    The beds in the room needs some updating, you can feel the springs in the mattress. I wasn’t able to sleep well which sucked because I had a 10hr drive. I woke up with body aches.

    Check in was easy lady at front desk was super nice even answering my questions about the bar next door the hotel/motel is definitely old but everything was surprisingly clean it’s nothing fancy for the price paid it was worth it and extremely affordable only complaint is the 50 dollar fee they that’s refundable for damages that may be caused it does suck however I understand why they do it I will say compared to some hotels there deposit fee is cheaper. I would stay here again it was super quiet for being near the interstate I have been to hotels on the interstate that the road noise is so bad it was nice to be outside not hearing noise from the road and being able to walk my dog in silence.

    The room met my requirements nicely. A pleasant stay. The sink trap had a leak, so I let the staff know, and they received the "complaint" with a smile and took care of business. That is the kind of service I look forward to. I will be staying here again.

    The room was in terrible condition; the maintenance man had to come to fix the A/C and the hair dryer, which had loose wires. I was charged $25 for checking in one hour early, even though very few rooms were occupied. I have arrived early at better hotels in the past, and they didn't charge any extra fees. I could not recommend this place.

    I liked the spacious room and the lighting and comfortable bed. The paint colors were nice. There were little stains and messes on the shower walls, the headboard, the desk, and the nightstand from previous occupants.

    HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like people had been staying there for years. Truly a terrible stay. When we checked out early the woman accused us of stealing a $3 rag!! Are you kidding me I have nothing good to say about this place and would’ve gotten a refund had I known I was able to. Flat out worst hotel experience ever!

    Location was good as well as the young man who checked me in. He was very nice. First room I was assigned was nor cleaned, and bed undone. Second room had been made up but there were burn holes in the sheets. Room next door very noisy. I hardly slept. The next morning I found a spider web just outside the shower and a dying roach on the bathroom counter. Towels very old and rough. Hand towel was a bit dirty. A few stray cats also outside my room. It was not a good stay and I got about4 hours sleep.

    The price for two rooms and being off I-95 was nice. The lady taking care of me at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The rooms said no smoking but I know there was smoking happening before us. Our sheets had burn holes in them. The whites weren't very white and trash was under the bed.

    When booking my room on line, there was no where on the main booking that day "clearly " there would extra charges, when explain this the night staff, she aggressively point at the window of the signs, like i can see them 3 hrs ago when booking, it would been helpful if the extra was at the time of booking. The email daid i can cancel at the window, nights shift said no, that i must call the 3rd party i booked with. No being told its non refundable, again nothing untill after the booking was completed. I haven't gotten a room, i am a driver. (Trucker) out of working hours and force to sleep in truck ( no sleeper- bed) or drive. I get in a crash and its my fault. I like how yall can just take the money and say tuff sh*t. I will not be booking with yall again and will not be booking with the 3rd party. To conform i try checking in, night shift and 3rd party both rudd and unhelpful. Thank you so much,

    There were bugs in my room and I didn't even end up sleeping in the room couldn't even take a shower because there was bugs in the shower which is the whole reason why I got the room in the first place I ended up sleeping in my truck and now the hotel is telling me that I can't get my $50 deposit back unless I go back there and I'm hundreds of miles away and can't get back there I need my deposit back

    The bed had not been vacuumed under in awhile! The lamps on the wall had wires still attached but not plugged in to anything. They were capped off so you couldn't zap yourself. Water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable!

    Worst stay ever. I have pictures of bugs, cigarette burns in bedding and covers. Stains on bedding. Door with no latch. Shower curtain ripped. Dirty towels and filthy floors. You may ask why did we stay. We had just been through 13 hours of a winter storm. It was 9:30 at night. It took the rude staff member 30 minutes to check me in while she had a conversation with her mom and then boyfriend. We were too tired and went to sleep hoping to handle the next day. On checking out the staff said they have a policy and should never have checked us in that room. But she did. The staff said manager not in call tomorrow. We did. Manager did not give a crap, did not apologize and said our fault for staying. Never have I been treated so poorly. I tried to get help from Expedia. They called hotel and no success. I tried better business bureau there are 166 unanswered complaints against them. I tried head office the comments say this company is corrupt. Don’t support this chain and I appeal to Expedia to remove them.

It took the rude staff member 30 minutes to check me in while she had a conversation with her mom and then boyfriend. We were too tired and went to sleep hoping to handle the next day. On checking out the staff said they have a policy and should never have checked us in that room. But she did. The staff said manager not in call tomorrow. We did. Manager did not give a crap, did not apologize and said our fault for staying. Never have I been treated so poorly. I tried to get help from Expedia. They called hotel and no success. I tried better business bureau there are 166 unanswered complaints against them. I tried head office the comments say this company is corrupt. Don’t support this chain and I appeal to Expedia to remove them.

    Very dirty place, all other reviews were right. Stains on towels and bedding, very dirty and sticky floor. Room smelled and coffee maker in room was just disgusting. And pillows were absolutely disgusting .

    Regardless of the type of room (smoking) it was a dirty ass room. Holes in the sheets. There was yellow stuff leaking from the roof in the bathroom. There were people yelling threats outside. The sheets were horrendous and stained so was underneath the mattress.

    I am very upset about this whole reservation. I paid for it two days day and it was booked in the wrong states. We never stepped foot in the state nor this hotel. I had to then turn around and book another room in the state that I was in and pay again. Lack of communication and understanding With the front desk, not to mention the hours I spent on the phone trying to receive my refund do not stay here. It’s not worth it.

The pool even looked dirty. A bed bug bit my friend in the room 210. We were changed to 206 with bed bugs in there as well. We were supposed to be there for a week and checked out after a night!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. Would not let me upload pictures!!

    The front desk, Amanda, told Expedia that there is nothing they can do about it other then refund my money and I'd have to leave. I have my handicapped mother with me who cannot keep getting up. I was being harassed to leave the hotel because I complained to Expedia, it's 1 am. When I checked out I was told some of the rooms people live in and some are even rented out by the hour! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

    They were rude and hounded me about my service animal which I was charged for the whole time. I was moved around from room to room trash on the wall ways and people came into my room when I wasn't there I want a full refund off all my money for each night I was there the only reason I stayed there was because my car broke down and no other place to stay

    Everything was good and clean except of Towels and bed sheets which had spots and were truly disgusting. Food from previous guest I guess, it was inside the microwave meaning the room wasn’t checked prior to our stay. Other than that we enjoyed a well needed rest. It was peaceful.

    I’m still awaiting the refund from my $50 room deposit. While the room appeared clean at first glance, upon opening the desk drawer to find an ashtray roaches went this way that way and this! They continued coming out of the hotel phone like a hatchery through out the night I couldn’t sleep!!!! I took all my belongings back to the car where I certain I wouldn’t pickup any hitch hikers …

    The pillow cases on my bed were dirty. It looked like someone had slept on it with dirty, greasy hair. The sheet looked like it was slept on. The pattern of the matress was embedded on it . Like someone had slept there. The washcloth was nasty. Looked like a scrub rag. Bath mat was stained up. I guess they dont use bleach.The housekeeper didnt have towels, washcloths, or pilllow cases on her cart. And, tjere was no soap. Never again !
