Good breakfast. Great staff. There was some confusion about the date of our stay. Not sure whose fault but when I tried to correct it through Bookings, I did not get anywhere.

Great huge room. Decent breakfast, staff is nice. Hot tub is out of order indefinitely- which bummed us out since we booked the hotel to be able to soak in the hot tub after skiing.

The sink was clogged; the water wasn't draining quickly, it was pooling. I was never able to check in by phone or email; it kept asking for a confirmation number that I didn't have. The phone support I called wasn't helpful or courteous. I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, and then I was able to check in, and everything went smoothly after that.

Clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed. We had lots of noise from the room(s) above. Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast but the home fries were, in no way, fried! They had not seen a griddle, deep frier or even been oven fried!!

From check in to check out, the entire experience was exceptional. Staff at front desk were extremely friendly, polite and helpful with recommendations in the area. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to return

We wanted a place with a pool and hot tub. We paid a lot of money for two bedroom and chose this place for pool and hot tub. Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub out of order. Breakfast was terrible and empty. Had to wait for everything to be filled with long lines waiting. Poor experience for money spent. Should have went elsewhere

I filled out their online check in form and indicated that I would like housekeeping service every other day. No housekeeping service was preformed at all. Nice hotel, but not worth the extra $.

It’s impossible to connect to internet

We had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn. Everything was so nice. We used the grill outside to grill steaks. Vickie at the front desk was amazing, she allowed us to have a late check out. All of the staff was so nice and caring. We have found our new favorite hotel for our trips in to visit my wife's family. The room was perfect. My mother in law came to visit. We were able to cook in the little kitchen area. It has a full fridge. We loved the way the room was set up. We wished we could have stayed longer. Our Toy Aussie that we brought loved it as well. The gym was awesome they had earphones for people to use when working out. The hot tub was out of order, but it was still a great stay.

This is an older property and frequent travelers will recognize this. But it is wonderfully managed by an extremely accommodating staff. The bathrooms are old school, but impeccably clean and the water pressure in the shower is better than any other Residence Inn property I've visited. Parking is more than adequate, unlike some other properties I've visited. Local dining options are excellent and all within five minute's driving distance—a couple within easy walking distance. It's just a superb place to stay, and tremendous value for your money.

It's an older property, but excellently maintained by a supremely efficient and friendly staff.

This was such a beautiful and clean hotel. My two year old had a blast in the pool. Super clean and the beds were so comfy. Room was clean and ALL the staff was so sweet. Rosa who was cleaning the rooms was absolutely sweet and helpful and so kind. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The breakfast was amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Great stay

This will be come my go-to for a hotel stay. The King Bed Suite has a very sensibly design with kitchen, tables, pull-out couch. It's right off the highways but not too close so it's quiet and has an indoor pool with hot tub.

We stayed here after a day of driving the length of Skyline Drive. It was easy to get to. The front desk staff were amazing when we checked in, including being very knowledgeable about places to eat in the area that were not chain restaurants. Our room had more amenities that we needed and was great for relaxing. Only downside was the air conditioning was extremely loud which woke us up every time it kicked on over night.

The whole two night experience was great. My room was amazing! It was furnished like a studio apartment with a full kitchen. The tv was able to flip back and forth between the living room and bedroom. The views of Shenandoah park were also beautiful. I loved waking up to that view. The only problem was the leaky faucet in the shower. Other than that everything was amazing!

Huge indoor pool, decent hot breakfast, kitchenette in the room. No complaints but just so you know there is a $100 non refundable cost for having a pet. It’s not a set amount per night. Even if you are only staying one night, they charge you $100 for a pet. That’s the most I have ever known a hotel to charge.

Tv wasn’t working but front desk came to fix it. The ironing board was also broken. You also had to work with the lock to get it to work properly.

We live locally but having renovations done on our house. Thoroughly enjoying our stay here. Clean, relaxing and enjoyable environment. Nikita, concierge, is very good at his job. Very hospitable, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Victor at the front desk was so personable and friendly! He even gave our dogs some treats which confirmed how dog friendly this hotel is. Hotel room was so clean and accommodating! Great place for to stay!

After a long drive the reception staff was friendly also allowed us to check in alittle early. Very accommodating traveling with dogs. Room was spacious extremely clean with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this property!

The room and amenities were good and service very good. While it was great they allow dogs, the dog fee of $100/night for a $300.night room (one third the cost of the room) seemed excessive. No fee or maybe a 10% fee on the rate would be more appropriate.

This property was so clean I was comfortable in every part. The staff were all polite and friendly and happy.

Shower tub doesn’t drain properly. Refrigerator is very loud.

The only issue is that my toilet didn't flush properly. So throughout the night we had to wake our other family members to use their toilet in the room next door.

We were not able to check-in. When we arrived we were informed that the hotel notified Expedia that our room would not be available and that they were told that Expedia would notify us by 1 pm. We were never notified and had made no other arrangements. My issue is with Expedia, not the hotel. The hotel manager (NickCole?) went above and beyond in making other arrangements for us, which could not have been easy since every hotel in the area was booked to capacity that weekend.

We have stayed at Residence Inns before and been pleased. It’s nice to have a kitchenette and they usually also offer breakfast. This property was ok on the outside, had a pool and a workout room. Saturday night they also lit a fire ring outside but OMG it was not cleaned well. Our room was dirty - toothpaste on the cabinets, something left in the sink, dust on tables…ugh. The common areas - halls, elevator also dirty - leaves on the carpet, bags of trash in the halls, trash cans not emptied. Was a bummer

The hotel was great. The person at the front desk was awesome. I loved that there was a steakhouse in the same parking lot. Well, except for the unsavory types hanging out in the back of the restaurant but in front of the hotel.

Its a nice hotel and looked very well kept. The lady at the front desk was new but didn't have a clue as to where our room was located and never gave us any information about breakfast, Wi-Fi password, check out time or anything that usually gets said. I didn't ask either. Entered room and it had a wet dog smell. Was clean but dishes still in dishwasher. The water temperature for the shower was crazy. It either scalded you or froze you and it would just changed on its own. The actual room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Often don’t have anyone at the front desk, but other than that all is good. Staff is very friendly, place is clean and neat. Location is good.

Everything was great, except the fact that I had to check out a day early and head home, and the guy working the front desk told me that the room would remain open until the next day (original check out day), and that they would check me out tomorrow. I got in the car and started thinking about it, so I called Expedia to ask them for help, and they said they contatced this hotel, and they said the hotel said that they would not be refunding anything. I can't believe it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean an comfortable. We took advantage of the on site laundry room. Love that there was a full kitchen in the room as well. Only complaint is that the hot tub was not in service during our stay.

Nicole and the entire Front Desk crew are amazing. Nicole was the epitome of hospitality! The hotel is very clean and felt Covid safe upon entry. They truly make you feel at hone away from home. I loved our room - with fireplace. Only downside is thin walls so you here the trampling down the exterior stairwell in the bedroom. That was only issue but hotel needs to add soundproof drywall to fix that!

Convenient safe location, easy parking. Easy checkin. Every one was very friendly. Free breakfast was fine. Because of covid, it was all passed out by a very friendly lady. Room was really clean and comfortable. We had a king suite which was perfect for our family and plenty of room. Only complaint was there were noises outside that kept me awake.

When we got to the hotel we were informed that they are overbooked and we did not have a room. We had to drive four hours before we could find another hotel. I have tried to contact hotels.com via chat online and email and I have yet to receive any kind of word back. I’m hoping this review will do that please contact me to remedy this horrible situation

Beautiful room, very clean, convenient location. However, refrigerator made growling sounds that were loud and the hvac unit fan was also quite loud, so loud that we were unable to hear the television when put on the constant position so we ended up using the auto. Breakfast is grab and go but we probably will not indulge. Lovely hotel. We may just have had a bad room.

Though it rained and ruined our planned hike on Sabbath, we made up for it on the "Skyline" on Sunday! Beautiful change of season colorings on the greenery. Loved it...
