    I had previously that day had a reservation at another property in town that was booked by a friend for us, that was a terrible place to be so we left and booked at the Hilton Garden Inn, I should have just done that from the start being a Hilton Honors member already and knowing the properties they have are excellent. The room was clean, the hotel itself was welcoming and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. a special note that Ms. Tracy in the breakfast area was awesome and it was a great experience !

    Room cleanliness One worker cleaning floors around checkin desk was very rude. Told us we could have taken another way to elevator. Only other way would have been to go outside and go to another entrance. Was cold and seemed mad at us.

    The hallways and elevator reeked of pot and burned my eyes and throat! Totally disgusting! Also, when we booked on Expedia it stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t! Very disappointed with Expedia and Hilton!

    The room was macula ye with the exception of the air vent. It was very unnerving because you could see pieces of dust blowing off of it as the air conditioner ran. The water level in both the hot tub and the pool was very, very low. There was no signage that you could not use it but the level of the water was so low it made enjoying the hot tub very difficult.

    There were actually several Hilton buildings in this same area. We ended up going to the wrong one at first. But the lady there was very nice, gave us clear directions on getting to the Garden hotel. The inside was very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We took several pictures in front of the Christmas tree and over where the fireplace was simply because it was such a nice scene. The guy who checked us in is Marcellus, super nice and funny, and he later sent a text to check and make sure that everything was still going well with the room and settling in. So I really appreciated that checking in on us after the hotel check-in. I was staying there with my 2 nieces. As part of a wedding group, they needed to get to the rehearsal early in the morning so that was why we're staying at a hotel in the area. But it was a wonderful experience, very happy that we did that instead of trying to drive in the morning.

    We had no hot water Friday night and it was too late for anything to be done. We had no hot water to take a shower this morning. We left without taking a shower. The check out lady said that she would tell maintenance. We left without anyone doing anything. We will not be back.

    My husband and I stayed here. It was more than what we expected. Very clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Coffee maker in room. The only complaint I may have is when we entered the front instead of it sounding like a nice quiet lobby, it sounded like a loud club. I had a hard time hearing the girl trying to check me in. She was very sweet though. Will definitely not let that hold me back. We will return

    Staff was friendly. Loved the decorations at the hotel around the holidays and the fireplace. Felt very inviting. We got a junior suite and we loved the oversized room with good lightly. Most hotels have very poor lighting. Breakfast was too expensive for what you got and the quality there of. Typically we stay at Hampton Inn but did not have great reviews in this area and thus we stayed here instead. But Hampton Inn has breakfast free, or included in the great price AND they have more food that looks better. They offer freshly made waffles and almond milk for my coffee since I have inflammation response to that non-dairy creamer that is offered (I believe it's something like CoffeeMaid). The food was cold and I literally had crumbs to pick from for my scramble eggs. Then there wasn't much other food to take the place of that. So highly disappointed at the breakfast situation. And we pick this hotel for the breakfast because we had a wedding to go to that day and didn't want to worry about traveling elsewhere for food.

    The staff was very kind and sweet! It was our 10 year anniversary, and they were kind enough to bless us with a meal on them! We had been in Florida with disaster relief! They we're absolutely wonderful! We also had a blast playing music trivia while we ate! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! The price was a little to high.

    The bar. The staff when I checked in I asked about the jacuzzi . The desk clerk didn’t say anything about not have on in the room. And after complaining about the jacuzzi. The hot tub by the pool was broken down also. They didn’t want to refund me .

    This is an old building thats under reconstruction. The price of 160 per night in a old room that smells is ridiculous. I would expect free breakfast at that price. I will not be going back. Props to the newly revamped lobby just wished the colors were more up to date.

    Pet fee wasn’t charged with reservation. I have never paid $360 to spend the night in Warner Robins, Ga. My Goodness go to any next that is more than an oceanfront hotel room any else! way cheaper with no surprise fees.

    Would love to provide pictures. Huge biological stain outside our door that we had to step over to get into room, hall way filled with workers and jackhammering tools, both pool and hot tub dirty beyond use and in room coffe maker didn't work. Both outside doors left propped open for workers going on and out during day left open after they left. I closed them for the safety of all of the guests at approximately 930 when returning from a fabulous dinner. Only above quality thing we experienced. Room quality also differed from online pictures.

    My only criticism is an exorbitantly high pet fee. The property is advertised on Expedia as pet friendly, but no pet fee is stated until you check-in. The grounds around the hotel were not groomed for walking our dogs. Reduce the fee or advertise it but don’t spring it on the customer. Bad business practice!

    Room was clean, however when I was packing to leave I saw a roach. Honestly only one I saw during my stay. Really enjoyed the pool however there was rarely any towels and when we asked for some my other half was met with a little attitude. Overall I have found Hiltons are usually pretty nice and accommodating. I would stay here again. Restaurant was delicious and Jordan is a wonderful cook!

    The hotel was located close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Hotel room smelled musty and cleaning people left their dirty rag in our room. The pool and hot tub room were unbearable to breathe with the over abundance of chlorine which we would have thought the spa and pool would be clean but very old and dirty. When checking out we and other guests told staff the coffee was empty and the staff members that were doing breakfast replied to my husband “you’re interrupting a very important conversation.” Needless to say we do NOT recommend this hotel.

    Wonderful! Love the onsite restaurant, we brought our food to the room and then a nice dip in the hot tub! We were traveling home with our little dog after helping a family member relocate to Florida. Nice amenities after many days on the road!

    room and cable Was there Wednesday to Sunday. Requested room clean on Friday noone came. Informed desk and they requested for sat. What was point when I'm leaving sunday. No Ice machines working on all floors til Sat and there was no a/c in hallways of all floors the entire time. Def not Hilton standards and I'm a Honors member. very disappointing. Paid 1k for the time there def not worth it.

    Our room was mistakenly given to another guest.socheck in took a little bit longer than normal . Manger took care of it and comped us a free breakfast . Front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. The restaurant was not so good no menu is very limited out of several items ( no bacon ) really breakfast with no bacon . Server was not very friendly order came out wrong and food was cold we watched it sit in the window for several minutes before we got it and server never came back by for refill on coffee I had Togo up and get it myself overall stay was not standard for a Hilton Garden . We travel this was often on our way to Florida and will not be staying at this one again

    When we first arrived, they put us in the wrong type of room. Turns out. It wasnt their fault, but the fault of the website that sent the info over. Everything was sorted out and the stay was pleasant. Cleanliness and comfort were great. The one downside was we tried to eat breakfast in the dining area, but the waitress never came to our table so we finally left. I wouldnt worry about breakfast during your stay unless you dont mind waiting a while.

    The hotel is beautiful when you walk into the main entrance. When I got there to check in there was a $20 incidental fee that I was never informed of before booking. Got into the room and it was so basic for $204 I was expecting at least something a little more spacious. Killed a roach in the bathroom after being there for about 2 hours. The indoor pool was disgusting and the hot tub did not even work and that was my main purpose for booking here because of the hot tub. Breakfast was not good and on top of that they tried to charge me for it and I included it in my booking. Not to mention I had to get my key to the room reactivated several different times. We were extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all!!!!

    I took three kids to Perry for 4 days and picked this Motel based in the indoor pool. When I checked in, I still wasn’t told the pool had never been reopened from the start of covid. When I did finally ask about the pool, I was told it was closed but he fitness center was open.....I was like, do you know anything about kids?!? I don’t understand why you wouldn’t advertise that the pool was closed so I could pick a motel based on my requirements.

    There were small droplets of blood on the sheets when I turned down the bed. I thought maybe they were stained, which happens. But when I got up this morning, I realized that the bedspread had the same markings which means the sheets were never changed. I told the front desk as I checked out.

    The staff from the front desk to the kitchen to the breakfast area to the room service and cleaning people they were all very friendly and very professional. Anytime anyone saw you were struggling or it seem like you had a question they would stop and ask if they could assist. Great location. Clean rooms. Very comfortable rooms you didn’t feel you were in a sardine box. Excellent bar area.

It's a nice place and no one was AWFUL but except for our housekeeper (Surronda-new but TERRIFIC ATTITUDE!), no one was really very great, either... most were nice particularly in restaurant/bar, but given the brand and the rate not to mention it's such a nice place, I left doubting I would return....rooms weren't ready until 3:30PM so put me behind getting things ready for our guests (I think the entire party was 9 people, but only 4 overnight in the 2 rooms)... asked if I might use a small meeting room for cake and presents and assured the clerk I would clean it up AND pay a housekeeper to come behind me...emlhatic

    Great pool and spa bed comfy a little disappointed in not getting a discount or small refund on my room since it wasn’t ready til an hour after check in which was better than 2 or three other families I talked to that were 2-3 hrs late to get in their rooms and considering we were down for kids state wrestling tournament and it was only for one night 🙁🤔

    This is a very nice, and clean place to stay. The shopping is located near the hotel and that made the stay so much easier. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that likes a clean place to stay.

    There was a large cockroach on the wall in the bedroom when I arrived. The staff came to remove it and moved me to another room, however, I barely slept for the balance of my stay.

    I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at this hotel. I did not encounter on rude person. We ate breakfast there it was wonderful all around wonderful visit. Also the pool was sparking clean A+++

    Check in was easy enough however if you book you through a third party Yout HH membership isn’t honored. The room was clean but the water in the sink would not drain. The HVAC unit sounded like a train through out the night. The made- to-order breakfast was awful non and not even the bar was replenished after waiting 30 minutes. The Garden Grille and Bar was not well kept to say the least. Pretty disappointing

    We were there for only one night. Our room wasn''t ready when we arrived at 4pm which was surprising but the desk employee found a comparable room right away and we were not inconvenienced.

    I had the best stay at this hotel. Everything was clean . The bed felt like I was sleeping on clouds . I wished I could stay there 2 more weeks . Lol It was a little expensive for me but I guess you have to pay for quality . The breakfast was icing on the cake . Love Hilton hotels . Will be back .
