This was by far the worst Motel I've ever stayed in. Holes in the wall, paper peeling off in the bathroom dead cockroaches on the walls and furniture, no sign of any cleaning being done and the Motel itself would benefit from being demolished.

When I arrived to the property, they were unable to find my reservation due to their system entering the reservation incorrectly. Mr. Larry (management) did get the issue resolved. The room that was assigned to me was awful. I immediately noticed that it only had one bed (I paid for 2 queen beds). Bedding was filthy with hair and stains all over, the bathroom toiletries were half used, and washcloths/towels needed to be replaced. Ms. Tammy (housekeeping) came to change the sheets and toiletries out, but I still didn't feel comfortable with the room nor was it what i paid for. I appreciate Expedia for quickly resolving the issue and getting me to a more suitable location.

Night staff was respectful and that is all. No front to the dresser drawers, ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some due to it being locked up and only property manager is able to access, no remote to the TV, and saw a roach in the bathroom. I will NEVER stay here again!

location was the only thing that I liked 20 mins away the AC kept cutting off…

housekeeping started knocking on the door from 8am to 10am asking if we were checking out or continuing our stay. check out is at 11 so that was unnecessary and quite annoying.

Room didn't have chairs in it like stated when booked,no ice bucket,towels was dingy,smoke dector missing, double lock on door broken etc....

Location Room was filthy, couldn't take a shower because it was filthy, had to sleep on top of bedspread because sheets were dirty, chair had stains on it, stains in tub, towels were gray with dirt on them, mold on ceiling, no smoke detector, just wires hanging, door latch was broken off, refrigerator had food and beer left in it. Will not stay there again.

A black man at the front desk was sleeping and finally wake up. But he did not call even police. No telephone in a room attached to. So every time something happened and hotel guests need something, they have to go to the front desk back and forth.

The night person and the morning desk people were so thoughtful, personal and really went the extra mile to make our visit so wonderful.

I checked in around 10pm from that time until I finally checked out around 4am the people above me were fighting. I called the front desk 3 times and the people in 212 still don’t stop to the point where I had to call county police.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Other than that i was very unhappy and a little concerned about the fact that we paid for two rooms for two nights to end up in a room that the smell of smoke gave me a headache when i walked threw the door. Also the room had a tiny tv not what was advertised we had no microwave to even heat up food during our stay. Most concerning of all there was no fire alarm in the room at all which is not okay. We asked about other rooms but was told they were completely booked up. Not happy at all about the stay there and the money paid thinking it would be a clean comfortable stay

Is was a lot “local” traffic. They were having sex outside my window on first floor in the back of the building. Very interesting! But i went for Six Flags so was a short trip!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. When we initially walked in there was a red head lady who failed to give her name who was pretty rude. We for in our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The bathtub had what looked like something growing in it and the toilet was separating from the floor. The microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in forever and the fridge had mold from the outside in not to mention I didn’t want my feet to touch that disgusting floor. Not sure what was lingering on one of the pillows but threw it to the side. Went to the restroom in the middle of the night and lo and behold the roaches started scattering when the light was turned on. Also, walking through the hallway you pretty much get a contact high from the marijuana smell coming out of half the rooms. So when checking out the lady that was suppose to be at the front desk was sitting in the chair, we ask her did we need to do anything and she said no just put the key on the desk. Not once did she try to get up. The worst personality I have ever seen. So to other’s the picture of this place is very deceiving, I wouldn’t spend one penny or want anyone else to have to go through this. It’s a disgrace.

The rooms have been renovated but the bathroom needs work.. The lower level smells like a cellar...like it had a water leak in the past. Also has a strong smelling of someone that had pets or been smoking. Overall it is decent property if you are only staying for a night.

Debbie at front desk was very unfriendly. I told the manager. We decided not to stay at the hotel. She is the worse front desk person over 40 years of stayong in hotels.

I feel bad about the review I’m going to give this hotel because my mama always told me if you had nothing nice to say don’t say it at all! However I do need to tell the public about this hotel! The gentleman gave us the room card and we went up to the room my daughter and I and when I opened up the door and walked into the room there were roaches crawling all over the desk. The Floor was not vacuumed and there were toenail clippings on the floor. I checked both of the beds in the room and one of the beds had hair on the pillow and was crawling with bed bugs. The other bed had cigarette marks on the sheets and burn holes on the comforter. I had asked for a room that was non-smoking and I was given a smoking room. I took a video of what we experienced and showed it to the manager downstairs. He was pretty upset about seeing this video and gave me another room. I went to the other room and unfortunately it was the same situation. This room was a little bit more clean however the bed had bedbugs and cigarette burns in the comforter. There were roaches crawling on the wall. Having OCD and went into a panic attack I had to get out of the room. As I was walking down the long hallway it smelled like weed and the floor was not vacuumed at all. I went to the front desk and asked for my money back. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and he said he was sorry about the situation and that he would report everything to the owner.

But they checked me into room 216. Which this room was a one full bed not two double beds. Plus it was smoking there was ash tray in the room. Also tv was laying on top of dresser the mount was missing, the one lamp was missing its plug it just had bare wires. There was tile missing, cigarette burns in the comfortor. There was no handle on it and it was so bowed out air flow coming in which also ment anyone could come and go as they please. I took pictures and videos of the room im very disappointed in the room. And the hotel it needs to be reported for health and safety violations. Also it had signs for breakfast at 6 am and there was no breakfast at 6am. I left at 630 and there was still none.

Our room was horrible it was not clean ... we had to clean the bathroom to be able to use it... the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in years we had to keep our shoes on and make our daughter stay off the floor. The was a hole in the wall that we had to cover up with tape.

I liked how clean the room was and how comfortable it was...I just didn't like that I didn't have much to watch on TV. The TV only went up to channel 20.

The room wasn't clean at all. The TV was off the wall laying down on the desk, if you tried to watch it there were lines running through it. If you stepped out into the hallway all you could smell was marijuana and they never once set up the continental breakfast. I was very disappointed in this hotel and I won't be staying there again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I'm thinking about doing a Yelp review to warn others who are coming in from out of town not to stay at your location. I feel I should receive some type of compensation on my stay for use in the future at a different hotel. I spent $150.00 forv2 nights, that's not cheap & I expected it to be in way better condition than it was.

The cover on the overflow drain of the bathtub was completely missing - the sink drain had a large piece missing - the fan in the bathroom was completely non-functional - the bedspread had cigarette burns even though it was a non-smoking room. Also, the "breakfast consisted of two kinds of cereal, waffles and coffee. There was an orange and apple juice machine, but it was not on or working. In the morning, there was only a sign at the front desk saying they were full, and no one to assist in check out.- I often stay in less expensive hotels and have no issues - management of this place clearly does not care at all

We complained to the night manager, and was told if we wanted a full refund, we'd have to check out. Also, every hotel in the area was already booked up, so we wound up sleeping on the top sheets. YUCK

Room was located on the front of hotel and parking lot had a vehicle with extremely loud muffler up and down the main highway and in/out hotel parking lot both nights up until around 8 AM next morning.

No change for use of Landry machines. Smelly sheets and blankets with tobacco smoke and mildew smells and huge cigarette burn holes in a NON SMOKING ROOM. Would never recommend staying here.

Needed to vacuum the room more, and blow dryer did not work, but clean towels and sheets everyday, toiletries, and people working there and owner very, very nice!! We would go back again!

The staff was friendly. The hotel in its self was so so. Its comfortable for a night or two but a week not worth it. The rooms are outdated needs new paint. The rooms smelled moldy and the hallways smelled moldy and of weed. Check in was easy. They never checked id however. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Good customer service, comfortable bed, dirty floors, thought I had it changed to a 1 night stay, but hotel was locked into the 2 day reservation and was forced to pay the 2 day

The check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean; however, it lacked a closet, microwave and bedspreads without cigarette holes. Room adequate for a one night stay.

Everything was fine until we was woken up by the housekeeping cursing each other out in the hall way. They was very loud and using horrible language! It was really ghetto and I will never stay in a place like that again

Customer service was great and the room was very clean. Unfortunately we needed towels, but there weren't any available and the shelves for the refrigerator we're missing. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door during checkout while we were putting our things in the car, I was coming back from taking a load to the car and they were trying to come in the room while my children were in there. I didn't like that at all.

This hotel has Roaches. There is no working phone in the rooms. All the linens have burn holes. There is no guest service over night

there was only 1 towel in the room and the reservations was made for 3 ppl. I went to ask for more towels they told me I had to wait til 730am the next morning....I went to pick up between 830-900...they still weren't ready therefore we couldn't take showers...I had to get a roll of toilet paper cause the piece was on the roll ran out...breakfast time the lady ask us if we got any pastries we said no...Thought she was gonna get some we stayed around a few mins for her return and she never did...not a place to stay if u were wanting a warm n cozy place to crash

Old musty worn out facility. Was supposed to be Queen bed, only a double. Shower head fell off. No chair or table in the room, no phone. Had to walk down stairs to complain to front desk clerk, (no elevators). His suggestion was the Holiday Inn, which I already called, but they were booked. Avoid this place.

We booked online, I'm from the area and I was visiting some family. The hotel room was awful. No screens on the windows and there was blood on the walls in the bathroom and large room. There were several roaches in the room as well. We checked out 20 mins after we arrived. They charged us for 2 nights and then a third said we would be refunded and were not.

The room had Bed Bugs. I stayed for two nights. After the first night I had bug bites all over my legs. On the second night I saw a bed bug crawling on the bedspread after I moved some clothes around. I'm currently trying to manage not bringing them into my house.

There definitely should be a Coffee Maker in the room, and Coffee in the lobby during busy hours. There should also be fruit, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt offered in the morning. I asked for two more pillows and the office said they would take them to the room ..... after being out all day, we had to pick them up and do it ourselves. Lastly, the Front Desk Clerk snatched the door key from me saying nothing when we departed after 2 days .... very rude. The positive is : The room was a heck of a deal for a nice clean king bed room, for 2 nights at $119.88 total in a nice Baltimore Md suburb city. The bed was super comfy .... everything worked well ..... the TV had tons of channels. The bathroom wasn't fancy, but very well maintained and useable. I would give the Room 4 Stars ..... The Food ..... 2 out of 4 stars ...... the Maid Service 4 stars ...... And The Front Desk 2 out of 4 stars. Overall 3 out of 4 stars. The price was nice for 2 nights ...... $ 119.88 total. I would recommend This Super 8, just don't expect to be treated like a King.

It's the cheapest and that's a plus but for the money you save it's not really worth the hassle. The room was OK didn't get one bed like I asked and one of the two beds were broken. The sink stayed clogged even after I complained but it's OK if you're just looking for a crash spot

Asked for extra towels because my towels were used to clean the disgusting restroom and was told I couldn't have clean towels until the housekeeping staff came in the next day because they had to gather all the dirty towels and wash them. 3. The fire alarm kept beeping because the battery needed replaced, I was advised no one was available to replace the battery and I should simply remove the fire alarm. I was forced to choose between sleep or safety, unfortunately, I ashamed to admit I chose sleep. 4. The heat never worked properly, called the front desk and the same person from the previous issues advised me he would be up to look at the heat, but never came. 5. No toilet paper in room.

Room in poor condition. Missing furniture, clock not plugged in, ceiling lamp missing with wires exposed. Shower barely worked. Smelled of tobacco thought advertised as non-smoking. Desperately in need of remodeling.

A reasonably inexpensive place to sleep. The room had signs of many past repairs. There was a few clumps of mud on the carpet. Bed and linens were fine. The continental breakfast included COLD coffee, cold serial or ego's. My wife wouldn't have stayed in the room. For me, it was fine until the cold coffee and no one around to complain too.

The worse place i ever stayed room was dirty comforter didn't look washed wash clothes were stained sofa looked like it had been taken off the street i woke up with bumps all over my arms and couldn't get out fast enough never will stay again and i was only in the room for 2 hours not to mention it was on the 3rd floor and I'm disabled horrible

The continental breakfast was lacking (two cereals, prepkged muffins, and a loaf of bread) all high sugar and starch. I was expecting at least some bananas and/or something more than just white toast, some English muffins or bagels would have been nice. It was one of those moments where you ask yourself "Should I trust the milk to put it on my cereal?" On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and courteous. I was glad I was only staying for one night though.
