The main and only complaint would be the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Also keep in mind they charge $12/day for parking.

I like the location because it had a lot of shops around, so I didn’t have to go too far. Staff can be kind of rude and dry. For the price that I pay the hotel is outdated it needs to be renovated. Don’t come to the hotel too late or you will not find parking.

Room was clean and well stocked with utensils and cookware which were very clean. Also had a dishwasher and dish soap. The universal remote worked for both tvs. Room was comy for my family if 5 and the front desk staff were polite and professional would stay again

I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. Everything else was average or poor.

The door to our unit kept getting stuck. We had to keep slamming it shut.

Great staff and nice and quiet. Had everything needed except there were storage bowl lids but no storage bowls lol. The only issue was the door didn’t close all the way unless you kind of lifted it and pulled it shut so it could be easy to leave your room door ajar if you weren’t careful. Otherwise, this was my second time staying and will definitely stay again.

I love the breakfast I just wish that the menu could be a little different like hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat. We had the same breakfast every day which listening to other guests they did complain and I like that the shops were nearby and walking distance and I did not bring a pet in my room was excellent. Hopefully the next time I come, the pool will be open.

Yes, the room was clean, but there were no extra towels, the light in the refrigerator was out, I didn’t know there was a switch to cut power on in certain parts of the room. I thought the lights were all burnt out or something. I asked the front desk to send someone to check it out and the never came to the room, you have to pay $6.00 per day to park there. I was there for four days, they didn’t clean the room once, no fresh towels, nothing. A night representative was secretly on her phone and had this horrible attitude with me when I asked for another parking pass. My bed felt like it was slanted down from the bottom to the head board. Overall, it was the perfect are for my visit but below average for the price and my comfort.

The AC was effective but really loud. The TV sit directly next to the AC in drowns out the sound when the until is running. The TV remote is also difficult to operate. I stay here often when I'm in the country, the TV remote was tricky my last stay.

Did not receive the room paid for, key card wouldn’t work, getting into a room took a long time and a lot of hassle. Was told we’d receive a partial refund but didn’t receive.

The room was a king bedroom suite with a fireplace and the tub looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. The toilet paper holder (metal piece) fell off consistently. I will never stay at this location again.

Reservation was made on Expedia but when I checked in to the hotel, the hotel told me that when I booked it on Expedia, it should not have went through because they were already booked for that night. The hotel said they reached out to Expedia in advance and let them know that but Expedia never contacted me. As a result, my family and I arrived at the hotel, off loaded the entire car, and got to hotel front desk just to find out that I didn’t have a reservation there for the reasons I listed above. Either the hotel or Expedia should have contacted me well in advance before my family and traveled to the hotel and offloaded. Very disappointing.

Everything was awesome, the room was perfect. With 4 of us (my husband and I, and our two adult daughters), there was plenty of space for us all. The room was so clean, and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay.. we walked to silver grill Cafe which was excellent and numerous other dining options within walking distance.. unfortunately the pool was closed for the season. Sammy Who was our hostess for breakfast was very attentive.

The sofa needs to be replaced. Didn't get the room serviced in the 7 days we stayed. Not sure how that was suppose to work. Chairs were to low for a elderly person. I smelled weed on my floor. The service carts need to be replaced. The elevator did not have air.

The WiFi was not good at all not many channel options besides sports channels and Cinemax movies.. Dennis at the front desk was very kind and nice very welcoming smile. The room felt absolutely disgusting even after I disinfectant spray and wipes, there were multiple things broken in the room, the breakfast was not good at all besides the coffee. And to top it off, the reception gave me a “complimentary upgrade” but after checking out I received my bill and was charged over $200 more than my quoted price.

I specifically booked this room for a fireplace. I got room 400. Could not get the fireplace to work. When I complained about the fireplace not working to the morning desk person, he told me that room 400 was the only room where the fireplace didn't work. Why not tell people that beforehand and let them decide if they still want the room.

I was not given the room I was promised on my reservation,the tv was not working , and front desk staff was not empathetic to any of the issues I ran into during my stay.

Paid extra for a room with a fireplace and was told when checking in it hasn’t worked for a while and it’s the only one. Not a big thing but they put pics of it on the site front page and charge extra for it. Was still charged a higher cost.

Not a lot of parking space

The facility was adequate but not what I expected from a Marriott offering. Kitchen sink was not

Only stayed at this property for one night, however, the room was very clean, hotel staff was friendly and the room that i was staying in was very quiet. Unfortunately. I didnt wake up on time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

A little noisy with intoxicated guests knocking on our room door in the middle of the night lost.

I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn in Waldorf, MD. I became ill and needed a later checkout. They accommodated me without any additional charges. I was able to extend my checkout time by two hours.

Air BNBs are going to take over the lodging. I stayed at two of those for cheaper and way better experience.

I feel it was terrible to have to pay for parking $12.00 per night.Also do not even offer complimentary coffee doing the day and evening that is corporate greed at it's finest.This will affect future stays for me and my followers.

I like that it actually had 2 full rooms with each own bathroom. Had a full kitchen and it felt like home.

Pros: the room sizes are big, there is a basketball court on property, the location is great. Cons: the rooms were dated, the rooms were not as clean as they should be, the shower and sink were backed up so the shower was not enjoyable, the shower was not clean before I cleaned it, the lobby floor was very wet from kids coming from the out door pool through the lobby area, and the floors are thin. It seemed like the person above me was moving furniture all night long so i did not get a good night's rest. Neutral: there is an outdoor pool and the hotel does have complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Door keys did NOT work first time every time... the back door near the EV Charging/Parking worked sometimes but not always. Our room door took 2-7 tries before we could get the key to work.... and this is AFTER we took the first set of keys back to the front desk for not working.

The hotel was just ok. The cleaning staff was not very attentive. The hotel was not dirty dirty but not clean either. The halls were not swept. Our room was to be cleaned every other day. We were there for 6 days and housekeeping came in once. The pull out couch was unbearable to sleep on. If you need extra sleeping accommodation, take an air mattress.

This hotel is nice but furniture and appliances needs to be updated. Refrigerator was dented up, several furniture legs were extremely loose, and the bed made noise because the mattress is worn out.

Friendly and welcoming staff. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in and well maintained. Would stay again if traveling through the area

Pool was not open the whole time we was there. No Kitchen Light, Very cold in the bedroom.. Beds are comfortable!! Very clean!! Room!! .. Breakfast was good as well!! I like that the hotel was surrounded near a Pharmacy and takeout!!

When I arrived at the 2 bedroom suite the beds were not as advertised. In addition there were ants in the room.

Housekeeping and staff was unprofessional

This one on several occasions this time room does not appear to be clean there is a stain on the couch like someone Was eating something and wiped hands on couch dust is present and tv area and bathroom light area does not appear to have been cleaned/dusted.

Parking was bad. Was charged for hotel parking daily even though had to park outside of hotel parking lot more than once and walk back to hotel.

The state on the page that there is a hot tub/sauna. It is closed and will never be reopened. Poor communication.

The accommodations are adequate. Staff isn’t very friendly. I stayed because they have shuttle to and from airport.

Was not pet friendly, room did not have any eating utensils in room for kitchen. (Had a spoon in the drawer.) Had to request towels for the room, because there were two for six person stay. Trash was still in trash cans upon arriving to room.

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to resolve any issues brought to them. Cleaning crew would sometime come back and check to make sure I was happy with the service or need any additional service. The maintenance and house keeping crew for the rooms and common areas were constantly rounding and addressing concerns. Had a great stay

This Marriott was more like a Budget Inn. Suite 100.. floors was sticky, table was dirty, sofa cushions sicken in, broken bedroom furniture, one side to closet door missing and cheap ass toilet paper. I will NEVER stay there again!!!

It was quiet, very clean and comfortable. Loved that there were stores and restaurants within walking distance.

It was a nice location. Loved the staff, Anthony was very attentive and did his best to assist with my early check in request.

There was mold in the bathroom and the bathroom sink was clogged. The kitchenette was nice. The staff was very friendly!

Stay was great after we finally got in our booked room because of being sold out the night before we had to wait an extra hour after check in time. Due to it being sold out my family an I patiently waited.

I have been trying to get in touch with housekeeping. I left something very personal in my room. I have yet to hear from anyone.
