Quality Inn Little Creek

Went to check in and the guy at check in wanted to charge me extra after I had already payed online. After calling customer service and being informed he had to call them to verify he refused to call to verify reservation. Horrible customer service will never book with them again.

For a cheap stay, it was very clean which is the most important part of the stay, next to safety. It was very clean and safe. I was in town for business so I didn’t want to spend too much on a place especially when the town is overtaken by tourists in the summer. The front desk lady was very nice and very helpful and check in only took about 5 min. Would stay again.

The breakfast had a very small selection only a few yogurts, fruit, and waffle station. The room had mold in the bathtub and in the refrigerator door gasket. The AC was nice.

Good sized room. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30 on Saturday. At 9:50, there was only a waffle iron and a couple of Yougurts. I expected a hot breakfast containing eggs, protein, and toast.

The property was poorly maintained and not as pictured. My room was advertised as nonsmoking even though it was certainly not. It was pungent, and there were burn holes in the duvet. I also did not feel very safe! I would recommend finding a better hotel at this price point.

We needed have the key card reprogrammed numerous times. Which was. Or convenient when coming home and needing to walk to office to get it done. At night people hanging out on second floor and always smoking. It was more like a motel than hotel. Breakfast was basically waffles, juice and coffee. It served its purpose but don’t think we would go back. No gym and ice machine was across the parking lot.

Never experienced the breakfast at this location, because I sleep late, but at first glance, from the window, it looks legit. Upon arrival, I was like what did I book here?? Surprisingly, this is quiet the pleasent stay. Rooms are extremely clean. The walls could use a wipe down but you can tell, from the previous reviews, they're trying and making an attempt for the better. The only improvement they can make is the noise level after hours, due to the high level of construction workers who do stay and simi party outside of the rooms. If you call the front desk, they clearout though. Overall, nice stay.

I reserved a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. The motel didn’t have anything available water in the room or for purchase. I rented it because the Expedia rating said it was good… but that was false advertising. Shabby Motel is an accurate description.

This hotel is awful do not stay here!!!! I had a 7 day stay with them where I stayed 4 days which was over half of my stay with them, so the fact they wanted to charge me an extra night because I found their accommodations to be mediocre at best. Their breakfast was not even close to being what was pictured and it was awful. The rooms were not in any way shape or form nice and whatever products they use on their bedding or towels made my daughter itch. I sent them a message making them aware i was not pleased with the stay and wanted to depart early. I am not asking for all of my money back because I did stay 4 days with them, but the 3 days I should have received my money back and or some sort of compensation for the day they charged me because I left. I find it very upsetting and unreasonable that they only refunded me for 2 out of the 3 days. I asked the lady if they had a early checkout policy and she said no, then later said it was their policy to charge me for an additional night. I could possibly see them charging me if i booked 7 and stayed only 2 nights perhaps, but they had that room available to re-rent which they probably did, because the people staying at that hotel were certainly questionable which i also stated that I had a safety concern because of some of their guests staying there. I would not ever stay there again or recommend anyone else stay!

Room was just ok. Older building but everything was functional. Walls are thin. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Milk was spoiled. OJ was watered down. No bread of any kind.

Too cold for pool. Hotel was Okay. Room was very clean. Had trouble getting Tv to work, but when we did, there were plenty of good channels to choose from.

The only thing I didn't like is that, the ad page says hot breakfast. It was only the pancake machine.

The manager is rude and rude to the staff who aren’t even trained. They decided when to open the pool even if it’s supposed to be open. Attempted to charge my card multiple times even after booking talked with them.

They charge a booking fee ($3/booking) if the reservation was made in Hotels.com. That was a surprise. They don't provide a house keeping while my 3-day stay. Location is the only reason I would choose this place.

I was super worried because of the reviews but I stayed for a week and had no issues. Super safe and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was super helpful I definitely will be back.

The hotel it self does not match the description on the website at all, room condition is disgusting, is charging for a hotel price but is just motel. And the manager attitude sucks, not willing to be responsabile for anything.

My mom is almost 80 years old and we arrived earlier thinking to do an early check in and they said to wait 30 minutes and they could do it, then when time was up they said we had to pay $50 that we decided not to do it and asked to use the bathroom, they said they don’t have any outside the rooms… we left and came after 2pm. The room was not good, the toilet did not work well, the bathtub was high for my mom, the air conditioner or the refrigerator were making noise all night and the air did not cool…the breakfast was regular. I won’t stay again.

The bed was hard. There was an odor to the room. The continental breakfast was severely lacking - no coffee, no waffles, no spoons for cereal, no fruit.

The room was nice and clean nothing to write home about but what can you expect with such a low price you are paying. If you want a nice place to sleep and feel safe doing so I’d recommend staying here. For a quick overnight stay everything was fine . We literally checked in went to dinner slept and left. Bed was so comfy and the room so quiet that we over slept.

One problem I had was checking in and didn’t had my physical card with me that I used to make payment online. I logged into my account and showed her the image of the card with my name and she said she had to cancel the reservation since I didn’t had the card. What’s messed up I travelled 6 hours to get here this was 1:30am and for her to look at me and say she can’t help she had to cancel was heartless. I then ask if I could pay with another card and she said yes. Wat if I didn’t ask ? It’s her job to give me options other than cancel my reservation. If that’s yall policy send an email after booking so others can know. But the please looks clean but walking bear foot my feet were black so it needs mopping

Water stayed hot for a long time in the shower. I was wrongly charged 278.80 before I even stepped on the property. & I’m STILL WAITING ON A REFUND!!! which I feel like I won’t be getting because the staff didn’t even give me a receipt when I checked out.. I really feel like they are going to keep my 278 dollars .. it made my trip AWFUL !!! I couldn’t spend NO MONEY ANYWHERE !! I couldn’t even go to the freaking good will dude…. It has a pool and served complimentary breakfast The rooms could've been cleaner, the chairs looks as if they was dragged through the streets, the showers looked as if they don't clean them and the second rooms tub felt like something was wrong with the flooring. The toilet paper roll holders was rusted badly and look a little nasty. House Keeping was also annoying knocking at the doors at 9am asking if we needed anything, that was the first time I experienced that at a hotel. Last but not least the door to our hotel was sealed well. In my opinion the hotel needs major upgrades and its not a mile away from the beach as it stated when booked. The board walk was 30 mins from the Inn.

I like this hotel because the staff in reservations are so friendly and accommodating. I like the rooms because this location is relatively quiet. Also during the week the prices are reasonable whereas on the weekend you will have to pay a higher premium.

I didn’t mean to book the same motel this time but I noticed it was the same one as we pulled in. I was like oh no ! But it was very good this time ! Nice, attentive staff at front desk, and clean room.

The room was not very clean. We arrived on Friday. The room had no remote for the television. They finally brought us one but the television did not work. The manager said they couldn’t move us to another room because they had none available. I counted 20 empty rooms. We spent three days with no television and a child with ADHD.

Aa soon as we turned the lights out for the night, multiple cockroaches crawled out from behind the furniture. Because we already "used" the room (we were settled in and in bed before this happened!), they refused to refund any of our money. We ended up having to drive home 10 hours in the middle of the night. Will never stay at a Quality or Choice property again!

Not happy about using Expedia at all. I tried to cancel my two-room reservation of my last two nights of a three-night stay, because we found a hotel closer and nicer to our destination. We spent the first night, but you would not grant me a refund, so I could move to a nicer hotel. I won't use your program ever again. Moving to Choice only in the future.

Supposed to be non smoking but stank horribly of both tobacco and marijuana, even checked with manager who apologized. I advised I could deal with it but just wanted to be sure I didn’t get blamed. Bed covers and pillow cases stained as was carpet. Bath tub stained, hair in hair dryer. Centrally located to airport, Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Good Mexican restaurant next door other restaurants short drive.

Supposed to be non smoking but stank horribly of both tobacco and marijuana, even checked with manager who apologized. I advised I could deal with it but just wanted to be sure I didn’t get blamed. Bed covers and pillow cases stained as was carpet. Bath tub stained, hair in hair dryer. Centrally located to airport, Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Good Mexican restaurant next door other restaurants short drive.

No one at desk when we arrived. Place was so dirty. We walked out and left asked for a refund when we called, but nobody will help us.

The mattresses were worn out. The desk chair had me sitting almost on the floor. Black mold in the bathroom. The toilet seat was very loose on one side so I used my fingers to tighten the seat. Needed extra towels but could only get two. Ice machine broken on our floor. The room seemed to be constantly the floor n towels were very wet. The swimming pool was okay but COLD.

We had to move rooms twice. No cable or tv first room, second room super loud AC, ask maintenance to fix it, they said it was fixed, it was not and by the time we got back it was too late to move. No sleep for 2 nights. My buddies that stayed next to us had roaches. The pool had fiddler crabs in it

For a motel this place isn’t bad. Room was pretty clean and the staff was friendly.

Would definitely book again. The check in and check out customer service was phenomenal. Only downside was there weren’t enough parking spots, we had 1 vehicle for our room and had to squeeze into a spot near the road.

This was a nice facility,breakfast was good every morning it was much appreciated. The only thing I would question would be the maid service. In the 5 days I was there the bed was made differently every day, the floor was never vacumned, and the trash was not always taken out. There were also extra curricular activities of pot snoking at night that seeped into my room. The beds werent bad but not super comfy. The staff really nice and friendly.

The room is starting to show its age.

This location is in very poor condition, bathroom toilet seat loose and old, tub is very old dirty looking warn out, need to throw it out. Rusted toilet roll holder, floor tiles loose and need replacement and re- grout . If I had options I wouldn’t have stayed here. This is not my first choice, I will never stay here again .
