Breakfast did not taste good. Location did not seem safe. Housekeeping could have made the beds and cleaned the room instead of just empting the garbage.

Good stay
- 2/5
The breakfast was okay, not sure why the bacon was thin, not well cooked, fake looking, i took a picture, it was explain to be why. The condition of the hotel room was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found that the windows in the rooms were very dirty, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, there was dust on the floor, and the refrigerator was not working. After reporting these issues, we were moved to a different room approximately 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, the second room was also not up to standard. There was visible dirt along the floor near the bed, and throughout the remainder of our stay, we received no housekeeping service after the first night. The bed was not made, trash was not removed, and the room was not cleaned at all. My partner was so dissatisfied with the conditions that they chose not to stay. To make matters worse, the front desk did not answer the phone. After being out of the hotel all day, I had to go downstairs at 10:00 PM to inquire why the room had not been serviced. No explanation was provided. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations and was very disappointing. My partner and I were late and fostered over the weekend, it cost me extra $300.00 to relocate her and the baby to a different location. The location of the hotel was okay for me. I have stayed on NY AVE before. That said, I would like to recognize the front desk staff. They were polite, professional, and maintained a positive attitude throughout our interactions. Their courtesy and willingness to assist were the most positive aspects of our stay.
- 3/5
Front staff was great! The rooms were slightly dirty and outdated but for the price it was manageable. The hotel is also right in front of a metro track and construction so very noisy! Also we called the front desk twice to have housekeeping bring toilet paper since we were only left with a half used roll and they never did.
- 4/5
Was here for one night because this hotel was close to a venue I was visiting for an event. Overall was a positive/pleasant experience. Room was nice, quiet, I felt safe as a solo woman. Only negative is the parking situation; there is both an outside lot and a parking garage, but the parking garage isn’t set up well. I’m not sure there is actually enough parking to have enough for every room, but I found a spot and just did not move my car until I I left. Slightly difficult getting in and out of the hotel because it’s busy, but this is DC so everywhere is busy. Breakfast was typical for complimentary breakfast. Check in was the worst part only because there was a nearby event that a lot of guests seemed to be attending and I arrived right when check in started. One of the elevators seemed iffy, but had no issues.
- 4/5
I'm not sure what all the griping is about with this property. If you are going for EDM events at Echostage, or Project Glow, the location is perfect. Yes, it is in a shady area, but just take Ubers. I did knock a star for the parking situation because it is so bad it deserves to be knocked a whole star. I'm not sure what they can do to improve it because the building sits on limited land, but, it isn't it. Thankfully, it's only $15 per night, if you can secure a spot! Overall, we had a great stay. Rooms were clean, elevator was fast, noise was low. Breakfast was just okay. There are better options nearby.
- 5/5
We had a fantastic stay here and highly recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and our room was spotless with a beautiful view of the property. A huge highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which offered fresh, high-quality options every morning. Pro tip: Book a room on the higher floors for the quietest experience and the best views. We will definitely be back!

Disappointing

Superb
- 5/5
Buen hotel, la ubicación quizás no es la mejor pero si vas en auto está bien , queda cerca de Washington
- 3/5
the room was clean, you have to ask for silverware, plates & bowls at the front desk so make sure you get enough for you stay so you’re not constantly walking back and forth
- 3/5
There was a railroad track, literally right behind the motel, and every 5 minutes a train would go through and you could hear every single train that went by parking was Very tight and cost 12 a night
- 4/5
Charging for parking is a low blow, the "parking lot" looks like a tow yard. However the building is in good repair
- 2/5
there is a train track right behind property and train runs like every 5 minutes and you can hear each and every one could not get any sleep first night. parking is 12.00 a night and is very very tight.
- 4/5
Comfortable stay with a nice breakfast and ample parking. We enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Very good

Stay away from 2nd floor.

Slightly out of the center but more affordable.

Beds were comfy and room was comfortable. The hotel was right beside the train line and very noisy. The breakfast wasn't very good either and not well stocked, I was disappointed that this hotel did not meet up to the Holiday Inn Brand standard for the price that I paid. If you can sleep though anything, have a car to get there, and don't want breakfast, then I could recommend this hotel to you depending on what price you are willing to pay.
- 2.5/5
Location was terrible Next to railway line,so noisy
- 3.5/5

- 0.5/5
Attempted break in.

- 3/5
Convenient location for my events at Catholic University. Breakfast hours ended too early and they closed the doors to the food area even before the end of scheduled breakfast time.
- 3/5
Between the time of booking our reservation and the time of travel, the hotel changed names and lost our reservation even though I had booking confirmation. The front desk lady that we got was super helpful. But everybody else we saw at the counter was rude to the customers they were assisting. The continental breakfast that was included was subpar. Bagels, bread and cinnamon rolls were all stale. And both the Turkey sausage and pork sausage had a weird chemical taste.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Room was okay but did have dirt in it. Bathroom smelled like poop. Breakfast we didn’t like. Parking was sketchy people smoking weed in the garage never felt safe esp with my kids. Area just had a bunch of crackheads walking around. Staff when we checked in was on her phone didn’t greet us and continued to talk on her phone while checking us in. Not welcoming at all never smiled. She really shouldn’t work in the front.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable beds. Basic amenities including free bfast and parking on site. It is next to a train so there is some noise but otherwise good value
- 4.5/5
I loved the free amenities that Holiday Inn still had in NOMA free parking, free breakfast, and the people that we had dealt with were all wonderful. Lack of pool
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Good location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good.
- 2/5
The floor was dirty upon arrival. The beds were uncomfortable and very loud/creaky. The elevators felt like they were going to get stuck constantly. Staff was rarely present at the front desk.
- 3/5
The bathroom was small and tight; so tight that the door opened inches from the toilet. The shower floor was slippery. It didn’t have any rails. Not once did cleaning staff clean the room. Trash and garbage piled up quickly. (We had a baby in the room with us. The phone didn’t work, so you had to go down to the front desk to address needs.
- 4/5
Clean, easy enough to walk to transportation.
- 4/5
It was conscientious and had a vacancy when we were desperate The location is a little sketchy
- 1/5
Very poor
- 3/5
The rooms could have been cleaned a little better, especially the bathroom. The toilet looked like it was recently used and not cleaned.
- 2.5/5
They had to provide us with a second room ..the initial room was disgustingly dirty in the bathroom(specifically the toilet) and room itself did not appear cleaned just perhaps fixed or organized for viewing . Lack of Cleaning in the first room. Lack of laundering in the second room.. The stand in shower in the replacement room kept flooding and Needed to be fixed. Staff said it would take all day. So we had to just use towels so that they dont interrupt our stay. The noise level was high ..i heard , peoples voices in the hall, doors slamming and loud trains riding by..so i did not sleep well. Otherwise the second room was a beautiful space and organized..
- 4/5
Location That the room we got was next to the train rail so it was noisy.
- 5/5
Good service,
- 2/5
Breakfast was with very limited options.
- 1/5
It was old as hell property i would not recommend anyone

I recently stayed at the Hilton New York Downtown and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. One of the most concerning issues during our stay was the lack of hot water. After a long day in cold New York weather, my elderly parents and I returned to our room expecting basic comfort, only to find that there was no hot water available. This forced us to shower in cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable—especially given that my mother has asthma. Situations like this can directly impact health and well-being, and I was quite dissatisfied that such a fundamental amenity was not available when needed. Additionally, we experienced a very alarming and frightening situation late at night. Around 2:00 AM, a group of 4–5 intoxicated men came to our door and attempted to open it. They remained outside our room for approximately 30–40 minutes, creating a highly distressing and unsafe environment for us. As guests, we expect a basic level of security and peace of mind, but this incident made us feel vulnerable and deeply unsettled. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in terms of both comfort and safety. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves their service and security measures to ensure that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.
- 5/5
Very nice continental breakfast with great coffee. The onsite parking was very conveniant. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable.
- 2/5
Breakfast and parking were ok. Housekeeping was below average. It took a while for hot water in the bathroom and the sink area was too small.
- 5/5
Safe and easy parking , clean room
- 2/5
Rooms are Not sound proof and next to rail track and road makes you not sleep
- 3/5
Bathroom wasn't clean and room smell like old socks. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Lots of homeless poeple around the property. Not worth the money I paid for.
- 3/5
Neighborhood not pretty at all Hotel needs repairs
- 5/5
Great stay! Friendly staff. Property is in walking distance of restaurants. A little noisy from the train next to it but it didn’t impact my sleep or work.
- 4/5
The only thing that I would say needs some work are the elevators. Crazy sounds and very shaky. Scared me a few times.
- 4/5
Stay was fine
- 5/5
Pleasant staff
- 2/5
Very poor location. Train runs directly behind the building all night long.
- 2/5
Room wasn’t super clean and it was very loud through out night with loud guests and hotel sounds we were close to the elevator as well which was also loud.
- 4/5
Clean and LARGE room, good staff, good breakfast, but the area around seemed a little iffy. I would definitely stay here again though
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and the room was spotless. Great staff and team at the Holiday Inn Express!
- 4/5
breakfast was the same everyday, the parking lot is tight and the elevator was a bit rocky but overall it was very nice and i enjoyed the stay
- 1/5
The night front desk man on Dec 4 by the name "Krish" was super rude and most unhelpful. I needed hepf witht eh thermostat in my rooms as it was cold and cold air blowing from under the AC unit. I asked for blankets and he gave me hard time and I had to go downstairs to pick them up. he was on he cell phone and demanded that I should have checked ev erything at the time of check in.
- 2/5
Frightening area with some scary visitors, cheap and old amenities, little housekeeping. Good breakfast, though!
- 2/5
A lot of noise from the elevators and pipes Bangin it was not conducive to sleeping
- 3/5
Rooms are spacious. Room service wasn't good as the housekeeping did not provide the room service completely e.g. no toilet paper, trash not cleaned in the bathroom, no coffee cups, no coffee pods left, no bathroom amenities refilled. The toilet clogged but I was able to change room. Front desk staff members are helpful. The breakfast is same each day. Eggs, bagels, sausage, muffin, bread, waffle. You won't be able to eat it after 2 days. Juice cups are so small that one will keep spilling the juice under the juice machine. Extremely poor quality cereal and Apple juice. Definitely needs an upgrade and additional variety of breakfast items. One of the two elevator don't work. So, always a long wait.
- 1/5
My room was not cleaned for the 3 nights that I was there , even though I requested it. The intercom/telephone in my room was not working and was faulty and was never fixed even though I complained. I was on the 7th floor, so if I needed anything, I had to go down the reception because I couldn’t call. Trash was not emptied, towels and bedsheets lot changed. The bathroom was never cleaned. I hated my experience there’. By the way, I saw a cockroach in my room
- 3/5
There was a roach in our room. The first room I booked was a queen suite with a living room area, when we walked in there the TV was missing like someone ripped it out the wall and the couch was dingy. However they did accomadte us with a new room. But the second room carried a smell that smelled like someone died and we saw a roach.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Parking was easy. Note, first car is 15/night and additional are 25. Important if you're meet friends. Still a bargain. Close to shopping, pubs, and food. Hotel was safe. Its a bargain, so there is a train that rumbles past, and the walls are thin. Still a good deal.
- 5/5
Staff is super nice, and accommodating.
- 4/5
Nice, clean balloons good breakfast. The people are very nice.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
rooms were as expected and clean. the breakfast was fine. service at the desk was not very friendly.
- 4/5
One thing that stood out for me prominently was the noisy elevator. It didn’t sound safe.
- 3/5
very friendly staff
- 3/5
Old facility
- 1/5
There was no water for the entire trip!
- 3/5
Hotel is clean. Staff not too friendly. Some helpful, some not. We were supposed to get a king sized bed but they didn’t have one for us.
- 4/5
Good hotel
- 2/5
I dont know, i didn’t eat breakfast there
- 1/5
The beds were uncomfortable, with squeaky frames and rock-hard mattresses that left me waking up each morning with terrible back pain. To make matters worse, there were several occasions when we had no running water — no way to shower, brush our teeth, or even flush the toilet. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the receptionist simply said, “That’s an outside issue, it doesn’t have anything to do with us.” There was no apology, no sense of concern, and certainly no effort to make things right. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you currently have a reservation at La Quinta, do yourself a favor and cancel it now — you’ll be glad you did.
- 3/5
Propery is good but some of the smell in corridors putside room is not that plesant and though no smoke area have lot of weed smell
- 1/5
No it was muggy damp smoke filled air i couldnt breathe
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Friendly staff and guests. Reasonable parking fee. Close to where we were going.
- 5/5
Everything ok
- 3/5
Fairly convenient to downtown.
- 1/5
Staff were courteous
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. However, they only served bacon one time and when we came down to eat it, it was gone and they then served sausage all other mornings.
- 3/5
Noisy at night. Cleaning services are not satisfactory.
- 4/5
Nothing to say.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is in a busy area, its hard to turn left to the property so you have to do a U-turn 2 lights away. The parking itself is actually tight.
- 2/5
When we got to the hotel, we had a hard time getting into the actual location. You have to go down the street and do a u-turn to go into the entrance. There’s very limited parking and parking is not free!! The elevators are only big enough for 3 people. Of course I could take the stairs but if you go out the door on the ground level, the alarm will sound. The complimentary breakfast is far from anything I’ve ever experienced. Good luck getting a good nights rest with the train running right by your window. I would definitely recommend a different location for any future stays. The price was decent but I guess you get what you pay for.
- 2/5
The hotel looked very run down.
- 4/5
The hotel’s location is a bit sketchy at times and not a lot of dining options around. But our room was spacious and clean which is nice.
- 1/5
Our room had mold and when we showed the front desk at checkout they did nothing. It was also noisy and there was a dead roach in our room by the fridge which also did not work
- 4/5
The lobby and lounge areas were nice to watch tv, read, or work on the computer. Liked the suit style of rooms very much! Unfortunately there was only 1 tv. Parking was inexpensive and secure. We were allowed to remain parked on the lot after checkout so we could go explore on our last day. Staff was wonderful! We loved Donald at the front desk!
- 2/5
The place was overall a nice place, but you had to pay an extra $15 in order to park there, the beds were very squeaky and so was the bathroom door and the door didn’t lock.
- 4/5
Quick and easy check-in
- 1/5
I would not recommend this location due to the condition of the surrounding area.
- 3/5
I say saw someone tapering with my car doors before the gates were closed.
- 3/5
They charged for parking and there's railway line right behind. Wouldn't book again
- 4/5
It was good
- 3/5
Nose from train traffic an breakfast was not good
- 4/5
Would have loved more cleanliness
- 4/5
The hotel was great! My issue was with the sidewalks outside the hotel. They were not safe enough to walk on. I went to a local store but had to walk in the street because of the bad sidewalks.
- 5/5
Was very good
- 4/5
Noisy and didn’t feel safe walking
- 1/5
- 3/5
The drainage for sink was not working properly. The area around the hotel has a lot of homeless people and shady people roaming around. Decent prices though
- 3/5
Our stay didn't meet our expectations. Getting service at the front desk was difficult, and the elevator was unreliable and seemed extremely unsafe. There were also issues with our room, including a faulty door, a crack in the ceiling, and stains on the floor.
- 5/5
The process was smooth ans fast, Jasmine helped me with ease and has great customer service skills.
- 5/5
Breakfast is nice No complaints from our family
- 1/5
Bed comfort
- 3/5
Parking was unspacified when I booked and they did let us pay by the property.
- 3/5
Just next to a railway. Very noisy.
- 5/5
Great place and excellent staff!!
- 4/5
The hotel itself was very well kept, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Close to many different attractions but not in a very walkable part of the city. Parking situation was not the best as it was a very small and oddly laid out parking garage with just 1 level. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Bargain un-glamorous hotel, adjacent to train tracks. Clean, the noise may bother a light sleeper - not me! I was not thrilled that the security latch was missing. Linens were fresh and clean, bed was comfy. Very spacious room.
- 5/5
Very nice employees. Very accommodating. Little noisy outside
- 5/5
Elevator wasn’t working but it was still nice and free breakfast.
- 3/5
It was nice no wifi on the Main Street loudness from cars room was spacious breakfast was just ok
- 4/5
The property is in a trendy area that was close to family.
- 4/5
The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Donald at the front desk was super mice.
- 5/5
Opening the room with key card was a struggle.
- 5/5
Staffs are very great and easy check in options
- 1/5
According to Expedia listing, it's 15$ for self parking. However when I went to check in, they charged me 65$ to park my car. That's more then half the cost for a one night stay!!! If I known that, I definitely would not have stayed here.
- 4/5
Overall good stay!
- 4/5
Didn't like the area
- 5/5
Clean hotel and nice staff
- 4/5
Great place and better rates. Room needed some upgrades and furniture
- 1/5
Took about 2 hours just to get a room had to leave and go to a different hotel just to sleep for the night
- 3/5
Will not book Expedia again I will go through the hotel book through Expedia and requested one bed and a sofa bed I paid for two rooms and got one bed in each room but I did not have a sofa bed in my rooms Expedia advertised on LA Quinta hotel that I would get this . Did not know that when you book through Expedia it’s a third party YOU,HOTEL and EXPEDIA apart from not getting what I paid for the HOTEL was clean and staff were very friendly and pleasant
- 3/5
The rooms thermostat was npt working properly the entire time. Overall room was clean, but with only one tiny trashcan in the room it was hard to keep room tidy with normal trash from a family on a 2 night 3 day vacation. We left we left about 5 hours earlier than what had planned. It was very loud in the room next to us and we could not sleep. We would not pick this hotel for a family vacation when we return to DC again. The 15 dollar a night parking fee was a decent price versus other prices that other hotels in the area offer.
- 1/5
NO elevantors... rooms int he 7 floor.. never come back to this hotel ...
- 4/5
Stay was overall good, however close proximity to rail line which can be rather noisy at night, and closest metro is a 30 min walk along a busy road. Good if you have a car or happy to use lyft or uber.
- 5/5
Nice quiet area. Did no like have to pay to park
- 3/5
I stayed for 4 days, and on the second day the elevator broke down. We were on the 3rd floor. I can't imagine what the people on the 6th floor did; they didn't fix it quickly.
- 3/5
While I generally refrain from lodging complaints, I must report that the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. Specifically, the presence of discarded items such as socks and hair near the bed, along with a generally unclean floor, indicates a need for improved housekeeping standards.
- 2/5
Elevator needs to be inspected, my husband got stuck in it. Scared him. Breakfast was not fresh.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. Couch was dirty and stained, the couch bed was terrible even by couch bed standard, the room smelled of urine, there were not enough lights in the room so that even with all the lights on the room was dark. There was no safe in the room and did not feel safe leaving valuables around. The whole unit for 5 people had only 1 drawer. There did not appear to be many guests, but we were placed next door to a loud family that banged on the walls all night and played loud music. We did not enjoy this place at all. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.
- 2/5
The elevators were broke our entire stay, we were on the 5th floor lots of stairs
- 1/5
Very poor expeience; from the lack of a working elevvator to the urine smellibg bed.
- 1/5
Then cleanness of the room. The first day, they didn´t clean the room. The second day, it appear that they did the bed, but they took out all the towels, and didn´t replace them. We have to call the reception to get the towels. The 3 day, we arrive at night, and the elevetor wasn´t functioning, so we have to use the stairs to the 7th floor. When we arrived we didn´t have toilet paper, we tried to call the reception, and the telephone wasn´t working, I had to look for the telephone in the app of hoteles.com, to call from my cell to the reception and ask for the toilet paper. Because we didnt´ want to go back to the reception desk and got the toilet paper because the elevators weren´t out of service. But yes, they brought the toiltet paper at 1:30am in the morning, waking me at that hour. Yes the pillows were comfortable also the beds, but the general experience wasn´t a good one.
- 1/5
The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Also, the hallway had a strong food smell, possibly from nearby cooking. It was quite noticeable and may bother some guests. Just something to keep in mind.
- 1/5
The elevator was broke the duration of my stay, I climbed to the 7th floor multiple times a day with a bad hip
- 1/5
The stay was horrible! We get there and they tell us we are on the 7th floor and then proceed to say the elevator is broken but will be fixed today and then the receptionist says it's just one step at a time. The next day we asked to be moved to a lower level floor and we were jokingly told they only have a room on the 6th floor. Then we finally get changed to the 2nd floor and the room smelled of mold and mildew and there were only 10 channels available on the tv ...and let's not talk about breakfast how the sausage had a green hue to them and the eggs which were powder we are guessing we're not mixed well at all.....I will never stay with them again and I will be asking for a refund
- 4/5
The bathroom door Also squeak when you opened it Bagel was molded
- 4/5
Elevators did not work for a whole day. Had to use the stairs to go up and down up to six floors.
- 3/5
Sole elevator went down in the middle of a week stay. Never fully came back up. Wouldn’t have been so bad but we were on the top floor
- 4/5
Would of been lot better if the elevator was working. I was on the 7th floor
- 3/5
A two night stay was close to $400. Don’t understand why an additional $15/night was charged for parking when the attendant at the front desk said the gates would be closed to the parking lot. Not sound business acumen in my opinion. Why charge to park inside a gated security structure?
- 1/5
The elevator was not working but like one time out of my whole stay. I was on the 6th floor. Only one tv in my room worked and there needs to be a humidifier in the room as it was so stuffy.
- 5/5
B Room door stuck and was not fixed while there.
- 3/5
Location is nearby attractions.
- 3/5
Overall the property was clean. However one of the elevators was out of service and the room was not completely furnished. We had a 2 room suite with 1 chair no place to set or eat. Not only that we went to the market just to find out our refrigerator didnt work. The shower door wouldnt stay closed, so water was everywhere. We had to keep most of our stuff in suitcase. I think they need to make people aware of some of the things offered aren't avaliable yet because its a newly remodeled and acquired property. Breskfast lacks selections...the same thing everyday.
- 5/5
It was amazing. Nice breakfast, clean bathroom, good location. Only 1 elevator was working. Spent some time waiting.
- 5/5
It was a great experience
- 5/5
The parking is complicated but off the street .
- 1/5
The place is honestly max one night emergency stay. I wouldn’t recommend even if you were homeless. Elevators do not work. When they do the doors won’t open. In a very rough part of town and endless homeless people outside. The buildings shakes when the Acela train goes by next to it. If you’re in front traffic on the highway honk endlessly too.
- 1/5
No dry towels provided upon entering the room Luggage dollies were broken or unavailable Only one elevator in service – briefly got stuck inside Breakfast was poorly stocked and disappointing Car entry ramp is steep and difficult to navigate Parking garage is poorly lit, felt unsafe Laundry room was out of service Room lacked basic furniture like chairs or luggage racks In-room fridge did not get cold or function properly ⚠️ Overall, the experience was inconvenient and below expectations for a Wyndham property.
- 1/5
If I could give this hotel 0 starts i would absolutely would but you know google… This is the absolute worst stay I experiences. The staff was super rude, could not understand a word they were saying. The room was even worse, for example, it was missing fixtures, The bathroom door would not open fully properly, the window had missing trim pieces. Even worse me and my boyfriend almost got stuck in the elevator. We went to floor “L” and it stopped and the door would not open. Until I tried doing the door open button it finally opened. We were also there for about 15 minutes until we were just honestly creeped out by this place. They still charged us the room for the night. So not impressed 0 starts in my opinion surprised this place does not have bugs. If you do stay there be aware of room 610 if they give you that room ask for a different one immediately.

First thing is the up keep on the entrace of the place is lacking several tomes the protextove plastic was falling off the entry stairs. Only one elevator works and thst elevator is sketchy. There is no certification shoeing the elevator has been maintained and inspected and several times the doors failed to open. The room was loud and there appeared to be some water damage or mold on the ceiling. Also for a place ao large there were only two luggage carts and neither of them worked the wheels on both were damaged and the workers didnt seem to care. Overall not going to recommend this place or stay here again.

It was a nice hotel good breakfast nice and spacious room the hotel was pretty close to all the things you'd want to see in Dc the (monuments, museums, ect) it's just a shame that the hotel is located in such a bad area with so many junkies around.

Once checked in there was no crib available. We did receive it the following day. The elevator seemed old and had bugs. Later on we killed two bugs in our room. The laundry area was dirty and had a broken dryer. Parking was hectic, our first night we couldn’t find parking. Had to ask for the additional parking area to be open.

Breakfast was included but not much options and all ran out by 8.30 itself. They didn’t care to refill even after complaints.

I booked this reservation months ago and bought travel insurance. It wasn’t ideal location but at the time seemed ok. Later, I was alerted to bad reviews that included rodent droppings and cockroaches, in common areas and in rooms. I called to cancel but was told it was nonrefundable. The travel insurance said I would have to check in and take pictures and send to them and then I would get only a portion back. I have family members with significant allergies and some get allergy shots. This filth wouldn’t help them. There were many bad reviews about the same items. I deserve honesty, cleanliness and I should get my money back because they can’t keep a clean house. Don’t bother going there until you get confirmation they have cleaned up their act. Go somewhere else,

I had a wonderful stay, the rooms are spacious and clean. Donald at the front desk was very resourceful, welcoming and helped with check-in and made recommendation when I asked about the area.

Reservation was apparently change to a different hotel and the “new” hotel had no record of us staying whatsoever. We were told it would be taken care of, it wasn’t.

The bed was very very squeaky. The shower doors were not leveled and kept sliding open. The tv volume was not regulated and the room did not stay a consistent temperature.
