    Overall, the stay was pleasant. We appreciated how quiet the hotel was. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided great service throughout our visit. The room itself looked clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, and the shower curtain was visibly dirty. This small issue took away from an otherwise positive stay."

    Very clean , staff was very polite and helpful , parking was expensive but convenient and hassle free. Great location if you are planning to uber or catch public transportation. They allowed me to check in early which was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay here the next time I travel to DC

    The staff! Jonathon the most front desk overnight made my stay a lot more welcoming. We connected over anime and that made it feel like home The property is great, booking misslead me on the free breakfast option when picking a room online, I ended up paying $100 more for the info that was not updated. Breakfast came for free with reservation no matter what Ans booking made me pay that $100 more that only show breakfast was free if did the prepayment only.

    The room we rented was spacious and clean. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the train station, which makes it easy to reach Washington's main attractions. Union Market is right next to the hotel, offering a great place to hang out (good food and a relaxed atmosphere). Breakfast was mediocre, if not subpar. There were often spills in the food pantry, and the staff ignored requests to clean up. Tea and coffee were available at reception, but hot water was often unavailable, requiring waiting times.

    If you are unlucky and get a room on the courtyard side of the hotel, do not expect to sleep. Loud music from the F1 arcade blares until about 4am. Cleanliness was 0/10, towels and sheets both stained as well as very obvious water damage to the bathroom ceiling. Parking garage is NOT free and fills up quickly. Best part was the continental breakfast and that was a mere 5/10.

    Very pleasant hotel with truly friendly and helpful staff. They assisted us with every request, explained how to get to the main attractions, and even helped me pay for parking since I didn’t have an American phone number and couldn’t receive the SMS confirmation codes — apparently a common issue with parking payments in the US. The location is also perfect: very close to the city’s main bus station and within walking distance of the Washington Mall, which made getting around and exploring the city extremely convenient. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. Although it was included and we were not relying on it too much, the quality was far below expectations. Even the standard American coffee in the morning was not good and unfortunately affected the overall impression of the breakfast. Most of the food felt overcooked, the selection was quite limited, and honestly the yogurt was probably the only thing we really enjoyed.

    Arrived & were pleasantly greeted. Quickly checked in with information on parking & free Wi-Fi. The location is in great walking distance to the Union Market area, that we visited daily before exploring. Though on a fairly busy street we had no issues with noise. We got a room on the 5th floor that had beautiful day & night views of the city. I'd definitely book this room again.

Shuttle service to Metro and Union Station was very helpful since we didn't have a car. Small things : No ice bucket even after request, shower temperature was difficult to adjust, light bulb in bedside lamp burnt out.

    Shuttle to Union Statiom/Noma Nice location- close to Union Market, less a mile away from Metro Excellent staff- very responsive, respectful, friendly Clean room- very good shower, clean and comfy bed and pillows CONS- there’s a very little water coming out from the faucet in the sink. It wasn’t a problem for us though. Shower was great anyway. The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t have power. It’s not a problem also, there’s a lot of outlet by the big mirror right outside the bathroom! OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT STAY! Highly recommended! My family enjoyed the stay!

They charged $45 a night for parking separate from hotel cost. The space getting in and out of the property is a close space. The bed was not comfortable.

    The housekeeping was really poor. We got housekeeping just once during our stay. The didn’t fill the shower gel which it was empty. They didn’t replace soap and we had just one tiny soap for 5 days. The duvet had some stains and it didn’t have cover which it should have to change for different guests.

    Room clean. Bed comfortable. Housekeeping came only once during our stay which was a bit weird. Our safe was already locked when we arrived and it was reported, but not fixed. Breakfast was silly most days with low supplies of everything. Elevators are lightening fast. Snack bar downstairs, but very expensive. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to nearest Metro Station.

    Attentive and friendly staff and gear location. The hotel is within a walking distance of the main strip in NoMa. The only complaint our group had were the pillows. Mostly everyone commented on how unsupportive the pillows were. Usually the hotels we frequent have a combination of soft and firmer pillows on the bed, but all of these were too soft in our opinion.

    The whole stay was remarkable, truly one for the books. The hotel is located a very close to the NoMa metro station. The area around it is very pedestrian friendly. The staff were amazing, very helpful, greeted me and treated me like family. The breakfast was amazing, I when back for seconds. The fitness is one of the best I have ever worked out in. My room was a great size, bathroom was spotless and prepared with care. One of the best Hampton Inns I have ever stayed in. I will definitely be coming back soon.

    The breakfast was delicious everyday. I thanked the lady who came to fill up the hot section. Met 2 young receptionists who were awesome. The interaction was funny and so personal. The young gentleman who drove the shuttle bus was ever so helpful and polite. The room was clean and very comfortable, did not hear the guests on either side. Just the conditioner and body lotion was just about empty on our 1st night and was never refilled, even when I let reception know. Would have loved fresh towels everyday, especially wash towels.

    I've stayed here twice already with no issues. Staff has been friendly and never had a cleanliness issue. Parking does suck here though due to it being a busy area. They have a small parking garage with very limited/tight spaces and I was charged $53 for one night, which I wasn't thrilled about. There is street parking but because it's a busy area, GOOD LUCK finding parking on the street. Lots of places to go and eat within walking distance. Cute artsy area.

    The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the hotel and our room were very clean. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having both a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was incredible!! We experienced a few minor issues during our stay, but the staff handled them quickly and professionally. Our air conditioner wasn’t working, but an engineer came up promptly, checked the unit, and confirmed we should switch rooms while he performed maintenance. It seemed like a routine mechanical issue and nothing to fault the hotel for. They responded quickly and took good care of us. The engineer who helped us was really cool guy. We also noticed the refillable hair conditioner and lotion bottles in the bathroom were empty, but those were refilled right away once we mentioned it. The only real disappointment was that the pool was unavailable during our stay—we had packed our swimsuits, so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, the issues we encountered were very minor and handled quickly by the staff. Because of the convenient location and the helpful team, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

We were moving up n down for 30min only to call the front desk n told to walk towards the gym whdn on the 2nd floor of HW. We were never informed that Breakfast was at homewood suites. So I only drank coffee at Hampton n day 2 I inquired, and then I was told to go to zHW. Bottom line. Direct correctly and mention breakfast location. That was Sat and Sun Feb 1 and 2nd. Rooms are neat, shower is great.

    The staff was very unhelpful and made my wife and me feel unwelcome. The room itself was clean, but the shower door was broken and off its track. The room was clean although we always give points off for hotels that don’t encase their mattresses with a bedbug cover. (There didn’t seem to be any bedbugs,).     Great Hotel for a Great Price. Shuttle to and from Union Station. Very friendly/accommodating staff. Maria went above and beyond for us. We came in from Amtrak and I realized that I had forgotten my ID in my car back home. I was able to check in with a photo of it. Beautiful Hotel with very nice, clean rooms. Pretty quiet too since our room was facing the street. I only heard a few sounds throughout the night in the room. Beds were comfy. Plenty of outlets in the room. Elevator is super fast! Free Breakfast was AWESOME. Fresh cut fruit, pastries, waffles, juices, eggs (scrambled AND hard boiled), potatoes O'Brien, oatmeal, etc. The breakfast spread alone was worth the price. My only complaint is the pool is under renovation and the verandas they show in the hotel pics are off limits. They also have baggage holding even after you check out so you can go visit places without your luggage. They also let us hang out in the lobby until we can go to Amtrak at 3 pm. Again above and beyond on accomodations. If you like pizza and the like I would highly suggest NY Pizza Grill. Delicious. Also, got our deposit back almost immediately after check out. That's always a plus. Just really wish the pool was open.

    Absolutely NOT! Nothing that was listed online that made you wanna book was actually factual. You book with Expedia and all these random charges come up. The hotel doesn’t work with well with third party sites at all. There’s no communication amongst the staff. I drove four hours from NJ just to be met with problems on the hotels end that had nothing to do with me. Pulled up to the hotel just for no one to be at the front desk and doors locked. Like WHAT? I can go on and on. Horrible experience and will never book with Hampton Inn or use Expedia to book with them again.

    The hotel is close to a lot of things. Good breakfast. However I was really disappointed the first room we were checked into wasn’t clean at all. There was trash hidden behind the chair, the bathroom floor was slimy and hair in the tub. We asked for a new room, and this one looked a little cleaner. But there were blood stains on the sheets. Also really poor water pressure in bathroom. Pink mold of some sort on shower head and nasty toilet. We bought cleaning stuff to clean ourselves. I wasn’t really happy with the poor room clean, we wouldn’t book here again. After fees it was more than double the price expected to pay. It was like 5/10 hotel stay. $45 per night parking.

    We were parked right in front of the hotel and someone went into our car and stole my husband's overnight duffel bag with his valuables inside. We thought it would take a minute to check in but the worker had an issue with our reservation and needed assistance from the manager. The manager took a while to come, after waiting for a period of time, the worker was able to fix the issue and our car was broken into.

    Parking was $45 plus taxes and fees per night. This was not explained to us at our check in. No TV remote in room. Had to call about that. AC unit was very loud. No toilet extra toilet paper. When we called about this we were told we needed to come down and get it. Lastly, 3 grocery bags filled with trash next to the elevator. One fell over and spilled onto the floor.

    I really loved staying at this hotel, first time visiting the DMV, very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was great, rooms were clean and tip top shape, the shuttle was great, dropped off at Union Station and walked about 10 minutes to capital hill and started my sightseeing so it saved quite some time, close proximity to a lot of things whether it was a 10-15 mins drive or walking distance, the only thing I did not like was the parking was not very organized at all, instead of paying for parking with the hotel and them giving you something to put on your dashboard, you have to scan a QR Code and pay online which is fine but it looks like anyone can do that whether they stay there or not and on my first night parking lot was full I had to park on the ramp that lead up to the top level of the parking lot, that's something that they should fix, but other than that everything was perfect at this hotel and I would stay here again

    We had many problems with our room…starting with the handle on toilet was broken, shower head was broken & water leaked from behind tile, asked for ice bucket 3 times & then there was no ice on our floor, trash not removed from room until we talked to manager.     Everything is excellent at this Hotel except for the swimming pool, it’s not functional for a while but it is shown while reserving a room. Staff were very helpful, they have a convenient shuttle to Noma station and Union station. Parking is $53 a night, which is probably typical for that location. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Not too far from National Mall or Public Transport. Property is not too far from Reagan national airport. Overall a good stay there.

    I was very annoyed, hotels charge so much money to stay but offer very little service. We really need to get back to the days housecleaning actually cleaned the rooms daily. On a positive note, the hotel was fairly clean and Breakfast was decent.

    I stayed here for the cheaper price and proximity to my event. You get what you pay for and this hotel was pretty rough. Staff was absolutely terrible. The air in my room did not work, and I called twice for service. After waiting for 3 hours I was finally told the maintenance crew was done for the day. Then I requested to be moved. Next room the air worked. It was clean. Beds ok. Phone in this room did not work. I would spend a little more for a better stay if I was traveling to the area again.

    Sheets were very stiff and smelled of chemical. Maybe new but didn't like that. Air conditioning unit made awful noise but was tolerable.

    Paid $53 for 24 hrs of parking only to return from concert to find there was no room in the lot. Staff said an external company did the parking and they couldn't help us. Staff said we could park anywhere we could fit in. Managed to park on a curb. It's ridiculous that more parking passes are given than there are spots to fill and hotel staff can't help even though referred us to the outside company.

    From the minute we pulled up to the hotel, the staff met us outside and was warm and welcoming. Throughout our stay everyone was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and smooth. And they didn't go wrong with the Wednesday evening Social.

    I so wanted to give this place high marks because the staff was so friendly and helpful. But the room wasn't very clean, never had housekeeping the three nights we were there. And didn't know the pool was permanently closed until the night before when we called to confirm the room.

    This is a nice hotel closely associated with Homewood Suites across the way. Even the parking is shared with Homewood Suites, and the breakfast is held there too. Newly renovated hotel, nice stay. Its close to Union Market for food options.

    This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had to wait 2.5 hours to check in. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing and the room was lacking. The manager said she would comp us the paid parking for the two-night stay but when it came time to check out the woman at the front desk couldn't get it off the bill. The coffee machine in the room was missing parts and the elevators weren't working for guests when we did finally check in. Everyone seemed like they hadn't been working there long. The janitorial staff were actually the most helpful people on site because they helped us with the elevators and where to park. Do not recommend. The Motel 6 next door is probably a better stay for just a little less.

    Logged in to website to check on reservation and saw hotel was closed. Spent 45 minutes talking to hotels.com via chat, not even a person, to make sure I would not get charged. Finally received a cancellation notice the day before my reservation. The communication was terrible until I reached out. Second time this has happened.

    We found the room very spacious, comfortable, clean and presentable. The only complaints are, we wish there were additional glasses by the bathroom sink and found the sofa bed really lacking plus the blanket was stained.

    We arrived on Wednesday for a four day stay. Our garbage was not emptied until friday. Guests should not have to place their garbage outside their doors because of inadequate room cleaning service. Even if the sheets aren't changed daily the garbage should be emptied and clean towels offered.

    The hotel was following covid guidelines. This made us feel safer in our travels. Conveniently located close to NoMa metro station. Free shuttle service within a mile radius. Friendly and courteous customer service. First time in DC and everything was great!

    I loved that I was given an upgrade to the Hilton across the Street. I had a little kitchenette and complete with cooking utensils along with a microwave. I was able to cook a small meal that evening to eat.
