    The location was perfect for the venue I was attending for my uncle's surprise birthday party and church on Sunday. The TV had bad reception and viewing. I tried to watch Netflix...at times it just shut down from Netflix and the picture wasn't clear. If I'd stay another night, I would've requested a different room due to the TV issue.

    We reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds. This was a trip for a volleyball tournament for my husband and teenage daughter. Th hotel changed our room without notification to a room with a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. My husband ended up on the sleeper sofa. Don't stay here if you care about your sleeping accommodations because they do not. When he asked for the room that was booked, they couldn't help.

    I checked in, got into my original room. The shower didn’t work. They could not get it repaired so they had to switch me to another room which meant that I had to pack up everything and move down the hall. I did not receive communication during this process from the front desk so I had to go down and find out what the plan was to take care of my issue.

    Nice staff in a wonderful location. The rooms lacked necessities most people would need. No makeup remover, blow dryer. Very simple. The breakfast was ok. Ran out of grits, oatmeal was watered down, out of bananas.

    Room was clean & ready - however it felt damp. The tv in our room did not work & we called and they did offer to move the room once they had another cleaned, however, that took over 2 hours. The fire alarms went off early in the morning & when we went down to breakfast, everything was empty. The good service guy was very friendly, however, he was not trying to fill anything. We had to ask for a milk & cereal. There were no eggs or sausage, the little fridge was empty, the bread was empty, the waffle batter ran out while people were still waiting

    Our service was great. Our room was good. Bathroom faucet leaked. Shower leaked and ran to the door. No maintenance personnel available. When the problem was addressed with the manager the next morning, apologies were extended, and manager took care of us.

    Location was great, parking was good. However the room left a lot to be desired. Very much in need of updating. It has a faint urine smell in certain areas (bedroom & hallway to the bathroom) and the ac units had a musty/moldy smell as they blew air. The bathroom is rough and super outdates, especially the shower/tub area. Also, there was only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom. If someone is using the bathroom, and another person is still trying to get ready, there is no other mirror to use.That's a problem. Overall it was a decent stay, but if I am in that area again, I would choose a different hotel because I prefer nicer more updated spaces. Thank you.

    The manager was so helpful with my check in and any issues I was having with my room. She offer to change my room and provided a solution to any problems I had. I would definitely stay again! The front desk associates were so helpful as well!

    Nothing The in room phone could have worked. The wifi could have worked. I have a brand new Macbook that has worked at the last five hotels that I have visited. Guess what? It did not work at the Fairfield. The TV was installed crooked so watching TV sideways is not fun. They told me when we arrived that an upgrade was NOT possible because I had booked with a third party BOOKING. How is that for customer service? The sad part is BOOKINGS or Fairfield will never answer to any of this.

Later in the afternoon we asked for towels for the pool because they were out. The lady smacked her lips and rolled her eyes at us. The covers weren’t on the water fountains in the pool area. We could see all the wires. That’s an accident waiting to happen. The rooms were clean.

    I have stayed at multiple Marriott properties from California, Nevada, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, Kansas, etc. and the Warner Robins, GA was the most disappointed. From the musty room, rock hard bed, misaligned curtains, and the meager Buffett breakfast which by asking for extra gravy was like asking for gold. She did not part with it. My stay at this Marriott was the worst. We had traveled over 10 hours with our 5 year old, then with me being disabled was hard enough but then to be given a rock hard bed which amplified my spine and hip pain 20 x over - was too much. I would advise anyone to find another Marriott or stay at the Country Inn & Suites across the way. Your back will appreciate it.

    The hotel was a little run down. Shower curtain was not hung properly, someone skipped a hole so it wasn't long enough and water came out the sides if you weren't careful. Location was convenient and check in was easy, not bad for a quick one-night stay on our way to the beach.

    We arrived at the hotel at approximately 4:30pm, were told they didn't have our room ready. We needed to get ready for a wedding that evening. We were told they would call us when it was ready. They never called. At 8:30pm I went back to the hotel to check on the status. They apparently had forgotten to call us. It ruined our plans. The staff were courteous but the management severely lacking

    Cons - This hotel is really outdated. It needs some tender loving care. This was one the worst “Marriott” properties I ever stayed in. Our bathroom had somebody’s hair all over the place. The lady at the front desk said she would move of to a different room but at that point we had already disinfected and cleaned the room ourselves. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. It made it really difficult to get a good night sleep. We stayed for 3 days, one of the days housekeeping did not come and clean our rooms. Thus we went downstairs and asked for 4 sets of towels and the lady at the front desk said she does not have four sets of towels. It wasn’t until we pushed back that she finally gave us some towels. Anytime we we to the front desk we had to wait for someone to come help us. There was no bell to let the workers know that we were there, this often times we were standing there for about 5 minutes before we were helped. The continental breakfast did have many options but did not have the staple that you are used to seeing when you stay at the Fairfield inn and Suites “waffles”. If someone would put some tender loving care into this property it could be a nice hotel.

    Don't take room 310...the air conditioner and bathroom vent aren't working to remove humidity. If you are Aquaman you might like it, who knows. The curled wallpaper and water stained/damaged ceilings and leaky bathroom faucet are a nice touch. What I liked the most was that the mattress, pillows and linens had that awesome earthy moldy smell and we spent the night fairly damp. As an added attraction, the elevator creaked and popped like an old wooden rollercoaster... Oh and the front door keyless entry card readers didnt work at the lobby or our room after multiple "resets".... Otherwise, I lovely experience. Thank you... Ps... I have stayed in some 3rd World dive hotels, but not for $124 a night. This one impressed me enough to write this review.

    We stayed at this hotel and that will be our last time! The hotel room above us was loud and keeping us awake. This was still going on at 1:30-2:00am. Finally called the front desk and there was no answer. Called again and no answer Got out of bed and went down to front desk. No one was there so I waited and even yelled hello several times. After 10 minutes went back to room with no help. Had to turn the air conditioner down so it would run all night to drown out the noise! Needless to say it was a cold sleepless night. Checking out next morning we told them of our night when they asked how our stay was. No sympathy just a “ Oh really? Should have been someone there.” I’m just glad it wasn’t a medical emergency! There was no concern for the safety and comfort of the guests at all. Horrible stay.

    The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. There is a small but notable issue. The internet has connectivity issues; logging into Netflix through the hotel TV is difficult due to this problem. We made several attempts to watch a movie, but wound up turning it off after about twenty minutes because it just kept failing to stay connected. This is a relatively minor issue and it would not prevent me from staying at this location again. The included breakfast has many options with selections for almost any diet.

    The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, great amenities, and the rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Also, enjoyed the indoor pool. I have nothing bad to say. I recommend this hotel.

    Upon arrival the hotel lobby looked clean and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. However, when we went to our room it wasn't cleaned. The beds had been slept in and it was blatantly apparent housekeeping had not visited to room since the last guest checked out. We brought the attention to the front desk staff and they tried to find us another room but they claimed there were no more rooms with 2 beds. We were not happy about this at all. We had no choice because at this point we are only going to get a few hours sleep before catching our flight back to Cincinnati anyway. So grudgingly we were forced to accept a room with a pull out couch. Which meant one of us got no sleep at all. After driving all day in the uhaul my sore back only felt worse in the morning, not better, and I was more exhausted than when we arrived. My mother in law felt so guilty she said she didn't get any sleep either. We would have been better off going straight to the airport and trying to nap in the lobby rather than wasting precious time at Fairfield Inn. My poor mother in law who is retired and trying to move back home to Georgia on a fixed income paid $150 for nothing but an inconvenience.

    We stayed here for one night only on our drive from Michigan back to Florida. The hotel was a few miles from I75 (maybe five minutes) but it was worth it as there were lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel itself is a little dated. The carpet in the rooms is orange if that tells you anything. But it was reasonably clean and comfortable, although the mattress seemed a little worn. We did not use the pool or the fitness center although they looked OK. There is also laundry on site. The free breakfast in the morning was typical, but maybe not quite as many options as some other hotels I have stayed in. They had pre-made omelettes and Canadian bacon as the only hot choices, besides the waffle maker. There was the typical cereal and yogurt and breads and fruit. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to say hello. This hotel is close to an air force base so I think that is the reason most people would stay here. I think it was a little overpriced at around $150 for the night including taxes but overall would recommend for a short stay.
