If you need a decent place to sleep as a truck driver for an economical price this is a good option. Air works Great. The room is clean. This is not a luxury room, but it works.

The ease of access to the outside to walk my dog. The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway and let the doors slam very loudly. Also, I originally had a reservation for one night but decided to stay an extra night. The price of the room for the second night was jacked up $60, ridiculous!

Mostly used by contract workers, but it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a disability tmw t (coffee always tasted burnt and nothing there by 0800) but gas station across the street was amazing. Will stay here again for sure!

Everything was fine. No problem with anything. There could have been more breakfast options.

The room was clean. The room was totally worn out. Needs a complete refreshing. Paint was peeling. Around the bathtub there was black in the caulking. Tub was very slippery. Had to put a towel down to keep from falling. The refrigerator was noisy. Everything was very old looking. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Muffins were tiny. There were only three pillows on the bed when we got there. Two guests and three pillows? We called down for an extra pillow and the clerk said that housekeeping was gone for the day so we couldn't get one until tomorrow. A maintenance man came around tomorrow and we told him about it and he said that we could have had an extra pillow that night. He gave us one. not a very good experience.

Bathtub was dirty. Desk attendant paused my checkin so she could locate a key for the pest control person. Apparently, the pest control was there to fumigate. I needed to take a shower, but I didn’t and wouldn’t stay the night.

Location and price. The AC / heating system didn’t work well.
- 1.5/5
At least the sheets and towels were clean and the young man at check-in was polite The room was very old and had not been cleaned. There was a used coffee mixer stick on the floor as well as paper trash on the counter next to the tv. The floors had not been cleaned and the area where you entered to go to your rooms was super sketchy.
- 5/5
Staff and room very good, cold coffee.
- 3.5/5
We needed a room for a quick over night stay. After seeing a concert in the area.
- 2.5/5
Outlets in room were very sparse. Everything was very minimal.
- 0.5/5
Proximity to event we attended. Room was shabby. Bottoms of room doors were raggedly rotting away. Tub didn’t seem clean- put a towel in it to stand on while showering. Water spewed out of sink faucet when turned on. Bathroom baseboard was nasty.
- 4.5/5
The value of the inn is unmatched and we will definitely be back. The price, the room, the comfort of the bed, the water pressure in the shower, all were fantastic. The fact that we could bring dogs is great. We didn't bring ours, but definitely keeping Red Roof Inn in mind for the future! That was a feature I didn't realize existed. Our only disappointment was that the complementary breakfast was very bare. Usually, we're used to a waffle machine. Without that, it would have been fine if the bagels weren't stale. There was very limited options to choose from that wasn't Raisin Bran or Frosted Flakes, but the breads were definitely a few days old.
- 3.5/5
Dog howled all night next door and we couldn't sleep
- 4/5
Room and bath were clean but wall paper was torn on corner in BR. The price is good for what it is. I'll continue to stay for convenience and the staff is great!

- 5/5
I had a great stay at here last week. The room was spotless and cozy, and everything was in good condition. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. I also liked how quiet and conveniently located the place was. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience—I'd gladly return!
- 2/5
Not up to even Red Roof standards. A very old former Howard Johnson motel with broken concrete, cigarette burns in the tub, damaged doors, curtain with holes in it for starters.
- 5/5
Yes. Some yogurt would have been nice. Room was clean, staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Clean room. Needs updating.
- 5/5
"Had a pleasant stay at Red Roof Inn — the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick stop. The price was affordable, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and highways. Great value for the money!"
- 3/5
Noce location next to the amusement park but nothing except mexican restaurant
- 5/5
Just overnight stay. Very pleasant.
- 1/5
The bed sheets had stains. The air conditioner was gross. The floors hadn't been swept. The toilet seat was loos and ready to fall off. The shower head had black mold or something black on it. There was a card that said Destiny cleaned the room. She did a horrible job.
- 5/5
Door needs fixing.
- 1/5
I will not stay here again
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. The TV wasn’t working and the front desk set the maintenance guy up right away to get it going. We enjoyed our stay here.
- 1/5
The room was not clean. The surrounding rooms were noisy. The bed/pillows were very uncomfortable
- 3/5
Property needs some attention.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Good price. The best
- 4/5
It scared me to stay there after seeing all the signs stating, take everything out of your car!! This said we were in an unsafe area! The morning worker was rude too. When we took our breakfast to go, my hands were full and the wind from the door took some muffins out of my hands. The big male came outside, yelling at me. He said, you could clean up your mess. I thought, wow you'd never get me back here, yelling to a me like that. He should have said, can I help you since I see your hands are full. The door was super heavy and was hard to maneuver in the first place.
- 4/5
Good value. TV was challenging to operate.
- 2/5
It's poorly maintained inside and out. Kinda gross.
- 1/5
When we got our first room it had been used or not cleaned. Used washcloth on the bathtub and something wrapped around the plug. They moved us into a new room which was cleaner. Then the toilet plugged we had to unplug it ourselves. Then there was a bunch of women’s hair all over in the stairwell and lobby. We did not feel safe.
- 5/5

Due to a plumbing issue on Saturday 3/29/25, my stay at Red Roof Inn Warrenton in Virginia, my was ended prematurely by the property. Because of said stay being shortened by events that were beyond my control, I need to be refunded for that portion of my booking..
- 5/5
The personnel were very accommodating, the room was clean and well prepared. It was also very quiet.
- 5/5
Very quiet Close to a variety of restaurants
- 2/5
Bare bones hotel. Would have appreciated a blanket to add to the bed. Very poor breakfast.
- 4/5
Not bad
- 3/5
Much too expensive for the quality of the room. Hallway had a rather nasty smell of dirty feet, wet dogs and ass. Room also had a strange odor. Lighting very dim in the bathroom. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.
- 4/5
It was clean (except for some crumbs on the floor by the edge of the refrigerator). The bed was comfortable. Everything (bathroom, coffee maker, tv, and A/C) worked well. The hotel was quiet (no loud guests). We would consider staying there again.
- 4/5
It was sufficient
- 2/5
Difficult time opening exterior door. Building in rough shape. Room door painted shut was also difficult to open. A/C was off when entering room so it was uncomfortable. A/C worked but was extremely noisy. Toilet functioned poorly.
- 5/5
The room was exactly what I needed. It was clean and quiet.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Went to a concert needed a good place to stay and reasonably price so we took the room

- 5/5
Nice and clean.
- 5/5
the room was good. Wish the shower/bath had a grab bar and the tub was very slippery.
- 5/5
Location
- 3/5
Not very clean. Bathroom had smell of urine and yellow stains around the base of the toilet. Smell of mustiness in the room was present.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was amazing! Very patient with two silly people. Hopefully they put clean sheets on every time someone stays. Will probably stay there again.
- 5/5
Peaceful
- 3/5
The room was clean and was good size. However there was no where to put luggage, no light by mirror. The bathroom was super small and whatever detergent was on the sheets gave us a rash, or it was the towels. We didn't even feel clean after taking a shower. The hallway had a terrible smell. We did like that it was close to downtown and close to restaurants.
- 5/5
Ice machine at one end of building only. Drapes would not close. Toilet needs new flush valve room 135
- 2/5
Property was old, not well kept,
- 1/5
Hallways strong stench of mildew and ceiling looks wet and moldy. Room had and overwhelming smell of cat urine, pee stains on the floor, chairs cover in cat scratches. Slept in my car with my son. Property refused to reimburse me. Room was a health hazard. Disgusting. BEWARE stay somewhere else if you want to keep your health.
- 5/5
Everything was decent. I like the throwback of the hotel
- 5/5
I was traveling and getting tired so I booked a last minute stay. Besides being a clean safe place to rest, the bed was awesome and comfortable… more comfortable than a pricier hotel I stayed at recently while traveling. I slept well and continued my trip the next morning.
- 4/5
It didn’t seem to have handicap access. Lots of stairs. It was clean. Not a bad place to stay.
- 5/5
I like the big beds that was in my room and the staff was very knid to me and my family. However, I wouldn't advise you to eat the breakfast. There are many other places where you can enjoy breakfast. Other than that, I look forward to visiting this hotel again!!🙏💞
- 5/5
Our stay was enjoyable. The man who was at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
The front desk staff is hit or miss. Some are nice and some not so much. The toilets do not flush with much pressure. Nothing more embarrassing than calling the front desk for a plunger…. I’m pretty sure I got a sinus infection from the mold issue. Cool property but it needs some major work for me to consider staying here again.
- 5/5
The property was clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
Someone let a homeless man into the hallway. Furniture was old, and the place smelled terrible, the soap didn’t work at all, and shampoo was too small for three days no one ever clean the room.
- 5/5
Only one suggestion and we make this suggestion at many of the hotels we've stayed at: even though it wasn't a handicapped room, there should have been a grab bar in the shower. My wife and I are seniors and a bit shaky when taking a shower and I think most people would appreciate having at least one grab bar to hold onto and for getting in and out. Thanks for listening. We will be back ! Dave
- 4/5
Not worth $98 a night. Great location.
- 1/5
The hotel smells and breakfast was horrible
- 3/5
I will be contacting the manager. I was not a satisfied customer.
- 3/5
The shower was dangerous- nothing to hold on to. No elevator- very hard for people with bad joints Everything was clean. Price was not bad. Breakfast was nice.
- 5/5
The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the breakfast was pretty limited. But I didn't need waffles that badly anyway. We will likely stay here again next year when we come to help with the American Rocketry Challenge finals. The location is quite convenient to the flying site.
- 4/5
The property was "OK". Not great. A lot of people hanging around outside. That's never appealing. The hallway smelled like weed. Which if you get a room under $200 that seems to be the new hotel fragrance. Bed was comfy and black out shades worked perfect.
- 2/5
The rooms had strong smoke smell, despite being listed as smoke free. Changed to another room that was bit better but still smelled of smoke. The corridor was so smell, had to walk holding breath. Eventually checked out next next morning for another hotel.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly only problem was the toilet in the morning stopped flushing and started leaking
- 3/5
other people trying to get into the private adjacent rooms. the doors had a dead bolt, and they would not unlock it. --The outside was very, very dirty.
- 5/5
Had to visit a good friend in an nursing home.. he was very sick..
- 5/5
I liked everything. The manager was great. He helped me with a discount when I had to stay 4 more nights. Place was clean and smoke free and everyone was friendly and helpful
- 4/5
The room was large and comfortable. I could hear everything in the hallway at night especially the ice machine. Bedding was pretty nice.
- 5/5
We were able to check in late. The room was very clean and quiet. Nice wayward stop on our trip to Columbia, SC.
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful from the front desk (Vincent was so helpful) and the cleaning people were great. The remote control was coming apart and the front desk fixed it with electrical tape. The breakfast was terrific. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Toilets need to be replaced with higher raised toilets. They are too close to the floor and wedged into a tight space. I will change hotels tomorrow.
- 5/5
Everything was lovely.
- 5/5
As usual I had a very nice quiet stay with nice heating.
- 1/5
The tv remote didn't work, one lamp was defective and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. The worst thing was the heating unit smoked up the room and smelled like it was on fire. the front desk response was that it was dust and to turn on the bathroom fan and it would take out the smoke. We had to check out of the motel and were refused a refund because we booked with Expedia.
- 4/5
Just stopped by to sleep overnight and continue driving the next day. Hotel is under construction and looked a bit dated but all in all it was in decent condition.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever had. Dirty room hair in the bathroom. Noise from “transition” guests. Smoking and hanging out at guest entrance. Loud music slamming doors. Excessive dog/animal and smoke smell. Horrific!! Would like my money back.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and precise but housekeeping was understaffed. While the hotel was "non-smoking" there was the residual smell of cigarettes in the hallway and the room. Otherwise the hotel sits on the corner of a useful intersection with a restaurant and gas station nearby.
- 4/5
Bed was great, shower was great, staff was great. Very clean and had all we needed. Were disappointed that there is NO elevator and we had to carry in everything up 2 floors.
- 1/5
Our room had a bad odor, water on the floor. Sheets did not look changed. Our sisters rooms air conditioner was not working and had to move to another room. Water on the floor.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Certainly a big improvement over the place we stayed the night before ( little river)horrible!
- 3/5
Fhe location was good. Happy they were pet friendly. The room wasn't cleaned very well. I spilled some water and apon cleaning it up off the wood floor the towel I used was black. The floor hadn't been washed. Glad they were pet friendly, but the other guests were not considerate. There were chicken bones in the parking lot (very bad for dogs!). Also, the phone in the room kept ringing. Calls for other residents. Also, kept getting asked if I was there from "the program". Not sure what that meant.
- 2/5
The bed seemed to be clean thankfully.
- 3/5
affordable place to lay your head, it is not fancy but it gets the job done. Staff were nice. Laundry machine on site, we didn't use it but it was nice that it was there.
- 3/5
On the positive side the room was quiet. I don’t know how many rooms were filled, but the lot I parked in was full. There has to be another lot as there are enough spaces in the lot for the number of rooms. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. The chair at the desk was on its last legs. At first it appears broken but if you play with it enough it works. I probably won’t stay there again. There should be better choices.
- 2/5
Good location. Needs updates and repairs. Numerous dogs with guests. Cheap but you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Clean at the right price
- 3/5
The check-in building (where the food also was) smelled HORRIBLE. The hallway in the hotel room building smelled HORRIBLE. Thankfully the room was clean and didn't smell bad. Also, don't trust Google Maps to get you there. It takes you to the street behind the hotel and there is no entrance to the hotel on that street.
- 1/5
left after i checked in and went to another hotel. did not seem safe and was dirty
- 3/5
It was a last-minute decision. The lobby and main spaces were dirty and in need of a good cleaning and updating. The staff were pleasant. The room itself was fine, clean and modern. Hallways smelled of smoke and pot. The breakfast left much to be desired.
- 3/5
One night stay, it was at best okay
- 4/5
This property was a pleasant surprise. Clean, large room with a new refrigerator and microwave. Towels were changed each day and the room was cleaned daily. It's an older property that is bring refurbished. We were staying here for a wedding. The food options within walking distance was a real plus.
- 4/5
Access was good from the road, and it was quite quiet inside the rather spartan-like furnishing in the room. checkout was as smooth as check-in, but the continental breakfast was not so much "continental" and more like "deserted island" - very sparse. Overall, I would stay here again, but only if the other choices were as high-priced as they were.
- 4/5
It's in a good spot for someone heading to Shenandoah National Park. It was clean and felt safe.
- 4/5
Nice and clean, hallway is dingy.
- 4/5
I had no problem with this property, clean, neat, nice staff. However, the refrigerator in the room was going bonkers in the middle of the nite so I unplugged it, and did tell management the next day. No issues. Breakfast was not a breakfast. Rather, morning snacks.
- 3/5
No "Attention to detail" as far as cleanliness leaves it looking dirty. Low budget maintenance. Breakfast area was unclean. Covid-19 is still with us. It's the little things that make the biggest difference.
- 3/5
Absolutely terrible impression coming into the property, lobby was disgustingly dirty, the area was not attractive at all, some construction and nebulous people coming in and out. Shocked that this was in Warrenton. Strong pot smell on first floor, but our room was decent and no smell. Def needs a complete overhaul. Burger King was walking distance. My husband was relieved we would only be there one night.
- 1/5
It was a non smoking room, had to sign a paper for no. Smoking, when I got up to my room, thats all you smelled, was smoking!!!!!!had to put a towel by my door so it doesn't come in my room!Spent way too much money for that and will never do it again
- 3/5
Just looks old and not kept up. Carpets dirty, rooms need painted. Not a safe environment, people hanging around the door.
- 1/5
No remote control in the room, only 1 light worked, the toilet ran constant through out the night
- 4/5
Perfect for a one night stay. Rooms clean and in good condition but hallways and exterior rather old. Breakfast was minimal.
- 4/5
Nice location. Just needs a little TLC / update.
