The staff were friendly and helpful. The room's however, were nasty and filthy. We had to buy bleach to clean the tub, because it had ring around it. There were cobwebs hanging off the ceiling and curtains. There was dust on everything, nothing had been dusted. Paint and plaster were peeling of the walls and ceiling. If you have to stay in Warner Robbins, stay at any other hotel on the strip.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone there was mold growing on the end table and on the wall, the bed squeaked as soon as you sat on it just squeaked like so much we couldn’t believe it. I checked in went to the room went into the bathroom, which was absolutely filthy. Then I checked out I did not stay. I lost the money. There was no return, but in my defense, I should’ve got a full refund because it was so gross. I don’t know what type of a person would stay there? I don’t know. I guess if you don’t have a choice then that would be your only choice but it was really really gross. I would not. I wouldn’t stay there if I had a pet. I wouldn’t stay there if I had no other options, I had more op to stay inside of my car. It was really gross. I understand that it’s a cheaper hotel. It was kind of my only option I did opt to drive five hours home because this place is in Warner Robins and I live near Tampa so I just grabbed a coffee and made my way home. That’s how gross this place was. I drove an extra five hours after already driving eight hours because it was so disgusting.

It was a late check in and upon arrival you are expected to register old school style by writing everything out and signing paperwork which is fair but not standard anymore. The rug in the lobby was stained, the room was subpar. The flooring was coming up and gapped in places, the couch/chair was stained and old. The mattress was covered in a bug cover but clearly cheap inner spring. There was no comforter, just a very thing and worn fleece brown blanket and two sheets. The bathroom tub was chipped and stained, the shower head was clogged and calcified. The drain had debris and hair inside of it. The molding in the bathroom was missing in places and there were burn marks on the counter. The shampoo and other soaps were minimal and also very harsh on the body. The towels still had other peoples hair on them as did one of the was rags. The coffee pot was dirty, there was only one coffee cup and the coffee items were dusty and dirty. Overall not a pleasant stay and will not be returning.

NOTHING . The room i was booked into wasnt cleaned or fully cleaned . My wife wasnt able to breathe, with her health issues being one of my major concerns . we decided to leave the room but since i used the bookings app i wasnt able to get a full refund . I didnt sleep in the room , i didnt use the room for nothing , i was denied of a full refund . I was in the room for atleast 10 min max and nothing else .

Didn't eat it.. I wasn't aware there was breakfast. It all looked so abandoned. The price was a bit excessive for the quality I stayed 3 days. Noone came to clean or towels or bed. Unacceptable. The pool was "closed for renovation ". Yet towels and tables with chairs.? I didn't see 1 employee except the lady at the front desk my entire stay

So I came for a job in Warner Robins and wanted breakfast so didn’t have to stop each morning but breakfast was terrible with only steamed eggs full of water and sausage that didn’t look safe to eat and room was nasty and had holes in walls and shower shelves were pulled down and left unreplaced and nasty . Staff never cleaned the room all 3 days . Mold in the bathroom and just nasty will never stay at Winegate by Wyndum again all in all just nasty hotel by far !!!!

The room was absolutely filthy. I can upload photos if you’d like. I saws bugs in the bed, the shower and countertops were filthy, the shower curtains were nasty, dried toothpaste in the sink, dirty closet doors. I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed I slept in the chair The whole night. I told someone at the front desk and he said that he would let management know.

Location. Closer to I-75 than most motels Liked the price better than other motels I stayed there 1 1/2 years ago and the rooms are in dire need of remodeling. The TV and the phone did not. The manager had to come both nites to turn on the tv stating none of them worked. There was almost no breakfast items either morning. The security lock on the door was broken off. It was quiet on Thursday but it sounded people kept moving furniture above our room all night and kids running back & forth on Friday. The form I had to sign stated no loud parties or moving of furniture so Im not sure why the noise level wasnt monitored.

Th eggs and sausage were good. The waffle makers did not work. Only 2 apples and no other fruit. No hot water for tea. The were spots that looked like mold behind the bathroom door and in the corner of the tub. No stopper for the tub. Wood floors were cold and slippery.

The breakfast was decent,The location was good there was a lot of different places to go. There was minor evidence that the hotel building was old and could use some renovation. In the pool area there was a big black garbage bag over a wall and inside the room there were certain places where you could tell things had been moved and holes were left in the wall.

"Breakfast" is weak af, powdered eggs & cereal. No room servicing unless you ask, then you go get it. AC is the only redeeming quality. If you have kids, their walkin on the floor will induce a noise complaint from the staff. Elevator is broken. Sheets smell like camp. Cool if you're dirt poor and just need a roof and ac.

The room was ok however no Kleenex the ice tub had water in it and you had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. Breakfast was only scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, or a waffle. We passed on breakfast. Cleanliness of room was probably a 7 of 10. Next time I will probably go back to Holiday In Hampton or somewhere else.

The room was filthy. Dirty towels, floors weren’t clean, trash was still in the bathroom from previous stay. When we went to ask for clean towels the lady in the staff was very rude and didn’t want to give us a new one. Floors were disgusting, I stepped on a toe nail getting out of the shower and we had only been there less than an hour. When I talked to the woman at the front desk she was insanely rude and dismissive of our issues.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were a-mazing. We slept very well. If you love a hot water shower then you won’t be disappointed. Did not hear other guests. Breakfast was continental and hot items. HOWEVER!!! Our room #235 had dust hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom could stand a new plate across the bottom and a new shower curtain. Other than that the stay was good.

First time staying here. The check in process was fast and courteous employee. When arrived to room, it was dirty,dusty, roaches it had not been cleaned properly for a long time other than a surface wipe. I asked for a thorough cleaning and when I went out the next morning returned that night and employee had no idea if anyone cleaned it. When I asked and they only replaced towels. Asked for a bed change and no house keeping available all day so I asked for linen to change it. I have pictures. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs rubbery mini ham and couple bagels. Will not stay again

Elevator not working. We were offered a refund but chose to stay. Room could stand some extra cleaning and the sheets were worn with holes. The stairs that we had to use had a door that lead to the outside and it was left propped open so anyone could come in without going through the lobby. Didn’t like the idea of anyone just being able to come in. Staff was friendly and nice.

The elevators were out of service, requiring us to use the stairs. The room itself was in poor condition: the walls showed visible mold, the bed was squeaky, and the pillows were worn to the point that we woke up with stiff necks. The bathroom was not clean, the lamps were covered in heavy dust and dark spots, and the headboard had an unappealing film across it. The breakfast was also disappointing. The food options were limited, and the serving trays for the eggs and ham were visibly dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This property was awful! The curtains were shredded from age. The furniture was scratched up and looked out dated. The one arm chair in the room was so stained and nasty looking, I didn’t dare sit on it. The caulk around the tub was disgusting and the window had broken caulk and looked like it was about to cave it if you touched it. I was very disappointed in this room. The bed was so uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. The elevators were out of order and the only working ice machine was on the third floor. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves.

The facility did not have a way get to the next floors and that was not good because my wife is handicapped but they did get us a room on the bottom floor which was very appreciated and there pool was under construction plus the ice machine was on the third floor you had to walk up to third just to get ice that was not good

experience we’ve ever had. •The elevators were out of service for the entire 3-night stay, causing serious inconvenience, especially for families and guests with mobility issues. •There was no housekeeping service at all during our stay. •Both rooms smelled strongly of mold and were overall in poor condition. •The bathrooms were dirty upon arrival. •The lamps and furniture in the room were extremely dusty. •Towels were never available in the evenings we were told to pick them up in the morning due to other guests not leaving them outside their doors, which is unacceptable and not standard for any hotel service. This experience was not only uncomfortable but unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements immediate changes to prevent future guests from going through what we did.

The tiles in the bathroom were loose. Walking on them while they wobbled under you feet was not the best morning experience. The elevator was broken but they informed us of this before checkin. My legs got a great workout carrying bags to the 3rd floor.

The Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I checked-in on Wed. 7/9, 1st room-TV was on, toilet seat in the bathroom was up and I discovered that the bathroom had not been cleaned. When I talked to the front desk worker and showed him the pictures…he said that he would notified the Boss and the boss would contact me. He was just the cook. Never heard from the boss. I kept checking back and was later told that the boss was out of town until Saturday. I purchased several cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom in the room that I later was moved to. 2nd room- The dust was so thick in the room I was praying that we did not get sick. I cleaned the entire room with Lysol and other products. The towels were not fit to use. The breakfast sausages looked as if they had not been cooked. The pool did not open until 5:00 pm. The list of problems goes on and on. No refund was offered and no help was really given. I do not recommend this hotel at all it was a nightmare.

Let me just start off by saying this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Mildewed tub, tiles that were loose on floor, dust everywhere mildew on dressers. Lamps were full of dust, the bathroom had urine on the toilet seat when we got there went and got cleaning stuff. The air quality was so horrible could hardly breath and relax the moisture from the room felt like the covers were damp. Sheets were dirty had to get clean ones and change them myself. We didn’t even bathe in the room it was just that disgusting we checked out 2 hours early just couldn’t stay there any longer. Told one of the front office clerks about our stay he asked about what room we were in and said he would let the manager know. If you want to be in a clean hotel DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just an overall horrible experience. Michelle the front desk clerk was pleasant.

My wife and I arrived about two hours early, therefore; I asked the clerk on duty if we could have an early check-in. I was promptly told yes but it would be a $25 charge. So, we promptly declined and just rode around to waste time. I returned at check-in time and was greeted by a nicer front desk clerk. We were assigned room 222. After entering the room, I did a walk through. There were dirty wash clothes hanging in the bath. There were tiles missing from the bathroom floor, and the molding around the tub looked like it should've been replaced years ago. Saying it was NASTY would be an understatement! I went back to the front desk and informed them of my room condition and requested another room. The nice professional desk clerk promptly assigned another room. We moved our belongings to room 234. Needless to say, it was also in need of repairs. The ceiling had large cracks in the stucco. Someone had attempted to repair it but did a very poor job, and there were other repairs that hould have been done prior to assigning this room to anyone. Unfortunately, this was without a doubt the worst place we have ever stayed considering how much we travel. We elected to stay at a Wingate because of prior stays at the hotel chain. All of them were exceptionally more acceptable and satisfying. Finally, this place should be thoroughly inspected and repairs promptly and professionally completed, until the rooms have been repaired, unservicable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service was Amazing! The front desk clerk Ijanae( sorry for the spelling) was very cordial and professional.. we needed a few things for our room during our stay and she was cheerfully accommodating. Great person to be the first face for the guest to interact with. Although the bathroom in our room looked very worn , it was clean. The seating ( booth) in the dining area where we had breakfast are very stained but recovering them in a dark color would be an immediate face lift. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.. and the price per day was great as well. Will probably use again in the near future.

The only thing decent in our room was the bed. The people at the front desk were nice but looked like homeless people. The elevator was in bad shape and pretty rough. The hotel smelled weird and didn’t look like it was kept up at all. Our floor was dirty and our bathroom was horrible. Couple of the lights in the room didn’t work at all. This was the most disgusting property I have ever stayed in. It was falling apart (holes in the ceiling and tiles missing from the bathroom floor), dirty (mold) and unsafe. Had we not been evacuating for Hurricane Milton, we would have left immediately. Unfortunately, there weren't any hotel rooms within two hours available. Only stayed one night and then drove two hours north to find a property that was safe for my 90 year old mother.

Very good quality would definitely stay here again as the eateries are growing fast around it, just need more shampoo conditioner and soap on hand been here 6 nights and run out only 22ml bottles supplied

The front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom had a used bar of soap on the tub. There was hair on the tub wall.

Let me start by saying this hotel need to be torn down!! The filthiness that is in this hotel is RIDICULOUS!!! I do want to say the staff was very friendly! I got there the first night and the tv was unplugged and one lamp by the bed. The lamp by the mirror no bulb! I was in a room that is a death trapped!! I had to be careful where I was walked because there were two spots in the floor that was sunken in!! I did not get my room cleaned because I was a stay over! I have been to cheaper hotels and got my room cleaned EVERYDAY!! The bathroom was disgusting!! On the side of the toilet there was what appeared to be menstrual blood!!To top it all there is a slippery part in the middle of bathtub and I fell out of the shower!! If they do not do something about this place they are looking at MANY lawsuits!! I will be looking into this further for legal action! I told the front desk cleark which was the manager Michelle. That this room is going to hurt someone badly her response was she does not look at the rooms everyday! The night clerk could not figure out the tv so had to wait for the maintenance guy the next day! Check out was at 11 I got the hell out of there I didn’t know if Freddie or Jason was going to come out the closet!!

The rooms are absolutely disgusting!!!! I was given multiple rooms and they were all the same.... mold IN and around the tub, dirt along the baseboards, a/c did not change no matter what setting you put it on, sink clogged, just GROSS! luckily, I had a blanket with me and slept on top of the blankets and use a towel on top of the pillows. I was terrified of rodents so I slept with the light on. this pace should really be torn down. I only stayed one night and waited until I got home to shower and brush my teeth because that place was definitely a no. I definitely should have left and went elsewhere but I will never be back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

My daughter was bit by bugs in the bed. Upon informing the front desk, they moved me to another. That room had somebody else’s hair on the counter in bathroom along with dead roaches also in the bathroom. Told them I wanted a refund and they said to take it up with Expedia.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. Please whatever you do pay the extra money to get a more quality hotel. The first room I got had a huge stain in the bed so I got a new room. Minus the stain in the bed the second room was no better. The baseboards were filthy, there was a big stain in the shower, the curtains were dirty and so much more. I didn’t stay the second night because of how nasty it was. Beware!

There was an odor omitting from the King suite. The linens were dirty. What appeared to be blood stains. The couch had stains and markings. No bedding for the sleeper. The room was set at 53 degrees supposedly to offset the odor which would have intensified had the room been hot. Took 3 hours to get the temp to comfortable temp. The bath room was dirty and out dated the only updated thing about 314 was the 65 inch tv and the cox cable. The room in short needs to be updated if they are going to charge what they charge. Not my first time at a wingate property but definitely my first and last at that one.

This was a very well kept piece of property. I came to the town to meet up with an old friend. It was close to great food and a spa where I wanted to get a massage. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The standards have been lower on this property. The air conditioner did not provide cold air, only cool fan, therefore the unit stayed on all the time and was very noisy. The bathroom floor was not clean, the toilet seat was not secure, the shower water quit working twice, and there was something nasty on the walls. The floor was not clean except in the open area. The ceiling had mold and was damaged. The furniture in the dining area was gross, the pancake machine was not available and the coffee was cold. We will not be staying here again, disappointed in Wyndham.

The staff was definitely very friendly and helpful! As for everything else, the Hotel could use a little work. Rooms are worn out. Our room had floor tiles coming up by the AC. The ac seemed to be struggling to work. The bathroom was dirty, toilet wasnt cleaned. There were a few guests running wild through the hallways being loud all through the night!

Wingate by Wyndham was not a good stay for the price. Phone was broken, bedroom window was filthy. Two lights in the room broken. Security latch was missing on door. Staff was notified but only stated we are in the process of renovating.

The room had some cosmetic issues. Broken Picture Frames, Closet door had knob imprint damage and bathroom door had damage at bottom. Breakfast options great.
