    The hotel was good enough. A little pricey for having old carpeting all over the elevators, hall floors and rooms, but it was not bad. The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfastmade-to-order omelet was yummy. Good location.

    There wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed we were three people clearly requested in our reservation. then the bedding arrived and was broken. I requested another bedding set and finally arrived. Later in the evening i requested to freeze some ice packs to keep my medicine refrigerated during our trip and the following day the ice packs were not frozen. So I had to wait for hours to get the icepacks frozen so I could travel. Really bad experience

    Minor issues: The room was fairly clean. There was some dust in the bathroom, furniture and candy found on the floor under the table from the previous guests. The room was cleaned during our stay, but they did not restock our toilet paper.

    My bed looked clean, but you could see the space between the headboard and the wall hadn’t been touched in a while. I’d think it would be vacuumed every now and then. I’m not expecting anyone to move furniture every room clean for quick turnovers. As I lay in bed, a fairly large black spider crawled over me. That was a bit scary, coming from a person who has a fear of bugs/insects. The staff were friendly during check in and check out, so that was a nice experience.

    This hotel is a company favorite as it is close to our world HQ. But we do have many choices. Over the last 10 years the owners have worked hard to keep the Hilton promise. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed immediately and with earnest commitment. I feel like my business is valued.

    Clean room. Pillows were squishy, two nightstands and makeup wipes available. The wall mounted shampoo was empty though. I do appreciate that the bath products are sulfate and paraben free! Breakfast seemed pricey considering how many trendy brunch places are in the area. Parking was easy. Cat and dog friendly so keep that in mind if you have allergies. Staff was friendly and busy upon check-in. No staff at desk for checkout.

    I didn't have hot water for my shower.. Halfway through the hot water cut off! And on top of that, they had 2 water bottles in the room with a sign that said complementary, but then they charged me $6.50 after I checked out!     It’s pet friendly. 3rd floor hallway smelled like dog. My room hadn’t been vacuumed. Hallway and elevator needed vacuuming, along the walls too. Found hair laying on mattress sheet so slept in other bed. Pillowcases were wrinkled, like they’d been used.

    I stopped and talked to staff about cleaning the room. I had the front desk person. Tell me that they do it every other day and I was on the list for that day, but they would call and make sure that my room was attended to, and that was because I needed towels and wash clothes that I even stopped and asked Needless to say my room was never clean from when I got there Friday till I left Monday morning

    The bed sheets smelled like an “old man” sweaty? They smelled dirty and not fresh. We were also charged 2 charges on top of our Expedia charge and have reached out to find out why and no one has called me back. I didn’t like to join Hilton rewards just to use the WiFi.

    This property is a hidden gem, so close to shopping and the freeway. There are so many amenities, like the breakfast, coffee in the lobby and bar. They also have a convenience area for the things you may have left behind, or when you needed an ice cream cup in the middle of the night. We highly recommend this hotel.

    This is a nice property and we were treated well. There were some maintenance issues that need addressed. My sister's room had a clogged sink drain. Apparently it has been clogged for a while but nothing has been done about it. My bathroom showed evidence that it was either not scrubbed prior to my taking over the room or it was just gone through the middle. There was soap scum on the glass doors and splashes all over the mirror. But I liked that my room was quiet and private. Staff treated us well.

    The stay was awful, pool was dirty, breakfast was awful silverware was not clean, toliets didnt work, tub would not drain. Cigarette butts all over dog area. They staff was rude and poorly trained. Over charged for incompetence management. I travel all the time and have never been so disgusted by a hotel. I stay at many Hilton Garden inn and usually brag on them but not this one. Hilton i feel has a great brand this is not up to par at all. Find a different hotel if you can.

    Fully booked night because of a wedding, had one guy up at the front. Room smelled like cat pee and because of wedding, no other rooms were available. A concentrated spray was done throughput the room which only resulted in a headache. After Expedia tried to contact them, nothing was done.     Given the premium price point, I expected a higher level of care and attention to detail. In fact, I’ve had significantly better experiences at competitor hotels for a much lower rate. While the front desk staff was courteous and the common areas were well maintained, the condition of the room unfortunately overshadowed the rest of the stay. Hilton typically provides reliable quality, and I hope this was an isolated lapse. That said, consistency in room cleanliness is essential, and I would urge management to review housekeeping standards to ensure all guests receive the level of experience they’re paying for.

    Pretty old and worn out and definitely needs an upgrade. Poor service from the hotel staff. My room was not cleaned by the housekeeping for 4-5 days despite repeated reminders to be at least cleaned every other day as per their policy. I was told that the housekeeping marked it as cleaned when they actually didn’t clean. Another incident, I went for breakfast and the lady stopped me and said I couldn’t. I told her I paid extra for breakfast during my stay and then she looked up my name and said it was okay. I advised her to first check before you tell a guest not to have breakfast.     Very nice location! Room very clean! Loved the walk in shower! Staff was very friendly and even though there was a hockey tournament going on in the area, things were very quiet at the hotel. And our room was right across from the pool and we were never disturbed by it!

    Did not know it was “pet friendly”. Our room smelled like cat urine. We came in late, exhausted, thought it smelled. Had to do a quick change and had to leave. Came back and yes it was it there. We were so tired we thought we’d get used to it. We didn’t. Had to leave by 7 am. Mentioned it on the way out. The gal at the desk was very apologetic and told us we could have changed rooms. Also offered us breakfast, which we didn’t have time for. We are not ones to complain, but, this time we should have said something right away…

    We were required to pay approximately $19 extra to get a barrier free room. The room we were assigned was a typical room that was the same as every other room except it had some kind of assistive unlocking for the room door and it had a shower in the bathroom. I have had cancer of the spine resulting in nerve damage in my legs making it difficult to rise from a typical toilet without proper grab bars. The toilet in our room was not at an ADA approved height and it had no grab bars. The shower was nice but again did not meet ADA requirements and had no usable grab bars. Clearances and mounting height throughout the room did not meet barrier free standards. We might have accepted inadequacies, but I was insulted to have to pay extra for a "barrier free" room when in all aspects this was a typical room with a shower instead of bathtub. Hilton Garden Inns should be ashamed of this type of facility/service.

    The room had dust and showed that it hadn’t been clean thoroughly. There were also some dead bugs in the bathroom. The bed seemed to broke and slightly slanted. Also, throughout the night my phone would ring once and the. Stopped. This happened about 15 times until I unplugged the phone. Won’t stay here again.

    When we were able to talk to the front desk, they did hold onto our item, luckily, and when we came back a few hours later, while they were not apologetic in any way about being unable to check us in and making us come back later, we were able to actually get checked in and up to our room. It's close to the highway, which was convenient, and if you're not looking for something fancy but just a place to lay your head at night, this works. The shower could've been a bit cleaner, but otherwise, it was basic but workable.

    The property was nice and clean. I did like that I got charged $50 more than what I was quoted. But I need the room to rest before I had to go back to work that night

    The bed was very uncomfortable & the pillows were very thin. The bathroom appeared clean at first glance but there were a pair of contact lenses stuck to the counter right next to the sink. This made ne doubt the cleanliness of the room altogether. Apart from being in a good part of town, this was not up to the Hilton standards I've come to expect. VERY disappointed.

    - The shower floor had chipped paint, so I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. - The bathroom was dusty and disgusting. - Staff used *way* too much fabric softener on the top blanket, and we had to hide it in the closet. - The pillows were so soft, that they were uncomfortable. - The phone in the room was inoperative, could not call the main desk for an additional pillow and blanket. - Staff overbleached the sheets so it was an overwhelming smell. - The room was sprayed with some kind of air freshener that was also overwhelming. - Demanded $16 for Breakfast. Went to Starbucks across the property for $10 instead. It was the worst experience hotel stay ever. The staff was unapologetic and would not do anything to offset the bad experience. They kept blaming us for using Expedia for reservations. AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL!!

    I use to come here monthly before COVID. But the price has been climbing so I found other places. But this time around I felt I needed to give it a chance again. I missed the traditional steak dinners, the drinks and atmosphere. Always so quiet and clean, till I found mold in the shower stall. But everything else has been pleasant. It may sway me to do my monthly, stats again..

    Good service, comfortable room though it smelled a bit, 5th floor but we were able to open the window which was great. Only bad thing, no continental breakfast.

    Spoke with manager on the last day. She was very nice and apologized. She gave us a free breakfast. That kinda makes up for getting towrls and toilet paper.

    - The room had a stale musty odor - The hotel forgot to add my name to the breakfast list, which i paid for during booking on Expedia. When i went to recieve the breakfast, the staff member was very rude and all but accised me of trying to steal a free breakfast necause they screwed up thr list. I never got an appology and she bluntly said that they "had" to give me a breakfast??? Wyf does that mean? I paid for it the day before.
