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and our room was the perfect temperature. Lots of TV channels for my kids to choose from, which they enjoyed. The pool and hot tub were nice, although the pool water was a little bit cloudy. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and it was nice that there were hot items to choose from as well. The first day the breakfast was busy, and it would have been nice to have a few more items replenished (milk, eggs), however the second day was not busy at all and there was lots of everything to choose from. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and would return if we are visiting the Rochester area again!

Wherever I go I always check for a Holiday Inn Express. They are consistently good, comfortable and affordable.

Over all best stay

The hotel was very nice. The property and the staff were great. The only issue was that they did not take care of the ice in the lot in front of the hotel. It was very slippery and difficult to walk around.

The parking lot to the hotel was not plowed or cleaned well enough for parking and customer safety.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. Unfortunately, this was the second time we were checked into a room that was not ours. (The first time the room was occupied. This time the room was vacated, but not yet cleaned.) Otherwise, this is a reasonably nice hotel for family visits or business.

Everything was really good, only complaint i have is the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the noise in other rooms and hallway was making it hard to get some sleep. Other than that staff was nice and place was clean.

Only thing missing is a change machine so quarters are available to do laundry.

The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere. It had a nice park adjacent. Staff greeted you with a smile and a hello. A super sweet maintenence man took time to talk with us and make sure our stay was great. Food at breakfast was good(wish there was more fruit options, though).The pool area was amazing. Loved that they had a hot tub and that it had lots of windows so you didn't feel in a dungeon, like most hotel pool areas! Kuddos Webster Holiday Inn! My very picky autistic son keeps asking to go back to your hotel... you set the bar bar high!!! Thank you for a great stay! See you on our way back through the area sometime

Hotel is in a quiet area with shopping and restaurants only about a 2-3 minute drive away. Hotel itself was very quiet. The free hotel breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had. The staff were great!

The pool was one of the most disgusting filthy hotel pools I've ever been in. The chlorine was intolerable and irrated both my 4 year old and 2 year Olds eyes and skin. There was green filthy slime all over the walls and floor of pool and multiple "thibgs" floating in the murky water...and the hot tyb was just as bad. I want some money back, I paid a lot of money at this hotel because of the pool alone for my children and we only let them be in it for 20 mins tops! I'm applauded that u think that is satisfactory for guests (esp children) to swim in.

I went up there for two nights with my nine brothers and sisters for a family reunion. We all stayed at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. We used the lobby in the evenings to be together, and we also sat at those same tables in the morning for breakfast. The staff there were all wonderful….. from check-in, breakfast, and everyone in between. I would go back there every time I need to be in Webster, New York.
