This was the worse place I ever been. Dirty place, the staff are always frustrated and care less about your questions. The breakfast was even worse. By 7am there’s nothing left and no one care to even restock some food. It’s just water coming out of the « supposed » juice machine, and no one to even put a proper juice in there. I stayed there for 3 nights,4 days and didn’t get to eat any breakfast and like you this place supposed to be breakfast included. Overall this experience was terrible. I will never go back there again and will advise others to not waste your money going there. Very disappointing

Smh the room was way inthe back and it wasn't a good stay staff threw the coffe cream i asked for. Horrible. Rude and on his phone the whole time. It was supposed to be a smoke free room. It was the room frm hell .

Don’t book here. It was so dirty, We checked out after one night. We could not stay there. Air conditioner was broken, bathroom was filthy, toilet did not flush. Didn’t date take our shoes off.

This property should be removed from your listing because it is not really a hotel. The door to my room was not secure, and there was no coffee for breakfast. The first room they put me in had the hotel privacy door latch missing and the deadbolt could not lock due to the door being warped by the extreme cold. This is a motel where each unit’s door opens right outside. They moved me into another room which had a partially functioning deadbolt, but the hotel privacy door latch was barely attached with 1 screw missing and the other 2 partially sticking out. A determined person could have broken into my room. After surviving the night, I found no coffee the next morning. The receptionist told me that another customer had just broken the machine. I did not believe her and left immediately for Starbucks. Maybe that was her plan.
- 1/5
Broken fixtures, dirty linens, dirty bathroom. Missing switches. Missing latches on the windows. Poor quality all around.
- 5/5
The staff very friendly and breakfast was great!
- 3/5
The room seemed clean. The staff were there and at the desk for check in and check out. The room felt a little more industrial and utilitarian than cozy and warm. The WiFi was nonexistent. The beds and pillows were comfortable. If you need a place to crash for a night or two and don’t plan on staying long in the room. This would be an excellent choice.
- 4/5
The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, however the bathroom smelled like urine. It appeared clean though so I’m not sure why.
- 4/5
Good nights rest, quite location
- 1/5
Shower without paint or replace Bed cover dirty Trash back to night stand Carpet dirty No breaks fast Need to inspected by health department in Waynesboro
- 1/5
- The hotel seemed very unsafe with groups of people gathered here and there loitering. - The room was dirty - lamps, switches, surfaces. I did not dare look in the drawers. - The smoke alarm was disconnected and had wires hanging down which is unsafe and ILLEGAL! Probably had a camera in there. - There was an attic access in the room which probably connected to attics across the building which made me feel unsafe. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.
- 3/5
Room was a little dark for me. Other things were good.
- 4/5
Clean room and good service at the front desk.
- 4/5
Nice enough. The cleaning fluid smell dissipated once the heater/fan was turned on. Bed was a bit soft but we slept well.
- 2/5
Peeling paint shower leaks beds wore out
- 5/5
Belgium Waffle maker makes breakfast perfect for me. Pet Friendly.
- 2/5
Hotel in very rundown condition. We accidentally booked a smoking room and they couldn’t change us to a non-smoking (that was our fault, no blame on the hotel for that), but even for a smoking room, it was in terrible shape. Wall paper peeling, iron board broken, mildew in bathroom, burn holes in the sheets. The room was quite spacious, and breakfast was decent with mini muffins, waffles, and yogurt.
- 3/5
Room 172. There were no grab bars in the shower/tub making it unsafe for getting in & out of the tub. Also the piping that holds the plumbing fixtures in shower/tub wall were not connected to anything making the controls move all over the place when adjusting the water. I don't know how that ever passed inspection code?????
- 4/5
Parking was very convenient; felt safe even though the door open outside.
- 5/5
The staff was very polite. The room was nice and spacious. One thing I would suggest is to put hand rails in the shower area. Thank you for our stay at Quality Inn Waynesboro - Skyline Drive.
- 5/5
It’s an older motel and could use some sprucing up, but the kind and courteous demeanor of the staff makes up for everything! It was a great stay! I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided recommendations for local attractions and events. Rooms were quite and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Staff were very responsive to a room maintenance need. Would recommend and will stay there again.
- 3/5
Room clean. Slept well. Staff polite. Parking sufficient. Breakfast was not that great. Cereal and fruit for me. The 'hot' food was not very good in my opinion. In fact when we checked out we saw the staff put the leftover cooked scrambled eggs in the refrigerator. I really don't hope you reheat them for the next day.

I love an old school motel where you can park in front and walk directly into your room. This is an older property, but has been updated. The setting is nice with some scenic views. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean but could use a maintenance refresh.

The main door barely worked. Had to keep the bathroom door shut overnight due to the odor coming from it. Stains on the bedding. The only positive from the stay was a decent continental breakfast.
- 5/5
Checkin was simple. The room is clean and quiet. The beds are veryy com.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable and very affordable. Would definitely stay again and plan to with my travels for work.
- 5/5
Warm welcome, room clean and confortable, good breakfast.
- 2/5
The hotel was old, outdated, and could have been a bit cleaner
- 1/5
We're not a regular customers. We're just passing by and stayed one night. Front desk gave us the room on second floor. In the morning when we woke up we felt out body ichi especially on my right arms. I thought it was mosquito. Until the day after it spread all over my body and became bigger and bumpy. I have the pictures. It happens to both of us. The hotel was full of BeDBUGs. This is a serious injury of sickness. The hotel was unsafe and unhealthy so stay. I make the is comment so the staff know what they first acction! Until now me and my girlfriend still struggling with the injuries! This is NO GOOD!
- 4/5
It is an older motel with the convenience of larger rooms and being able to park at room front door. The room was very clean and beds comfortable but furnishings very basic and room remodeling very old and dated. Breakfast bar was sub-par - walk down the street to local coffee shop French Press. It depends on what you are expecting - if hiking the AT and sleeping in a tent then this is fabulous. If more used to the new Holiday Inn by I-64 then this is very basic shelter. However, location was close to historic downtown and nearby neighborhoods (very safe area). A good value as it is a lot less expensive than others in area, which covers the cost of eating breakfast elsewhere.
- 5/5
Great stay for a great price
- 5/5
The Desk Manager was great for check-in. She was also on duty the next morn during breakfast. Chatted with wife and I very pleasent experience.
- 5/5
The property itself is old, but we found no issues with it. Everything was clean, everything worked, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
- 3/5
One thing I will give them is that it was clean. When we checked in, the machine for the room keys wasn’t working. We didn’t get a room key until the afternoon of the following day. The staff let us into our room for the first part, which is just annoying to have to ask whenever you get back. The guys didn’t seem to care about how inconvenient it was, but one guy offered to bring us the key when it was ready which was nice. Overall the staff is very laid back and not very professional. I was in the middle of taking a shower to find there was NO shampoo like it hadn't been checked for multiple guest stays. I asked for a discount for our inconveniences and was totally blown off.
- 3/5
The breakfast was horrible. Tiny rock hard biscuits. Inedible sausage gravy and cold, disgusting eggs.
- 3/5
Wasn't bad... lil sketchy, and the staff wasnt friendly at all!!!
- 5/5
It is a customer-friendly hotel, especially when you talk to the manager. It is very clean, with no unpleasant smells in the rooms. It seems like a safe place to stay, located in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains.
- 4/5
Property would be great if they would do some maintenance and update a little . But it was fine .Would stay again.😀
- 5/5
The building is older, and room should hwve been a little cleaner. But we enjoyed the most comfortable bed and large shower. The staff was extremely friendly.
- 5/5
The hidden gem was the other lobby for guests to use. Very bright and pretty. I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bedding. I was able to take an Uber to an airport bus stop and thus saved money. I will definitely stay here again on my return. Will definitely book here a

Hair on the sheets. A bit run down. Very small breakfast area- could barely move around. No conditioner or shower gel.

Stop trying to waste my time

We booked because we had an expo in Arrington to attend. The area was sketchy but had a few options for eating at that were within walking distance. The hotel was adequate although housekeeping failed to shut our door when they left leaving all of our things at risk to anyone who happened to pass by the room. Unacceptable. Luckily nothing was taken and we had all of our valuables with us after seeing the area. Loved the waffles at the breakfast buffet but there weren't a lot of other options. Shenandoah National Park has an entrance only 10 minutes away so the location is what sold us on this spot but I would look for another hotel in this same town if we ever returned.
- 1/5
Very unhappy that customer service is non existent. We arrived to a hotel that had no electricity. Were told it was expected back within in an hour or so. We left and got some dinner and came back and it was still not on. So we decided we did not want to stay in a hotel without electricity. We were charged for the night when we carried our bags in and out within 3 hours. Very discussed! Contacting them under the circumstances and were not given any satisfaction.
- 2/5
Not a very nice hotel. Cold shower. Broken shower rod. Damaged walls. Never again.
- 3/5
Great for a night in town. The carpet was clean and seemed new. Conveniently located near everywhere I wanted to go.

This property is renovating rooms. It is an old property so if you are expecting brand new this is not your stop. In process. I have stayed here multiple times and they meet my needs. Clean room, bed and shower. Lets not forget the Belgian waffle maker for breakfast in the lobby. Love the waffles! Easy check in and friendly service.
- 2/5
Neighborhood and property is run down
- 5/5
Excellent remodeled room. One of the best rooms I've stayed in recently.
- 3/5
Breakfast was included, but im not big on cold eggs and bland sausage gravy. Needs more staff in the AM, one person cant do it all.
- 4/5
Our second Quality Inn of our holiday and the same problem as at the first one in Manassas. We were not expected. This time the outcome was not so good. They again made contact with Expedia and confirmed we did have a booking. However, being a Saturday night they did not have a spare room for us. Next door was an Econolodge operated from the same reception and they did have a room there which we took as nothing else was available. The room was not to the e would have liked. It had obviously been broken into at some point because the door frame was only loosely connected to the wall. On both occasions the Expedia booking system appeared to be at fault.
- 3/5
The hotel room was a bit outdated and the tub was was chipped and faded. As far as advertising a hot breakfast only thing hot was make your own mini waffles. The warmers were not turned on for the eggs, biscuits, or oatmeal hence they were cold. At 43 dollars a night I guess I should not expect too much.
- 4/5
Our reservations got messed up (wrong hotels for wrong nights). Hotels.com continually hung up or disconnected the call when i was trying tobfix the problem. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager was able to fix it and get us rooms for no fee. I highly recommend this hotel, but do not use hotels.com to book anuthing.
- 4/5
Room was cozy, pillows were soft, microwave and fridge were clean. Carpets were sticky feeling. The breakfast was okay. Only needed a place to sleep for a few hours and it did its job
- 4/5
Wanted to walk into town, for dinner. Did not feel safe. Ended up driving to a restaurant. At the back of hotel. Street lights did not light up. Looking forward to go for a swim. Pool was not ready. Room was great, but lots of road noise. Also, the breakfast did not have any bread for toast or any sausages. It would be nice to see a more healthier choices.

- 5/5
Very helpful front desk person.
- 5/5
The staff and front desk check in attendant was very helpful and extremely nice. No complaints here.
- 1/5
The room was clean and partially remodeled. The door to the room had a problem with the locks. The deadbolt didnt work and the latch lock was broken off the door and painted over. The bathroom door would not shut and we had to clean the shower before using it. The beds were clean amd comfortable. We reserved 2 queen beds and called to confirm the queen beds but when we checked in we had 2 double beds because they "made a mistake and gave it to someone else". Breakfast was decent if you only like juice, muffins, and butter. Our key cards didnt work severl times for thr 2 night stay. Staff was nice amd polite.
- 3/5
We did stay here, but a week earlier than expected. We were put into a room that was a separate building from the main hotel, which was somewhat trashy looking on the outside. The room was ok and bed fairly comfortable.
- 5/5
It was easy to find and the check in was easy. It is an ordinary room, clean, big shower, and a great price.
- 5/5
Good price for a great location close to downtown, Constitution Park and the Library.
- 5/5
Pleasant staff, quiet location and close proximity to stores, restaurants and a park by the South River within easy walking distance of the inn are all reasons to consider staying here.
- 5/5
Not a hotel or motel around highway. It actually located next to Main St. walkable to many good restaurants and shops. Room is clean with comfortable bedding. Staff are courteous.
- 5/5
Property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was fantastic
- 4/5
The heater in the room took a long time to adjust the temperature in the room. It was also very noisy heater. Probably because of the age. The bed was comfortable the room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. An older flat screen tv. But for the room size ok. It was fully equipped for handicap. The breakfast was excellent. If your traveling through Waynesboro VA and need a place to sleep the night. This is a good value.
- 5/5

Great hotel
- 3/5
The staff was nice. The room was clean. It's just was very confusing because when we checked in I was not aware that they owned the hotel behind us and that was the econo Lodge which that was not what I booked but that was where our room was. Apparently they bought quality inn bought the hotel that sits behind them which was econo Lodge . Quality Inn just haven't switched things over so it was not exactly on their property initially when I booked it so it was quite confusing and limited choices as well. This was also a last minute booking for me
- 4/5
Rooms were very nice given the older condition of the premises. Staff was very helpful. Perfect location in town to attend a concert at the Wayne Theatre. Great price for the quality level. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Bed was trrrible
- 4/5
This no frills motel was very clean and quiet. We felt safe in the area and the staff was friendly and helpful, even with our late night check in. They serve a decent breakfast and the price was very affordable. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.
- 3/5
This hotel is very old and out dated. The staff was decent. The rooms in the back building smell funny and are worn out.. the area around it isn’t great. But if you can get a good price it’s worth it for just a single night
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
Average property with outdated furniture and small TV.
