Courtyards are consistently a good choice for nightly stays. At this location the front desk was accommodating and appreciated.

The bed was great and the room was clean! The one thing we didn’t appreciate was that housekeeping knocked and opened the door while we were sleeping. Then, we happened to see it happen to the people across the hall as well. Other than that, it was a great stay. The cookies were an awesome touch!

The check in process was fast, but the lead check in guy was kind of rude if you asked me. The younger guy who actually checked me in was stressed, and he did a good job of holding it in as I had small talk with him. The original front desk person told me he'll check me in so come over to him, then he just walked off and told the younger guy to check me in. I checked in and in the room, the older guy then proceeds to call the room and telling me I'm in the wrong room. So how did I get the door open, that's not my mistake, and he had an attitude with it as well. He wasn't stressed because about an hour later I went downstairs, and he's down there laughing and talking with a guy who's clearly drunk sitting in the lobby. Check your cameras.

We had an event at the Palace, which was within walking distance. The hotel location was extremely convenient. The room was clean and quiet. Upon our arrival, there was a line at the check-in and only one person working. We waited in line for more than 25 minutes. The front desk person stated that they are using a new system, and the process is very slow. It shouldn't affect the guest's arrival, and they should have another person available at the 4 p.m. check-in.
