Felt more like a budget extended stay motel! Would not stay again!

Would not book again.

The staff were great and the room exceeded expectations with the setup. The “night manager” Lucy was an adorable delight! The lighting setup was weird, but we figured it out.

Location We were woken up TWICE by staff at 9:45am and 10:30am wondering when we were checking out and check out wasn’t even until noon. Very disappointed and frustrated because we drove late and needed sleep.

When I come over, I had dropped my bags and went to a wedding rehearsal. I came back to the room later that evening to shower and get ready for the wedding and there was hair in the shower. Also the drawers in the bathroom. Looked like they had not been wiped in a very long time so I called the best in informed them about the hair in the shower and things like that and . The have cleanliness. As I went to lay down, the people above me were jumping over the floor however they end up moving me to a new room, which I appreciate it. Mike did that for me. Everything was OK except for the bed. It was very uncomfortable and it was small. I guess they only have wing bags.

Staff were courteous.The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Amenities were available with plenty of options.

Disappointed with no breakfast. Loved the sheets and would like to buy some. No breakfast. Poor water pressure in shower. No USB ports next to bed. Room needs a night light.

Pulled back the sheets and there was hair and dry skin all over the sheets. Asked for another room. Went into next room and it smelled like smoke so bad. We did not stay in that hotel, we had to take a loss.

Staff were superb. Room had everything one could want. a little noisy; hear to next room a little. not every day room cleaning but I actually prefer that.

Very friendly staff. Jose, thank you for a great check in. Room was clean and accommodated my needs. I had not stay at Candlewood Suites before and think I could get used to the kitchen/studio layout. The price was really good. This may be my "Hampton Suites" replacement stay for personal travel. I've already told friends about this hotel brand.

Room was very spacious and lots of amenities. Nothing.

Great staff, friendly guest. In fact, a few of the staff and guests were eating thanksgiving outside at the picnic area and offered to share their meal with me!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this sweet little hotel, we were traveling and knew we would stop near Warner Robins or Perry Georgia and found this location nearby. I had no idea it was more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was quiet, clean, the staff was friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. I've been to Warner Robins several times but I never stayed at this particular hotel. Had I known about this hotel, I would've stayed here. I got good interactions with the gentleman at the front desk. I loved our room. Real comfortable and great location. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping. I love the desk with chairs. Recliner and a mini kitchen. Full size refrigerator. Nice size bathroom. Only thing is no breakfast but with a kitchen I completely understand. I would definitely stay here again. Nice clean and quiet.

Came for the state fair in Perry. Easy commute and plenty places to eat. Very nice kitchen in the room was a good feature. Read some of the reviews and was super scared but it was a very nice stay and experience. Would stay here again.

Staff is great with one unfortunate exception. The guy that checked us in and the guy that checked us out were great, But … I went to the front desk to get some towels (by the way, you have to turn in the used towels to get new ones - first time I’ve ever had that happen), the lady at the front desk was actually behind a wall and couldn’t be bothered to come out and talk with me. She yelled from behind the wall to me. That’s terrible customer service. Those detractors being said, I’d stay there again.

We liked the suite style room and the spaciousness of it. The kitchenette was nice. The water pressure for the shower was great. However, the hallway areas were very worn and the property didn't smell fresh. The floors in our room were sticky. There were wet towels under the bathroom sink in the cabinet. It seems like its well past time for remodel/renovation.

Good if you need a kitchen, I guess.

There is shopping and dining within 5 miles away.

It was quiet. The staff was great and helpful. Its close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I enjoyed myself. The only thing I didn't like was no outlet close to the tv where we could hook up our video games. I had to get an extension cord. Other than that. 10/10

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I travel with my dog and the outside of the property is VERY well lit. I never felt unsafe outside at night walking my dog. I would stay at the property again!

Beds were uncomfortable. Food smells from other rooms when cooking very rude manager toilets too low would not stay there again

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful at all hours of the day! It was a very good experience, especially considering it felt like such a cheap price point. Me and my boyfriend genuinely enjoyed our stay here, it felt very safe and I never felt unsettled.

Keep in mind that this is a pet friendly hotel. That being said there was dog food on the floor in the same spot the whole time I was there. When dogs use the bathroom inside the whole hall smells. I also smelled marijuana in the halls my first night. I would never stay here again.

Room had the Oder of a dead rat couldn’t get a change of room was told that we would get a refund by submitting a request to Expedia. I’m submitting a request for a refund

Although it wasn’t horrible, wouldn’t stay again. Just felt old and could really use a deep cleaning.

Front desk guy was outside chatting with friends but once he realized after 5mins, he finally came in and checked us in. Basic quiet stay, nothing impressive but nothing bad. Need more parking but we found a spot so whatever. I’d stay there again for a night but nothing to rave about.

Elevators didn't work. No room service unless you stay a week. Otherwise, you had to call the desk and ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc.

Nice hotel

Very disappointed when we pulled up to find out that the two charging posts were broken. That was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel. For the price we paid we should’ve gotten some sort of breakfast, but the only thing I had was a glazed doughnut.

Staffs was very friendly and so was the cleaning lady. The room was very nice and very clean. Would stay there again when in town visiting family.

The WiFi was very slow and sometimes nonexistent. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The bathroom floors were dirty and extremely slippery. It felt like you were skating on ice. No vent fan in bathroom do lots of moisture in air snd room. The room was cramped. On the upside the beds were comfortable.

The staff members are always professional, courteous and very helpful.

The bathroom was not clean. There was some sort of gel on the toilet seat cover, the top of the tank and the shower handle. I purchased the Orbitz "protection" in case I didn't stay the entire time. I checked out the next morning and checked in to another hotel down the street. Orbitz did not reimburse me for the days I did not use saying checking out early didn't fall under their "protection" Paying extra is a waste of your money.

The staff was helpful and polite, checkin was easy, but we saw a cockroach in the room and even had a few hitch a ride home with us so that was disappointing.

Very homey, adorable and in a nice area close to shopping centers.

Room was not ready when we reached at 5:15 pm when check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. The housekeeping lady had started to clean the room 10 minutes back. We went away shopping and came back at 7 pm and then checked-in. Never experienced anything like this in all these years.

They never called to notify me and left me to find my own place at 10:30pm . The staff agent was rude and not helpful. He just brushed me off to get a refund later.

The room was great, I just found somethings I think should be cleaned better, like the ring around the toilet and other things but other than that my room was fine.

Ms. Christian and Alex were amazing. Very professional and courteous. I don't believe that I have stayed at Candlewood Suites before, but I do know that it will not be my last time. I loved the accommodations, however the double beds are really small beds. I was not use to the beds being so small!!! The facility was clean and inviting upon arrival and as I walked into the building.

I liked kitchen facilities in room. I didn't like TV not working and after calling for help was told someone would be right up to assist and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!

I just spoke with a hotel manager and they said our complaint didn’t warrant a refund, per company policy cause it was not a major issue.

When I arrived I was 50 minutes early but the room was not ready.. When I retuned everything was ready. The first night a ladybug was by the nightstand. This was fine. The next night it was a stink bug. I told the front desk person. She stated she would handle it and that never happened. I took care of it. The next night was the worst “Fleas”. They came up and saw the fleas themselves. I showed them my ankles and side so they literally ran out and put me in room 206. I was leaving in the morning so my only interest was to make it through the night. I called the front desk again about the TV and of course I figured it out because no one came. I would never stay there again. They should be down graded. I have pictures.

The hubby & I enjoyed the fair in Perry, GA & then had more fun & relaxation at Candlewood Suites! If we're ever in the area again, we would make this our home away from home! WE RECEIVED BEYOND AWESOME SERVICE FROM THE CLERK WHEN WE CHECKED IN & OUT!!!!

I thought the suite was perfect if you're away from home for a longer length of time. This property is in the middle of tenovations but still were able to make you feel welcome.e and comfortable

Staff wonderful but neef more cleaning and care not very appearing when you walk through the door .bathroom wasnt very clean . The room wasnt worth over a hundted dollars.

I travel a ton for business and personal, and the two individuals that I dealt with were among the friendliest and most helpful service industry staff members that I have ever encountered. I received the same treatment that I have come to expect in the 5-star hotels I stay in. Kudos to IHG for these to hires. You hit a home run.

WORST EVER!

The hotel was nice. The only down fall to this hotel is the bed comfort very hard bed and don't offer king size beds...

We were there for a family medical emergency. The hotel was convient to the hospital. The staff for the most part were pleasant & understanding about our situation. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our room and experience couldn’t have been better. Everyone we encountered was incredibly pleasant and accommodating.

Excellent and accommodating staff. Not a very friendly lobby with very low ceilings and uninviting lighting. Room was ok but not everything was functional. More care needed regarding customer satisfaction.
