The whole first level smelled like cigarettes. The room had a strange scent to it.

So the staff at two hotels essentially said, we dont care that you have a reservation, go f yourself.

Not bad for the price. I’did got cleaning supply and clean the room and that help to remove the smells of smoke or what ever that was. I know the person after me will be happy to get that room so nice and clean and left it smelling so clean .

I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very accommodating with any requests I made, which made my stay feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely recommend this motel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty. Unsafe. Had us sign several documents stating there are no refunds once the room is signed for. Absolutely nothing. I would never stay there again. One of our employees ended up sleeping in her car because the room had cockroaches.

Even when you may be having a bad day, Imani will lift your spirit with encouragement and A+ service. What I didn't like was the door we were going in and out of every time you opened it, a loud blaring alarm was going off the entire time until you shut it roaches everywhere. So that was it was uncomfortable to sleep because you didn't know if they were running over you, internet stunk really bad. The

Was clean but small and to many kids. Understand that it is a family oriented but not a place for a peaceful weekend. Had a kitchen no pot or pan ect.

Went to 3 different rooms. All had no working TV. They had no other options from those 3 rooms. So I left. What kind of hotel offers customers rooms with no working TV!

Next lets talk the cleanliness of the room. The frigerater had a half eaten ring of meat in it and the freezer had wash rags in it?? The bonus was the cigarette butts and condom in the elevator when leaving. Tried to give feed back to the front desk but there was no one untill the maid came down. There is lots to improve here.

This was for sure a temporty housing facility. Weed smell/smoke. People hanging outside rooms and parking lot at 11:15/11:30 pm when we checked in. Room was not a motel/hotel room.Dirty and old efficeny room with burn hole in plastic and dirty on bed. We left very fast and not a place for out of town people.

The “wood” floor turned my white socks black in less than a minute. First night there were two dying adult roaches. Killed them with pure alcohol. Walls and door to bathroom were damaged. I could barely move bathroom door. Thankfully, all lights worked. Only towels provided were face towels. The toilet stopped flushing after two uses. Next day I had food delivered from Papa John’s. I set it on the counter and went down to get a soda. When I returned and opened boxes to get my food there were baby roaches all over my food! Now I am hungry but grossed out! I’m lucky I also stored protein drinks in fridge! Tossed my whole meal. I complained but they did nothing. WARNING!!!! NO REFUNDS they have the sign posted in their foyer. I was told “because you bought through Expedia, there is nothing I can do. I can’t issue you a credit back to your card.” I don’t want to blame Expedia! I want Expedia to remove these folks as a recommendation actually. Wood Spring Suites is NOT recommended by me.

I thought this was decent hotel for 1 night , and had to change my room bed looked like sheet hadn’t been cleaned nor changed . Second room , i requested not enough linen in the bathroom, I stripped sheets and re made the bed . The toilet pressure remained low even when using toilet paper; I saw one roach near the kitchen sink .

Communication was horrible; the lady at the desk disappeared and then said I had to wait until midnite to be checked in and I had been waiting two hours for Expedia to get in contact with a representative from woodspring suits. Only two towels available and then they didn’t bring any new ones after two days stay

this hotel had all the issues i read in the reviews, but so did the other more expensive hotels near by. the bed was hard (but so was the Disney hotel i stayed in recently) the TV was small and had bright spots all over it. i killed a small roach and ant. the staff seemed to bothered that i showed up.

In the parking lot , there sat a squad car with a k-9 sign on the side of the vehicle .Upon signing in ,there was a sign that read no refund .Upon check in I had to fill out four pages of waivers and was told that some occupants had lived in this hotel for years . After opening the door to the assigned room ,there was a strong smell of urine possibly masked with bleach .The room was not clean and I checked out immediately with a refund and no questioning from the desk clerk. I would rather sleep in my car then subject myself to such uncleanliness. The staff was no where to be found. I finally realized this was a place for temporary residence for those who are undomiclied. Needless to say I did not stay! Please don’t market this as a hotel!!!! There are ghettos cleaner than this place.

First room toilet didn't work , bathroom door didn't open all the way , side of fridge dirty n a cabinet door was ripped off , no remote , moved to a different room and the house keeper busted in on us in the morning because she wasn't aware of the room change . it smelled the entire stay very sketchy .No discounts or anything worst hotel i ever visited

There were little bugs in our bathroom. And some of the fixtures were staring to peel off. TV did not work. And the location of the room was towards the interstate which made it very loud. My fault as I should have researched more on the location of the hotel.

Hallways were filthy. Emergency doors were kept open with rocks. When we removed to rocks to keep the doors locked, within 30 minutes the rocks were back holding the doors open. Parking area was filled with trash. We would never stay in this hotel again.

I had booked my room there 2 weeks before a soccer tournament when I got there they told me they didn’t have the rooms I had booked so I went on to cancelled the rooms and they didn’t return my money. Then they offer me 50 to settle it down I booked the rooms for 500 and they wanted me to settle with $50 unacceptable

The place has roaches. I woke up on morning and there was roaches in the bathtub. The was roaches in the refrigerator. The hotel is very unreliable and cleaning is definitely not their primary goal. It has a awful order when u walk in. The roaches was crawling on my food. They give no refunds. Their phone system doe work. They try to avoid u after u pay for your room. The place was disgusting, pityful and a disgrace. I was highly upset. I book though Expedia and they had to refund my money. This place needs to be completely condemned. Health inspector needs to take a look at this place. People definitely should not be in that hotel living like that.

Walked in room , used bathroom found four roaches on wall, two on bed room wall and multiple on headboard . Mattresses were soiled to the point they were brown and yellow. No front desk service had to wait 10 minutes just to get key, front desk worker came out in pajamas and slippers.

Everything was great here and I have even extended my stay through the property itself.

I will never be returning surrounded by a beautiful area but the hotel is just a motel in a dressed up building and alot of questionable activity going on at that location and noisy with alot of drunk throwing parties and women asking for money for favors so NO i will never retun.
