Clean room and plenty of parking

The place was definitely not worth the price we paid. We had no hot water and the tv wasn’t working. The rooms are run down but at least I didn’t see any roaches. The ac was probably the best working thing in the room.

The window AC unit worked. There was a working mini fridge in the room. It was also in a nice area. There were flood lights in the parking lot. There was old chewed gum stuck on one of our lamps. Two other lamps would not turn on. One lamp was missing a lightbulb. There were no stoppers in the sink or the shower. I wish the door had an extra lock on it. Half the outlets in the room did not work. The towels were very scratchy. The worst part though was that there were obvious blood stains on my sheets.

The front desk staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The area outside was a little rough, but there's honestly not much they can do about that. We only needed a place to stay for the night and we were comfortable staying there.

I am very impressed with the motel manager's diligence and sincerely addressing our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure our stay at the Franciscan was a lovely one.. I previously reviewed this facility with a very poor rating, and perhaps It was unfair to write a review while my emotion was at its peak. All the concerns I've complained about was taken care of and some. So for what it's worth, I like to truly thank the motel manager for always doing the best he can to make our stay, a memorable one. It's easy to access Everything

It is easily accessible I like that it is easily accessible. The place is run down, tv didn't work, even after placing new batteries, and the hot water knob was broken and there were no pliers around to turn it on. The place have roaches and people outside your room talking and yelling all night long. Car door slamming and very thin walls. If you are expecting a great deal for a runned down place, forget it, they charge like they are a five star hotel.

The Hotel/Motel was a dump. Air condition not working. Carpet rip, shower tub looked like somebody scraped it with a hatchet. Dont recommended this hotl again.

Rooms were not cleaned in days specially the bathroom floors (I end up cleaning the floor with a few wet towels), sheets were changed and the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, but they could do so much. Rooms need remodeling, especially the bathroom as the faucets were hardly working despite of good water pressure.

This is the only place I stay when traveling to the area
