    Dirty bathroom, shower was not clean and had mold in the corners. Bed looked and smelled like it was made up with the sheets from the last guest and not changed. The room itself was dirty in appearance, went to the front desk and the agent was busy with other check-ins, spoke with the housekeeping manager, who said the room was just cleaned ( that was not true) There was only 1 bath towel and no toilet paper, the toilet had hairs on the rim of the bowl. Then.. the cockroach ! That was it, we just left. The reviews I had read before booking must have been written by the owners or their friends, they certainly didn't fit the property at all. TV was unwatchable as well, there was a whole section of burned out pixels down the screen. None of the exterior doors locked and were accessible by anyone and there was what seemed like a homeless person sleeping inside the stairwell when we were coming back in rom the parking lot. Obviously no security at all. I have never stayed at a property this bad in all my travels through Hotels.com Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for your money.

    Nothing. I booked the hotel in an emergency. When I arrived, the hotel was dirty, sheets had stains, and front desk staff would not refund my hotel rooms. I have asked for a refund from booking.com, but continue to get the run around. The hotel number listed on the site says it isnt taking calls and gives you the same exact number to call back. Overall, very poor experience and I wouldnt suggest anyone stay there. I didnt stay in the rooms since it was extremely dirty. I wouldnt even want to walk through those door again.

I specifically asked whether I can wheel into the shower and was assured that I could. When I got in the room there was a barrier there that was keeping me from Wheeling into the shower and no shower chair. Shower chair was finally provided but it didn't stop the water from going all over the bathroom floor. After I reported it one of the staff members came in immediately and mopped the floor semicolon I asked him whether the maids would come in and replace the sopping wet towels that I used to get out of the water logged room bathroom and I was assured that they would. I came back midday and asked what was going on they said they'd get to it, but when I finally got back at the end of the day I had no towels. I was later informed that the housekeeping staff had been notified that I wanted more towels but told the inquiring party that I was only checking out in the morning and I wouldn't need more towels.

    The bad: There was hair all over our bathroom, a dirt ring in the toilet bowl where it hadn’t been scrubbed properly, and missing outlet covers on some of the plugs. There was no soap or body wash anywhere in the room. The shampoo container on the wall was completely empty. The hair dryer didn’t work. On a personal note, there are zero gluten-free options for breakfast. Not even the eggs are safe. I was told (nicely and apologetically) that “there is not a single GF food available.” The ugly: On our first night as we returned from dinner, we parked in the rear parking lot and came in through the completely unlocked back door. We walked up the stairs to the second floor, and there was an unhoused person asleep on his backpack on the floor right outside the door to the second level- which was also unlocked. That means that literally anyone can walk in off the street through the back, and have access to the entire hotel without being spotted by any member of the staff. I let the woman at the desk know, and she came to handle it immediately, but she made a comment like this was a somewhat normal occurrence. We did not stay all of the nights we booked- we went home early. My husband has a months-long project in Warner Robins, but this hotel is not one where he will be staying as he completes it.

    There was a strong chemical/fragrance/room deodorizer smell in the room which set my asthma off. The bathtub filled up to my ankles before I finished the shower. I pulled a 1/2 cup wad of hair from the drain. The tub filled up so fast that the housekeep would have seen it while cleaning.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. This weekend stay was terrible. On my last night in the hotel I got back to my room and the room had been stripped of all the towels and all the sheets. I came back to an unmade bed , no towels. I called the front desk I had to go down to the front desk and get sheets and towels and had to make my bed at 10 pm at night after a very long day. The front desk manager told me she left a note for the maid staff. No apologies just handed me the linens and sent me on my way. Not happy and will not stay at this location again.

    Who said his name was Mr. Fish, flat out refused to give us 1 extra pillow, I was told it was a company policy not to give extra pillows! Although they claim to serve breakfast, what they really offer a plastic bag with a bottle of juice and a hard granola bar. My stay was by far the worst hotel experience I had in a long time. I feel “Mr Fish” should take a customer relationship course!

    Left some clothing in my room, drove home miles awhile. Try to call the hotel front desk at the number given by them; stated can not leave VM or speak to anyone. Would have arrange a pick up to deliver items to me. Hotel follow up very unprofessional and not customer service. Would not stay there and will leave public comments elsewhere. Had to buy other clothes.

    Checked in and walked right back out! This place is nothing like what it is advertised to be! We received our key and drove around to the back of the building to the side entrance. The door to the outside was not locked. Once we entered the stairwell area with another door to the hall access, we found that propped open. Not secure at all! The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. It was loud with yelling and screaming that was obviously coming from multiple rooms. Once we located our room and walked inside, it was disgusting! The beds looked like someone had been laying in them. There was dust all over the dresser and tables. Linens were stained. I know I should have taken pictures but I didn't think of it as I was so quick to tell my children "grab your bags, we're not staying here!" We drove back to the lobby and I explained the conditions to the lady at the front desk. She apologized and didn't even try to address my complaints. Almost as if she completely understood and that this wasn't an unusual occurrence when people check in. You could not have paid me to stay at this place!

    Too many stray cats walking around. Ceiling tiles destroyed in lobby area, along with ladders being stored in lobby area.     Wendy, the floor over-seer in Warner Robins was always there for me. She had breakfast stocked daily; the breakfast menu consisted of the largest variety that I have experienced. They served a variety of hot items; eggs, meat, grits, waffles (strawberry or plain), oatmeal and biscuits with gravy. There was so much food to choose from. The breakfast sitting area was large. I enjoyed the roomy feeling. So many hotels have a small sitting space for breakfast. Wendy always greeted me with a smile and spoke with me personally. She was always on the floor checking the people, the food, and the overall cleanliness of the area. I appreciated her so much! I have to say, my good experience in the hotel was mostly due to Wendy. Also, Kathryn, a general manager, met me at the counter during check in and helped me take care of various computer transactions. Because of her assistance with some important personal business, I was able to enjoy my grandchildren at the GA National Fair. Thank you, Kathryn! I can't forget to mention the convenience of the location. I needed a knee brace; Walgreens was practically next door and Walmart was across the street. A great big THANK YOU to Comfort Inn staff for making my stay in Warner Robins the best so far.

    Very pleasant stay. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and gracious. The first room I was assigned was clean and well set, but the HVAC wasn't cooling. I waited sometime before reporting just to see if the unit just needed time to work. Nothing changed. I made the front desk aware of it and the attendant promptly assigned me to another room. Very nice! I still rate this place 5 stars because of how this situation was handled. Great value for the money! I would stay again.

    This hotel is absolutely disgusting we booked for 3 nights they didn’t even give us the room we requested told my husband he didn’t look like he had a disability. I was the one with the disability I have a messed up back . We walked into the room it smelled like cat piss . The garbage bucket was in the middle of the room not even in the bathroom no bag in the garbage bucket . The bed had a huge dip in it . There was hair on the sheets so they didn’t change the sheets . We booked in really late because we were traveling for work . We ended up having to leave we were not even offered another room she said we would get a refund come to find out they kept our money . Stay far away from this hotel it’s disgusting if you like the smell of piss and cockroaches this is the hotel for you .

    Upon our arrival, we put our bags in the room then left to go out to eat and look around some. We got back to the room at around 10pm pull back the comforter to find a big wad of hair in the middle of the bed, went in the bath room to find used bars of soap setting on the sink, the cabinet that the fridge was in had bugs in it and was molded bad. Went to the front desk and the guy put us in another room, which for the most part was a lot better, the maid service appears to be just pulling up the covers and going on to the next room, disgusting!! Will be back in the area but not this hotel ever again!!

    Staff was very kind. The hotel overall was a complete No! The lobby was hot, the hallway was extremely stinky, the room had an old motel feel, look & smell. The only “ok” thing was the bed was comfy. I would never stay here again. Way below my standards , but it was late and we didn’t feel like hassling to change reservations or go anywhere else. I truly hope this property is due for a remodel. They’re in DESPERATE need it.

    Check in was wonderful. Check out not so much. As I walked over the 2nd level walkway to elevator I could see the gray haired bearded man behind the desk. He was yelling at girl below in the dining area. He was so loud ( 6:30 am) I could hear him from above on the walkway to elevator. Yelling who the f cares! I was planning to eat my free breakfast, but was uncomfortable so I grabbed a wrapped muffin and milk and walked to the desk. He did not greet me, I had to repeat my desire to check out. He said just drop the key and go. He wrote something but not sure what and at that point didn't care. Also toilet was not clean I have a picture showing filthy brown streaks /marks down the inside of the bowl. Also room had no air on and due to the extreme heat temps it took forever for my room to cool. Beginning start with check in was great, ended in a disaster due to the unclean toilet and gray haired man and his filthy mouth. Paid way too much to not have very good service and no breakfast.

    It was disgusting. The hallway smelled like marijuana and mildew. Red stains in the hallway. My room smelled terrible. And to top it off the towels in my room obviously weren’t clean because they had long black hairs all over them. I left within 15 minutes. When I went to talk to the front desk no one was there so I slapped my room keys down and walked out.

    Room: no towles in room, front desk staff brought them to my room. Bed: sheets were pilled at the bottom where feet rest. One of the pillows protectors zippers was melted along with the tags on the pillows. They should have been tossed & never put on the bed. Breakfast was good & kept fresh. Ottoman was stained and probably could be steamed to be cleaned. Toilet way too low to the ground for one with bad knees! It’s an older hotel & worn, but ok. For $85 a night I was satisfied!

    Our stay was over night on 5/2 from check in to check out the staff were very friendly. Jacob met me with warm and welcomed customer service. I was very pleased! Lori checked us out she was amazing also. Very friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and comfy. I will definitely stay here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    The rooms were dusty and the part of the carpet that was behind the chair and eating table which was visible to the guests were not vacuumed they were out of most of the breakfast items and was having to limit the amount of food put out the lady said they was having to stretch the food wasn’t worth the money that was paid

    Your establishment was unsafe to stay at. Lighting outside, cameras inside, and so on. The night clerk tried to cancel the reservation. When we arrived he was taking care of a guest but on a personal call on his cellphone on speaker. I can give specifics of the conversation. Explained how he had just gotten his new promotion that he didn't want... Theft and other things of prior coworker in the position. The guest checking in prior to me didn't fill out any paperwork, provide a card, or any identification. Cash. No record.

    The parking and roads around it are not label or having signage, the shower did not work and wasn't clean. When asked about the shower, "are sure you pulled hard enough" ...not very service oriented but...then later another worker sounds like she knew it and that they were in between maintenance men and needed a new one. Food was cold when served at 6:00. could probably keep going, but I can say it there was a reason it was lower priced than the ones around it.

    It was very quiet, which is very nice. It is just an old property. The back entrance has a moldy smell to it and the roof had a leak which they had a trash can under. The breakfast was good - eggs, and some kind of meat - bacon, ham, or sausage and the coffee was decent. it just needs some cosmetic upkeep.

    Property is conveniently located in the center of all local businesses. There is plenty of parking although not all of it is convenient. I would suggest you opt for daytime check in as the night staff oftentimes has issues with pulling up your accommodations. Breakfast is tasty and space is overall quiet.

    My title says it all. There was a roach in the room. The front doors were non-functional, and we were greeted in the lobby with chilling cold. The space heaters were ineffective versus the spaciousness of the lobby.

    After I checked in, I tried to charge my electronics and on one entire wall the electricity was out. I was able to change rooms and in this room there was mold in the bathroom and a cockroach crawling on the bed! I was then given a third room and this room was filthy! I didn’t bother asking for another room because at this point I was leaving in about four hours to drive out! This place was severely underrated. I was not happy. I wasn’t compensated anything for my inconvenience. No one deserves to have to go to sleep with roaches in the bed.

    Catherine (concierge/manager) was exceptional! Her team had been sick and she worked to get rooms cleaned, food set, and a lot of people in their rooms due to Hurricane Milton. She worked many long hours during our stay and absolutely above & beyond in every way!!! She made our stay excellent.

    Amazed at how quiet it was with the location being near the main strip in the area. Couple of stains on furniture and floor, but nothing major when you think of how many people must come and go in these places. Everything worked in the room as far as I could tell. Breakfast looked good enough for me. At least 4 out of 5 stars. Would definitely stay again.

    Huge shout out to desk personnel: Avery worked long hours and helped us multiple times with adding days to our reservation, etc. Always a competent professional dealing with so many people’s anxieties about the storm. Katherine, a supervisor, I believe, also helped out with questions and backing up Avery when demand was high. Didn’t get her name but the breakfast supervisor kept warm food coming as well as becoming a “ nurturing Grandmother” to so many scared and weary travelers. Our door key wouldn’t work so the maintenance person had to remove the device to fix it. He was also cheerful and competent. In sum, the Warner Robins personnel provided all the help and information we needed at a crucial time. Comfort Inn is now our new favorite hotel! Many thanks!

    The room was horrible. soiled carpet, and dirty. Ceiling had paint peeling with lot of water stains. The toilet had major water stains, and the tub/shower was dirty. We left a day early and would have left immediately if we had any other options fleeing the Hurricane.

    I would like to thank Comfort Inn for opening hints doors to all the people that actuated from FL. The staff here were wonderful and treated us like family. From the front desk, housekeepers and breakfast. The woman that was working the breakfast kept food coming all morning. No one had to wait. She took time to ask everyone if there was something they needed. Kudos to all the staff!!

    (Management should train the staff in a bit of professionalism--the gossiping was quite audible to any guest in the area!) As far as the hotel itself & the room, it was decently clean & modern. We had a king size bed that was quite comfortable! The bathroom was nice as well. Breakfast was ok. My husband didn't care for the rubbery omlet but liked the biscuits & gravy. I had either grits or cream of wheat with maple syrup, which was tasty, & the coffee with real half & half was good. I will say if you want fruit or yogurt or juice, go early to the breakfast. None of that was available when I went, & breakfast was supposed to be available for at least another hour. All in all, though, a comfortable stay for a night.

    Check in time was listed for 4pm, at 7:30pm the room was still not ready because the desk manager said there was only one person cleaning rooms for the entire hotel. Then she left the left the premises and the staff member that was there stated she had no idea what to do. By 8:30pm another staff member arrived and stated the previous manager had gotten into a car accident and would not be there. At this point I cancelled the reservation

    The room was not ready 40 minutes after check in time. They explained they were short staffed, i understand that happens, but it's not my problem. I didn't have any wash cloths in my bathroom. I saw 2 bugs crawling on the wall, not roaches. I think they were stink bugs. The back door to outside never locked during the night. Making me nervous. Anyone off the street could walk in and gain access to the room. The room was very hot, the air-conditioning did not work well. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. The TV options were very limited and there wasn't anything i was interested in watching. Will not stay here again.

    I had a miserable stay at this hotel. I have been bitten by bugs all over my legs while staying at this location. The rating was very much misleading. There was no sense of security. The back door is accessible to anyone therefore I did not feel safe staying at this place. But my biggest issue was the fact there were bugs/fleas in the room I was assigned to. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

    Heavy dust build up in room on shelf next to refrigerator. Breakfast had no juice, coffee not had, water to make hot chocolate not hot (had to microwave it). Someone asked staff member about juice and staff member commented she hadn't restocked everything yet as she was trying to do everything. She then made a comment about someone named Erica (obviously not happy with her). A guest opened 3 different milks and returned them all 3 saying they were bad. Disappointed.
