Our toilet clogged and a supervisor named Maria was very unkind and not understanding and tried to spin it on the guests. Maybe when you ask them to plunge your toilet before you go to bed.

Great location, clean attractive room, great bar and breakfast. Loved the large screen TV. Staff were super kind and welcoming! Room was small, but we didn’t mind. Valet parking was very slow.

Staff was lovely, the hotel was beautiful, even better than the photos, and spotless. Location couldn’t be better. Really nice lobby with a full bar and board games.

Upon check-in, the front desk agent explained the hotel amenities to me and specifically stated that breakfast was included with my stay. However, the following morning at breakfast, I was approached by a waiter who asked whether I had a coupon or voucher. I explained that I did not, as I am a Bonvoy member and was told at check-in that breakfast was included with my status. This interaction occurred publicly and was embarrassing as a guest. The situation was later addressed with a manager, who attempted to remove the fee. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. Speaking to and questioning a guest in that manner should not happen, and it put me in an uncomfortable position. I made it clear that I only wished to be charged for what I consumed, which was a half bagel and four pieces of fruit. I was ultimately charged $10, which still felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Additionally, I booked this hotel with the expectation that my room would be cleaned daily. This did not occur. While getting ready for work one morning, housekeeping knocked on my door. I asked if they could return in an hour, which they did. At that time, I was only provided fresh towels. Not worth the money
