We booked two queen beds, only to be given a room with one and a pullout sofa. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Only had one room service during a five-night stay which only happened because we had ask for it. Shower made very loud, nearly unbearable noise. I will not stay at this franchise again.

Breakfast was good. I had to get the attendant to start the coffee maker. The design of the bathroom sink led to water on the counter top. Also at the sink the liquid soap bottles were inconvenient and located oddly for use.

The un carpeted area of the floor seemed greasy and was a fall hazard for my elderly parents. I paid for a suite but got a regular room because I booked through a “ 3rd party”. So no refund could be given since I booked through Expedia. That was the excuse for everything that went wrong with check in and check out. Also no towels available after 4 pm unless u used pool towels. Hallways and rooms were very humid unless u turned AC unit to freezing.

We used this hotel as an halfway stopping point to our destination with kids. Upon checkin the front desk was extremely rude. Then to be given a room that clearly wasn’t clean (beds not made, dirty towels on the floor and musty smelling). Came back down and not even an apology, just more rudeness. I’m pretty sure the person we dealt with was in management which makes it even worse. It was the least hospitable experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool was poorly maintained as well. My husband was sweeping leaves out of the shallow end so our kids could play. One of the pool lights was also hanging out of its encasing. The breakfast was also not great. The food was chewy and had a strange aftertaste so we ended up going for just pre-packaged muffins.

We stayed overnight because we were driving tired. The staff was very nice and the property was very clean. I love that no matter how busy the staff appeared the next morning, they all took the time to smile and speak. I will definitely return if in the area. I love the Holiday Inn Express IHG hotels, they never disappoint. I had just check out of one in South Carolina.

An employee appeared to be unhappy and came up to the desk talking loudly. She was told by someone at the desk “ not here in front of guests” so she moved down the hall. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Asked for 2 additional towels and was told they didn’t know if they had 2. Eventually got them. A dirty linen cart sat in the hall Saturday evening, all night Saturday night and was still mid hallway when we checked out on Sunday. Definitely not worth the price we paid to stay.

The room was clean but they ran out of towels in the morning. The breakfast was lacking many essentials. We like to stay at holiday inns, but we won’t be back to this one.

I love the location of this hotel where we can walk to restaurants. The staff are nice and I think her name is Raylan was super nice. I like the free coffee in the lobby. Every time I have come, there has been an issue with my television. Each room we used had televisions that have white spots in the screen and the screen goes very dark. I was told that the tv's are old. Holiday Inn, you meet the mark for all other items but this is unacceptable. All of the money you receive from travelers and you cannot AFFORD to replace televisions with nice ones? That is one of the ways travellers wind down but how can we wind down if the television is showing spots. Each time, the staff have been accommodating but I blame Holiday Inn for this mess. Because of this, I will stay at a nearby hotel until the television issue has been resolved. See you when you replace them!

Quietness Door was hard to open, dirty under garment in the bathroom! No soap! Not even to wash your hands in the bathroom! When I called the front desk I was told the staff would be notified! They did not offer to at least bring a bar of hand soap. I have never stay in a Holiday Express and I will never do this again. The reviews on this hotel are deceiving. Waste of money!

Was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Our room wasn’t clean- pillows didn’t have pillow cases on them- no towels in the room and when we asked staff if we could get a few they said they didn’t have any to give. Literally no clean towels to shower. The staff gave absolutely zero cares that the hotel wasn’t performing and were rude when trying to ask for things. It almost seemed like I was burdening them for existing. Absolutely worst experience of my life!

We were not impressed with the options available. There was no eggs, bread, bagels or cinnamon rolls. My husband said the pancakes were not that good that the machine made, they were not cooked enough. One of the kitchen staff did make up some scrambled eggs for us. We were told due to the weather, their food truck was a day late. One of the girls from the kitchen staff said they have gone to the market in the past when they were short on food. Someone should have gone to the market!

My wife and I enjoyed or stay ion Warner Robbins. It had been several years since we have been the area and the stay was great for visiting the Ag/Expo Center. The room worked out very nicely for my handicapped wife. We will stay the Holiday Inn again.

Parking easy, Rooms clean, staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is a hit or miss.

I booked a stay at this hotel at the last minute so I didn’t know what to expect. But it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean comfortable and spacious. I will be back to stay here when I’m in the area.

The room in question was excellent. I had already been here for a week due to some family situations. My main complaint happened the AM. Breakfast is 7-10AM on weekends. I dont usually get to eat during the week but on the weekends, it snice to sleep in and still get a hot breakfast. However, this AM I got down there a little after 9AM for breakfast. There were no sausage or biscuits of any kind. I overheard the attendant complaining about people waiting until the end of her shift to come down and eat. At 9:15 or 9:20, she took up the empty pans for sausage and biscuits and never put them back. She proceeded to walk outside even though people were still coming down for breakfast. That should NEVER happen! You could tell she had an attitude as well. I have stayed here before and the breakfast was awesome. There was another couple who complained to the front desk who alerted the attendant. The attendant promptly came to them and informed that was "regulations" or something to that effect to not fill the pans after 0945. She lied! I watched her take them up around 0915! If I did my job as halfheartedly as she did this AM, I would have been fired on the spot!

This was her first time staying at this property, and we were very impressed. Staff was very helpful, and the hotel was situated in a convenient area that we could walk to our venue and lots of dining surrounded the hotel.

We were put into two different rooms before we found one that didn't smell like mold. It was most likely coming from the air conditioner. Someone ran through the hall and made a loud yell while putting a toilet plunger into the door of the young family with a baby across the hall from our room. Scared the parents and baby who were inside, very weird! Security could be better. We moved to a different hotel.

When she returned, she handed me my room keys. I went upstairs, but the keys didn’t work. I went back down, and she said she would come with me. She tried the lock herself and discovered the battery was dead. She went downstairs to get new batteries, came back, replaced them, but the lock still didn’t work. By this time, 30 minutes had passed. She then decided to give me another room. I waited by the elevator for another 15 minutes before calling her from my phone at reception, as I had too much luggage to keep going up and down. Eventually, she sent someone with the new keys, and I finally got into the room, 40- 45 minutes after I had first arrived. Unfortunately, the bed looked like it had been used before, and I found a long strands of hair under the comforter, curtain was ready to collapse, bathroom looked really old and needs work. There was also no working AC in the lobby and I was sweating. Although this hotel is convenient for me, I don’t think I will be returning.

The pool was filthy, no towels outside. Internet did not work in the room. No bedding for pull out sofa. Mattress on pull out sofa was covered with pubic hair. Two towels in the bathroom for a room accommodating 6 people.

The property was good and had everything that I expected. I do want to compliment the entire staff. Everyone was pleasant from those taking care of breakfast to the room cleaners to those working the front desk. I love lightly joking with people and everyone laughed along and even played back. Give them all a raise!

Out of breakfast supplies for my grandkids that were looking forward to the usual breakfast served. No waffles, milf, orange juice, plates. The staff said they have not received their delivery and have no way of purchasing missing items for the guests.

Clean and ok room that was updated with a lot of caulk and coverings that prohibited the use of outlets for the main lamp to be used. Out of most food items at 9am and said nothing until the next day including MILK!! Stores were open down the street,but nobody was sent to get any!!

If I could give this property more stars, I would. It was so clean, awesome workout room, and the most friendly staff. For a hotel breakfast, the food and selection was good. The property was in a great location. Outstanding! We will stay again.

My lodging was booked through Expedia with a confirmation number: before I arrived at the Holiday Inn, my credit card was billed for the entire stay. Prior to arriving my made payment through Expedia. Booking with Expedia was the worst! They sent all my credit card details to the hotel. Which is not allowed using a third-party service, your credit info is blocked using a virtual card. Then I was billed again my final night stay by the same hotel again. What a horrible experience thankfully I had the extra available funds during travel. This type of service is ridiculous and I will be sending the printed report to the CPA and AIG.

This hotel happened to be the largest in stature in the area and so it stood out, but it was also a very nice looking hotel. It was a veey comfortable stay very nice staff. The room was lovely and the pool was very clean too! Breakfast variety offered and cooked fresh. The area is close to everything needed and peaceful too even though its a busy area during the day. I will definitely stay here again.

There was money stolen by the housekeeper from my room. A meeting was conducted with "upper management " I filed a police report, all I can say is this was a very hurtful unfortunate situation. The lack of empathy and respect from the management staff made the situation more hurtful. There are many great places to stay in Warner Robins, All I can say is looks are deceiving ..... Choose carefully where you stay.

There was money stolen by the housekeeper from my room. A meeting was conducted with "upper management " I filed a police report, all I can say is this was a very hurtful unfortunate situation. The lack of empathy and respect from the management staff made the situation more hurtful. There are many great places to stay in Warner Robins, All I can say is looks are deceiving ..... Choose carefully where you stay.

The wait staff treated us so poorly. I think the bosses should do an under cover boss. To see how the staff acts towards the paying customers. They are not friendly. Even when I spoke to several people. They either failed to acknowledge I even spoke to them. Or they just looked the other way.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even though I did not arrive till 10:30 PM. The room was incredible! It had a sitting area and a small table with and looked more like a small suite than a queen room. The Towels were plush and the bathroom a very nice size. Everything was great.

Incredibly friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Someone left a review saying that the shower made a high-pitched noise so I chuckled when mine did the same. I think it was a C# but it kept changing notes so harmonizing with it was difficult. FWIW I took a shower later after using the fitness room and the shower was silent then.

out bed. Mistakenly I was given a two queen room. We couldn’t have what I had reserved. The ladies at the desk went out of their way to make it right for us.

Very clean & up to date! Room we stayed in was huge & breakfast was nice.

Hotel and room overall was nice. There was a large area of sticky residue on the side table lamp that needs to be cleaned up and the shower faucet made a high pitch annoying voice when the hot water was on. Other than that it was a nice place to rest for the evening.

Sheila was absolutely amazing from the moment I checked in. She was professional, friendly and courteous. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room and lack of linens. Sheila offered to change the room for us l, however after driving from Arkansas we were extremely tired to move all of our things out. There was a young man on shift that came and made sure we were taken care of. I forgot his name but he was really kind and sweet. Sheila provided the linens and all was okay for our one night stay.

It was relatively quiet, except we could hear water running through the walls. Biggest complaint was the very rude and grumpy older lady working the breakfast bar. She should not be working in hospitality. You do not yell at guests! It is a very small tight breakfast area. The actual breakfast was good, even though her attitude wasn't. Also, we put the sign on the door while we were showering and getting dressed, however one of the house cleaning staff came knocking on the door, then you could hear him going down the hall knocking on doors. This was right at 9 a.m. even though checkout is at noon, but with a sign on the door, we should not have been in bothered! .

The only negative is the bed. The bed is VERY uncomfortable and hard.

Nice hotel for a quick Thanksgiving holiday visit. Clean, and convenient location near plenty of stores and restaurants

These rooms were not clean. The tub was stopped up and filling with water while trying to shower causing us to bathe in our own filth. There was hair on the bed. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I will never stay at this hotel again. And they didn’t have free mini sample bottles of lotion to take home.

The room was very nice and the front desk was nice. But the house keepers were very loud and kept coming to open the door. They probably didn’t hear us when we said we didn’t need housekeeping.
