The hotel was located in a great area right next to my favorite seafood place , safe environment as well Everything was great! Minus the mini fridge , the freezer part was thawing out so water was on the floor .

I was on the first floor up on entering the room a strong smoke scent hit my husband and I and to make it clear it was supposed to be a smoke free room , it’s a good thing I alway travel with my Lysol to get the smell out

I liked that it was in a great location near many nice places and restaurants within walking distance! That the pool wasn’t clean , needed better breakfast options, water pipes busted ; water was off for hours and I couldn’t connect to wifi cause it kept saying information couldn’t be found.

It’s in great location and it was clean and wonderful lady in the front desk to welcome us We can hear everything, not just the traffic sounds that would be expected due to the location. But we woke up with a loud noise of people having sexual noises early in the morning. The whole stay talking, running around and tv noises from the other rooms are just loud.

Each morning, we woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed coverlet had a huge, jagged hole in it at the head of the bed. I looked like it had been chewed on. Walls were paper thin. Bed was very comfortable and location was great. Initial front desk service was great! At check out, I asked for a tissue and was told no, they didn't have any. Pool was green and hadn't been cleaned the sitting water stunk. Sorry was not the greatest experience.

The Location was good, on checking in, music from the conference room was so loud we could not understand, what the lady behind the desk was asking and she had to keep repeating. When we answered her we had to keep repeating reply, the music was deafening. I don't know why they were not asked to turn down the volume it wasn't quite as loud when they closed the doors, but it was still deafeningly loud. We had reserved 2 rooms on the first floor due to our age and physical disabilities with rooms close together or adjoining door. When we checked in we were going to be on the 2nd floor with stairs ( no elevator) I told the lady, we can't do stairs toting luggage. and I had made that clear on our reservations, she had to talk to someone and came back and did find us rooms on the 1st floor next to each other. I did note the ironing board was broken when we got in our room. We didn't need it so we set it out of the closet so we could hang our clothes. There was a small coffee machine but no coffee pot. We had brought our own bigger coffee pot and carafe from home so that was Okay. Because of severe weather warnings we did Not stay the second night Sunday I we live 3 hrs away and was there for great nieces 1st birthday celebration. The county had closed all schools for Monday due to the weather threat so we left Sunday afternoon to get ahead of the oncoming storms and possibly a tornado predicted. I asked the clerk if our rooms fee could be discounted since we were leaving and was told to call the next day, we had got home safely and Monday morning I called to speak to the manager was told not there to call Tuesday, I called and was told again manager was not there, so I asked when would be a good time to call and ask about a discount and was told to call between 9-10 A.M. I did, still unavailable. I decided I was being avoided. We had planned on seeing some of your museums and points of interest on Monday but due to weather needed to leave and get home safely. I still think we should have received a discount so the next time we visit your area this will have baring on where we will be staying.

Room was excellent. It was clean and modern. Biscuits and gravy were good. No jelly for toast. Bed was comfortable, but made noise when moving.

Close to everything with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Bed was not comfortable and only about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the room. Went to the office to get some and attended told me that did not leave extra toilet paper in the rooms and she didn’t have any to give me. Was told to go get what was in the bathroom in the lobby so I was able to get about a half of roll. Are you kidding me they don’t leave any extra toilet paper in the rooms when we pay over $100 for one night!

I looooooved that they have actual refrigerators with freezer compartment inside. All other hotels say they have a fridge but it is a cooler that is insufficient for keeping food properly cold enough to preserve it. Those are completely useless waste of money. The food will melt within a few minutes or ruin within 2 hours just like if you left it out on the countertop. But here, it was a real refrigerator and I could make ice! That I couldn’t stay longer. Everything was good about this hotel.

Breakfast and location was satisfactory. There was a swivel chair in the room( 209) that had four legs with attached rollers. One of the rollers was missing. This hindered its ability to roll and was a little uneven. No big deal!

My husband, our toddler, and I stayed on our way to Orlando. This property was quite nice! Our room was beautiful, big, and comfy after 8hrs of travel. We picked up a pizza locally and ate in our room since it was so late. The hotel was pretty peaceful and quiet for the most part. We had no issues checking in and check out was a breeze! We will be staying here again if we ever take another vacay to FL

The clientelle were really seedy. The TV didn't work when we checked in and the alarm clock wasn't even plugged in. No more "Quality" Inn stays for us!

We killed multiple bugs in our room during our stay. The last straw was the awful smell of marijuana in our room. What was worse, was I told management about it and they knew exactly who to go to immediately. They knew they were doing this and told them to stop and did nothing else. The smell persisted and staff was told again and they did nothing. We were completely disappointed, and we left halfway through our stay because nothing was done about it. No apology or offer to stay in another room. They offered to get me some fragrance spray. I had children in the room and they didn’t care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I gave them the opportunity to replace it the first day but they did not. Pool was dirty and turning green. TV was not connected to any service. I had to log into MY own account.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The water in the shower couldn't turn off, so ran rather loudly all night, and the toilet ran, and water slowly dripped out of the valve onto the floor. Just needed a little maintenance.

This place has no idea of what they are doing. We get there early on 7/27/23 and the lady checks us in, go to the room and it was not clean, so go back to desk & we tell her that we’ll be back in a couple of hours, so she assured us the room would be clean. Well guess what, came back a few hours later and it was the same, NOT CLEAN. We go back to front desk, which now has someone else there, this lady apologized several times and assigned us to a different room, exactly upstairs above the dirty room, went to get into room and that room was occupied by others. Really getting angry about now, go back to desk, lady apologized again & again (of course all the while blaming someone else) then assigned us to another room. The 3rd room was ok, but the next night our key cards wouldn’t work so we had to go back to the desk, and now it’s a man there, we tell him we can’t get in, we tell him the room # and he takes the cards and re-programs them and hands them back. WTH, that means anyone could do that and get in any room they wanted to. He did not check ID or ask us our name or anything. We WIIL NOT EVER stay there again. Not very secure and all 3 desk clerks had NO idea what they were doing.

We had a great stay! Looks like the rooms were newly renovated. The service and staff at the hotel were great and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent! There were many food options to chose from. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

This property is DISGUSTING. I’ve stayed at a super 8 that’s better quality than this place. They do not clean! The maid service didn’t do anything. The floors were nasty, the tub floor was PEELING. The hotel advertised continental breakfast which didn't exist. Cereal and bars available upon request if the lobby is open. The Wi-Fi doesn't work and the outside is very dirty. The tub was filthy with the wall panels peeling from the wall. I had to kill a cockroach while shaving! I checked out immediately, ending my stay a day early! This property is surrounded by multiple other hotels that are cleaner and more modernized with actual continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. STAY AWAY FROM QUALITY INN!

Property is currently under renovation. Workmanship on the completed rooms is poorly done. Paint is spotty and peeling. The roll in shower was great for my husband that was the one plus. They tried but failed. There is so many hotels in the area, that staying here was a waste of money. Family lives in the area reason for stay.

Check in process was completely unprofessional. Waited for approximately 15 mins and still not addressed. Thankful for the refund. Went to a different hotel with a different “vendor” and had a much better experience.

We paid over $100 (including a pet fee) to stay in a $25 a night room. Our shoes stuck to the floor, the room smelled, the shower floor was disgusting and I was concerned about whether the sheets were clean. We will not be staying here again.

The first room they put us in was dirty. The bathroom and carpet were dirty. The TV was broken. We tried to call the front desk to let them know all of these things and the telephone was broken. They moved us to another room and it was even dirtier. Food splattered and burned in the microwave that had broken knobs. The toilet paper was on the floor due to no holding rod. The paint is falling off of the bathroom ceiling in the shower was full of chips and cracks. The toilet rain all night long and the shower dripped nonstop. This was a very dirty, unpleasant disappointing experience.

I have already rated our check-in experience, which was not pleasant -- no pool, no breakfast, lobby closed. Otherwise, the room was fine -- very spacious, but few amenities -- no regular coffee (only decaf), could not find the ice dispenser.

Liked the location. Did not likethefact that to check-in and out you was not able to use the lobby. Instead you used the old night window and no computer thermal setup in there. Also for a nonsmoking room itreak3d of smoke.

I liked the hotel, the person working at the desk and the location. Overall this place was a good choice and I do recommend it here.

Overall the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I did see a bug the morning we left on the sink countertop. It was a very convenient location. The pool was disgusting as it had garbage in it and the water was green with water bugs on top.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. We had a great time. Planning on a return trip.

Hotel was okay. The room was appeasing, nice & big and the beds were comfortable as well. The front office wasn’t very helpful though, as she told us there was no breakfast included as stated it was on their web page, but also had to find out after check in that the pool was currently closed. If I would have known this ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere being 96* & visiting from out of town, the pool & breakfast was the reason why I booked this hotel, but unfortunately, it had false information listed.

The bed was broken the toilet constantly ran after you flush it. Chair had stains on it

We booked non smoking and room stunk like smoke. We are not picky but this hotel is a dump. Shady people outside smoking in parking lot.

This place is a dump. The toilet didn’t work. Beds half way made. Lamps are glued to dressers. Carpet old and gross.

This was an absolute terrible and disappointing experience! There was an irresistible room odor. The bathtub was dirty. The room carpet needs to be replaced, in my humble opinion. Absolutely nasty, one of the worst rooms I have ever had to stayed in! Stay away from this place!

The room had NO bath soap! We asked for some to be delivered and were told the hotel forgot to order any!

Stayed because we were moving to area. A room was not available when originally came to check-in. Room could have been a little a little cleaner. Carpeting was worn and was torn in some spots.

Nice hotel and good location. However, I think they have folks who use this hotel for "one night" uses. But we were safe and slept soundly and didn't have any problems but some boisterous activity a few nights..

1 d. ay business trip. No frills, however, comfortable. The property has evidently tried to update. No breakfast or WiFi. I had to hot spot my computer to work. For the 90.00 it cost me, I would probably stay elsewhere
