Convenient location. Couldn’t sleep on terribly hard bed. For such a newer hotel, things in the room shouldn’t be broken, like the shower door rubbing, sink drained slowly, Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect a few times. I won’t be back.

The facility was clean and well designed. Somebody knocked on my door before I was about to check out on my reservation. It says check out before 12. It was not after 12; it was around 10 am. If you want guests to check out at a specific time, that should be specified before the reservation is made. I really wish somebody hadn't knocked on my door, because I feel like that ruined my whole experience. It feels like I'm being rushed out, and I shouldn't be. I paid to stay at this place, which really bothered me.

Comforter had been pulled up & bed looked beautiful, but sheets had not been changed - yuk!! Nighttime desk person (yes, only one on duty for full house), Leslie, came to change sheets.

We checked in at 9:15 Thursday evening… the manager obviously was unprepared for the demand of incoming guests … the desk clerk was away, allegedly assisting other guests… no assistants… after a long day of travel, we were forced to wait 15 -20 minutes or more… unacceptable … unprofessional … unforgivable !

This was a terrible experience. My daughter and 88 year old mother were turned away by hotel staff claiming they did not have a valid reservation even though they had a printed confirmation with them. The staff at the desk was rude and even told my mother that " it was not their problem". They had arrived from out of town for a family wedding and did not even have a place to get dressed plus my mother was exhausted. I was pulled away from preparing for my daughter's wedding to try to manage the situation. Eventually, I managed to get customer service from booking.com on the phone ( not an easy task) and they were able to inform the hotel that we did indeed have a reservation. I spoke to Raj Singh a few days later and he blamed an inexperienced employee who was working alone for the first time. However, my daughter said the front desk person was NOT by herself and that a Raj who they assumed was the manager was present and that when he saw there was a problem he disappeared into the back and never even attempted to help them find a solution. Bottom line- DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY !!!

The only complaint is probably typical for most hotels. Floors and walls are thin enough that you could hear people above us stomping around. It didn’t go on all night but something I noticed. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

This was a quick overnight stay for a wedding. We checked in late very easily and woke up and left before breakfast was served. Even though hot breakfast hadnt been made, the coffee was and there were great cold options. Only negative thing was our room was insanely humid. I even lowered the air to 68 and it was still warm and humid. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Upon arrival I checked in up front at the desk. I proceeded to my room number and was surprised to see another guest already staying in the room. I went back to the front desk where the front desk staff was very rude and unapologetic. He huffed his breath in frustration. I was nothing but kind and was understanding.

Fairly new very good 3-star hotel. Housekeeping is done every other day, which seems to be what hotel chains are pushing to save money at the expense of customer service. No safes in the rooms. Only complaint is that lighting in room was very dim. With today's energy efficient LED bulbs, no room should look like it's lit by candlelight. Rooms should have bright lighting available.

We changed hotels to Fairfield due to issues at our prior reservation. This hotel was a complete 180 from the other hotel. I typically stay at Fairfield’s and I learned my lesson and will continue from here on out.

The hotel is clean, the service team was kind and the silence was incredible. I was two nights and never received the cleaning service in my room. The breakfast must to improve, is good but it can be better.

During our stay, there were fire alarm issues. The alarm repeatedly sounded without communicated explanation. Did not get any sleep that night.

I was impressed with Fairfield Inn Inside and out. Everything was updated. The room we had was nice! Maybe an extra item or two more for breakfast bar but it was nice to have the breakfast anyways. I did have some noise going on above me from 12:30 until 3:00 am but that's not the hotels fault.

This was my second stay and it was good as the first. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. the bed was comfortable, they had a nice selection for the free breakfast and the staff was friendly. The young man which helped me switch rooms when my phone didn't work went far and above to accommodate me.

I chose to stay at the Marriott because there was a threat of high winds and flooding from hurricane Ian and I live in a very wooded area. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and check in was easy. My room was clean, the bed was and comfortable and the bedding was fresh. My room was stocked with fresh towels, toiletries and the coffee bar was stocked. It's easy access from capitol blvd. and surrounded by many eateries. There is also nearby shopping. I was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.

It was a new property, but it had not been kept up. The beds were lumpy, the shower curtain was too short and the bathroom would flood, the a/c unit made a horrible noise.

Simply amazing stay

It seems like a fairly new property however, some basic repairs in the room need to be made. The faucets in the bathroom need to be worked on. Otherwise, a clean and comfortable stay.

The lady at reception didn’t have my room ready and didn’t give a reason why. Lots of guests came after me and were given theirs. I was told to wait 30 mins in the dining area. After that time past no one came to me. I asked again and she hadn’t checked on a room. She said to give her a few more minutes. I sat and waited at reception to ensure I wasn’t forgotten about, in which time she got distracted and went to do something else. I asked the man who came to work at the desk to help and he went to find a cleaner right away and to ask about a room. He came back with the first woman who cheekily told me that she was about to help me. This was 1 hour after check in and waiting. The guy had a room for me in10 mins. Then on the last day, Checkout was at 12pm. I didn’t sleep well and was lying in. I had the do not disturb sign on the door. At 8.30am housekeeping came to try to take my sheets etc! Woke me up and then I could hear the room next door complain when they did the same to them. Why pay till 12 when you have staff trying to push you out early? Disappointed in the staff but the hotel was clean and quiet.

Body wash was empty in the shower and no bath towels in the room. These are basics that should not be overlooked when one is paying $169 a night for a room. Again, little to no attention to detail at the property. Mentioned issue with soap/towels on checkout and the agent said you should have let us know. I replied that I was already in shower, so that was not an option. Agent was very nonchalant about it, making it my problem and took no responsibility. She then said you are all set and walked off from me. Poor guest service which is also a reflection of a lack of good leadership. Breakfast attendant was sitting on the guest business center computer when I arrived for breakfast. Not a good look. This property will only survive on newness of facility for so long. Definitely needs better leadership that puts guests first and pays attention to the finer details of the property.
