The Hyatt at Town Center was super clean, so comfortable and roomy! We had a room with 2 queen beds and a couch- refrigerator, closet- nice bathroom! Loved it! Really liked the property!

I also didn't clue into the continental breakfast the first stay, but the second stay it was a great spread. Lots of seating that was clean and someone was there refilling food and wiping down tables. Parking was easy and close and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent experience. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fare. Would most definitely stay here again.

The free breakfast buffet offered many options which were of good quality. One employee in particular, Cindy, was very kind and helpful, offering us some remaining food selections since we were the last breakfast patrons. Overall a very pleasant stay. Everything was very nice. The only negative was that the outside traffic (complete with 3 episodes of emergency vehicles passing by) could be heard fairly loudly from our room (422). Also would have loved to have a microwave in the room.

The doors to the rooms are so heavy and slam very loud as you or other guests come and go, so it can be very disturbing to other guest during their sleep or early in the am (as it was for me!).

I payed online through booking.com. When I arrived to check-in the staff charged my card a second time. Great hotel stay. The only negative is there was not a vent in the bathroom which made for a steamy bathroom. Not the biggest deal, but notable.

They had a revival going all weekend, which I’m all for, it’s just the noise from the music room over the entire lobby and eating area - it was super loud. But we still enjoyed our stay.

We ate the breakfast one morning. The coffee was empty and people were waiting. We waited 10 minutes and left. We went back another day for breakfast and once again the coffee pot was empty so we left and went somewhere else for breakfast. There were 2 coffee pots there so I don't know how you can't keep at least one filled.

It is conveniently located in the Town Center area. Both room and public areas are clean and well kept. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice, too. We've stayed in similar hotels in VB and Chesapeake, this one is the best choice.

This was everything you’d expect from a Hyatt Place. It’s in a fairly busy area with lots of shopping so if you need anything, it’s all very close by. I liked that they had cappuccino and lattes at the café in the morning.

Upon checking in, a crib was not in our room despite being requested in advnce. It was never brought to us. The toilet didnt work the whole time. We had to open the tank after each flush and hit the flush value to make the tank fill. Despite informing the front desk, no one ever came to fix it, the entire time! We were also changed for the entire stay depsite having already paid.

My family enjoyed the Hyatt Hotel with everything in Beach Town Center. We went to our daughter’s wedding and I packed my mother of the bride dress in my suitcase. It was wrinkled throughout the dress. The staff offered me a steamer for my dress. I am happy, they had it in their hotel. My hubby and I went for breakfast every morning. Also, we went to the gym and pool. My teenagers went to the gym with us, but they wanted to go to Fresh Market. In walking distance, we went to Target, Nordstrom, Coastal Region, Bahama Breeze, Village Inn and Cheesecake Factory. There were other shops we wanted to try but, we ran out of time. The hotel parking was fantastic, no daily charge. The staff customer service was a 10 rating for excellence at its best. The room stayed clean and the cleaning staff cleans every other day. I am glad that I chose the Hyatt Hotel. This is a diamond in the ocean. My hubby and I are grateful for the service, we have received. Thank you ❤️

The best part about the property was Victor Riddick! He was the front desk / property manager He was awesome and very accommodating to our needs. We were disappointed because we booked the wrong Hyatt Place location, (we wanted the beach front location) but he was very accommodating as if it was his mistake and it wasn't. The wait staff was also very friendly and engaged with us in conversation. For this hotel to be pet friendly there were no smells or issues with pets being there. We had a great short time there. Would visit again just not sure if I would do Virginia Beach anytime soon...

Very excellent property as always just room could use a quarterly PM on the room, AC vents had some molding along with the stand up shower. The p trap smelt like garbage it was very disgusting when running water to smell what was coming from the sink. A nice PM would have made this experience great.

The facility was fine. It was a convenient location for us as we visited family who live at the beach. We didn't need anything ocean front, so it was a little less expensive than being right on the beach. The bed was very uncomfortable and didn't provide a great opportunity for rest. There is not enough handicap parking.

Nice experience with staying

Overall my stay was okay. We checked in on Sunday afternoon and were told housekeeping services would be limited to every third day or we could choose which days housekeeping would stop by. I selected our first day for housekeeping for Tuesday and everything went well. I selected Thursday for our second day and confirmed my choice the night before and again prior to leaving the hotel for a day of sightseeing, just as did with Tuesday's housekeeping day. When We returned Thursday evening, housekeeping had not cleaned the room. The beds were unmade, the bathroom was dirty, the dirty towels were left on the bathroom floor, and the toilet paper had not been replenished. When I went to the front desk to explain the situation, the young lady was very rude and dismissive. I asked for towels, sheets, and toilet paper. She informed me that housekeeping was gone for the day. I advised her that I would make the beds myself. She got very huffy and told me that she would have the towels and sheets delivered to my room. She never apologized for the oversight of housekeeping not stopping by even though while standing at the front desk, I could clearly see my room number on her "Housekeeping List" with a red check mark beside it just like the other rooms on the list. All of the other front desk staff were very pleasant throughout out stay. She is not a good representative of the Hyatt Hotel organization.

The room was good and the bed comfortable! Sofa bed was used by the other adult and those mattresses get worn out and are not comfortable. Need to replace. Otherwise, stay, all good.

They don’t clean room everyday even though websites says housekeeping everyday. Bathroom was getting flooded after every time you take shower. Bed was not comfy. I usually like Hyatt properties but they were ok not like every other time I had great experience with other properties of Hyatt.

Great location. Great service. Great food. Great breakfast buffet!!

Through the whole day we had problems with our keys every day we needed to get new keys and we can never get in a room unless we had new keys remake that was a big problem and an inconvenience for our stay

Great Staff and Great Service!

After a 12hr drive from TN we were welcomed by the very friendly night desk attendant. She was kind and not at all put off by our midnight check in. She made sure we had all the information and extra keys we needed. Parking was plentiful. The lobby was exceptionally clean, well lit, and market area was fully stocked. Security was very good as well, card scanning to get in the front doors (after hours), scan to get to any floor, it was reassuring. Our room was spotless, not even a water spot on the faucet. I was very impressed. The beds, including the pullout were comfortable with clean sheets and blankets provided for the pull-out bed. The shower was no joke, there plenty of water pressure at this place, which I appreciated. Our room overlooked the highway exit (see photos) but we didn't hear it at all. It was very quiet!! Everything in the surrounding area is so close by, the beach is about 13mins away with Friday traffic, which imo is not bad at all. Restaurants are close by, as well as shopping and groceries if you need them. We stayed 2 nights. I would stay here again without hesitation!

It's always clean and quiet. The front desk staff always greeted us as we come in and wishes us a good day when we leave.

This location is perfect for my stay. Not a far drive from the beach and also close to my daughter. Also love the free parking. My 2nd stay - always clean & like the breakfast which is free for members.

My toddlers and I enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean. I would recommend house keeping work on cleaning the shower. Such as the floor and base line. The refrigerator also seemed old and was making a lot of weird noises the first day.

Great hotel as long as you are on the parking lot side. Otherwise the noise from road and fire trucks are too loud on the back street side of hotel

Room was great. Clean and very comfortable. Staff very attentive.

As a whole our stay was great. Rooms have very dark/poor lighting. The mini fridge in our room was turned off so we couldn't use it until hours later. AC unit was loud. Also this is the ONLY Hyatt we've ever stayed at that charges for breakfast. Don't know what thats all about.

More than expected!

I liked the room but the shower head was positioned so it would squirt you in the face. The person who first checked me in was very nice. The toilet stopped working but i fixed it. The problem was a stuck valve filler. That was strange.

Staff was excellent!

This property allows pets, which is great. Staff was friendly. They have a little bar on site which is kind of nice. There isn’t a lot of space to walk your dog, but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

This is accessible to a lot in Towncenter. And a very nice place to stay. Breakfast is good also. For 12$.

Hotel was clean. Location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were there for a concert and the venue was a quick, straight-forward 15 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place near a lot of different restaurants and stores with easy parking rooms easy to hear through walls with other people shutting doors and such but has been relatively quiet

Front desk staff were very helpful and kind. We just stayed for a night while traveling from Florida. Room wasvery nice. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was very clean.

The sliding door to the bathroom was extremely difficult to open and close. This was reported to the staff. Other than that, it was a great stay. I recommend it.
