During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again.

The only thing I liked about the property was its location. I stayed in Rm 205 there was blood on walls in the bathroom, stains on the couch, no chair to sit in, the light bulbs were out in 2 lamps and next to HVAC unit had not been swept or mopped before my arrival

The water smelled. You have to run it for a little while for the smell to disappear. The towels were dingy and stained. Bring your own. You had to go into another hotel across the way for ice. The staff was excellent but the smelly water and towels were disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for because it's priced well.

The curtains were falling off the rod. The floor was pealing up. An outlet in the bathroom had fire damage. A lot of suspicious people were hanging around the area.

The place was filthy! Every wall was dirty heading to the room, the doors in the rooms showed light into the hallway. One of my guests left around midnight to drive three hours home because of the smoke smell. The TV was not working, the pool was closed, the furniture in the room looked like it was snarled by rats! This place was nasty and did not resemble any Quality Inn Suites I'd ever stayed in. I can't imagine site unseen Booking.com would ever recommend this place! They said it was under construction but it did not justify the condition of this hotel by any means. I would have nor will ever book this hotel ever again. I have pictures if needed!

Maintenance has fallen drasticaly since last there a few years ago. Saw 2 rooms because 1st room the AC quit. Both rooms had many chips, closet rod/shelving loose at one end, heavily worn furniture. But it was clean. Will not stay there again. Many pot holes in path to hotel.

The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. Just to be told this is how it is and he wasn’t responsible for housekeeping or shall I say lack there of. He offered me another room but said it would be the same. Front desk also asked if I went looking for things wrong in the room because if I looked for things I would find them. At that point I’d had enough and told him I wanted a refund but ofcourse my refund was denied. I had no place to go so I had to find and pay for another hotel. Quality Inn in Waldorf, Maryland earned zero stars and all I can say is buyer beware. Worst experience EVER.

I checked in at 3:00 p.m. and attempted to check out around 7:00 p.m. I was told they could not check me out the same day. UNDER CONSTRUCTION You can see that the property is going under renovation. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom where you could see the pipe. That should not even be a situation. DENIED FRESH PILLOWCASES My niece tried inquired about receiving new pillowcases. The person at the desk ignore her and had a 5-minute conversation on the phone. Then he proceeded to having another conversation making her wait. When he finally acknowledged her he said that housekeeping was gone. He didnt have access to those items. Any good establishment would have extra towels extra sheets and extra pillow cases in case something happened while the guests were there. If you don't have common sense to do this small thing you shouldn't even be in the hotel business. When I book a room in a hotel at the very least I expect that the bed has clean linen. I'm not laying my head on a pillowcase that someone else laid their head.

The whole place was filthy, floors coming up, sticky and dirty. The pool was closed, fitness center closed, laundry and ice vending closed. Rooms and building are very loud making it impossible to sleep without constantly getting woken up. Only saw one employee who worked the desk, assumingly the owner ( friendly). Did not see any other staff or room service/ cleaning personnel. The shower/ bath faucet was falling off of the shower wall, and inside the closet there was a massive hole in the wall where it looks like a water line repair was made however the wall never repaired. The coffee machine in the room was filthy and only one small pot of coffee was placed out for guests to use in the lobby. Does not seem like a good area to bring a family, a lot of suspicious activity in the parking lots, looks more like a street corner in the hood. Would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately.

The air didn’t work in the room. I told the front desk but nothing was done. The towels were so dirty, the bathroom had holes in the wall!

The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention to detail here.

The beds were okay, no bed bugs, but also the mattresses needed to be vacuumed under the bedding. The blankets they have are thin and don't do much for comfort. The "clean" towels in the bathroom were visibly stained and were still put out for use. The floors in the room and bathroom were sticky and gross feeling. The toilet barely wanted to flush. We had to flush twice and hold the handle for it to flush once. Even though it's a non-smoking facility the first smell we experienced walking in the front door was obvious marijuana smell. The elevator up to our room smelled like mildew and it's inspection certification from the state of MD was out of date by 2 months. We roomed in-between alot of rude guests who blasted music so loud that we could hear the words of their music clearly through the wall between our rooms. Even over the TV that we had on. Staff did confront them but they continued to be a problem late into the night. Not fully blaming the staff, but they could have told them to leave if they weren't following rules. I'm more concerned that the facility was not clean, at all. Won't stay here again. I would gladly pay more money to stay elsewhere in the future. This is an honest review of my experience.

Room was in good condition and relatively really quiet to my surprise. Where they need some major improvement is getting an exterminator in there to handle the roach problem before it gets out of hand. Tgey also advertise that they have a gym area and also a indoor heated pool and washer and dryer. All are not in service with no plans to get them up and running. We also had a snow/ice storm while here. They did nothing to prepare for it and not one inch of the property was plowed. It was so dangerous and people were falling everywhere getting hurt.

We reserved two rooms with two queen beds. When we arrived, they said they only had one room with one king bed and no sleeper sofa. The person at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. Had to find other lodging.

I can’t believe I’m receiving this request. Your hotel canceled our reservation with only an ambiguous email sent two days before. It only stated that the hotel was overbooked but never that the reservation was canceled. In addition, the evening front desk was rude and provided zero assistance when we arrived expecting a room.

Nothing here met my needs it was FILTHY here and run down!! It is not ran well at all. The photos were completely false advertisements. We had to switch rooms 3 time until we got a room tbuhat was less than decent but ok enough to sleep in after we cleaned our own rooms the shower had mold in it the fold out couch also had mold on it. The head board and floors were sticky and filthy. I have taken sooo many picture i wish i could upload them here for you to see for yourself. I would NOT recommend this place or stay here ever again this is genuinely the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was so much wrong with it i didn't even say all that happened in this review because it would take to long to type.

Do not go here!! Cannot understand the staff at the desk (when there's someone there). Housekeeping never showed up (we were there 4 nights). On the third night I asked at the desk if we were supposed to receive housekeeping, and the guy said something like, "you want clean?" Again, couldn't really understand. When they finally cleaned the room, we were almost out of toilet paper ( we had asked the guy at the desk for some when we wanted it cleaned). They did not give us any. The shower was filthy and the shower head was very low. Difficult to shower under it. Hole in the wall beneath the towel rack. Breakfast wasn't bad, but there was a guy in there cussing like a sailor one day. Not sure what his problem was. "Fitness" room has nothing but boxes in it. Pool is out of order (might want to mention these things on the website). Very noisy at night upstairs. Not sure what's going on up there. Remnants of pizza on the floor in hallway. Smell of pot. Flooring lifted up in the hallway. AC made a fairly loud noise, but it did keep the room nice and cold. Bed was fairly comfortable, but only 3 pillows (king bed). Very thin blanket.

Entering the room I was introduced to a semi flooded room, coming from the AC unit in the window, had to put a towel down. There is 1 way in and out of hotel when bringing in personal items. Side doors not usable. If I can help it, I won’t be staying here again.

Upon arrival the parking lot was small & was shared with 2 other hotels so parking wasn’t ideal. The service was terrible. We were not greeted by the person working behind the counter. He was on his cell phone when we walked up to the counter. & prompted us to wait. Then immediately asked for my ID. No welcome or anything. He tells me the room i reserved is not available??? Which I had been charged for when I reserved it. (I checked my account & had screenshots to prove it) So we had to take a double bed room. We get our key & he doesn’t direct us, or inform us about free breakfast or anything. Just handed over the key. Room was filthy. Stains on floor, bed, walls. I’m just glad we only were staying 1 night. Never will be back !

This property is trifling. The pictures are false advertising the hotel looks nothing like what is advertised on Expedia or the website. You can see dirt and filth everywhere, and that nasty pool area that is used for storage of old pullout couches with algae over an inch thick. The front desk worker knows nothing and you can barely understand him. Safety is an issue here. We left during the night I just could not lay in that bed with that dirty headboard lamp shade looking like it’s from my grandma house in the 80’s. The health department should be called.

I saw the bad reviews and took a chance on booking for one night and honestly some are the bad reviews are right and some are just eh. I'm just gonna lay it out the parking lot area can be kinda like sketch people hanging outside in the parking lot or being loud or kids playing but I went in checked in front desk clerk took a while to give me my card to my room (I booked online and in person pay the deposit)but I was patient. The inside is nice when u first walk in big open area space better than the outside which I was surprised on the outside looks worn down but the inside was nice until u step food in the hallway. I did notice some of the floors were like bent, needs replacing but the room itself wasn't bad the room I was in. It just feels like ur in a suite big old big, coffee maker with the coffee for it and they give u sugar and cream for it and a straw, big open space, dining area, chair, the bathroom big old RGB mirror and the shower ON THE WALL THEY OFFER SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND LOTION ON THE SHOWER WALL which is like I never seen that before and then on the bathroom sink they give u the little lotion, soap, and conditioner/shampoo as well. As far as the room being cleaned it was clean and no stains or anything the floors could have been swept better and the blinds fully close but needs replacing it was torn just a lil bit. I would recommend others to give it a try it's not bad at first i thought so the outside may fool you or even checking in but it's not bad bad.

Expedia and the hotel are dead wrong for the pictures they posted of the property. Very much FALSE advertisement! They weren't even the pictures from THAT hotel. If I could give it a negative amount of stars I would. The place looked like a halfway house or place for poor. Trash everywhere with filthy floors that were coming up. The guy at the desk said they let people live there that tear the place up and the help is very limited to clean. At one point there was even spit on the floor in the hall. That place needs to be shut down!!!

None of the outlets in the room works, the light bulbs went out and the towels are nasty, stained with brown colors and are wet, stained with blood. The bath tub is not clean too. The hallway is smelly and so is the lobby. Staff was not present at the time of check out have to wait for 10-15 mins before getting helped. The floor was chipped and sticky as well.

Initially I thought it was just because they were possibly going through renovations but after checking in just walking down the hallways, there was visible dirt on the floor. The room was absolutely unacceptable. It looked like the only thing they did was make the bed. There was dirt like actual filth everywhere. The cushions on the couch didn’t even go to the couch and were stained. The bathroom was dirty the curtains were hanging halfway off the window and the air conditioner had what looked like years worth of dirt and dust in it. They did attempt to switch us to another room but that room was no better. And the whole second floor smelled like marijuana. I decided to leave since I had my child with me. Since I booked through this app, the hotel claimed they couldn’t help me with a refund. My child said she felt so unsafe and we had to go find another hotel at 10pm.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had, the room was dirty I had to clean it myself, asked the front desk for a new clean room was told there were no more room available that’s why I was given a handicap room, asked for extra towels was told I couldn’t have any extra towels, there were nets everywhere, and don’t get me started on the free breakfast. There were fruit flies everywhere all in the lobby and even a few in my room. Only reason why I stayed is because it was late when I got there and I already prepaid for the room. It was more of a shady motel than anything. I have stayed at quality inn before and never had this extra. The toilet did not completely flush, and the sink kept clogging. Oh also the shampoo and body lotion they give you was opened and used. The front desk worker BP did the best he could but the stay was horrible if I could give it something lower then one star I would because this was the worse.

Door key card had to be reset every other day. Noisy belligerent hotel guests screaming at each other until 2 am. Floors were in poor condition. Bathroom fixtures were loose. Night staff were trying to hit me up with extra charges at check in. Pass on this property.

Found this place on such short notice & have been here almost a month due to my home not being ready yet & have regretted it ever since. I wouldn’t have bothered if it weren’t a need, because the male front desk staff are beyond rude, disrespectful, & unprofessional & force you to be confrontational just to get your point across. They’re also extremely inconsistent, & it’s honestly not worth the hassle being here if you have better options. The only person you can look forward to experiencing due to professionalism, kindness, accommodating, etc. is Nita. Other than that, good luck! Also beware some of the staff knows that certain rooms either don’t have AC or have been extremely damaged during other visits, & will put you in the room anyways then charge you a $50 security deposit after everything is solidified. Just horrible business all around. And it’s truly sad.

This place should rightfully be condemned. It presents a hazard to the public. We had a few issues: 1. We didn't get the room we booked. 2. We waited for over an hour to be checked in while problems with other guests were being sorted out. 3. Our service dog's status was challenged. We showed the dog's credential and offered to have police visit and sort it out. 4. NONE of the room amenities were working: TV, Microwave, refrigerator. 5. The window to the outside was broken! see picture attached. 6. The pass through door to the connecting room could not be locked. I rigged an alarm to break the lamp should an intrusion occur. See picture. 7. A drunken celebration from hell with LOUD music went on most of the night in several rooms. The front desk refused to address the issue. 8. We were awakened to a woman screaming with verbal threats of violence from an adjacent room. 9. The POOL resembled a giant urinal with algae growing in it. 10. PARKING was almost non existent. Car carrying trucks took an abnormal amount of space. 11. The place was in disrepair like you could not believe for example, the commode was not attached to the floor. I DEMAND you investigate and remove this PIG-STY from your service! FURTHER I DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF MY PAYMENT... I WILL be filing a credit card claim within three days if no action is taken. Items 1, 4, 5 and 6 above will be the basis for my claim. This place is a public nuisance. Thanks for caring!

Trusting choice hotels I booked room for my guest, and the it was very embarrassing. their room water was not draining in tub and sink. I booked through Expedia and used my OneKeyCash used $182.04. I checked in late Monday night and was too tired to report the condition of the broken toilet, loosed tub faucet, floor wasn't swept, red splatter on bathroom wall, bathroom towels were dingy and stained,TV mounted sideways on wall as if it was going to fall and tables dusty. I notified front desk in the morning & room was changed. I moved my items out to the first floor level. I came back late that evening and realized I left all my clothes in the other room in the dresser drawer. I checked the front desk and was told the room was already rented out and all my clothes were thrown away. My stay had to shortened because I no other clothes to wear. I was here to take care of my brother in hospice and very disappointed that I have to drive back to NC just to get more clothing because housekeeping wouldn't check to see if the customer had officially checked out. I am very upset for the time I'm having to spend away from my brother and the cost to travel back and forth. I will not be booking with this facility again.

Ike at the front desk that wears the sandals has terrible customer service. I was put in a room that reeked of unbathed dogs (although there is a no pet policy), the sofa was stained and dirty, the smoke detector went off every 15 seconds, the curtains had brown stains and the floor was disgusting. After reporting this to Ike at the front desk, he immediately became defensive and stated that he had no other rooms to transfer me to as he was booked up. Suddenly, after I asked for a refund the room directly next to us became available. Not to mention the door was visibly damaged and you could see into the room although the door was completely shut. He also tried gaslighting me into believing that I never paid a $60 deposit for the room even when he gave me a receipt and called me to confirm that I knew there would be a $50 deposit (yes the price changed when I arrived to the hotel). There was even a couple there who expressed having stains on their sheets and Ike was ruder to them. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! Never in life will I stay here again. I would not even be caught dead here.

Enjoyed my stay

Stank, the second room tub was filthy and there weee bugs.

The room was completely dirty. Pee stained seats, an old tampon on the floor, stains all around the toilet. Requested a pullout sofa for two weeks in advance, but the pullout sofa did not work. No extra sheets were provided when requested. When I called the front desk to complain about the dirty sheets, the agent said this is not a five star hotel, what do you expect.

I had a terrible time. I ended up not staying. I called you guys twice and was hung up on both times. Please contact me ASAP.

I traveled there for a family funeral, arrived late with a prepaid reservation for three nights.

The place did not have refilled stuff in the room. I was waiting for over 5 or 10 minutes for assistance. I did not feel safe. They didn't seem to understand my questions.

I didn't like the look of the place it wasn't clean dirty sheets.The bathroom towels were thin and not enough in there had to ask for more.

It was horrible! It was extremely dirty! When I went to check in I was told there were no rooms available. Then, I was put in an already used room that was extremely dirty. The beds were dirty and not made, dirty towel on the bathroom floor etc. The next room, was extremely filthy, bed, couch, bathroom the room period. Everything was old example the bar soap in the bathroom.

The bathroom doors don’t close. The door was tight! You have to push it so hard! It was also noisy! I reported it the next day and they said it was a certain room ! There is no phone to call front desk!

Room was very dirty, with chipped paint from the walls and in the bathroom. Bathroom wasn't swept with hair from previous customer or the cleaning staff. Temperature didn't work

Only spent 1 night and it’s not safe , left the first night . Cus it didn’t feel safe there . The food didn’t look safe as well.

I came to check in at 11pm it was little late because of bad weather even though I have reservations in the beginning they told me no room and they told me to wait and given me wingate hotel which is behind Quality shuites it was terrible experience.

You get what you pay for, but all in all, i didnt mind it.

After a long trip it was nice to stay in an affordable hotel during my stay.

I did not like anything about this hotel! I knew that it was not one of the best hotels because the rate was low, but I didn't expect what I experienced. While I was waiting to check into the hotel, I asked to use the microwave. It was so nasty and dirty I had to put a plate on the tray in the microwave to sit my food on so that I could use. Once I was checked in, I asked to change rooms because the bed cover was soiled. I was moved to another room. The bed cover in the second room had a stain on it. I took a picture and sent it to my husband. I had to go purchase towels from Walmart in order to bath because the towels in the bathroom were so dingy and stained that I could not use them. The shower gel was half used. The curtains were so raggedy I had to try to fix them so no one could see into the room. In addition to the stain on the bed cover, the headboard was horrible. The floors were dirty, so I kept my shoes on and only took them off to go to bed and shower. I also purchased Lysol spray from Walmart and sprayed down the tub, sink and toilet. I used Lysol wipes to clean off everything else. I would have left the hotel and gone somewhere else, but I did not want to lose my money. I did not get a good night's sleep because I was afraid that something was going to crawl on me. I have stayed in Quality Suites before, but I have never experienced such filthiness. Choice Hotels ought to be ashamed! I would never recommend Quality Suites to anyone!

The manager was really helpful. There was no hot water so he put me in a room at the neighboring hotel. Sucks that the water was out but they definitely made up for the loss.

No hot water for 4 days we were there, would not discount or refund. Ran out of utensils and muffins for breakfast. Ice, and laundry machines not working. Pool never open,( maybe time of year?). Parking lot sketchy, people coming and going constantly from hotel.

Our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible. When we first got to our room the bathroom door was completely busted with handle hanging off and would not close, main door looked to be kicked in. They switched our room to a room where the curtains were half ripped down, mirror broken off the wall, 3 of the 4 lamp shades completely broken off. The shower head loose, and a few other thing broken through out the room. If you looked around the room the cleanliness of it was not great at all either. We also stayed for 3 nights with NO hot water, was told it would be working each day to it not working at all the whole time we were there. The front desk people were very rude and inconsiderate about the whole thing and didnt seem to care when our concerns were brought up. Will 100% never go back to this hotel. Just overall a very horrible experience. Also the breakfast was not what they say, things were frozen, not enough silverware.

I was switched to four different rooms. The first room was already occupied and walked in on naked people. Second one the tv didn’t work. The third the tv and ac didn’t work. The hotel staff was very rude.
