Got to breakfast at 1 minute before ending, the attendant was not very nice or accommodating and refused to plug the waffle maker back up . I mean have some courtesy.

great location. close to food and stores. the staff were friendly. i pulled back the covers to lay down and there was a bunch of long hairs on the bed. I went to walmart got my own blanket and slept on top of the blanket, not under it. the toilet also made a noise ever time i flushed it. The water pressure in the shower changed every few second while in the shower. it was hot so that was a plus. Just wish the pressure was consistent.

The room was clean and modern. The parking lot seemed to have some construction. The listing for the hotel explicitly stated they had cribs/pack n plays but at check in I was told they did not. I don’t know if that’s true or if they just didn’t want to have to find one for us. The indoor pool was frigid. It was fine for just passing through and needing a clean and safe place to stay.

There was a mildew odor on the shower curtain, and all the refillable bottles of body wash and shampoo, were empty or nearly empty. It made the entire bathroom experience unpleasant. After a long day on the road, and multiple people needing showers, the last thing you want to do is wait around for basic necessities that should be routinely checked during cleaning.

One of the bath cloths were not clean.

Clean and comfortable. We booked a jacuzzi tub room, room 123. I believe it had been recently renovated. The beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff was very nice.

Staff was very helpful! There was a water main break the first night of my 3 night stay, preventing me from being able to shower or brush my teeth in the morning. I checked out after the first night of my 3 night stay because the issue remained unresolved. Management took down my information, promising to follow up via phone call on Monday about compensation. I am still awaiting a phone call.

The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast that is included in the nightly fee. The location is 2 miles from Hwy 75 & reasonably close for our travel. The pillows were too hard & need to be replaced.

The hotel is quite modern and stylish. My room was very spacious and cleanly. My king sized bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and provided me with an awesome and much needed rest. Upon checking out, the awesome front desk manager gave me a goodie bag with water and candy that was a generous and welcome surprise. All in all, I had an AWESOME experience - especially for such a reasonable nightly rate.

The Manager is stellar and check-in was quick! She even accommodated my request for a no-animal room and floor. The rooms are newly renovated and very spacious. If I am ever back in Warner Robbins/Perry area, I would only choose this property. In addition, it’s close to shopping centers and dining options.

They even had Dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash and not travel size they were big bottles. Please don't take those bottles if you stay there. We stay at this hotel every year while driving from Wisconsin to Florida. It is pet friendly, breakfast is terrific and everything is always clean and efficient. Very friendly staff and have never had a negative thing to say about our stays.

Very nice, clean renovated room with blackout shades. All staff was very friendly. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. Was able to hear loud talking in the next room and the guests above my room walking and jumping.

I don't believe it was advertised that their indoor pool was not heated. We would have stayed somewhere closer to our destination if we knew that the water would be too cold for our kids to enjoy it. If you go, take your own towels. They are very possessive about their towels. Twice I had to ask for more towels. There were three of us in our room and only three towels (we need about 5). They took our towels out of our room, but didn't replace them. Thank goodness there was some in the dryer, otherwise we couldn't have taken showers. On the very plus side, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent! I good spread every morning! With our family of 5, not having to get breakfast out every morning was such a financial blessing.

Staff was all terrific. Very friendly and effecient. Our room was great! Very clean and it seemed newly remodeled. Very large and pretty. I understand the hotel is being remodeled so the hallways weren't so nice, but that didn't really affect us at all. Would definitely stay here again if we happen to be coming down that way!

The staff was excellent. The whole reason we got the hotel room was because my kids wanted to swim. The pool was crap. It is oce cold. They said the heater was either low or not working. This was a total waste of money and time.

They put us in an adjoining room with a broken lock on the door between rooms. We had to go back down to the lobby to request a different room and the attendant said that she knew about the broken lock and didn’t feel it should be an issue.

The rooms have all been updated and are very nice and modern however the halls are still a work in progress. Overall a nice and comfortable place to stay.

This is a really good hotel property to stay at. There are some cleanliness issues… such as hair in the corner of the bathrooms and crumbs in the seat of the chairs. Nothing too crazy.

The gym's treadmill was out of service and the exercise bike was making a loud noise.

Lots of places to eat and shop near the hotel. I probably would’ve given 5 stars, BUT. Looked like there was a (possible bullet?) hole in outside window pane of my room. Also (not hotel’s fault) some guest decide to let their room door close multiple times waking me up. Loud. Need sleepy! Couldn’t go back to sleep. Wanted to stay for breakfast that begins at 6am, but ended up leaving earlier than I wanted. A 10 hour drive awaited me. I did have to make two trips to front desk because my room key wouldn’t work. Would stay again.

I booked threw Expedia and was supposed to pay when I got to the hotel, they charged My card anyway which wasn’t A problem, until I got to the hotel and they made Me pay again so for A 2day stay I paid almost $700 then they told Me it would take 2 weeks for Me to be reimbursed for the overcharge. The room itself was alright the staff was nice they served the same old breakfast for the 2 days We were there, the hallway stunk parking lot was full so We parked at another business.

We live in the area but had not power, water, ectc. due to Hurricane Helene, so we needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was very nice! In addition to the excellent accomodations, they called the afternoon (after checking out) to let us know that my husband left his iPad behind in the room. They held it for him to go back and pick up. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location, clean, and comfortable. Upon check-in, the receptionist was a bit rude. The only complaint is I followed the full instructions to check in online, and then once I arrived, it said I would have to pick the keys up, but I had to redo the entire process again either way, so it was a waste of time. They also double charged me the deposit, with no reason as to why and I am still waiting for those to be returned. Upon leaving, the housekeeping and the new lady at the front were very friendly, and overall, I will return as long as the deposit issue gets resolved.

Great overnight, use Warner Robbins as a stopover on way to somewhere else

Clean rooms, good breakfast, pool, and kind staff members! Would reccomend.

We arrived late nite on the 6th…great rate..excellent night time service at check-in desk… clean, comfortable room. Spotless bathroom. Fresh, inviting breakfast served in a very clean dining area and the best coffee. perfect stay!

Checked in to the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warner Robins - Robins AFB at approximately 11:30pm after a long day of driving. Entered the room and immediately noticed that it was extremely hot and stuff. I checked and updated the temperature on the wall unit air conditioner but nothing changed. The hotel manager at the front desk asked how the room was and I responded that the air conditioner didn't work and it was very uncomfortable. The hotel manager responded with "I'm sorry" and that was all. She didn't ask if we wanted to change rooms or if there was anything that the hotel could do. Based on this experience I do not plan to stay at a La Quinta again nor would I recommend anyone stay at one.

Everything was clean and quit. Staff was friendly and helpful.
