The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The beds/bedding were the absolute worst. Hard lumpy mattress, combined with the thinest pillows, make for a very uncomfortable sleep. For a hotel, the sleep experience should be priority, and this hotel really missed the mark.

Location and hotel staff were rewarding, made my stay enjoyable. My reservations were not acceptable and I was dissatisfied. Each morning I had to renew my reservation process although I could keep the same room. I did not like having to renew my reservations daily.

Loved the friendly staff and the cleanliness. There wasn't a hot tub as stated at booking. Even when at the property, the hot tub was shown on the tv but it was filled in with concrete. I was disappointed

The staff was AWESOME - professional, friendly, efficient, and courteous. The room was spacious and clean as well as VERY comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep.

Bed was comfortable and room clean. Staff failed to provide breakfast coupons that came with my package and had to go back and get them. Food on site was out of most food causing substitutions and removals or items.

Netflix was available, but it wouldn't let me log in. There were no other streaming services available. The cable lacked some channels. They had a bar where they served Starbucks and pastries and breakfast similar to Starbucks. During the day and drinks and "appetizers", at night. the lobby didn't provide any coffee as stated, but infused water. On our last day we found a bug on the tv. Overall we found the hotel to be ok. The staff was really nice and the beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again, We were highly disappointed at.

Room was great. Very quiet and comfortable. The only complaint I have is they only have 2 carts for luggage, and noth were gone. They need more than 2.

Simple fixes would be to have a shower chair option available or perhaps partner with a company in the area that can bring in a shower chair or better accessories.

The front desk was rude. Had stayed here last year, and encountered the same bad attitudes, but this time it was over the top. I witnessed the person working the coffee area curse and almost have a full meltdown with only me and two other people in line. I left and went somewhere else for breakfast.

One minor thing was the location of the TV in my King room was odd l. It was located to the right side of the bed and although it was on a pull-out platform, the view from the bed was slightly blocked.

Upgraded furniture. Extremely comfortable bed.desk was comfortable. Excellent shower and water pressure. Luggage cart was available. We had a late check in. Front desk staff @check in. Was super nice and helpful. Ottoman was welcomed. Could used suitcase stretcher table.

Staff was very kind, however, this Courtyard was lacking on everything - this was the best hotel in this city though so we had no other choice. We were there for our sons baseball so we did not have other city/location options.

Staff was nice. Room smelled very clean but did notice a stain that looked like coffee on comforter and there was also hair in bathroom.

Overall it was nice. Staff was very nice and courteous. Our room AC didn’t work but we knew they were full and we didn’t want to change rooms after getting in, so we dealt with it and reported it in the morning. I’m sure they took care of it right away.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is in a great location! Lot's of shopping options nearby. The decor is nice and modern. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I love the fact that the hotel has hot water for showers, when many hotels have lukewarm water. A big plus!

The front desk was nice and friendly. The hotel is going through renovations. Our room was clean and cooled upon arrival. The shower water pressure was off and on. Note there was not a continental breakfast.

Perfect location for our southern travels via I75. A few minutes off the highway, but loads of shopping, dining, etc.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Antonio is my absolute fav! He is pleasant and sweet and very accommodating. He was observant of my needs and without me having to ask he accommodated and it was greatly appreciated!!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. On both occasions, I found the rooms in excellent condition. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I also have had great customer service from the employees. They all seem to be nice and friendly. When I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay again.

Booked this hotel because of the rating, and it was nice - but I had two complaints. First, the walls all looked like the walls of a subpar hotel. Patched places and creepy lines between the panels of wallpaper. So bizarre because everything else was beautiful. And two- no key drop box so I stood waiting to hand over my hotels keys for a good ten minutes while another hotel guest bought water bottles with cash (because the front desk person and the guest debated whether it was easier to charge them to the room or pay cash and finally the guest gave up and handed over cash. While “whichever is easier for you” is a polite response, when both the hotel staff and the guest repeat it to each other, it’s annoying and redundant. The staff should just say it’s easier to charge the room and move on, so they can help everyone else in the lobby.) So not the best ending to my visit.

My husband & I came to stay at the hotel to go to my uncles 90th birthday celebration which was wonderful. The check in was great. Everyday we stayed the staff was very friendly helped us find places to get food and travel

Check in was very easy. The first room assigned smelled of smoke. We informed the hotel agents and they apologized and assigned us to another room. They were nice and courteous. We would return again

I stayed here 3 months earlier and loved it. But this stay was unreal. First after getting there 1 hour after checking in time, I made a request to stay in a room on an upper floor, but was told that ALL the rooms in the HOTEL was assigned by the morning shift. After I asked was this a resort and complained that I have never in my life heard of such thing in a hotel, I was given a room on the upper floor. Then when my wife and I went to the bar looking for the bar tender from three months earlier for a Pina Colada, I was told the bar tender was working the conference in the back and the blender didn't work, but he could make me and my wife one anyhow. Needless to say, BOTH drinks were terrible, so I went to the back and one of the bar tenders was kind enough to say that they could make me one me and my wife a drink without a blender. And when we came back to the bar, the blender all of a sudden was working. So this is why I say the stay here this time was unreal!

While the property claims to have updated rooms, ours was not. It was very tired looking and had a giant black stain on the carpet just inside the door. For the price, with no included breakfast, we could have done much better.

The visit was just ok. The front desk host Stephanie was very nice. For me and my family it was the beds that was nice clean. The bed skirt had red stuff slimy all over it and the bed mattresses need to be replaced. Housekeeping did clean out previous guess plates out refrigerator, so I didn’t to put my belongings in there. I won’t be back.. The hotel need major updates. This was my go to hotel years ago visiting family. No more.

Normally I love coming to Courtyard by Marriotts but this stay wasn’t worth the price. It is normally our number one choice. The pillows were horribly small and uncomfortable and I got no sleep. I also requested ahead of time for extra pillows and not one person responded to any of our messages before or even while we were there. We won’t be staying there again.

The manager Tanisha was absolutely amazing excellent customer service and knowledge of the local area. I don't even consider staying at another hotel when I come to town because of her welcome to your home away from home feeling that she gives me.

I was given a room that was not cleaned or sanitized not sure why staff wasn’t aware of room condition.

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel it self had a nice layout. My room was dirty, the linens were full of hair and dirt, no trash bags, shaving cream and hair left in the showers, and hair on the sink, counter tops and toilet.

We were making this stop on a very long drive and had specifically chose this hotel as it was 4 miles off the interstate so it would be quiet, AND it had on site food option so we could check in and not have to leave. When we arrived we found that all food options on site had been closed for the Holiday Weekend. We paid extra for this hotel for this convenience and were very disappointed to find it all shut down

The mirror in the room looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. The bathroom floor was sticky.

Booked here based on reviews. There are updated room features which were modern but the carpet and wallpaper are in need of some major TLC. First room we had the tv did not work, hair all over the floor in the bathroom and so many stains on the carpet. Staff was great and moved us to a new room but carpet and wallpaper were still an issue. We made it work for one night!
