    The room was well laid out, the bed comfortably, and the location removed enough from traffic to be quiet. The one uncertainty for me was that this location is across from a plot of land that appears to have been cleared for some sort of construction. No sign of what it would be. I would return in any case.

    Smoke alarm went off during the middle of the night around 2 AM. Didn't know what was going on, probably false alarm. This happened twice Had trouble getting the room door unlocked when moving in. Front desk staff was very helpful, helped us get it unlocked.

    We request a top floor when we made our reservation. We were told by the male staff there was no request made. He told us that the hotel was sold out and since we made the reservation by a third party there was nothing he could do. Then he found our request for a top floor in the reservation but again said since we were a third party reservation he could not do anything. We have never been treated like that at a Hilton before like second class citizens. We checked in around 4pm with a female staff and came right back down and asked the male to move to the fifth floor because there was loud noises from the room above us. As you see he did not. At 2:00AM we were awakened by the jolting blast of the fire alarm. We quickly dressed in our street clothes and just as we were about to leave the alarm stopped. It blasted one more time before being silenced. We inquired about it the next morning at breakfast and we were told that kids had been messing around and would be fined. We asked if the guests who were deprived a nights sleep would be compensated. The woman at the desk said that we would have to talk to a manager who wouldn’t be in until after 10:00. When I was checking out, asked another woman who had just begun her shift about the possibility of compensation. She wrote down my name and showed it to the first woman who rudely said, so I could hear, “I already told her I had no authority to do anything about that!”

    Ok hotel overall but room layout was horrible. Half the bathroom is out in the open and you can't stand in the bathroom and close the door hardly past the toilet. TV was old and didn't work. AC was great and worked for the most part but I probably wouldn't stay in a room like this again.

    The room’s air conditioner made things worse. It was loud and oddly placed, with the vent right next to the bed blowing directly on me all night. The bar experience didn’t help. My martini was poorly made, as well as expensive. Forty dollars for two drinks and the bartender didn’t seem to know how to prepare a Cosmopolitan, which is a pretty standard cocktail. The room layout was also odd and not particularly functional. Overall, the hotel feels very worn. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the common areas showed visible signs of neglect. The elevator almost closed on me at one point and it shook loudly. This property is in clear need of a refresh. Would not stay again.

    Our room was very comfortable and had a section portioned off for a living room like area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit, a yogurt bar, and oatmeal bar, as well as eggs and sausage links. They also had a decent gym. It had a dumbbell collection with a bench, a couple of bikes, an elliptical, and a treadmill.

    Nice room, bathroom kind of small, where the door just barely missed the toilet when closing it. It was clean and nice and comfortable. Would have preferred the breakfast to be open later than 9 o’clock on weekdays since we stayed almost a week. Otherwise great staff great location and very nice looking hotel. They had a little Starbucks set up there, but the machine was broken and they said the boss was gone for a week so that didn’t work. It would’ve been a brilliant idea to leave the regular coffee out all day so at least we had something.

    The Breakfast was not good the scrambled eggs two days in a role were cold as ice and the French toast was hard as a rock. The little bit of food that is hot or should be warm was cold cold, the fruit was ok a waffle maker would be nice or some pancakes, the toaster would toast bread or a bagel I ran both through 4 times and nothing sure wasn't toasted

    I enjoyed my stay , the room was a nice size and very comfortable, and clean I will definitely be staying there again. Also location was great off the highway. Breakfast was included in the stay. It Could it have been a little bit better more warm food options, other then that the stay would have been a 10 but im rating 9 to 9 1/2 .

    The hotel was very clean, staff were amazing! The building looked like a few repairs are needed on the ceiling of the first floor. The kids had fun in the pool but it was very murky when we first arrived. Breakfast was okay, had options but not as many as other hotel breakfasts we’ve had.

    Staff was great, amenities were average, the room needed improvement. Our tv kept loosing signal, one of our drawer handles fell off, the shower door was hard to open and made a horrifying scretch when we opened it. I was also super confused why housekeeping came in and swapped out our towels but didnt bother making the bed....weird.

    Disappointed at check in. They said Hotel.com oversold the double queen room we booked and they only had single Kind bed available that first night. We did switch rooms to double queen second night, but was inconvenient for us. One of two elevators wasn’t working during our stay, as well as a closed restroom near pool area.     I wasn’t able to check in or stay due to an illness in the family. I requested a refund, which the hotel was not obligated to give, but was denied, either by Expedia or the hotel (couldn’t be sure which one actually made that call). Consequently I did not make the trip and do not stay at the property. So, for my money the stay obviously wasn’t worth it.

    Rooms need updates. Try to book 2 beds two different visits not available. Bathroom door sticks on toilet unless banged shut. Noisy in halls. Pull out sofa bed mattress too thin. Not greeted as a Hyatt member. Can't book out next visit at hotel only online. Bathroom sink in main area person in bed can't sleep while other person gets ready. Stayed here in 2017 just as lousy. More healthy choices needed at breakfast. How about plain yogurt. Coffee horrible!! Personal at counter not pleasant or happy, only one was check in person upon arrival. Again not even asked if Hyatt member and no positive reaction to being one. Will not stay here again! Why never any 2 beds available even in the future??????

    The check-in staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent (we loved the asparagus!!). Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was disappointing that housekeeping didn’t come into our room the 2nd day or offer fresh towels. But other than that our stay was excellent.

    I tagged along with my husband on a business trip, and although the hotel is not normally someplace we would stay on "vacation," it was an enjoyable stay...clean, quiet, kind and helpful staff, easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking, pretty and spread out area of town, nice lake on backside of property that we had a view of, small gym with weights, 1 treadmill, and one eliptical, nice indoor pool area (we did to use) and 3 miles to a Whole Foods.

    First time i stayed at hyatt place was in 2012 then i stayed today and surprised to see there is no upgrade. Everything is the same way as it was 12 years ago.     The actual rooms were way better than the pic on the website. My family booked two jr suites for a week and we were satisfied. The location was great. The staff were nice the place was clean, there’s breakfast for everyone everyday. Only thing that we didn’t like is the shower head. There’s not a lot of pressure that came out of our shower cause the shower head was small and old. But overall it didn’t disappoint. Well come back and book again

    Shower was leaking before spout, the water felt terrible. Lighting in bathroom was real dim. Bed sheets and blanket had blood spots on them. Fridge wasnt really cold yet set on max. Heat and AC was hard to control, either too hot or too cold, no true in-between. Checking in , wasn't told about using my personal credit card for accidentals. They should have used the card on file from the company so that inturned locked up what little cash I had personally.

    when we come to naperville il we always stayed here. My husband had surgery so we thought we stay there. We noticed things are getting run down. The rm we had was not good, the rug was really stained, the bathroom door would not shut stuck on floor wouldnt shut without pushing real hard,the toilet did not shut properly. We also had a problem with an over book for two rms and they would not help us being booked third party. When we talked with third party they said we didnt have two rms booked no Idea what this is about still dealing with it.

    The property is outdated, with worn carpets that are in serious need of cleaning or replacement. The bathrooms are also old and in poor condition. I was moved between three different rooms during my stay. I would not return and do not recommend it.

    I was not aware of the $50 hold on my credit card on top of the $300 I paid for the room. When I did not have that, I asked if I should just cancel. The desk lady said I would have to cancel through hotels.com, so I tried to. But when the hotels.com representative tried to call the hotel about the situation they said the Hyatt person hung up on them. I lost $300 because I never got to go into my room, or get a refund. Neither Hyatt or Hotels.com were able to cancel my reservation or compensate me for a later stay. The Hyatt representative also told Hotels.com that I was a no show. Lying.

    The refrigerator did not work, the tv stand outlets and hookups did not work. We called down for assistance and no one ever came. There was also 2 dogs in room next to us who barked a lot. Breakfast was great and service outside of repair was great. Not worth the price though.

    Good price, clean room, and the breakfast was fine. Convenient location for us. However, the refrigerator didn't work and even after I reported it, and they assured me maintenance would address it, they never showed up. The room set up is weird as they have the sink just opposite the bed, so it is hard for one person to get ready without waking the other person up.

    1st night (Friday night) just got the children to sleep after 1200 mile drive only to be woken up by fire alarm and evacuation. Only time to grab a blanket and the children in pajamas and the cold 47 degrees until fire dept cleared the building. 2 small children terrified and were hard to console with fear that hotel would burn them. Not hotels fault but unfortunate this 1st night. Sunday morning 730am fire alarm again. No offers for the inconveniences, no apologies, the staff was very dismissive about the situations. Only one team member Sunday evening acted as if he understood the trauma and fear the children were experiencing and offered to mention to manager the next day. We have never heard from the hotel or the chain.

    The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors easily. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. Hotel is in a great location. Nothing is close enough to walk to, but plenty of restaurants and shopping are just minutes away.

    This hotel was and is not up to par it’s lacking updates the internet was not the greatest they don’t have any microwave in the room I would have to go downstairs to warm up any food the bathroom light was dull and the noise from kids running and going in and out of the room until 12am and waking me up at 7am todo the same thing.

    Hotel was old and dated. The suite was uncomfortable. Shower, bathroom was extremely small. Had to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door. Room hvac system had no ability to run the fan to circulate air without heat or air on. Air was dry and stale making it difficult to breathe. Shower floor was in disrepair and appeared to have mold in the tile. Counter was broken and furniture had a strange odor. Would not stay in a Hyatt again!
