We stayed here for one night when we traveled to Toronto. It's a nice and clean hotel. The only thing I didn't like were the shower heads.

I travel a lot meaning that I stop at different states hotel but this one been the first hotel to be honest that I feel the services, staff, breakfast was unique I can’t complain everything was great from my checking in true my checking out

How can this be a popular meal? Nobody took any! Cereal selection was mostly for children. There was a sign to ask "Allergy question?" But the food worker shrugged her shoulders. No breakfast for me.

The only problem during our stay was they ran out of hot water in the morning. When asked, we were told there are too many people in the hotel.

Everything was as expected but one thing. Two mornings in a row there was not enough hot water for us to shower. While it’s understandable that many people will be showering at the same time in the morning, it’s unacceptable to have to take a cold or even lukewarm shower. Facilities should be updated to meet the demand on the worst of days. Hope this feedback is helpful for future travelers, but this will impact my booking choice next time in the Rochester/Webster area.

The pool was closed the whole week. The breakfast was mediocre at best.the operation of the tv is confusing.

I stay at a lot of hotels due to my daughter dance sport. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations the staff was absolutely wonderful and every request was quickly answered. If ever in Webster again this is the ONLY hotel I would stay at. The suite style room was perfect in size and comfort.

staff was wonderful,very friendly and helpful. the spa and pool were closed and the coffee maker did not work. the replacement coffee maker also did not work.

Breakfast menu was good. Our biggest concern was the pillows. Too soft and gives me headache and neck hurt in the morning.

The room is where everything went wrong. 1st, the light when you first walked in was out. Half of the shower door was missing... but worst of all, they bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. My back is still on a lot of pain more than aday and a half later. The reason I am giving a 3 star tating is because of the staff. Everyone was very nice and courteous. They tried to give me a discount, but could not because I booked through a 3rd party. Lesson learned there. If you are thinking of staying here, steer clear of room 106.

I liked the room that we stayed in. It was a "handicap" accessible room, but it was spacious and comforable. I didn't like the fact that this is the 2nd time we stayed at this facility and the hot tub/pool were not open.

The check-in was pleasant and easy; the lobby and the room were clean, there was plenty of nearby dining options, and the neighborhood was quiet.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and it is starting to look tired and in dire need of a refresh. Coffee stains along doors and walls of our bathroom. Old and stained grout in bathroom. Big water damage area on ceiling of room roughly patched but not “finished”. Sheets wouldn’t stay put on mattress. Also had an issue with back to back reservations. Cleaning personnel disturbed our stay/sleep two days in a row due to “not having updated paperwork” regarding extended stay in the room. Hard to believe there isn’t a better process in place for extended stay guests. The hard insistent knocks on the door were intrusive…one while showering and the other while sleeping. Breakfast was one of the better ones for “inclusive” hotels. Was ok with “every other day” room service policy of the hotel. All in all, there aren’t many other options in this area of Rochester but we will find another hotel next time.

I wish the water in the shower got hotter than just warm. Also my general issue with Hampton Inn is to keep the ham/bacon in a totally separate warming tray because its flavor ends up on the eggs and potatoes.

I work for a virginia electric utility and was in webster for family reunion. I told the desk when i checked in that due to the hurricane i may have to leave early when i went to check out to head back to virginia the lady at the desk wanted to argue about my checking out early i told her i had togo regardless. That is not my complaint. Iturn away from the desk and she then started to run her mouth about how i used expedia to some man standing near the desk and why i didn t call the hotel for a reservation facing a 10 hour drive i let it go

Check in process quick, didn’t like not having a complimentary hygiene bag in the room, and when front desk was notified for some products nobody showed up, had to go down and grab the items myself

Travelling for work requires Internet access to communicate with my company, customers and prospects. The internet quality was so poor that I could not send a small attachment or download a spreadsheet via email. I asked the front desk for a room closer to the router but none were available. The person at the front desk tried her best by giving me another internet access that was supposed to be better. It didn't work. at less than 3 mbps rate, that is about as low as dial up was 20 years ago. Totally not acceptable! I will never stay at that hotel ever again. there are (2) other hotels right on that road that I will choose for next years event. I even convinced the host for the event to remove Hampton from their suggested local hotel list for next year. Plus, there wasn't even a television remote in my room. Come on Hilton/Hampton. You have got to do better...

Stay was fine, except there was a leak from the ceiling that was in between the two beds. At some point there maybe a ceiling collapse as the ceiling material looks to be a bit soggy.

No guide in room with how to operate TV, although the girl at front desk showed me (she had some trouble at first) and offered a channel guide. Breakfast was not great...out of regular coffee as well as in lobby. This was around 9am. Sausage is an unappetizing grey color. No one from the kitchen came out to check on things and there was still quite a bit of time left.

I liked that it was very close to the highway. Breakfast was set out early and there was always coffee.

Great location for our purposes. We were in the area for a basketball tournament, and the hotel was conveniently located to the venues we needed to attend. The breakfast was satisfying in the mornings and the beds were soft and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and calm in the evenings.

Room was clean - bathroom up to date and clean - breakfast very good with good selection - workout room ok. Some equipment down but elliptical and treadmill worked fine. Wish there were more cable channels available but no big deal. Overall a very pleasant place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Couldn’t find a place to hang up clothes, there was a big mirror that I pulled on, but didn’t wanna pull it off the wall only to find out and check out you have to slide it. Also, the breakfast was nice, but after about 10 people came everything was gone other than bread And waffle mix.

Booked this room and drove 2hrs because of the separate tub in room. Upon arrival there was NO tub in room. I spent an hour online with customer service who said they spoke with hotel to get me room I booked and that they would call me back in 2 hours to make sure it was taken care. They NEVER called back. The room was in horrible shape and Hampton Inn said I didn’t get an upgraded room because it was booked through HOTELS/EXPEDIA. I was offered no compensation or reimbursement for this unbelievable disaster

Other than the rude clerk, we very much enjoyed our holiday stay. All the other staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Not sure about the safety. Folks were hanging out in front of the door smoking more than cigarettes and customers had to walk through the crowd and be bombarded by smoke.

It was a horrible experience for me and my family there wasn’t no accommodations for having dirty sheets on bed , there was no manager never on site no one called me back our car got vandalized our first night never will stay there again

I liked the property (only 1 night stay though so I didn't get to experience much), good service, rooms were clean. My slight issue was with the mini-fridge, there weren't any water bottles and the vending machine on our floor didn't show any prices for the bottles. The area is alright, subway, and some pizza nearby (good enough for vegetarians but not if you're staying for a longer period). Overall a solid 3.5 stars (not enough for 4 though so will be rounding down).

The only thing I didn’t like was the hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets didn’t work well

Also I did not appreciate people smoking marijuana outside by the entry way.

I was very disappointed because my Kids/Grandkids and I stayed here for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working. The showers in the rooms…water was barely hot. Great breakfast! Clean.

Stay here for a few hours before a college tour. The staff were very friendly when I called with questions before booking. Very accommodating for my wee hours check in. Breakfast options were plenty and I was very pleased with the room especially the comfort of the bed after a long drive.

I was told only maintenance could change that, so I only wished I would have looked elsewhere. The hotel and room were clean, although the bed caused me to toss and turn all night. Could use a mattress upgrade

W.e have stayed here before and loved it but not this time we had ants in our room and kids playing hockey in the halls and ruff housing through the whole building and I had a small child with me she was crying because it was so loud and she wanted to sleep I called several time to the front desk with no one answering my calls or messages

Only room I was given in a long time without a closet, walls seemed thin as noises from above and the hall traveled into the room until well after midnight

Great place bed was awful. Woke up with back pain but the friendliness from staff and the cleanliness made up for it.

Parking is well lit and road noise is non-existent. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast is pretty exceptional. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa offered at all times in the lobby is a really nice touch, too. Super fast elevators, rarely a wait. I would definitely stay again, unless I want a real hot tub, then I'd try somewhere else.

Easy access from the highway

I could hear other customers conversations and tv easily, and these were not loud in any way. I had my white noise machine and I am glad for it, otherwise I would have had trouble sleeping. There were not that many customers in the building yet I had people sleeping next door every night. (I think they could have leave an empty room between customers to prevent this)

It was a decent property, but unfortunately the room we were in the view was horrible. The only view we had was of the roof, all we could see was chimneys and the it was so high that's all we could see out the window.......

The Inn was very good all around. No complaints. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
