Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warner Robins Near Robins AFB

I understand you get what you pay for, but the room was not clean at all. It was a non-smoking room that a previous occupant had smoked in, with a cigarette burn on the couch. We got that smell down only to reveal the weed smell beneath it. The toilet flooded with nothing in it and when we called down about it they invited us to go get a plunger from the office. We had left so housekeeping did take care of it, which we appreciated but we didnt trust they used any kind of cleaner in the process. The whole place was so rundown we didn’t even consider eating the breakfast. These rooms are cheap though and it was a bed, so there is that.

It did the job of me stopping for a one night stay but it definitely was not worth the $100 price tag.

Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, prices are fair We have stayed multiple times, last time i stayed the parking lot was full of people having a party doing drugs and drinking alcohol being very loud, my while room smelled like weed coming through AC from outside, staff couldnt get them to stop i packed up and left and after being there only very short time did not stay over night and was still charged, and am now getting the run around about getting a refund!

Employees were friendly and Wal Mart was across the street. Plenty of hot water and had a good ref and microwave. The ac unit in 205 was rattleling and noisy, even when in off cycle. Fortunately, it wasn't very hot. People outside at 3 am for whatever reason. I would have increased my rating if not for the ac.

Older facility, but our room was clean. The a/c wasn't as strong as we would have liked and we kept it turned all the way, all night long, in order to sleep. Decent breakfast

It had insects, there was a whole in the ceiling stuffed with tissue paper in the bathroom, the couch had both cigarette burns & fraying, and the worst part was that there were stains on the sheets that were made over with the bed spread! I told this to Booking.com. Worst stay ever, we did not stay a full 30 minutes before checking out and getting another hotel room...never again

Breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast. Always good to get you started for the day.

One of the employees that worked the morning shjft at the front desk was extremley rude.

First room reeked of marijuana. Got changed to another and it was beside what appeared to be a group of drug dealers who’s kids were up all night and had different cars and people going in and out of the room. Sketchy people roaming around the property all night and heard women fighting in the parking lot at 3am. Very thin walls btw and found a baby roach. Packed up early and left before the sun came out.

I compliment Nicole from the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful with my check-in and assisting me with information about the area. The breakfast was average, I only chose fresh fruit. The location was excellent. Overall my experience was excellent. Thank you!!! The hotel itself was excellent. Although I rate the Booking.com ease of changing my reservation due to a snow storm as 1/4. I could not make the necessary date change online, and only managed to get the Booking.com phone number by calling the hotel directly. Sadly the hotel was NOT able to make the necessary adjustment to my date, and I had to call into Booking.com, and wait 20 minutes to finally speak with an agent. She was VERY helpful in assisting me, however, just before she could confirm my reservation change our call was cut off. Luckily, she was able to email me with the confirmation of my date. I rate my agent as 4/4, however, the whole process of dealing with Booking.com was sadly lacking. In the future I will probably deal directly with the individual hotels, so as to facilitate changes/updates if they become necessary. Thank you for your time and attention.

It was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There were people in the stairwell smoking weed. Loud music and people all on the balcony. Maybe because it was a Friday night, everyone was turning up? Idk. I couldn't hear all the noise from my room though, so thats a plus. I was still able to rest.

Typical cheap motel but an extra $25/day for one dog and when you checkout and wait for your ride you get kicked out of the lobby because dogs aren’t allowed in the lobby. Thanks

Was told to report to front desk IMMEDIATELY to pay. I said I would be there in a few minutes. The clerk said no, you must come NOW.

My girlfriend got locked out of the room when doing laundry…. We had been at the hotel for 3 days. Front desk was badgering her, left her outside in the cold, slammed the door in her face and told her the lobby/office was closed, she couldn’t sit inside. I’m a Wyndham rewards member and pay lots of money regularly. I feel we are being targeted bc we are of African descent. We will not stay here again

Rooms were clean and safe and quiet and neighbors were nice and polite and let me use the parking space in front of my door for convenience since my back was hurting and I needed to minimize how much I walked and carried luggage. The staff was extra special. Nicole even extended my reservation at the same rate when I needed to extend my stay for painting/work being done at/in my house which required me to stay in the hotel. She was extra helpful and I appreciate her very much. I cannot think of anything. Even the parking lot was clean. I saw the owner sweeping the parking lot of trash and making everything clean. It was so nice there. I cannot think of anything that I didn’t like. It was a very nice stay.

Location Since we stayed here last Nov. they took the coffee maker out of the rooms which really disappoints me. The iron and ironing board were gone for quite a while, they did leave the hair dryer and there was a partially used sample bottle of shampoo!! Really?? Throw it away and put out a new one!! And I think the charges to check in earlier than 2pm were new this time, $40 bucks!! That’s being greedy and not good for business! Will not stay here again! You lost a good customer Mr Patel

The front desk was friendly and check in was easy. But the room was filthy. And the vent in the bathroom was full of dust, the doors looked like they never been wiped down, the tub was gross. I made it work because it was one night but I won't be back.

Shopping close by. Room clean. Staff very good and attentive. Able to obtain advice and help from the manager when needed. Manager's assistance was very timely and quick to assist. The room was clean and appealing. The bathtub needs whitening or refinishing to get rid of the brown stains from years of use. The beds were great except the sheets had massive stains of some sort. We removed them and asked for replacement sheets, and got them, but they were stained too. I would suggest that the establishment BUY NEW SHEETS, IT'S TIME, BECAUSE THE SHEETS ARE WORN, THIN & STAINED. That is why I rated 3 stars. We did not get breakfast as it was continental style, mostly breads, cereal and grits. The saving grace is that the motel is located right in the center of shopping and eateries of your choice, so we purchased breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, 5 stars. The air conditioning was fantastic! Other than the sheets and breakfast, we enjoyed our stay. We probably will not stay again until they purchase NEW SHEETS! This is the only reason.

The access was easy, check in was easy. The beds were very comfortable! The only complaint, which isn't the property's "fault" was: for a non smoking accommodation, walking past rooms that wreaked of pot was not pleasant. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

I liked how close to everything the place was. The room I had was horrible! Lots of mold. It smelled like cigarettes, and mildew. The bedding was stained and disgusting. The list goes on and on for the negative experience I had.

Slightly run down but they are in the process of renovating. Its simple comfortable and clean. Good for my overnight work stay. Its been quiet too.

This was one of the worst hotel stays. The place was falling apart. The chair in our room was visibly dirty. Decor was sooo old and dated. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were worn out. Towels were yellowed.

The condition was poor. The building needs an upgrade the air condition unit was loud. The tub wasn’t clean the toilet wasn’t clean. Paint was peeling off the doors.

Room lights were dim because they don’t want you to see how the room really looks! Woman next door had a pit bull in her room that she was living in. She took the dog to the breakfast area in the lobby where you check out. The dog came at my husband! Why did they allow a dog that was obviously not a service dog in the breakfast area?!! I would not recommend this hotel. The woman that checked us in had the hospitality/personality of a rock! They make this hotel look really nice with a picture of probably only one updated bright room that is not available. I would not recommend this hotel!!

Sheets and blanket had cigarette burn holes...but were clean. Sink had no popup in drain (nasty). Shower controls loose in wall. AC unit works but the fan was screwed up..sped up and slowed down. Front desk staff was friendly. Room door had to be slammed in order to engage dead bolt. Breakfast was really skimpy but this is a budget hotel.

This place was run down and gross. The door had about an inch missing on the bottom. There were dead bugs by the mattress. There were burn marks in the sheets and the whole place smelled like smoke and BO! They were nice enough to cancel our registration without any hassel and give a full refund. This is more of a rent by the hour type place.

The location was great because it was within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. The area was quiet and I did hear any loud noises at all. Most importantly, the customer service was impeccable.

The tv wasn’t working, no one came to fix it or even offer a small refund. There weren’t any wash cloths as well.

-3 slices of white bread in the three baked goods shelves -5 lemons in the fruit bowl -2 yogarts in the refrigerator when I asked if I was late to the breakfast (at 730?), the attendee brought out a box of frozen mini Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits and gave me a package. There was coffee, so my wife and I got coffee and went across the street to IHOP. So much for a breakfast included with our stay....

I got the best night’s sleep in a hotel I’ve ever had. There was a nice, big couch in our room & I slept on it without waking or tossing & turning at all. So comfy! Everything else was just as it should be as well.

Decent and clean facilities. It is an older property so it was as expected. Worth the price and worked for our family for a quick overnight stop before getting back on the road.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The property itself cpyld stand some updates, but that is just aestetics. The breakfast selection was a disappointment. The proximity to what wewere in town for was excellent. For the price, i was completely satisfied.

Everything was fine, but I requested a copy of my receipt for my stay and was told that their printer was not working and was advised it would be emailed to me. as of yet I have not received it. Not very professional by staff.

It looked like it was in good condition. Beds were great. Room was nice. Some exterior doors looked like they were in process with paint to be applied. Our door to the outside had a wide gap, no sweep. We put a towel on the floor to block critters. Breakfast was meager - few options.

overall ok, when a room is requested or advertised as non-smoking, it needs to be. With health issues, this is not ok to have a room with the lingering smokey odors.

Nice place to stop and rest from the long drive. Slept and took a shower.

Lady at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful.

The television only got 1 channel . Front desk said it was a cable company issue . I find that hard to believe .Any how it was disappointing .

Possibly the dirtiest, most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in! I would terrify you with the nasty details....left at 5 am...would not even sleep under the sheet or take my socks off.

The property was in close proximity to plenty of shopping, dining, and other services and the staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast was nice, though pretty limited. My biggest gripe was the general condition. Things we’re pretty run down and though it was apparent they had remodeled, some of the upgrades were poorly done and the rooms simply felt…old and beat up. The worst part was the smell of the room. It was very musty and even buying febreeze didn’t really put a dent in the odor. Everything else I could deal with but the smell was a little too much to get over.

Hotel was ok for a single night stay. Breakfast was not enough and empty by the time I went there. Walmart and fast food restaurants are very near to this hotel.

Room was listed as non- smoking but my room smelled smoky. I asked a manger about it and he was more worried about if I was checking out early. Key also stopped working to my room, took 30 min to get in, and my breakfast got cold

The lady that checked us in was very nice. The room however was a different case. The room had carpet that had a strong musky smell, not too pleasant. The room needed a deep cleaning and I would recommend replacing the carpet with laminate or vinyl plank that would be easier to keep clean. I would not stay there again.

I booked this hotel with a budget in mind and I was not disappointed. It was cheap, it had a good TV, microwave and refrigerator. The heater worked good because it was cold. There are many restaurants very close by. The shower and bathroom was very good. A coin laundry is available and the ice machine worked well. The down side is that it is an old style motel with tight parking. The seal around the entrance door was missing, allowing light and air (and bugs?) to enter. It was cold, so the bugs were not there. The bathroom door had a large dent (from a fist or a foot?). It had what I wanted for the price that I could afford.
