The staff was very helpful and friendly. The check in and out process was quick and easy. The hotel is in a perfect location for DC. Only 2 blocks from the metro and close to a bus route and restaurants too. We used the kitchen, fridge, and freezer far more than we anticipated. The room was spacious and very comfortable and quiet. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. The Peruvian restaurant next to the hotel is excellent. We zipped around the city easily from this location. Great stay!

I love the location, the layout and the staff! Shout out to Justin for being a rockstar always!!! As someone who has stayed here three times so far, I have to say somewhere there is pet hair. My allergies were kicking my butt the last two times I stayed. Which hurts me because I truly LOVE this hotel. But between the pillows and the bathroom something is happening. I didn’t sneeze once, when I left the room.

2) Easy walk to numerous restaurants 3) Near to White House and a little further to other sights on the National Mall 4) Coffee all day and daily Happy Hour (white and red wine) in the lobby Disappointments: 1) Somewhat noisy adjacent bar briefly at closing time most nights 2) Temporary noise from hallway refurbishment started at 7:30 3) Small lobby area, limited other amenities for the price
- 5/5
Great stay. Hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a convenient location. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I love the hotels lobby area. They offer wine between 5 and 6 complimentary popcorn, lemonade and water. I absolutely love the kitchenette, and will take advantage of it next time that I stay here. Staff was also very kind and accommodating. When I needed to check-in early and also to check back into the hotel after a flight cancellation. Hotel was in walking distance to tons of dining options and there were parking garages all around.I will be back soon.

The staff was outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and readily available whenever I needed assistance. Their professionalism and hospitality truly enhanced the experience. The location was also excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Room was VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. A full kitchen with pots and pans and a full size fridge so you could cook as well as a dishwasher. Location was a five minute walk to the metro very convenient. Union Station is a 10 minute taxi ride 2 Sandwich shops right across the street There is a Pub down stairs. Went to another place called the Bottom Line Pub around the corner both places had great food and great staff. In addition, they do have Sweet Tea, Lemonade, tea & coffee, and fresh popcorn. 24 hours a day in the lobby Which is a great option. Shower was great. Bed & pillows were comfy. Staff is available 24 hours for any assistance you might need they were phenomenal. Excellent place

The room was really nice but no coffee pot in the kitchen. There was an electric kettle for hot water but no coffee so I bought some Via at Starbucks

Lovely spacious room, hotel located in a great part of the city with good transport links (metro) and some good close by eating places.

For the price and location The Quincy can’t be beat. We had a few issues with our room - the A/C was not working and we were put in a room that was adjoining to the one next door and we could hear our neighbors very loudly. We went to the front desk and were given a new room promptly and with no issues. The staff also brought us warm toned light bulbs for the bedside lamps as the ones in them initially were that awful bright, florescent light. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was clean as a whistle and definitely came in handy for us. The location is perfect for exploring all parts of the city. Also, shout out to Recessions bar downstairs. We had a blast playing pool and grabbing a few drinks. It was a cheap, fun way to cap off our day in the city!

A great hotel that's basically in the center of DC. The rooms have kitchens equipped with refrigerators, a sink, and basic plates and utensils. The area is really accessible. Transit is close by and you can walk to pretty much anything without the need for a car in most cases. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is an older building but had nicely updated rooms that were clean and well maintined. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes that made everything convenient. The front desk staff was extermely courteous and helpful
- 4/5
There is a Wawa around the corner to buy anything you need like water, snacks or frozen food to heat up in the microwave. There are also many restaurants around the hotel. It is close to the Metro and buses to easily get to the Smithsonian Museums and other attractions. They offer free premium coffee and popcorn all day. They also offer a wine hour daily. It was a very nice stay.
- 4/5
The location is excellent, and there are great dining options around the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was free lemonade, sweet tea, and popcorn in the lobby. The wallpaper in the lobby needs repair. There was no coffee or tea setup in the room, despite a small kitchenette. There was no dish soap in the kitchen sink to wash the dishes.

The staff texted multiple times over the week to just check in on how I was doing and if I needed anything. The morning and evening coffee brewed from fresh ground beans was a nice touch. The room had a kitchenette so I was able to order groceries and good all my meals for the week. Loved that.

Would've preferred a room facing the roof on 2nd floor. Not a nice esthetic but appreciated facing the front street Room was very nice and spacious. Only real issue is we couldn't control the AC/Heat. They had to.bring us a space heater. Wish I knew that upfront so I didn't come back to a cold room when it was 50 degrees outside and raining. Otherwise would definitely book again.

Location was great. A few blocks from the Capital, convenient to meeting locations. Inability to adjust the thermostat (they turn off the option during certain seasons, apparently). Had to get a heater and blanket brought in. The pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. My toilet was clogged and the blinds didn't shut all the way - had to get someone to fix both issues after I checked in. Not great for nearly $500 a night!

Location is next to a garage you can pull into yourself at a cheaper rate than using Valet. The room was okay but not as luxury looking at the photos make it look in reality. The bathroom and tub were small in my opinion. It was okay for the price of my trip but I wouldn't stay there again.

From the front desk staff, led by Ephrem, who were consistently attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind, never once passing by without a warm greeting, to Mohammed crafting perfect libations downstairs at Reslcessions, every interaction made the experience feel thoughtful and personal. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The addition of a kitchenette is a wonderful touch for guests looking to save a little on dining expenses during their stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and despite the energy and movement of the DC metro area, I slept like a baby each night. The location also made accessing food incredibly easy. Right across the street was a New York-inspired deli that immediately reminded me of my hometown of Brooklyn. There were also several great coffee shops nearby, plus Chopt, pizza spots, and a Wawa all within easy walking distance. And if you’re looking for even more options, Dupont Circle is only about a 10-minute walk away and offers a seemingly endless variety of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife along the way. Thank you again for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable one. Nothing notable to mention.

Outstanding room! Large and with a very well-equipped kitchenette. Also a really nice bathroom and good attention to details like storage and seating. The restaurant next door (almost connected?) is also wonderful. It's crazy to me that there's this big kitchenette but no way to make coffee in the room. Would have loved a Keurig and a few pods, or similar. Also, please add some herbal tea to the downstairs offerings!

The room was very nice. Good amenities, small kitchen, Bluetooth mirror and comfortable beds. The hotel staff allowed an early check in and the hotel is in a nice area, lots of restaurants around, all in walking distance. The parking situation is not the best, expense wise, but we figured it out. Overall a very good experience at the Quincy.

Great stay! The area felt safe even at night and was very walkable, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, and the price was very reasonable. All the staff were friendly, and Ephrem stood out. He was attentive and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which really made the stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Washington D.C.

Worked perfectly for our weekend in DC. Walking distance to the National Mall and monuments, as well as Foggy Bottom and not far from American University which we were going to visit. Room was spacious. Staff was really nice and texted daily to check in. Answered my questions via text promptly. Street noise at night was a bit loud - not sure if there is a better location within the hotel to avoid the noise. Very reasonably priced. Has a kitchenette that we did not take advantage of but would be great to use for a longer stay especially for breakfast! Would book again.

- 5/5
Great location for my family (we have 2 small children, ages 3 and 1). The kitchenette was amazing! They have guest laundry on the lowest level- totally forgot about that until the last day. Lots of places to eat nearby. I was hoping the beds and pillows would have been softer, but the beds were lower which was great with young kiddos.
- 3.5/5
The bed was HARD as HELL
- 1/5
Rating: 1/5 Stars I recently stayed at The Quincy, and for a price tag of over $600 plus tax, the experience was incredibly underwhelming. While I expected some city noise given the location, the actual quality of the accommodations was far below acceptable standards. The Room and Bathroom The room itself was cramped and lacked any real decor, making it feel sterile and uninviting. However, the bathroom was the biggest physical drawback. It was extremely small, and the toilet was positioned so low to the floor that it was genuinely uncomfortable and difficult to stand back up. Cleanliness Concerns The most upsetting part of the stay was the lack of hygiene: • Rust: There was visible rust in the bathtub and significant rust buildup on the door hinges behind the bathroom door. • Blood on Mattress: The sheets would not stay tucked and kept rolling up. While trying to fix them, I discovered blood stains on the mattress. Finding bodily fluids on a bed is completely unacceptable at any price point, let alone a premium one. Building Amenities The "gloomy" atmosphere started before even reaching the room. The hallways leading to the elevators are very dark and poorly lit. To make matters worse, the elevators are incredibly slow, leading to long wait times. The Only Plus The only saving grace of the room was the kitchenette. It was well-equipped with plates, cups, and necessary utensils. The refrigerator and microwave .
- 1/5
The issue wasn't the room availability; it was the blatant, mocking attitude. That staff continued to laugh at me as I walked out the door. I returned later and explained the situation to the afternoon desk clerk, requesting to speak with a manager. They never contacted me. The first point of contact sets the tone for the entire stay, and at this hotel, that tone is one of contempt for the guest. The total lack of management response proves that this "service" is the standard here. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere that actually values your business.

- 5/5
The staff are so upbeat and helpful, making our 2 day stay very pleasant. The room itself is large for DC, with a little separate kitchen and breakfast bar, full refrigerator and real coffee cups and dishes. You can request a coffee maker for the room or get a cup in the lobby from a machine that grinds the beans for each cup. No breakfast is offered, but several options are nearby. This neighborhood is great for dining. Gregory’s coffee makes great lattes and Mickeys and Mels Deli across the street has a wide selection of breakfast offerings and sandwiches.

Tub was slippery and hazardous. House cleaning took our towels and never gave us new ones. We were overcome by the smell of pot from a neighbor in a non smoking hotel. Otherwise the room was big and warm which we appreciated

Upon arrival to the hotel, although I did have to find my own parking due to the expensive valet, I was able to find a garage for $33 for three days. Walking into the lobby I was very surprised how well lit and clean it was. my room was well over a 10/10 it was exceptionally clean and bigger than what showed on the pictures. It was very quiet throughout my stay didn’t have any issues I will most definitely be back.

I stayed here to be close to the passport office. It’s a perfect location for that. The fixtures are little worn in the bathroom and there were spots of paint peeling. I liked the bar top but there wasn’t enough clearance room between the bed and stools so I had to sit sideways to work. I would suggest a smaller bed

Good location in central DC, close to a subway station and a few fast food restaurants. Rooms are large with well equipped kitchenettes. Beds have memory foam mattresses which perhaps remember too much. Bathrooms are very small. Noise from nearby rooms is a serious problem especially with barking dogs, partying guests and noisy children. Parking on site is $55+tax but $35 incl tax at several neighbourhood parking garages. Street parking is restricted. Daily housekeeping only on request. Lobby has free popcorn, coffee and tea. Staff seem friendly.

CONS: We had a car and it made no sense for us to use the hotel for parking as other garages were cheaper even though we were guests. We also had a view of an office building to which we could never open our blinds because we would be eye to eye with people. We also showed up to an 80 degree room and there’s heat but no a/c (or maybe the entire building is one or the other so since it was November it was heat?). So opened windows. Finally, coffee makers are available to get from the front desk and there’s free coffee downstairs but since we had a 3/4 kitchen, would have liked coffee in the room. All that to say, this is transparency for those who may be impacted. For us, the parking was the only real issue and, for price, pros far outweighed the cons! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and the rooms had no issues

Kitchen was fully functional and the rooms were big.
- 3/5
Bad scent when I entered the room. Had to air it out for a few hours. Also the shower is older and just not a great experience. Otherwise the rooms are nice.
- 5/5
The room was extremely spacious. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of storage. Lovely hot showers. Plenty of bathroom products. Safe area for my wheelchair to stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. TV, heaters and A/C. He only problem we had was a blown fuse and they replaced it within 5 minutes of letting them know. Helpful friendly reception staff. Coffee and tea in the Lobby. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very happy. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! Loved the drinks & snacks in the foyer and happy hour wine when you return from a big day!
- 4/5
Clean room. Quick check-in. Much better now that you have humans in the lobby rather than that horrible automated system Quincy had under prior ownership. But I wish you had replaced the small cream bottle provided. Otherwise, great room and location for great value. I'll be back.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Room was fine, but the air unit did not work and so it was hot. Very small bathroom. I’d recommend this hotel if you need the kitchenette, if not, there are other local hotels that are better for the same price.
- 5/5
Nice place, large room. Great kitchenette. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Beautiful and spacious room! Friendly service in front, and excellent value. We’ll definitely stay here next time we come to DC.

- 5/5
Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, quiet, comfortable beds for a very reasonable rate. We will definitely come back.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Excellent service. Ephrem at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable well after I checked out and was waiting for my ride out of the city. Highly recommended.

Awesome place for staying! Free coffee, tea and popcorn 😀 Kind stuff! The room was very good, spacious and clean. Quite place! Definitely worth it!

The Quincy was a perfect stay. The hotel room was so cute. There’s a full kitchen. The bed is on the from her side. It was very clean with housekeeping coming in daily. I will definitely be staying again, and I would recommend the Quincy!!

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Quincy. It has everything we needed: a very good location, very nice staff, a coffee and drinks bar, everything was very clean, the room was very spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
- 5/5
Location is fantastic Club in basement was fun Location is in the middle of city. There's a shopping within walking distance. Great weekend stay

Nice kitchen, no ice maker in hotel
- 5/5
A wonderful welcome! Throughout our stay, we received excellent service. It's centrally located downtown, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was a real plus. While breakfast isn't included, the complimentary coffee, lemonade, and popcorn made the experience even more enjoyable.
- 5/5
The Quincy was clean, comfortable, spacious, and even had a kitchen. Housekeeping did a fantastic job - thank you.
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean
- 5/5
Front desk team was great!!
- 5/5
Highly recommend this fantastic hotel. The whole experience was flawless. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome. The staff on the attentive reception, the helpful concierge and meticulous cleaning staff - all excellent professionals who know how to keep guests very happy. Extremely warm and welcoming. I’ll recommend this hotel to family and friends!
- 5/5
Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, bonus of kitchen area and full fridge/freezer. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Great location easy walking distance to sightseeing attractions, would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the city.
- 5/5
This was overall awesome
- 4/5
I was surprised to see how large the room was. I felt that the site did not provide much photos of the room but upon walking in I was surely surprised. I didn’t know the room had a decent size kitchen with all the necessary items to cook. It even had a dish washer. I traveled with my pup and was pleasantly surprised that they offered treats and water in the lobby for him. They also have a coffee machine and free popcorn. I am glad I found this hotel for the weekend. If I ever come back to DC I will make sure to stay here.
- 4/5
Good room size , comfy bed, but could use a regular /comfy chair and fold out luggage racks
- 5/5
Amenities in the room were great. The room is very spacious having the kitchen is very nice. It was great that the refrigerator and freezer made ice. The only minor complaint is that the bathrooms are small
- 5/5
Yes fantastic spot!
- 5/5
The room was very nice and updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The noise from the street is pretty loud until late at night, but that's to be expected in DC. I would stay here again next time, even if just for the kitchen access this hotel provides.
- 4/5
This hotel is in a great location close to everything and within a short walking distance of metro station, DuPont Circle, and a 1 mile walk to Georgetown. The full kitchen is a big plus. You must ask for a coffee maker in the room, but there is a coffee machine in the lobby at all hours, plus free pop corn. Only drawbacks were hot water in shower running out too fast and all the street noise from L Street. Lots of sirens, loud car engines, car alarms, and people yelling at late hours. Perhaps ask for a room not facing L street. But this hotel is good value in general.
- 4/5
multiple parking garages very close by - a bonus in DC. Great price, great location, very comfortable room, bed, kitchen - pleasant staff
- 5/5
couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel! great location close to the metro and walking distance to major attractions. the staff was super helpful in accommodating a late checkout and when we thought the air was not working in the room (turns out the building switched over to heating) they were kind enough to bring us a fan directly to the room. would definitely recommend this hotel for you next trip to d.c!
- 4/5
It was set up like a apartment
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel, friendly and awesome staff! The tea is so refreshing and coffee maker is a great touch in the lobby along with popcorn and wine in the afternoon. Easy to get around and the best pizza place ever DC Pizza right around the corner. We would love to stay here again!
- 4/5
Rooms where clean and serviced everyday Staff was friendly Beds are very comfortable Bathroom was a little small Kitchenette was nice Hotel has seasonal AC/heat, just so you know you dont get both
- 5/5
Very walkable area of DC close to major industry and tourist attractions
- 5/5
The room was spacious with a kitchen area and most importantly it was clean. Staff brought up items we needed (extra blankets) promptly even brought us heaters too! There are restaurants in walking distance and the hotel is close to the subway station. Added touch or popcorn, tea and lemonade in the lobby. Great hotel.

- 4/5

- 5/5
Very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to most of the historic spots.
- 5/5
so amazing. easy to navigate around the area. Good central location. so clean, best thing about it is that it’s next to a WAWA. but in all seriousness one of the best hotels i have stayed at
- 5/5
Great staff. Clean room. Free coffee and wine daily
- 4/5
The hotel is in a very nice area downtown and walkable to many stores and dininh options. The noise level was a bit much on my last night's stay. They were doing some construction near by and woke me up early. Also it would be nice if they added a continental breakfast like a grab-n-go.
- 5/5
The room was large and clean, with a full kitchen. The staff and maid service was very responsive to our requests. Refreshments were available in the lobby. Great location to MetroRail for visiting the National Mall museums and dining options.
- 5/5

Worst experience ever, not allow check in after 12am. Pay way more book other hotel
- 5/5
Amazing staff!!!
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
All were good, except room is very dim. We have to ask for an additional table lamp. Shower head pressure is pretty low, and have to wait quite a long while for hot shower
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds, is pet friendly but there is limited areas for them close by. Several food options nearby.
- 4/5
However, I would have preferred thicker walls as we could hear not only the TV from the other rooms, but also the conversations they were having. It woke us up in the morning and kept us up at night. If the rooms were soundproof, they would get a perfect rating from me.
- 3/5
Very nice looking hotel. Kind staff, very responsive to questions. Great amenities. Our shower never got warm- and we asked about it and they never serviced it. Our room had wood/laminate floors and I don't think they swept them. Our bed was so noisy we were almost afraid to shift out of fear of waking the other.
- 5/5
Staff was very polite and was helpful when needing help finding things to do in the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
I love my stay
- 5/5
I will recommend anyone to stay here
- 5/5
Very nice hotel right in the heart of Washington DC, tons of restsurants and bars and close to the national mall.
- 5/5
Convenient to landmarks
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
it was great, so many amenities in the room, such nice staff, and location was perfect
- 5/5
The staff are so nice and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and are of decent size. I will definitely have this on my list of places to stay in DC.
- 5/5
The room was kept in good condition and very clean! I liked complimentary coffee, lemonade, and iced tea service at the lobby - it's great that even in the midnight I can access them
- 5/5
Great helpful staff.
- 1/5
Full disclosure I reserved this room without a purchase protection plan. However right before the stay, I suffered a serious medical condition with a travel restriction. The Quincy provided no exceptions. Just an FYI.
- 5/5
Best place to stay in DC
- 5/5
Easy to get to the place I needed to be
- 5/5
We enjoyed the nice and spacious rooms with a full kitchen.
- 5/5
Great customer service. I was there for my birthday weekend and we was able to check in early. Everything was great. I would definitely give Quincy a 10 out of a 10.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a noisy neighborhood but a pair of ear plugs fixed that. The staff were all uber friendly. The room was spacious and very clean and the bed was remade without having to make a special request. It is very near the metro and overall was a pleasant and very convenient place to stay.
- 5/5
The staff at The Quincy are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of their work, shout out to them! My experience here was very smooth-sailing. Everything is a 5/5 besides property condition & facilities as there were minor tweaks to be done in my room (vents cleanliness, paint) and improvements elsewhere (gym).
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful! The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s location is very convenient! The complimentary refreshments in the lobby is also fabulous! Will be back for sure.

- 5/5
Clean, conveniently located, nice staff and parking staff.
- 5/5
Definitely will stay here again. Awesome hotel
- 5/5
Loved this place. It was very accessible to all the main places, very clean and ample spaces.
- 5/5
Very nice room, great staff, very accommodating, had everything we needed.
- 5/5
Excellent all around. Nice to have a kitchen area.
- 5/5
I am planning my next trip to D.C. and plan on staying here. I highly recommend this hotel and the wonderful staff.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
The property is located near everything. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable
- 5/5
The hotel was in good shape and the room was modern and comfortable. The kitchen area was a great perk, making it easy to eat in the room and store snacks. The (semi)attached restaurant featuring Peruvian cuisine was awesome. Amazing ceviche and chicken dishes. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. There is a bagel place across the street, but it is closed on Sunday. The area caters to a business crowd and was a little less open/active on weekends. We appreciated the short walk to the metro and the White house so we could start our sightseeing easily.
- 5/5
Great location. Clean room. Nice stay.
- 3/5
The property was okay. There was homeless around the property block by the Wawa. Not really something that can be controlled by the hotel but it does not elevate the stay experience either. The kitchen and bedroom was up to date. I really like having a modern fridge especially with young children staying with me. The bathroom was okay. It was rather tiny, modern as well with mild dust and the sink kept backing up. They charged be an extra night accidentally but quickly rectified the issue when I contacted the front desk. Parking was convenient but it somehow cost more with my stay than if I used the same parking lot publicly. Like $10 more a night. Not sure if that’s admin fee or because we’re able to go back a forth with our vehicles when the garage was closed. Otherwise the staff was nice and willing to help when I needed them.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
I really enjoyed this hotel. I loved that there is a kitchen area in the room. I also really appreciated getting a great rate on hotels.com. And it is in a very good location in downtown DC.
- 5/5
It's a quiet little hotel in Downtown DC. Staff was amazing and easy to talk to as well.
- 5/5
Very close to assorted places to eat. Safe surroundings very spacious rooms and clean. Will return
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and happy to help with anything. Really appreciated their efforts and courtesy. Property was just great too
- 5/5
The room was big and the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great stay and would stay again at this hotel.
- 5/5
The hospitality area with popcorn, drinks and coffee was lovely! All of the staff was kind and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
I mentioned to the front desk when we checked out that there were some very loud guests in other rooms on the 8th floor that woke us up at midnight and 3am two nights in a row. If we had been staying another night we would have asked to change rooms. Very inconsiderate of those guests.
- 2/5
We came at 8pm ,ours room was very smelly not good,no water for drinking. We lef our room very early because it was smelling and noisy.
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
Good experience
- 4/5
Everything was okay but i graded it Good instead of Excellent because there was no breakfast. Some hotels offer breakfast
- 5/5
I was skeptical bc the internet has a way of making places look different from reality but from first setting foot in the lobby the staff was wonderful, friendly, accommodating and eager to make sure our stay was a wonderful one! We arrived in the morning. The hotel is in a nice convenient location just blocks from the White House. We asked if we could drop our luggage off, “No problem! We will keep it safe and secure for you” When we arrived back after check-in time they had a free wine reception, which was nice. They then quickly gave us our room key and said please let us know if you need anything. The room was clean, modern and spacious with a full kitchen. It looked exactly like the photos. They gave us a high floor as requested. Each time we arrived back after a day of exploring the staff always greeted us with warm smiles and a welcome back. We stayed 4 nights. There was 0 issues, not even noise. If I had to say one negative but it’s not even really an issue but hotter water would have just made it even better. It was hot but after a Looooong day of walking I like to soak my achy muscles and feet in a HOT HOT bath. We will definitely stay here again. You simply will NOT find a better deal for this area and everything you get.
- 5/5
This hotel is well located for leisure and business travelers. It is close to public transport, sight of interest, dining and shopping. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and responsive.
- 3/5
Walls are thin. We could hear all types of noises. The loud talking and noises from room service people. They were right outside the door. Then there's the people nextdoor. In the bathroom you could hear through the vents. To top it off, you could hear everything from the streets. A guy was yelling f*** you for over an hour. The people above us was scraping a chair across the floor until about 1 am. So we didn't get much sleep. We were on the 9th floor. The bathroom is very small, and no ventilation. The light is very bad. We had every light on during the day and it was still dark. We had an event to attend so if was difficult getting dress and putting on makeup. We did not spend much time in the hotel. They offer free coffee, popcorn, tea, lemonade in the lobby. There's much amenities, like I'm use to. Then there's the parking situation. 60+ dollars for valet parking. I choose to skip that. We we're barely there. We found parking nearby. Some garages close at 10 and open at 6 am. So if that works for you, it's only a quarter of the price. Street parking can be rough, you just have to read the signs. But I'm happy we save $70 by skipping valet parking. Overall I wouldn't stay again.
- 5/5
Spacious room, pet-friendly, full kitchen and just blocks from metro, bus, restaurants, and attractions. And there is even a WaWa right around the corner.

Tolerate in 807 needs replacing and seat tightened. Mgr informed of same. Tub is slippery. Suggest suction cup mat to prevent falls.
- 5/5
We like to stay in DC especially if we're having a night out. We have stayed in MANY hotels. This was our favorite hotel that we have stayed in. Great location, cool room lay out, and nice staff.
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 4/5
What a great location close to several Metro. Although the facility is worn, it’s clean spacious and staff is wonderful. Love the coffee bar in lobby and the kitchenette is a great addition. I would stay again
- 5/5
Good services. Nice staffs.
- 4/5
It was in a great location. The beds are uncomfortable
- 5/5
cute boutique hotel
- 1/5
The reason for The One Star over all rating is because of one female staff person who was rude just to me, and didn't help us when checking out. The rest of the staff was awesome but only takes one mean mean person to get you this bad over all rating people. And I complained about her on Friday to other staff, And nothing was done. We stayed a whole week.
- 5/5
I’ll be back soon!!
- 5/5
This is my favorite downtown hotel! I love the kitchens and the spacious rooms and the happy hour!
- 4/5
Loved the location, facilities and amenities. Staff was friendly and Nahama at the front desk helped us a lot. Would like to return someday. Thanks!
- 4/5
Only things I didn't like was limited assistance in finding tours. The towels could use a little fabric softener. The pillows were a tad bit firmer than I like. You can hear threw the walls at night, noise echos somewhat. The construction crews start early in DC. I LOVED meeting the hotel guests in the lobby during early morning coffee and wine time. Housekeeping was wonderful. I liked the variety of items in the lobby to purchase. From asprin to souvenirs. The additional kitchen area and ware was a bonus. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Trader Joes grocery store is a nice walk for groceries. This hotel is kid and dog friendly.
- 5/5
The kitchen was helpful, but there also good options for breakfast and dining in walking distance. We used Spothero
- 4/5
We stayed here on our first trip to Washington DC, it is conveniently located near the metro, near many dining options, and walkable to many tourist attractions. It was clean and the staff was great! Since the room had a full kitchen, I did a Wal-Mart delivery order for a few things (drinks, snacks, etc…) I would stay here again!
- 2/5
Room was nice but noisy. We could hear the bar below until 4am. I was given an incorrect room where someone else was already staying which has resulted in me paying for my valet parking twice. The hotel were unable to resolve on check out and I am still waiting for the refund
- 5/5
Satisfied overall
- 5/5
Everything about our experience at the hotel was wonderful. We recommend it to others, and we will be back!
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
Friendly staff, large, immaculate rooms with a comfy bed!

I was disappointed. It was not close to the monumental, the room was too bright from building lights, garage fees outrageous, held money and then tried to take out double.

The Quincy was great! Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our room had a kitchen as well with a large fridge. The room was also very quiet, which in a city as large as DC is very impressive. We could sleep through the night easily. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Everyone was hospitable and made sure everything was okay. There were different options for food around the hotel. The hotel was in close proximity to all of the parks, monuments, and museums.

We LOVED out stay at the Quincy. Super comfy and spacious. Very walkable. If you love pizza, check out DC pizza around the corner. Everything you need is near the quincy. We picked it because of the full fridge in the room (nursing mom) and we will be back because of the comfort.
