The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived around 7pm. Water to hotel was shut off early in the morning and was not cut back on during our stay. So we were unable to shower or brush teeth

The bathroom in the room was sour. The pool was tiny and not heated.

Comfortable room, good value

Staff were excellant, breakfast was fresh, hotel clean.

The coffee bar was great. I felt the breakfast meal was a little light in substance and the AC was often too cold.

The curtains didn't close all the way and the street light was shining in all night

The location was good the night staff was amazing and the morning shift was awful our sink was stopped up and our tub had hair in it

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of good eating establishments. Everything was good.

The beds are comfortable. I liked the breakfast eggs,bacon, potatoes and waffels. Nice, cool AC yet louder than some would like. The staff has to work extra shifts, and I feel for thosw employees.I hope time and half pay is given!

Convenient to everything and clean! Mattress was on the harder side so I did not sleep comfortably.

Good place for a weekend trip

Aside from these concerns, I did not experience any other major issues. However, considering the nightly rate, I would expect the rooms to be in much better condition. While the exterior of the property is well maintained with clean grounds and nicely manicured landscaping, the interior does not reflect that same level of care or investment.

The room wasn’t that clean. And didn’t really offer much other than the jacuzzi which wasn’t that big.

Microwave caught on fire so had to switch rooms. And due to flooding there was no breakfast other thanal a spunk Myer muffin and coffee. Hard uncomfortable beds and extremely low toilets.

Cold pool and area

Not hotel's fault but no real assistance offered. We went out and bought several gallons of water so we could flush toilet and clean up a little :(

Tv channels cheap and not to my liking.

Pool was enjoyable and indoor. A pool heater would have been cool, but kids had fun anyway. Quiet, clean, and decent area to stay!

Bathroom was not the best

The rooms were a little dirtier than I remember them being in the past when I have stayed at this hotel. And when you reserve a room for disabled people you should be able to reserve them online. The room that was stated to be for disabled, the only difference was that there was a shower chair in the bathroom, not already in the tub. And the bed was only slightly lower than the regular rooms

The sink in the bathroom was stopped up and drained very slow.

The room was clean. I would describe the check in person as a 5 out of 10 on a friendliness scale. The remaining staff were very friendly. The eggs were not good. The sausage, potatoes and waffles were good. Limited selection of fruit and yogurts. I didn’t see cream cheese for the bagels.

I was here for a wedding and my stay at Country Inn & Suites was amazing. The room was really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and it was in the perfect area which allowed me to quicky grab food and shop.

Will definitely stay here again! The cleanliness of the hotel was tops for me. Noticed I lost one earring in the room after we left and the staff was very helpful and found my earring, was able to return that evening for it.

My absolute con was the jetted tub. It worked but the debris that floated out the jets was less to be desired. Just settled on the shower. Bed and pillow (to me)was suburb!!!! Rooms well maintained. Thanks Anna! You made this experience nice.

The carpet was so dirty, the red chair in the room was horrible and dirty , didn’t feel comfortable walking on the floor, the sink didn’t drain properly we had to wait for the water to drain when we brushed our teeth

Great spot and service!

There was no internet or cable when arrived waited 3 hours for check in which was fine under the situation. I spoke with the front desk ladies whom apologized about not being ready. 10 minutes before there shift was over they told me everything was good gave me 1 key and the green card for the internet information. When we went in the room there was nothing on they lied i explained ahead of time i have a special needs child with me they assured me everything was good. Then when i called 2 minutes after i reached my room i got an apology say we thought ot was back on. Even though it was only 2 minutes i had to leave because of my disabled daughter. They should of refunded me to show good faith. Its cant be all about money you have to care as well.

Hotels.com charged me for a pet friendly stay here and the hotel is not pet friendly. Hotels.com refused to refund my money and has stolen from me and may family.

Nice quiet and comfortable room large area Pool was a little chilly and the hot tub was cold lol but other than that it was wonderful

Professional service

Stained carpets in the bedroom, otherwise room is clean and quiet. Central ac is a big plus. Breakfast quality and selection is below average needs improvement.

Great people great service however on Thursday morning Inwas awaken because of Waste truck pick up at 3:00am that sound was so loud to wake us up and we couldn’t go back to sleep. I told the front desk to contact the waste company and warn them about noise ordinance

Asked desk , said no water , vending only Vending machine out of water , told desk , they didn’t care , very noisey , booming bass from cars outside half the night Over priced, would never stay here again.

Breakfast was nothing special despite all the reviews about how good it was. We were at a holiday inn express the night before and breakfast there was much better. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Well run and quiet spot

The hotel overall was decent condition, but while staying two nights three days we had the do not disturb on the door and we had still had housekeeping come in uninvited into the room while we were sleeping.

Room was as expected. Desk clerk was neutral. Would have like to have access to real glasses in the room. Otherwise, decent place to stay.

I am usually not impressed with motels. I was pleasantly surprised here. The staff was wonderful. They were polite and helpful. The facility has been refurbished; but, in a wonderful way. The room was very clean. The water was HOT. I loved it. One of my complaints is lack of temperature and lack pressure in the water. I am impressed! Even the breakfast was good. My wife is a coffee lover. She sampled the lobby coffee the afternoon we arrived. She said it was very good. She had a few cups with breakfast. Still very good. All this, in one of the lowest prices around. A fantastic stay!

The toilet was extremely to low to the floor and the the light/exhaust needs a good cleaning very dirty other than that we were very happy with our stay here the breakfast was very good one of the best we have been to.

It was ok. Older hotel remodeled at some point and in need of another remodel. Service was good. Tub in the shower felt like it might fall through the floor any minute. We needed to request bedding for the sofa bed. There was misc small damages like water spots on ceiling etc idk if this was from hurricane Helene or what? The breakfast was basically continental and the worst I have seen in my travels, but did the job. I would only stay here again if I had too, not by choice.

This hotel was good. Unfortunately, It did not have standardized pillows on bed to give you a complete comfort of sleep. Overall, I enjoyed the quietness and continental breakfast. I believe if this hotel improve switching out the pillows, then it will be superb in all categories.

It was easy to check in. They had plenty of cookies for us. The beds were SUPER comfortable!!!!!! I wish I had the mattress at my house. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Good coffee and a variety of flavored creamers. We stayed a night on the way to Florida. Convenient location.

Experience exceptional customer service in a serene environment with a comfortable and peaceful room, and a luxurious bed. The only downside? The pillows could use an upgrade.

One night stay while traveling home from a family reunion. Was very comfortable and gave us a good night’s sleep.

I didnt like that the policy of this hotel not the corporation that they only clean your room every third day. Trash was emptied and used towels where removed tge second day.This was not explain during the booking. Also theytake a 100.00 security deposit to cover any damages. Well if they do that then why was my window not replaced since someone cracked it. All they did was put silicone on it.

Staff were great, beds uncomfortable, curtains didn’t close all the way, just a little more rough than the photos.

I often secure rooms for my crew and never had such an issue checking them into a room. Wasted about an hour of time filling out paperwork to allow my guys to check in after room fully paid through Expedia. Will not use this property again in the future.

I always stay here when I have to travel to Warner Robins, GA for work. Nice & quiet property. Close to all the restaurants & stores. Excellent staff & great breakfast.

We came for a family wedding and it was close to everything we needed

Everything was great during my stay. I got there late but check-in was a breeze and the young lady at the desk was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The employees at this hotel are awesome. Very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. Location is great. Right next door to a very good seafood restaurant.

Well priced and the area is fantastic for a stay however my only complaint was the bed itself was extremely uncomfortable, stiff and the pillows were awful. Breakfast was also poor, coffee good however.

When enjoying a staycation this is one of my favorite places. It’s always clean and the staff is very courteous.

Water didn’t drained properly in the bath sink and bathtub, bathtub looks old. Staff is very friendly and nice. There are no sidewalks around the hotel.

This hotel was fabulous! Clean, neat, budget friendly and quiet. Nice breakfast options in the morning. The shower had great pressure and bathroom was modern. The only 1 suggestion I have is vending machines that take a card instead of cash/coin only. It would be safer for the hotel, and more convenient for travelers!

Was given a crib to use for our baby but was moldy and broken .Then our restroom had mold in the shower at the bottom and ceiling was chipping off .Bedframe had footprints and pubic hair on bedsheets .However hotel employees were nice but really sad about the situation of the condition of our room.

Bella at the front desk was exceptional in helping figure out an error Expedia made. There was no record of our check in sent to them- she spent at least 15 minutes trying to get things straightened out. Expedia said since the reservation was made less than 24 hours ago that that was the problem. Not sure how you can reserve a room for that same night then.

The reservation desk helped us out. At first they couldn’t find our reservation and we getting no where chatting with Expedia. The clerk, which I can’t remember her name, kept digging and finally found the reservation.

I was staying alone as a female and felt completely safe at the hotel. Lady at front desk was super nice and room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

The only issue i had is that the tub looked very worn and when i took my shower, it felt like at any time i was going through the floor to the room below me.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our boys were able to enjoy the pool, our room was on the main level, which was awesome, & it was nice. The free breakfast offered many different delicious choices & was very appreciated. Good job!
