    Hotel wasn’t terrible but also wasn’t amazing. Worked for our one night stay but definitely wouldn’t book for an extended stay. The bed wasn’t great obnoxiously loud and mattress was lumpy.

    The property was so dirty, it stunk so bad and there was handprints on the headboard, shower was cold no hot water at all and you could tell they havnt cleaned the room in a while. I stayed in my car because I refused to sleep in that dirty bed.

    Negatives - it's not worth $100 a night. The laminate flooring was swept but filthy. After 15 minutes of pacing around the room during a phone call, the soles of my feet were black. After showering, I shuffled to the bed on the bath mat, and it was black and grimy afterwards. The shower dripped and the overall quality of the room was benign neglect bordering on decay.

    The motel was clean.. however, I guess a guest had the room at some point and had a large dog, they evidently locked in the bathroom.. the door was completely chewed up at the bottom and scratched all up.. seems like a simple fix to put in a new door. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Other than those things, our stay was clean and quiet. Appearance matters..

    The location was find close to the highway, gas station, food stores. Plus a quiet location to relax. It won’t clean the bathroom door handle was broken.     The room was clean and quite nice, and the mattress was nicely firm. There was a convenient plug for my cpap machine and phone charger. There was shampoo available in the shower. There was an unexpected $50 deposit. The outside didn't look nearly as nice as the internet pictures. There was some outside noise. 2 lights weren't working.

    The staff was extremely helpful. Our air conditioner in our room was not working and they set us up with a new one in about a minute. I don’t have the name of the staff member working but extremely helpful. The hotel itself is nothing special. It’s exactly what you expect from an airport adjacent hotel, but the staff themselves made the difference.

    Floor was dirty I was told by the left driver that it’s a sketch kind of place with drug addicts staying on property. Did not verify this I was also told when I arrived that I needed to have a $50 deposit put on my credit card. I had paid in full ahead of time and had no notice of this deposit. I did not pay it. But I did check in quite late at night.

    The Internet password worked for one night then didn’t work for the rest of the stay .I believe Tuesday morning Simone knocked on our door at 2am..I went to the curtain to see who it was and I saw a young lady who looked strung out on drugs.In the same morning someone knocked at 4 am but I didn’t get up to see who it was and then they left .The shower curtain rod was pulled out the wall which i reported it to the front desk.The rod been pulled out since we stepped foot in the hotel room,it was holding on by the two screws on to the side wall.Which with kids in the room ,could fall at any moment .One of the lights on the wall by the front door doesn’t work .mildew on top of the ceiling in the shower .Which I think you guys need to put exhaust fans in the bathroom to pull out the steam the shower creates .im a licensed contractor in nyc btw .With the steam building up like that it increases the mildew growing .The pool was fun ,but to have an handicap chair on the side of the pool with the circuit board hanging out doesn’t look safe .And what happened to changing the towels and sheets daily ? You guys don’t do that ?

    The room was ok and it smelled good when we got there. The people at the front desk were great and very friendly, they let us check in an hour early so that was nice after a long drive. The pool was warm and my kids really enjoyed it, they let them swim until 10 even though it closed at 9. That being said I have stayed at a few Red Roof Inns and it was not the best I've ever stayed at. Someone had spilled something on the nightstand that hadn't been cleaned up, the floor was not clean, all the mirrors were dirty and smudge up, there were red makeup or something stains on the bed linens and the bathroom smells like mold. There were some sketchy people after dark walking around outside, one guy was selling or trying to sell cases of beer. Saying all that it was not an unpleasant stay. If the rooms were a little bit cleaner I'd definitely stay again as it wasn't to far to the beach and a decent price for what you were getting overall.

    Booked into a room that was “pet friendly” and they automatically assigned us a smoking room because of the pets. Cool whatever… but when you move the curtains to the side and there is mold all over the floor. No. They didn’t offer us a new room or refund so we decided to check out and just leave.

    Non smoke room smelled like old cigarets. Ash under the bed, cigarete burn on a blanket, pillow with blood stain and overall room full of dust and allergins. If you are looking for a clean room this is not the hotel to stay at. More like a border line motel that is strugling to stay afloat.

    The walkway was dirty…. From the parking lot to the stairs! When I got to my room after checking in the door was wide open…smh and the only excuse the front desk gave me was they must have forgotten to shut it after cleaning the room!

The door lock was broken, the smoke detector was missing, the room was dirty-there was feces or blood on tbe shower curtain, a ball of hair stuck to the bathroom door, and a wad of gum on the floor beside the bed. One of the beds was also broken down. The staff could not understand anything i said. I speak english but i do have an accent. Hotels.com helped me get a refund for the night i didnt stay, we left early obviously. But Red roof inn refused to refund the night we stayed despite me showing them pictures of all the issues. I would not recommend this chain to anyone and i would not have stayed the night if i hadnt driven 11 hours that day and had already prepaid for the room.

    There was mold around the entire tub and the bottom of the tub was mostly scratched up as was the toilet seat. Requested a non-smoking room but you can tell people smoked in the room. None of the soap/shampoo dispensers had anything in them. Clean sheets, towels, and pillows at least.

    From the very beginning your RedRoof Inn accepted money from the company (after pay )to pay for our room on May 5th. Then they ran a charged against our credit card for 89.00 and on May 12 the same thing happened. We tried talking to your desk clerk and even ask for receipts in which we were told they did nothing wrong and would not give us receipts. Tried different places to help but no one stepped in until our bank got involved. There's really nice people who listen and try to help... That's a joke.

    Stayed 10 hours on a weeknight. Arrived at 1 am. Check in was easy and pleasant after a long day of travel. Checked out by 11. Slept well. Place was clean and quiet. Shower worked. It’s all I needed.

    This was a decent stay for what I needed. The location was perfect for staying close to the university and having a room on the first floor made it easy to get in an out of the room. It was pretty noisy though with people walking in front of the room and traffic on the main road. The room seemed pretty clean, but there were strange stains on the comforter and the sheets were a little small and didn't stay on well. However, I would definitely stay again for the price and the location.

    Cheap price and while not flashy on exterior,probably mundane looking. but room was spotless. Everything worked great. Good TV , microwave, mini fridge . Shower had lots of water pressure and hot water. Staff was easily available and super friendly.

    My door was difficult to close. I spoke to the front desk and they still didn't have maintenance come. Friday and Saturday nights you cant get to sleep, it sounds like a club is right outside your room. I was very disappointed, the bed squeaked evertime i moved, the shower leaked, the ac vent was broken and hanging off. I was very dissatisfied if i could have changed hotels i would have.....and got my money back......
