Reviews
The hotel received largely negative reviews, with guests frequently citing issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and outdated facilities. However, the front desk staff were often praised for their friendliness and helpfulness.

- Rooms were often described as dirty and in need of maintenance
- Facilities were frequently described as outdated and in need of refurbishment

No elevator, so for older people a lot of steps. Outside building entry doors had key pad locks but were never locked, anyone could walk into building.

Bugs wasn’t what I thought Old looking
- 2/5
It was not clean and Overlook not well maintained
- 3/5
Sink leaked and made noise if you turned on water. Lobby AC was out, so had to sweat when getting breakfast. Was okay for what I needed it for.
- 2/5
Ownership has obviously made the decision not to perform maintenance beyond a rudimentary level. Just collect whatever rentals you can until such time that you just abandon the facility. I do not in any way suggest that I would do otherwise. There are many who simply want a bed to sleep in and could care less about normal maintenance, exterior in particular. For my purposes, this facility did indeed meet my expectations at a very low price point. I can not complain as I got exactly what I wanted. But do not deceive yourself into believing that this facility is anything more than its appearance suggests…a relic of bygone days awaiting its eventual demolition.

Property was not well maintained- no working electric in vanity area, bathroom light not working, no chair at desk to use electric, not enough linen available without asking for more

the bed was ok and it wasn’t dirty. The air conditioner worked well , nice tv The shower could use work and the door/ lock was awful
- 4/5
for the price it was good
- 2/5
The room was not clean. I found an old bottle cap and old wrapper. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were comically small, there was a crack in the door (the side with the handle) to where we could see the lights outside, and the blinds were not secure. The TV didn’t turn off in our room. The door also didn’t lock well. I have nothing bad to say about the staff and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, not bad at all.
- 1/5
The hotel has really gone downhill. We had to move to 4 different rooms: 1st room had mouse droppings all in the pull out bed, 2nd room had mold everywhere, 3rd room the toilet was flooding the bathroom and the 4th room had fleas in the bed. We were supposed to stay another day but checked out early. We were refused a refund even with all the issues and room changes. Will never stay here again.
- 2/5
The lobby had no AC on a 90 degree day. I felt terrible for the very helpful clerk. The ceiling in the lobby over the food area was peeling and looked about to cave in. The clerk at check-in was very helpful and courteous. She is the only keeper in this hotel!

Breakfast was Ok

The photos are 20yrs old . Zero breakfast pool was green and it looked more like a public housing project than a hotel.

Ok for the price

Hotel is a dump. I can't believe Expedia lists it.

Close and convenient! Bed was hard!
- 2/5
Close and convenient! Bed was hard!
- 1/5
The outside needed fresh paint, current paint was peeling off all over. Outside grounds also needed new landscaping. Rooms were outdated, toilet had stains, carpets were worn out.
- 2/5
This is an older property, there was chewing gum on the headboard, the light in the bathroom did not work, there were no drawer pulls on the nightstand, the refrigerator was wedged in at an awkward slant tilted back, the lamp shades were dented and torn.Everything was in desperate need of renovation. We will think twice before staying at any Wyndham hotel.
- 2/5
Bathroom facilities very poor with broken , dripping shower, etc
- 1/5
Noise was very bad until midnight with no insulation of the rooms. The toilet seat was peeling. Towels were brown stained and with holes. I could go on. The bed was comfortable. We arrived from the airport after a long international flight. Too tired to complain.
- 1/5
Why is this place open. Ants in the room. Our bed had dried up blood on the sheets….. the top of the cabinet in our room was dusty with dead bugs on it. Not clean at all. Definitely won’t be back here again….. stay at your own risk.
- 4/5
The property could use some upgrades. The room was musty smelling and needed painting. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and friendly.

The bed was clean. It had a small refrigerator and a nice t v.The new air conditioner was good There was a centipede in my bathroom. There was a stink bug walking on the ceiling. What other than that? It was okay. The rugs are dark so you can't see if there's anything crawling around

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, poor lighting, fixtures are old. Could use a little maintenance but overall it was safe and clean.
- 2.5/5
Hair dryer not working
- 2/5
Breakfast area was messy. Room was decapitated but beds comfy. Whole property was run down, interior and exterior.
- 1.5/5
Building is old and and dated,.furniture stained, dirty towel left hanging on back m of bathroom door, had to request a second room because room was dirty
- 2/5
Was convenient and inexpensive and quiet.... But...there were stink bugs in our room and we had to change rooms. 1st change smelled like smoke...2nd room adequate. Aged property.
- 5/5
Staff was great, friendly. Parking was super easy. I missed breakfast but the room was great!
- 2/5
Incredibly run down. Horrible breakfast. If you are a woman, don’t go here.
- 1/5
This is a very poorly run and unkempt property. As soon as I checked into the room, I checked back out and found another place to stay. It smells of smoke, the facilities and amenities (pool, etc.) are run down. In addition, it is located at the end of a road with very few street lights, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe both physically but also for the likelihood of car theft. In addition, there are no restaurants, gas stations or activities located near this property. I would highly suggest not staying at this property.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly. When we arrived, we were charged an additional $15 / night to be booked in “back building.” Apparently better location - not in agreement since we had people yelling in hallway
- 4/5
Quiet, clean.
- 2/5
The parking lot was not plowed out so you had snow and ice all over. The staff was pleasant even though it took along time to check people in. I wasn't comfortable with a room that was pad locked from the outside next to my room but the door adjoined my room from the inside. Very uncomfortable being a single vacationer in the room.
- 2/5
However, the pictures shown in the listing must have been very old. The outside of this property looks very rundown. Paint peeling, rust, concrete cracked, and big holes in it. Asphalt in the parking lot potholes, etc. The room itself wasn’t too bad, but the Heat/Ac unit was old and loud. the shower head was really low. Only a person less than 5’ tall could use it without hunching down. I’m only 5’10” and it was tough to shower. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Seems to be a good hotel staff seems to be good and working to update and fix problems showers cold use some tlc
- 5/5
Staff was the friendliest I’ve seen in a long time
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was friendly and personable! She went out of her way to accommodate all my requests! The room was clean and smelled good! The hotel was a little older but repairs had been made. Parking was a breeze and the heat was wonderful on a cold, snowy night! Hot water was also pleasing, I’ve been to several hotels in the past that it was always a problem early in the morning and I was so happy when I turned it on, each time I had wonderful hot water. The breakfast was good and the orange juice was real, the coffee was very good and hot! The only negative comment I can make is that the mattress on the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but I was so comfy that that didn’t bother me! All together, I had a great experience and I will always stay there when I’m in town. Thank you Baymont!’
- 5/5
Room wasn’t in bed shape it was very clean just a lot a lot of stink bugs
- 3/5
there wasn't any TP or kleenex in the room and one of the waste baskets was full
- 1/5
Clean the rooms.
- 4/5
Ok rooms
- 4/5
The only problem was that my room had a strong smoke odor each time I entered. The morning staff and breakfast made the hotel look good. I also put on my room details top floor they put me in a bottom handicap room. The lady in the morning was nice and friendly.
- 3/5
Very dated! Comfortable, decent. Staff were great.
- 3/5
Needs some updates, tv only 1 channel working
- 1/5
Messy old room with old not-renovated sink and not enough clean blankets, breakfast was not good, we booked online but when we checked-in one of the staffs charged us for second time while we asked him and he confirmed they’re not charging us anymore😡 Room service staff went to our room without letting us know and they left garbages on the table 😡🙁 Totally it’s not recommended, never book with this Inn anymore!
- 1/5
I couldn’t make it and I did nit get refunded
- 1/5
In the first room we were booked in, the tv had no picture and toilet was constantly running. Second room was better, but bathroom door would not close and tub dripped constantly. Nasty stain in sink and tub, and on chair. No coffee maker or hairdryer (i had not brought one and needed to dry hair for a wedding) as advertised. Noisey guest upstairs kept me up. The hotel was not as advertised in pictures. In bad need of basic maintenance. Staff was rude - said tv just needed to be programed, and had no hair dryer when asked. Ran out of hot breakfast by 8 am first day and no waffles at 7 am second day. I could go on- but don't stay here!!!!
- 4/5
Parking good ac and neat work
- 1/5
Hotel was dirty, loud, wet towels upon arrival
- 3/5
I was grateful that the front desk was manned at 10:46 PM when I drove in. The staff were informative. The hotel is to the back and left side of the main building. There were no doors on the lobby entrances but there were doors to the interior corridor. Room was fairly clean. The toiletries like the shampoo and lotion looked used although the bar soaps were sealed. I had my own so I didn't use theirs. The heater in the room was a blessing. There was a refrigerator, too. This was the lowest priced hotel in the area so I didn't expect a lot except for a safe place to sleep the night before leaving the next day. Overall, an acceptable hotel but not very luxurious.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Easy parking.
- 4/5
Convenient to Warrenton school and family. Room bathroom was updated with walk in shower
- 2/5
I have never felt so uncomfortable at a place. Baymont used to be a great place
- 1/5
The rooms had bugs (stink bugs) on the walls, in the bed and in the bathroom. We found three in the first room that we were assigned to. They moved us to another room, and we also found more stink bugs in the ceiling of the bathroom and around the grounds. The ice machine was not working. I did not enjoy my stay at all. I will never stay there again. The only good thing I have to say is the desk clerk did talk nice and tried to solve the problems. They need to a company out there to spray for bugs.
- 5/5
We had a one-night stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.
- 4/5
I was worried about the cracking concrete/steel stairs up to the second floor in the building we had our room. But the room itself was fine. The staff who I saw later in the morning in the hallway was very courteous.
- 2/5
Overall not a good experience. Worn out, dirty and worst, unsafe with broken security door. However cheap relatively and you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and the lobby modern. The rooms are very old, torn carpet, sink dripping and has trouble draining, toilet runs constantly, desperately needs remodeling.
- 3/5
The staff was great, check in was easy, and the room was relatively clean. But it has its issues.. HVAC split system was not operated within room so had no control over AC. Internet is begrudgingly slow, could not make any work calls on teams or stream YouTube, ESPN, etc. from my laptop or tablet. AC unit had grime/spore build up on the vents where the conditioned air is released. All in all, probably to be expected for the price but not bad.
- 3/5
The room was in bad disrepair, shower was great . Bed was clean and comfortable but door did not work, carpet stains and ripped. Bathroom sink old and stained. Floor ripped and corners not clean.
- 3/5
Property is overrun with spotted lantern flies and stink bugs. Killed a dozen in our room. Kinda gross.
- 2/5
AC was fine. Parking was good. Linens were clean. Room was generally filthy. Needed more mopping and scrubbing.
- 3/5
Price was right - but you get what you pay for. Had there been vacancies where the rest of our group was staying, I'd have moved and paid the additional $100/night.
- 2/5
room smelt like a men’s urinal cake and the hall smelt like straight BO, burn marks in the comforter and we had to move the desk to plug in the tv and lamps. AC didn’t push out much cool air and for some reason the room was extremely moist and humid. I won’t stay again. Desk agent was slow
- 1/5
Room had peeling pain. Bathroom floor was filthy. No tissues in tissue box. No outside light. Terrible. Would never recommend nor would I ever stay there again
- 2/5
Room was full of bugs.
- 1/5
Staf was nice but room was dusty, cigarette stains on sink, plaster peeling off walls, dresser hardware missing, rust stains in sink, rusted faucets and drains, large gap under the front door. We left and could not stay
- 1/5
The room smelt like a sewer. The AC was incredibly noisy. The ice machines were not working in any building and the staff were uninterested in helping. Would never stay there again.
- 3/5
There was no menu option on the TV. You had to select the channel and wait to see what was being shown. Sometimes I would just give up and read a book.
- 3/5
It serve the purpose of what we needed but the property was in the need of some up keep and the towels provided in the room were dirty.
- 2/5
The choices in TV channels was horrible, bath towels not replaced from the first day of use!
- 3/5
Room was clean but needs a little TLC. The tub drain plug was corroded and sitting on the side, bathroom door hinges needed oil and sink faucet dripped. A TV guide would have been helpful and the channels would only go up, couldn’t go back to a channel without going all the way around the channels again.
- 4/5
Staff had easy check in and out
- 4/5
Only complaint was that the room had only one bath towel for 2 occupants. The staff quickly offered more.
- 2/5
First night was woken up to a cricket in the bathroom chirping half the night, next night enter room to a sewer smell that wouldn’t go away, we used a fan with us to try to get the smell to go away and more crickets in the room. This property is run down with a motel on one side and the hotel on the other. The floor in the room was dirty, this will be our last time staying there.
- 3/5
Mexican day laborers were staying at the motel and took over breakfast area early. They were harmless but probably illegal aliens. Maintenance on dripping faucets in sink and shower was poor. Toilet was old and low to the floor. Door to bathroom old and didn't close easily. No fan in bathroom.
- 1/5
You need to do something for us!! You can’t have a place listed to recommend that have this horrible issues, you just can’t!! I expect hearing from you
- 5/5
It was easily to get to and convenient for downtown.
- 2/5
Convenient location & nice staff, but very old hotel in need of major renovation. Bed uncomfortable, carpet worn thin, no extra security lock on door, no free wi-fi.
- 5/5
It was very close to the Warrenton Down town
- 3/5
Pro: great beds, new furniture, remodeled bathroom with newer shower. Sound proofed the shower, so my wife slept through my morning shower. Installed dark curtain that cut down on ambient light tremendously. New laminate flooring throughout the room - no old nasty carpet. Close to main hgwys., US 15 / 17. Close to old town Warrenton. Con: Shower door improperly installed. Door slid open while you showered. Had to use their shampoo container to wedge the door shut. HVAC unit desperately needed servicing. While it kept the room cool as we wanted but sounded like a turbo fan jet engine starting. Free hot breakfast, but not worth eating - unless you're on a budget. Go to the IHOP next door instead.
- 1/5
This is really a one star lodging, I'm surprised this property is listed with Expedia.
- 1/5
We were extremely disappointed in our stay here. The place looks like it’s falling apart. We had a toilet brush sitting on the balcony in front of our room. The room stunk. The carpet was stained. And the room seemed to be falling apart. The pool was dirty. The entire place needs to be updated. We had 4 people and only 2 towels in our room and was told they didn’t have any more that evening. The breakfast was horrible and they were out by 9:30. We have stayed at different locations of this company and have always been happy with our stay. Never again at this location.
- 3/5
Hotel needs a refresh, however the staff was great and friendly.
- 1/5
A crack house was a better option
- 4/5
The stay was fine for what we wanted
- 1/5
My roomed smelled bad, there were flies, floor was sticky. Wouldn’t recommend.
- 1/5
Carpet was not vacuumed, sheets had visible dirt and debris. Property was run down and landscaping unkempt. Breakfast was limited to one item and only lasted till 9am
- 4/5
Underside of toilet seat in 105 is not very well cleaned
- 3/5
Inside the room was fine, quiet and clean. Getting there is another story. The ebtrance to the back building is fillled with dead bugs. I mean filled!! The grounds needed manucuring.
- 1/5
Canceled reservation due to condition of hotel. Both hotel and Expedia said I would be refunded but have not received a refund.
- 2/5
The shower did not work properly. Not enough working electrical outlets for device charging.
- 2/5
The hotel is falling apart for example our tub/shower knob fell off when used. Rug dirty and fraying. We were told owner is making improvements. Exterior is literally crumbling apart. It would be cheaper to plow it under and start over. Web site pictures look good, dont be fooled. Day staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Horrible experience. Expedia lied and mislead property. That place needs to be shut down
- 4/5
They overall structure of building is deteriorating. Owner is trying to make improvements. Our unit was clean and bed comfortable. The rug needs to be replaced. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
The side I was staying in the hotel was nice, but the main lock to enter the building was not working and had to spend decent amount of time trying to get it but no luck, it was past midnight, luckily a passing by customer did let me in.
- 1/5
I requested a handicapped accessible room since this room was for my father... And said I would pay at the hotel since my father was paying with his card for his own room... My card was charged without asking and then there was no manager who could correct the issue until the next afternoon...on top of that they put us in the back end of the back building.... The back building has no handicapped accessible rooms... On top of that it felt humid and hot and smelled like musty mildew... The keys quit working on Friday the 11th, when the reservation was to the 13th, and locked us out of the building..we went and got the keys reset and went back to the room. I got a call at home saying my father fell and was being sent to the hospital... When I got to the hospital he told me the keys had failed again and locked him out of the building. He couldn't get to his cane because it was locked in the truck and the key to the truck was in the room. The walk to the office was as far as it could be while staying on the property across uneven asphalt and run down high step curbs... With no hand rails available... The fall broke my father's hand and face and the hotel refused to at least pay the hospital bills claiming it was not their fault the keys failed twice in one day after five days working... And said it was our fault for not complaining about the room.... Since it was not handicapped accessible. This was my worst experience since I've used hotels .com ...
- 1/5
The ultimate disgrace and slap in the face is I am a first responder my family served in the military many lost their lives and limbs. The American flag was flying with no lights at night. I brought it to the front staff attention. They said yeah it’s been out five or six days yet they refuse to remove the flag at night time that is absolutely despicable ceilings, falling down paint, falling off broken pavement, torn up, carpets stained furniture in bed bugs in the room. This is absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my 60+ years of traveling management unresponsive left numerous messages called the property one day and pretty sure the manager was there but wouldn’t come to the phone absolutely horrible.
- 1/5
Not a safe place to stay. Very sketchy. Looks abandoned. Very dirty and stinky.
- 1/5
There was always a feeling of about to get mugged or broken into the room. Trash bins by the hallways full with trash bags around it and was never picked up in our 3 night stay. Hair and blood stains in the bed sheets. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom. The floor have not seen a mop in weeks or maybe months. I was fooled by the tag name "by Windham". Honestly, this hotel looks like one of those that you see in scary or suspense movies. The musky smell the abandondness, horrible experience. Bad
- 1/5
My wife and I drove up to the Baymont by Windham property at 7pm after a long day of moving furniture into a Home Depot van to transport it and my mother in law to SC. Was dismayed and disturbed at the overall appearance of this property. The entryway was disgusting. The front desk was dirty. The front desk individual appeared to be bothered that I was checking in. He gave me one key card from a box of used cards. I grabbed the key and we drove around back by the pool to my room. I tried my one key a number of times to open the door. The surrounding area and the stairway to second floor was right by my room. It was a rusted disaster. I then drove back to the front office to get a new key card. Was given two used keys this time. Drove back to the rear parking lot and passed the pool area. It was a disturbing view of the pool area to say the least. As I parked next to my room the second time, I told my wife that there was NO WAY I was going to have her stay at this disgusting hotel/motel. She agreed with my assessment and we drove off to another hotel in the area. The Expedia description of this hotel is NOTHING like it actually appeared. The Baymont should be condemned as a it is a true DISASTER. Wyndham should be ashamed to even associate it's name with this disgusting property. I've included a few pics so you can view for yourself.
- 1/5
This property needs serious upgrading and much better cleaning. It looks lkke a hotel from the 70s that was never upgraded. Highly unlikely that I would return there or recommend it to anyone...
- 3/5
Large rooms, fairly quiet, staff nice but looked to be a bit overwhelmed. Toilet leaked water onto floor. Building alarm went off late evening
- 1/5
Rough
- 4/5
The staff was excellent. The room was large but not updated. The faucet leaked. We were told Wyndham was planning on tearing it down and replacing the building.
- 3/5
The floor was dirty around the entrance of the room. The bed was not comfortable and it made noise anytime we moved. The furniture seemed to be in need of replacement. The sheets and towels were acceptable.
- 5/5
Very nice and helpful front desk agents. Clean, spacious room. Modern. Overall it was a great stay.
- 1/5
Sofa bed was dirty and cushions were stained.
- 2/5
Convenient but smelly
- 4/5
Fine for an overnight stay.
- 1/5
This property should not be offered for booking. It is disgracefully run down. There is a powerful unpleasant odor when you open the door to your room. The bed is a joke. We could not stay there. I booked it because there is a Baymont hotel in my town that is nice.
- 1/5
Expedia listed this property as pet friendly, with a pool and fitness room. The "animal building" was not available but staff opened one of the rooms for us. The room smelled bad, had a desk with no chair, and a roach in the bathroom. The facility was quite rundown, lighting was not sufficient for safety. The pool was filled but padlocked, fencing in disrepair, dirty. This is not the motel I was looking for. If I could have afforded it, I would have moved anywhere else. For three nights I coped. Glad to be gone. Will not go back. Nor will I trust Expedia. Can I get a refund? I have photos to back up my experience.
- 2/5
We were there 6 days. Property was old and run down. Only serviced (not cleaned) our room once after we asked for fresh linens and trash. Fire alarm went off twice…the second time at 4 am. Location was convient and Breakfast was OK.
- 1/5
I did not end up staying there. I checked in early @ 2 by texting on my phone. I then called @ 4pm telling the desk clerk I was in the area visiting. I was assured by the desk clerk that he was holding my key until I arr'd. He told me they were sold out and my rm was the last available. I arr'd @ 8 pm. He had my rm key #229. When I got to the rm, there was someone in there. No other rms were available as the area hotels were sold out due to graduations, wedding, etc. 5 other cars who had reservations that had been given away arrived. I was there wondering what I was going to do about a room. I am 80 and I had my 83 yr old physically and mentally disabled brother w/me. 1 of the irate couples came back in to chg their phone so they could locate a rm. They had driven 600 miles and had had a flat on the rd that day. I asked him if he would locate a rm for me and my brother when he got his rm. I only have a flip phone. He did. He found us rms @ the Hampton Inn in Manassas. 30 minutes down the rd. the 2 cars got to our rm @ 11 pm. We were in the area attending my Aunt's 100th b/day party @ the local church.
- 2/5
Our room and the property are outdated and our bathroom was gross.
- 1/5
Check in took nearly an hour as there was only one person working and he spent majority of that time helping 1 customer who had issues with a 3rd party booking service. We were supposed to have 2 king rooms reserved as we had made the reservation weeks in advance and were told there were none available so we were given queen rooms. The bedsheets were tattered and looked as though they had been eaten by moths. The bathrooms were filthy and the countertops had various stains on them. Overall, it was a very bad experience and we won't be returning.
- 1/5
This hotel needs updating bad! Carpeting needs repair, stairs are awful. Will not stay there again.
- 5/5
About an hr goes by I had contacted the front desk and expressed my disdain and was meet with a pleasant worker as she had made the situation of great comfort and accommodate is with a double bedded queen rm what seemingly be wherein the rm that I've should've been given outright..... So what began as an almost nightmare of a experience, it was made right so greatly appreciated
- 1/5
Room dirty, someone walked into my room at 10pm when I was in bed.

Poorly maintained exterior and interior. Our tub had brown stains and a dripping faucet that could not be turned off. Staff was very nice. Affordable. Bed was fairly comfortable. Facility is in need of a facelift and brought up to standards for a Baymont by Wyndham. Breakfast was powdered eggs and limited choices. Compared to similarly priced hotels, this was disappointing. Not the fault of staff - this is a management/ownership issue, clearly!
- 2/5
We woke up to find ants everywhere and ruined some of our food, there were literally hundreds of ants!
- 1/5
Original room smelled of mold. Carpet torn holes in wall. Replacement room was better but had 2 holes in flooring and the shower door had gunk around the bottom and the ceiling paint was falling off the drywall But the room was better than the first one. I canceled my 2nd night stay. The front desk guy was very friendly and polite
- 3/5
When we first arrived we noticed the exterior needed repair and landscaping Other interior areas also needed repair
- 4/5
The property was inexpensive. The bathroom and bed linens appeared and smelled clean. The property is old and falling apart. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close as it set crooked in the door frame, cracks and missing plaster on the walls and ceiling. Dripping tub faucet. Outside condition of the building was shabby with rusting beams, cracking and deteriorating plaster and no landscaping whatsoever. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep this is okay.
- 2/5
Staff were extremely friendly. Property was run down, had water damage, leak
- 1/5
Got there, front desk was a slab of ply wood, paint chipping everywhere, cigarette burns ON THE MATTRESS, and just generally unclean.
- 2/5
Rooms are difficult to find, suites had bugs, shredded lap shades, holes in the walls, and all the outlets were loose.
- 1/5
Was only here for work, do NOT book a room at this hotel.
- 4/5
Good basic accommodation. Some areas could use an upgrade. Room was large with nice fully equipped kitchenette. Room was clean and A/C unit was operational and quiet when on. Breakfast was adequate. Would stay there again.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
- 1/5
Very run down property. Room was clean but had no heat.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
It was a rough visit. Took a full 24 hours to heat the room to comfortable conditions (it was freezing). Shower is completely falling apart. Outside lights at night didn’t come on until approximately 10 PM. Pitch black. Had a big pit bull from another tenant run up on me in pitch dark not leashed. Scary to say the least. Dressers were missing handles. Faucet dripping non stop 24/7. That’s enough, you get the point. Never again.
- 3/5
Room was clean and warm - buildings need repairs/water stains
- 1/5
Dirty shower, dirty towels
- 3/5
We stayed here because it's a pet friendly hotel. Very conveniently were able to drive right up to the door of the room and had a good stay. It was adequate for our needs.
- 3/5
It was ok. The room had some cosmetic issues. The lamp shades were ripped, the desk chair went back too far, there was a stain on the rug, the sink and tub dripped, molding was missing near the bathroom. They could have done a better job of removing snow from the stairs and parking lot. The breakfast needs to be available till 10 or 11am. And I was told I couldn't check out a day earlier because I used Expedia to book my stay. I never heard of that before.
- 1/5
Filthy and outdated.
- 5/5
Clean and that’s the most important thing. Very up to date!
- 2/5
The property in poor condition and needs maintenance even the internet we’re not working and very slow. The handicap bar in the bathroom is broken
- 5/5
This might not be the best hotel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is top notch❣️❣️
- 3/5
Quite an old place but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Things are just a little out dated
- 4/5
easy access to what we were in the area
- 2/5
The original room they put us in was very outdated! The sheets and pillowcases were yellowed and dinghy. I went back to the desk and told him we were not staying in that room. He upgraded us to a suite, which was only a little better. Will never go there again!
- 1/5
A very unique experience with this property was not only finding stains and hair on my sheets and towels but also the numerous grills set up as firepits in the parking lot which looked like used to keep homeless people around them warm. I felt absolutely disgusted at this place and a complete waste of money. Should have stayed at ghe Hampton Inn down the road.
- 3/5
It's a very old structure that needs some serious renovation or maybe tear down the old building and start all over. New building is very decent. Saturday morning, I realized that there's a new blue metal roof on both buildings. The folks are trying. Though conveniently on Rte 29, you'll be driving in and out for your meals and entertainment. Somewhat isolated. I've been here before. Likely shall again. Heater in my room noisy as heck. Good thing I was quite exhausted both nights!
- 2/5
This is a very large property with many rooms. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Large TV and refrig. However, the microwave didn't work and the office didn't answer when I called to report. The mirror wasn't cleaned in the bathroom and the shower looked like it wasn't completed; needed caulk and fixture was loose. Large bug on the floor as well. Building and exterior was rough. Good breakfast though!
- 3/5
The rooms did not have wash cloths
- 4/5
Nice and close to shopping/dining. Only complaint was bed/matress was too hard.
- 1/5
This is a motel that smelled so bad from whatever Fabreze they used I couldn't stay there due to extreme eye irritation. They would not issue a refund. Don't book this property.
- 1/5
Rundown hotel on road. Tv didn’t work and even after calling, no one came to fix it. Front desk was fine but that’s about it. Would’t recommend staying there.
- 3/5
Staff was excellent, but location could use upgrades and more fastidious cleaning.
- 3/5
Pics and actual resort are very different. Seems like a lot of prostitution and drugs all night long happening here. Loud and non stop weed smell throughout the hotel. Not kid friendly
- 1/5
rooms where very dirty and nasty
- 3/5
I was woken in the night with horrible noises from the next room. There es very little available at breakfast.
- 2/5
Limited staff, out of food both mornings. No refills available for missing food. Leaking roof and obvious lack of maintenance. Nog happy with a Wyndam name and logo.
- 1/5
Our room was disgusting and falling apart! When we went in, the room smelled like stale smoke, there was a hole in the wall, the couch was sunk in and looked like someone slept on it for 10 years, the lampshade was all but destroyed, the carpet was unraveling, the tile was missing around the toilet, the bathroom timer was falling out of the wall, etc., etc., etc.!!!! Disgusting! Do not stay here!
- 1/5
cheap but bad, bad room, carpet torn; had bugs bit up my body; tv small but worked ok; not user friendly
- 4/5
Property is not what was shown in pictures. Bathtub was brown on bottom could not use. Lamp shades have holes in them. The door molding is filthy. The chair cushion was stained. No mattress cover or pillow covers We go to this area around 4 times a year as our daughter lives in area. First time staying at Wyndham Hotel Will never do it again
- 1/5
The rooms smelled like smoke
- 3/5
The facility needs to be maintained better. Building seemed to be falling apart outside. Rust stains all over the stairs. Inside room walls were very dirty and scuffed. Killed an insect that appeared to be a roach on the wall in the room. For the price, I guess it was okay. But definitely could be better. AJ at the front desk was very friendly on checkin and had great customer service skills.
- 5/5
Affordable clean place to stay!
- 3/5
Wasn’t much to “like” about the place. Apparently they have a new section and an old section, which unfortunately we got the older one. Room wasn’t terrible, just outdated. Bathtub faucet dripped constantly, the air conditioner was super noisy and the bathroom door didn’t really “fit.” I had requested the bottom floor, was tough to get, I guess, although it wasn’t totally booked as the guy at the desk said it was! Doubt in that area to stay again, but wouldn’t stay there unless in newer part. Was in room #119. Continental breakfast was pretty decent though!
- 1/5
First the room we got was NOT the room that was booked. Room was lacking a lot of bathroom necessaries, bed sheets were unclean and stained. After asking staff at the front desk to fix these issues I was only offered one tiwel. The phone in the room also did not work. There was no liner for the ice bucket. And overall service provided was not what it should have been.
- 2/5
Tired old place, falling apart
- 2/5
The room appeared ok, but then we saw footprints inside the bedding & MANY other stains. The towels were sparse & also VERY stained. The floors had dried puddles of perhaps coffee& something was spilled on the walls. The shower stall floor hadn’t been scrubbed & the molding was peeled away from the wall. Toothpaste (not our color) was smeared on the front of the sink cabinet There was also a ton of trash & a huge pile of rotting pickles near the entry to our room. Staff lacked basic courtesy skills. I’d choose a different location next time, but if you’re tired & in a pinch for a night you’ll likely survive, but don’t expect much.
- 4/5
Clean and support staff. Just needed a towel.
- 3/5
It was sufficient
- 1/5
There was hair all over both of the beds and in all of the blankets and on the pillows. There was blood stains on all over the sheets and other random stains, there was blood on the bathroom wall by the trash can. I also took a shower and just from walking from the shower to the bed my feet were brown. When people would go outside, it would set off a loud alarm and it was past 11:00pm. The room was just absolutely disgusting and I ended up just getting a hotel room somewhere and cutting my losses. Would not recommend to anyone, the pictures online are very deceiving.
- 1/5
I dont recmend it customer service wasbad
- 3/5
The property was split into two different buildings. They had no towels in our room and when asked for some they gave us 1 towel.
- 4/5
Always a good place to stay at an affordable rate. Found out that they have some rooms with kitchenette.
- 2/5
Not really clean; not enough towels for 4 people (supplies for only 2) . Requested more but no response from desk. Upgraded to 2nd floor room with no elevator(!). Property unkempt. Won't recommend.
- 1/5
Worst place I was ever at. It took 3 rooms to find a good one. They double charged us for the room
- 5/5
Decent hotel just not being maintained. No basic painting or dych. Outside is pretty bad. No attention to basic landscaping, weeding, etc .. I'll still come back as it's very convenient & clean.
- 5/5
All the staff and this location are exceptional. Will definitely be back
- 1/5
Property is old and poorly maintained. Air conditioner was loud, bathroom door would not close, toilet kept running, leaky shower, bathroom ceiling tiles looked moldy.
- 4/5
Good property for a good price
- 1/5
No towels in room upon arrival. Would not deliver to room. Shower not clean.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 1/5
Stairs were replaced with wood. Did not feel secure. Room was not clean. Spent 5 minutes in the room and left! Dusty, bugs, cobwebs, bathroom fixtures were scratched, baseboards were missing and looked moldy. When I went back to the front desk, they offered to move me to the “updated” building. I refused and left…refund expected.
- 2/5
Air conditioning not working properly
- 5/5
It was ok great service, room could have been cleaner tho
- 4/5
Everything was great but sheets and pillow cases could of been cleaner
- 1/5
It wasn't great at all. I came to the room and bugs, and spiders were welcoming. Next, I checked the bed......dirty sheets and blood stains on bed. I left the same night to Manassas and booked a room at the court yard.
- 2/5
I checked in, went to room, toilet did not flush. New room, had to get 2nd floor & 2 queen beds instead of King with nice couch, only 1 large towel for the 2 of us, no elevator so up the stars, not a comfortable stay at all. Would not recommend. Thumbs down 👎
- 4/5
Check in was swift
- 1/5
Room was somewhat updated. Internet was garbage. Seemed kind of sketchy.
- 2/5
This was a fair location. Housekeeping was poor. No one gave us fresh towels, restocked out paper products while we were out during the day. The shower leaked and we definitely needed the full bath towels for day two. The front desk was kind but didn’t have the supplies for everyone who needed to be resupplied for the towels the second night of our stay—which was a week night.
- 1/5
Towels were stained and gross - we had to share one. one of the two beds had a pillow case that had not been washed and looked disgusting. Another one of the pillows had a long black hair. The two soda machines on the property? One didn't take cash or card and the other one was out of water (none for sale at desk but the staff was nice to give me a couple small bottles). The end door was not secure in the back building. Won't ever stay there again.
- 3/5
Lobby was dated and in need of repairs. Bathroom door in our room would not close. Room was clean but nowhere to comfortably sit except for the bed. Breakfast was excellent for what you would expect.
- 1/5
No soap. Room smelled. We stayed 3 hours and left. Couldn’t get refund through hotels.com because it was non-refundable. Left at 11:30pm because of loud noises and funny smells coming under the doorways/adjoining room. Never again. Had to eat the cost.
- 1/5
The first room was dirty and smelly, the next room had dead bugs, a broken AC and no towels nor were any provided upon request. The stairs were damaged, dangerous. I had to navigate them with a cane and 2 suitcases. I could go on. Basically never ever again.
- 3/5
I probably should not have expected much but, upon arrival it appeared my room had not been cleaned at all, maybe just a switch in the sheets and a quick sweep, but that's it. Not to mention that there was a used toilet tissue roll that someone had grabbed with wet fingers. I was offered to switch rooms but declined because the other room probably would have been just as dirty, especially if the one I booked wasn't prepared. The breakfast is extremely limited, I wouldn't bother during the week honestly. There are not many options for decent hotels in this area, especially at an affordable rate so, be prepared to bring your cleaning products if you can't stay somewhere nicer. The room itself was not bad otherwise and had up-to-date features.
- 4/5
suite itself was nice & had no cleanliness issues or smell, but the hallways smelled of mildew probably from people not completely drying off from the pool and walking on the carpet in the hallway to get to their room. staff was friendly and very helpful.
- 2/5
Inside our room was not much better. The TV didn't work, the lamp shades had holes in them, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room's carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean enough. The shower was hot and had plenty of pressure so the stay was not a total loss. We were pleasantly surprised to see hot items on the continental breakfast with a pretty wide variety of offerings. With a little attention given to the "little" things, this wouldn't be a bad property.
- 4/5
Outside stairs dirty and cracked.
- 1/5
Upgraded not worth it mouse at entrance to building in trap no coffr pot in room Freezer iced over couldnt use no hand towels in bath not up to Wyndham standards
- 3/5
way over priced
- 1/5
Room in very bad condition, disgusting, not at all as pictures on wensite
- 2/5
Front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was in bad shape - holes in the wall, carpet was worn out with exposed carpet tack strip. There were long hairs on the bed under the pillow.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and convenient. We arrived after midnight and someone was available to accommodate us.
- 5/5
Staff was very efficient and welcoming. Remembered that h I had been there two weeks ago
- 2/5
Go elsewhere
- 1/5
The room was ratty and filthy. This is the worst hotel stay I've had in the US.
- 4/5
Nice hotel.
- 5/5
I recently stayed here for a little break from home. Front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were clean!
- 5/5
The front desk receptionist was very receptive and accommodating to our needs.
- 5/5
AJ that was at the front desk at check in was very efficient as he was dealing with an upset customer while checking me in
- 2/5
Property was in very bad shape. We only had two towels for the two of us with not any hand towels or face cloths.
- 1/5
Hotel pictures do not accurately reflect the condition of the hotel. Hotel is clearly in need of major refresh. Concrete walkways are cracked and decayed. Caution on steps. Treads are dangerous. Room carpet needs replacement - clearly was not vacuumed prior to stay. Can’t guess when it was last vacuumed behind bathroom door. Bugs in room. Absolutely terrible experience.
- 2/5
Very run down facility inside and out. Hallway smelled like a sewage overflow happened somewhere about half the time. Breakfast was just barely acceptable.
