Staff was friendly, specious room, we only stayed for one night but it was just what we needed to relax on a work trip.

I liked the location of the property but that was all. The bed was relatively comfortable as well. I didn’t like how loud the ac was, it wasn’t a normal white noise, it was very loud. The floor of the bathroom was sticky and the water coming out of the sink and shower smelled like sulfur. The drain in the shower was clogged so the water would pool when we used it. Our only window was covered in plastic due to the construction that was happening. I went down to go get breakfast 40 minutes before it was finished and everything was pretty much gone and the only thing that got refilled was the pancake batter, and there were potatoes left. The juice was all coming out as water. I just don’t think it was worth $450 for 2 nights, very disappointed.

This hotel was in a perfect location. The staff were so friendly and easy to talk to.

Everything was perfect I will be staying at this location every month for the next two years until my child graduates. Thank you for a safe and clean place to rest while I get time with my kids.

The entrance to the hotel was obstructed by scaffolding, and there was no apparent signage directing guests on how to enter the building. This was especially problematic when arriving at night.

Nice location and wonderful staff.

It was clean, good food, people were nice. The pool was too cold.

Basically, it was good. However, a cup for the bathroom would've been nice (had to use the coffee cup). Also, the lady's room in the lobby did not have soap in the dispenser nor towels to dry your hands. Otherwise, the breakfast was really good.

Very clean room very spacious but the beds could have been king size, couldn’t sleep very well because of another customer making too much noise but overall after the construction it’s a good place

I was too tired to change rooms upon arrival and my schedule required that I checked-out too early to partake of the breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the mini refrigerator was so loud that when it turned off you woke up because of the extreme silence. Otherwise it was great.

Could not stay longer

The breakfast was excellent,coffee tasty and hot. The hotel offered a variety of food offerings, from cold cereals to hot traditional offerings, i.e. bacon,eggs,potato along with fresh fruits and yogurt. No complaints

The elevators weren't consistently working, so my 91 year old mother had to walk up 4 flights of steps to her room. Also, the mattresses in her room were terrible.

Overall, the room was nice and the service was good. However, the nightly rate for a hotel at this level was too expensive.

Liked having a reftigerator. Breakfast was reasonable. The rooms were nicely appointed and quiet. Elevators were efficient. The air conditioning was comfortable, though a bit loud at night. Noon checkout was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The fitness facility was usable but needs a bench and updated equipment.

Absolutely disgusting. Had to change rooms after waking up covered in ants. Rooms showers were gross and the handle to the room only worked 1 out of 30 tries. This place is disgusting. Do not waste your money.

Location, cleanliness comfort I believe the price of $277 for a Hampton Inn on the side of the highway is a little bit outrageous. It was very overpriced.

Door lock was new also, but had to get front desk clerk to get us into the room twice. Always took multiple attempts to get door open?

I love hampton inns, but not this one. A sign says remodeling, but another guest told me it's been like this for months. One of 2 elevators is gutted but useable, shouldn't be. Paint falling from ceiling in our shower. Many room doors have chipped paint. Garbage cans in hall on our floor was overflowing. Outside seating area was filthy and had ash trays(none smoking property). The banana i got for breakfast was completely rotted inside. All this for $250 a night. Will never book a room at this Hampto in in Warrenton, VA again.

The staff. Both the check-in gentleman and the on duty weekend guy were GREAT! It is under construction. In a major way. We were in 205. The window view were 3 garbage containers rhe size of trucks and I imagine that the LARGE spot light that shines on them all night is necessary but it was in my window all night. It was like a disco. The screen and the drapes were inadequate. It was not cool. At all.

Everything was great. I would say the only thing we weren't thrilled with was the TV. They need to have a printed channel guide, instead of just the one on the TV, and our TV, when we turned it on a bouncing "no signal" blue box would appear. we had to turn the TV off and on for it to go away. Overall, if I had to go back to Warrenton, VA I would defiantly stay here.

The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows deflated as soon as you put your head on them. Needless to say, we did not sleep well at all and had to get our backs adjusted when we made it home. At check out the lady did not bother to ask how our stay was so we could notify them of the problems we had.

Hotels.com and Hyatt blame each other for the fact that we’re being charged $10 a night for parking when the parking lot is fairly empty most of the time and is ridiculous.

Television and WIFI are subpar. Was called a liar by the girl at the counter when I said the WIFI wasn't working right. She had NO IDEA how to provide customer service or go about fixing the WIFI. Breakfast is being served in a sweatbox of a conference room with no air circulating. A very uncomfortable stay. This is undoubtably the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at.

The hotel is located in a nice area near good restaurants and convenience stores. The property features and structures are a combination of new and old, which is ok but not the best. This is my reason for the 4 stars. Overall the hotel staff were good and respectful.

There were no instructions about how to lower blinds in room. Maid in the hall showed me where controls were and how to operate. Room was noisy from people above and beside my room. Refrigerator was noisy?Linens were ample. Essentially a basic room with basic features will not chose again

First night i noticed shower doors were very difficult to move and would not separate. i fixed that myself. Next night i ran out of hot water at the end of my shower and the last night my air conditioner completely quit, leaving my room much warmer than i am comfortable to sleep in

When I asked the front desk about it, they said I had the bolt locked - I did not lock the bolt lock during the day,only at night when I went to bed. The cleaners were in the hall when I left for the day - I was told they only work mornings? So the girl at the front desk gave me clean towels and toilet paper - said she would take care of my trash - nobody ever did. To make matters worse, the second night there were people in the room next to me that woke me up at midnight and at 6 a.m. When I asked the front desk about it the next day, she was very snippy to the point of being rude I felt. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. I stayed here last year with no issues.

Once in the room I had trouble connecting to the wifi since my Hilton honors number wasn't attached to my room. Disappointed in the check in process and will look for alternate location to stay over the next few months while in town

Lovely site and the staff were great. The common areas, grounds & room were very clean (though the geese are moving in, and they create quite the mess). The breakfast service was well done, enjoyed it much, and as a pet friendly facility, accolades all around, I don’t think our puppy as felt better anywhere, thank you. The downside, the room equipment, it appears this is where an attempt at cost cutting/savings occurred. i.e., the AC unit - made a whining sound not unlike that of a jet engine starting up, idling on the tarmac, then shutting down as it turned off. The temperature swing was too great as well, it would go from Florida to Michigan in the winter, I believe that’s simply an internal setting on the thermostat that needs to be changed. And the refrigerator-yikes-when running reminds you of a gas-powered generator running in the short distance. Not much sleeping to be done, at least not while the equipment ran. A couple of minor glitches (probably not worth noting); the coffee pot was rendered useless due to a missing filter tray and could use a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang up personal items would be helpful, mainly near the sink and/or on the back of he door. I know it sounds like more negative than positive, but it wasn’t, it was a very enjoyable stay, less the AC and Frig of course.

No issues, check in was easy, staff was friendly, breakfast options were good. The only drawback, if you could call it that, was there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was good. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed a little farther aww from the office on this visit and will definitely stay there again. Warrenton is a great little town and this hotel is an excellent hotel at a great price.

Hotel was beautiful. Hot breakfast was great; staff was very accommodating, and pleasant. Only thing we found kind of unusual was the way the foyer entrance rug was turned sideways instead of readable from the front entrance when you are leaving the hotel. Rooms were spacious, and clean.

The staff called the room a few minutes after check in to make sure our room was ok. The breakfast was above average for your typical "free" breakfast, and the staff there very helpful and friendly. The price and location were right with grocery stores, restaurants, gas station, etc very close. Will definitely stay here again when in Warrenton.

Perfection! Beautiful art work, lovely linens, professional, hospitable staff, first rate cleanliness, modern facilities and accoutrements, plentiful literature on local attractions, convenient location, convenient to historical district and restaurants, nice breakfast provided in an attractive dining room. It was above and beyond my expectations and a true delight.

Quiet, comfortable, nice stay. Only complaint, missed your sign!!!!! It is after your road and also covered by trees. Had to go onto highway to get turned around.... husband was not too happy since we had been driving all day!
