The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10

Save your money book a better hotel there was blood all in the sheets had to get a new room and even the new room was dirty. This place is actually terrible. Looks nothing like the picture

I got there around midnight. It was dirty and rundown. There were a pair of random shoes outside the door in the walkway. The room smelled dirty and like smoke. The floor was sticky. I found a random washcloth on the rail of the shower curtain. Toilet tank lid was cracked and had a hole. If it wasn't midnight, and I spent most of the day driving I would have left.

The room has cobwebs on the ceiling big ants on the bed burn holes in the blankets. Mold in bathroom can’t take a bath no stopper. The air conditioner had lots of caked on dust. Fire detector hanging from wall. But it allows pets. Over priced for no coffee pot in room or microwave. At least they had a mini fridge I could store my medicine in. I don’t think when we come back next year we will stay her.

Location was awesome, parking was great. I was put on the third floor and the long hallway was dirty and in need of vacuuming. Ceiling was missing a lot tiles. Walked into the room and ran into a spider web. Room was dusty and very outdated except for the tv. I’m assuming no one really stays on the third floor so the rooms are cleaned as they are used. Meaning if no one stays in a room over 2 weeks it isn’t cleaned or dusted on a regular basis. I checked the bed and it was clean. Very quiet overnight

The bathroom door barely clears the toilet. Tub/shower is peeling bad and looks gross. The “bathroom” sink is in the main room and was clogged. One of the light bulbs was out.

There was an issue with the toilet flushing, but the water was low-flow, so it made sense. It was clean, comfortable, has great staff, and close to stores and restaurants.

The room floor was dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped for over a several weeks. The curtains and comforter had burn holes in them. The faucet dripping was no stop and the tub has black spots in it.

I like where the building was located and its pet friendly policy. The front looks GREAT. The back needs work. I paid and booked an handicapped room. I felt afraid in the room I was given. It’s not truly safe for someone like me. The staff registered the smile. I only appreciate the cleaning crew for one reason. The I could honestly say I was able to feel comfortable for the last night I was there. I believe it wasn’t clean when we got there.

The host we understanding and he made sure we were comfortable with our kids newborn and 1yr old.

Yikes! Never again. This is not a well-maintained property. Bathroom sink only had a trickle of water coming from the faucet, and the shower was almost impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The handle would turn a full 360 degrees! Find somewhere else to stay...

Moldy rooms, violently moldy heating units. Insanely loud fan in the bathroom that will not turn off. No hot water at all. Filthy rooms, could be worse... water barely works and everything in the bathroom is jiggling around.

The girl who checked us in was less than inviting. Seemed like I was disrupting her from talking to other people that were in the lobby. But on the bright side, they did not charge a deposit or fees for having two small chihuahuas. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. First night there was no issue, but the second night the people next door kept us up all night with banging, screaming, and kids horse playing past midnight. Had to call the office twice because it felt like they kept banging and I was feeling it in my bed. Second time I called I think it was the manager who came up and told them to quiet down so I was thankful that he did that. They either quieted down or I passed from exhaustion. You can definitely tell multiple guests actually live there, not sure if that’s who was keeping us awake but they were in room 230. Despite the rowdy neighbors, I’d still stay here again because of the no fees for dogs.

Staff used racial slurs while talking on the phone in front of customers and the smell of cigarettes was strong in the lobby. The surrounding area was chaotic and loud, with other guests yelling at each other and children walking around unattended.

My first stay here it just felt off. I don’t travel much for work and haven’t had much experience staying somewhere while not vacationing. It didn’t feel clean and friendly. I actually left earlier than planned due to this. After checking out a few other places, this location was better than others in the area if you don’t want to go to ocean front area. Selecting a deluxe room non smoking felt cleaner than the standard rooms. Overall not my kind of place but it worked and wasn’t as bad as other places in the area.

We needed a place to stay with our 3 doodles. Room was good enough for us. We decided to leave after a night due to smell, ppl sitting outside on steps, & phone & smoke detector in room were not hooked up or working. However, lady at the front desk was amazing. We had paid for 3 nights and were never refunded our money back.

GHETTO & SHADY ASF….. Spend the extra $$ to stay somewhere else. Workers didn’t speak English. Had to translate through an app. 2 adults 2 children stayed. We were only given 2 bath towels & was told we couldn’t have anymore until we gave the 2 used ones back. 1 flat pillow for each of us. No amenities (shampoo, lotion etc) On the 3rd floor which was non smoking but wreaked of weed.

If you stay here be prepared for noise, there’s ppl that probably live full time here, ppl that are down on life to put it nicely. I thought the stay was decent cause I’m not high maintenance at all. But when I found heroin needles or whatever the heck they are under the bed I lost it. I had my daughter in the room with me and another persons child. Just don’t stay here if you value cleanliness and want to stay away from drugs and the ppl that are addicted to them.

if you’re considering booking this, DONT! me and some friends decided to book because the pictures looked half decent. after we got there, there was mold all over the room, hair everywhere, something splattered on the side of the bed, stained dirty sheets, the list could go on forever. my friends decided to go swim to get out of the nasty room and came back 5 mins later saying they felt slimy… absolutely disgusting! if you’re trying to book a cheap hotel save an extra $100 and book somewhere else to save yourself. would not even let my cat sleep here.

The area where the hotel is located was ok, but the appearance of the hotel and conditions in the room were not the best. The towels felt like they were just sprayed dried instead of actually washed and lots of spider webs could be seen just outside the room, specially at night.

First, no shampoo. Second, vanity light was gone and there maintenance works 9-5 like office staff!! So if you need them after hours you’re on your own. And the receptionist was strangely smug when he said “why we would have maintenance staff at 8 am!!”.. Like he programmed light bulbs and plumbing to not break after hours.. hospitality industry in USA is a joke..

I booked a nonsmoking room for my one-night stay. As soon as I opened the door, all I could smell was the stale cigarette smell. I'm 8 months pregnant and had my 5-year-old child with me. There were burn holes in the comforter. Spiders hanging out in the bathtub. I couldn't even convince myself to stay just for one night. I had to leave and go book another room at a different facility. I reached out requesting a refund since I did not receive the service that I paid for, no one is returning any emails or calls. I would recommend staying far, far away from this place. Unless, you have zero standards on where you or your children lay your heads at night.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Only had two pillows on the bed and they were small and very uncomfortable. No water pressure in the shower. Very humid in the room. Ac sucked.

Not a safe or cozy place. An "ive hit rock bottom in life" type of hotel. I just hoped there wouldnt be any dirty needles under the bed from the looks of this place. There was also no hot water. I allowed it to run for 10 minutes and it never got warm. I let the front desk know and she suggested i turn the knob the other way. We left and checked into another hotel.

It was convenient price wise but next time I will pay the difference to stay elsewhere !!

i was suppose to check in at 3 and they didn’t have my room ready until 5 and toilet wouldn’t flush sometimes the wifi wouldn’t work at all it was so slow and even tho they made me check in late and still made me check out at 11. i’m pretty sure there it mold growing on the wall and ceiling and they barely gave out pillows it was just not a good stay i’ve been to better motel 6s where it was so much cleaner and the wifi was fast so they just have no excuse to be so bad

Only took 15 minutes to get to the beach from here . Lots of stores and restaurants near the hotel which was awesome. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was clean and up to date. The pool was as pictured too. The only bad part of about the stay they wouldn’t give any extra towels or toilet paper .

This place is a sh*thole. Do not waste your money! Dirty, broken down worn out room. Bathroom door doesn't close and room reeked of smoke. Only 2 towels for a 4 person room as well as 1 pillow per double bed! Air conditioner worked but sounded like a washing on rinse cycle. Pet friendly place, but I wouldn't want my dog to stay there. On the good side, the staff at the friend desk was very friendly.

Good spur of the moment spot. Close to food and shopping. About 15-20 away from ocean front. All the non smoking rooms are on the 3rd floor. We were rarely there but when we were it was ok. Just ok.

Run from this motel 6 the room was dirty smell like cat urine. There was black mold inside the air conditioner.. the room looks like it hasn't been clean in about 3 years. That's how bad it was and it was very stinky.. also you have to watch your surroundings because there's a lot of homeless that linger around this hotel because when I was getting in my car leaving a homeless guy was trying to jump in my car with me.

This hotel was decent the first time I visit it had no problems but this go around check in was good and staff was friendly and nice but I left at 12:45 am and check in around 9:45 to 10ish pm because 2nd floor neighbors were super disturbing, loud, had kids running and screaming after 10pm. When I walk up towards my room there was a random man sitting on stairs got up when I came to stairs but was watching me, didn’t feel safe here this time and when I left and tried to return my room key the door I went out to get up to my room was locked with a note saying lobby is closed until 6 am so had to walk all the way around the building to get to my car and when I was leaving I looked to see if someone was at the front desk to return my key and check out but it was sworm by people inside doors before the lobby and didn’t want to wait so didn’t check out at front desk just went home. Is there anyway I can get a refund for my couple hours of stay since it was a terrible experience?

Convenient stay after concert!

This was a horrible place. Room was not clean. The bathroom tub had hair on drain. Toliet seat was very loose. Had no water pressure and wasn't very hot. Pool terrible. The pic are nothing like how it looks. Wouldn't stay again.

I didn’t even stay. The room smelled like mildew and mold and it was growing all over the shower/tub and wasn’t cleaned.

I'll cut to the chase. Once I got to the room I found the toilet completely full and splattered with stool. I can't express how unbelievably unacceptable this is. It was also past 12:30am when I checked in so I was now up for the entire night, as finding a room that late is near non-existent. NEVER AGAIN.

The pictures on the website do not match the actual hotel. The rooms are run down. The bathroom wasn't clean, the air vent was full of dust and made a loud buzzing sound along with the mini fridge. The linen along with the towels and washcloths were dingy, had holes in them, along with pet hair. The tub had not been cleaned at all. Water leaked out from the bottom of it and the ac was set on 64 degrees but it was still extremely hot in the room. The property had homeless people staying in the lobby and walking around asking for money.

Best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Hotel room itself was clean, modern, and spacious. Bathroom was a little old and water pressure wasn't the greatest, but overall for the low price I paid compared to other hotels in the area, it was worth it. Staff was also super nice! One downside is that the beds don't come with warm blankets (just sheets basically) so if you get cold at night, I suggest bringing your own.

The remote didn't work and we were told that none of the remotes in the hotel were working and that they needed to contact corporate over it. The overall condition of the property inside and outside was terrible, very uncleanly. Oh! And last, big giant roaches in our room.

The sink in the room was new and up to date but not the bathroom. I asked for a non smoking room but it smelled Smokey and there were cigarette burns all over the bedding.

This was the second to worst place I have stayed. The room had a hole in the floor, no water from shower or sink, when I brought to staff attention I was told sorry about that and nothing else. I was leaving in the morning anyway but would've liked a shower. Water dribbled out of sink so I could wash myself as good as you can .

Arrived after 4 along with multiple other customers and rooms were still not ready. Was given the room wrong 3 times. Only to finally settle on one king bed for 3 ppl. Wash clothes &towels were dirty, we literally slept on top of the made bed. If there were any other hotels that had openings I would have packed up and asked for a refund. The room had no chairs in it. (one $15 chair by the counter). The room was never cleaned during my stay. The whole place looks like it needs some restoration. There were only 2 dim LED lights in the bed area. The window had a big crack across it. Worst I've ever stayed.

We finally got in our room and i pulledthe sheets back and the sheets was dirty so i ask for no lining and fir the bed to be remade up,we left and came back and the bed wasn't made up or anything..

Sheets on one bed were visibly dirty, the shower was tepid at best. The girl at check-in was on her phone and only acknowledged me after I was standing there a couple minutes; she then carried on a conversation with a young girl standing behind me while she checked me in. There was a half a roll of toilet paper in our room at check-in. I’m not typically a complainer, but lord hammercy!
