there was a stove but nothing to cook with in there, i wasn’t informed you had to bring pots and pans, booking didn’t have the right rating to pay so i had to pay an extra $20 every night i was staying there

Location was perfect… My stay here was a very bad experience. The room was not clean, and the entire place smelled strongly of cigarettes. Even the bed had a cigarette odor, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The overall cleanliness was poor. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they take serious steps to improve room hygiene and air quality i had two little kids they have to check it twice before giving it to me.

Wonderful pool. Good parking. Good location close to beach but not amidst noise or chaos. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you need “posh”, you may not like it, but if you need a comfortable quiet place to shower and crash, it is a good and very affordable place. I stayed an extra night and would choose to go back there if I stayed at VA Beach again.

Lady at check in was very nice bathroom had a lot of stains and nothing looked clean, door hinge was broken and cut my dads arm open. went down to front desk for a bandaid and was told “I dont think we have a first aid kit here” and then they didn’t even give us extra rags to help clean up the blood so we probably just added to their stain collection…

The stuff was nice The room are dirty the restroom toilet not working. I booked three rooms. None of them not working filthy nasty. I’ll never go back the aerial dangerous. People are smoking weed on the stairs all day all night. It smell horrible. I will not recommend anybody.

The staff was pleasant at first WE found bed bugs in the room. They said we would have to go through booking.com to get a refund after I showed them the video, They are now refusing the refund and said the cleaning lady didn't find any bed bugs, which is not true. Im sure they rented the room to someone the next day. Very dirty

Absolutely nothing I walked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and had cigarettes holes in the sheets and on the floor. I immediately due to how disgusting it was checked the sheets and bathroom. The sheets had literal blood and human pubes (see photos) I felt dirty just standing in the room. The desk receptionist seemed like she was on crack. I’m not even exaggerating this was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I informed them and showed the cleaning lady the room. I was told no refunds despite the below pictures. I get no refund if the room was clean but this was just disgusting. I left the key in the room and left immediately. I had to sleep in my car which is unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars Extremely outdated and dirty. no shampoo/conditioner and the comforter felt extremely moist. The stairways always smelled like urine. I can hear children running around outside in the walkway of the motel. My friend had the same opinions as I did. I’m definitely paying the extra $200 to stay at a more premium location.

No breakfast Cleaning was bad not vacuuming room was dirty, window was filthy. I am a chief engineer at two motels and the whole time I was there all I could do was to point out things that need to be fixed

I will never stay again. I paid $300 for a hotel that look like DO DROP IN $30 night hotel. Room was nasty, thr carpet was GROSS, my 12 yr old daughter was scared to go to the bathroom alone bc the ceiling coming down. We didn’t even use the shower it was disgusting. Hair all in the tub.

The staff was very perfessional and very nice and helpful! The room had a board off the wall and it was just laying in the closet. The kitchen closet when we opened it someone had just swept crumbs and trash in there and left it. One bedroom had a needle syringe cap in the closet. Gross. It was a non smoking room that smelled like an ash tray. I complained to front desk. My daughter is asthmatic and she couldn't breath in the room. There were people drinking and playing loud music in the parking lot. We ssked for a different room but were told there were none. So they offered to reimburse us but never got my money back.

It was a good location not on the board walk but all you have to do is walk across the street and you’re there don’t have to drive or find parking because you’re basically on the strip the on the other hand the stairwells smelled of pee and where dirty seen a couple of roaches the first night but nothing else afterwards have a small kitchenette just a stovetop and you have to bring your own cooking ware and have a mini fridge so you can’t store much in there overall it wasn’t all that bad except there’s no WiFi so if you need it you won’t get it there the manager was nice and accommodated and made arrangements for me to make me feel better they do have good service and the room service guy was nice I knew what time to expect him every morning asking if I needed anything

I was extremely happy with the 2 nights I stayed here. It is a little out of date, but for the price, friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, and the fact that it is literally 2 blocks to the boardwalk & beach, you just can't beat it. If I ever go again, I won't even look at any other motels because I was perfectly happy with this one!

This Inn is greatly priced compared to others in the area. Only had one issue, which was taken care of immediately. Have stayed here multiple times now. Will be back again as well. Only suggestion would be better mattresses. All the staff is wonderful (the owner, the maintenance man, cleaning staff and office staff)! Staff even gives great recommendations.

There were many strange people in the hallways and on the stairs, lying on the floor and the stairs had urine. They did not have wifi, as specified in the services it offers. It has an excellent location, close to everything.

It was a perfect location for our 2 day vacation. Couldn't beat the price! Condition of the room weren't too good. Definitely needs some renovation. I was a little disappointed for not having a flat screen TV in my room. The other rooms I saw when I was walking by had one. Location is good though! About 2-3 mins walk from boardwalk!

Staff were very nice and its close to the beach. you get what you pay for, kinda. No smoking room reeks of smoke, toilet wasn't attached to ground, and leaking from the bottom, everything was old, the TV / cable didn't work.

The location was great. The customer service was great. However, the hotel could use a major renovation. The room smelled like smoke. There were holes in the walls. Outlets would not hold my plug. Considering what we paid we thought that the quality was poor.

Outdated room, terrible beds, smelly stairwells, faucets in the bathroom were broken(i had to fix the bathtub to make it shut off). Few outlets, there was a door to the adjourning room that was unlocked on my side, they put a chair in front of it. The lock didn't work on the outside door. Light switch by the door did nothing. Sketchy persons everywhere on the property, smoking and being loud. I would never stay here again. They need to spend some money and fix it up, maybe that would get rid of some of the trashy people. The front desk people were very nice. Cleaning people were rude, i said hello to be nice and they ignored me. NO WIFI!!

Great location. Friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate me. The room was dated, but very very clean. Great water pressure. Location location location. 2 blocks back from the beach. Very central location. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. Were it not situated one block from the beach I would have given it one star. The a/c was loud and the room door appeared to have been recently kicked in and poorly repaired. The bed was very hard and the room looked old and dingy. Even with the great location I won't be coming back.

Staff was extremely courteous, and check in and out process was quick and easy. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was well maintained and VERY clean.

The hotel room was trashed, roof in bathroom was about to collapse very rusty bars coming down from ceiling it was just the worst definitely not worth $200 dollars a night luckily it was college beach weekend so I didn't really spend much time in the room just got it as a safe spot to chill at before and after functions

Hotel was great for the price. Staff was super friendly. You just don't get the same hospitality in California. Room was huge for one person, so that's a plus. Bare essentials in this hotel. It's literally just a clean bed, clean bathroom, but had a microwave and a mini-fridge in the big closet which was nice. My only complaint was there was no blow-dryer in the bathroom, but the front desk quickly resolved that issue and let me borrow one they had up front.

Not fancy but clean and close to stores and restaurants. Looked at two bedroom units for family trip next summer. Only place I have seen that large -- sleeps nine short two blocks to the beach. No wifi which is a disappointment. Hope they decide to install it soon. Will likely come back

the staff was very friendly and helpful the rooms were a nice size with refrigerators and stoves and microwaves the beds are comfortable I like that it had the cover to cover the mattress and the box spring to prevent bed bugs. the decor in the room needs to be updated but the room was very clean the location was great it was a block away from the beach and I would stay their again
