Good breakfast. Comfortable Bed. Spacious Room. Pool was a little murky the first night, but when contacted they had the pool guy come and clear it up by the next day. Friendly staff.

Who won the picture it's not as glamorous in person. With that being said the rooms were clean nice staff friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Room was very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. Staff was very friendly. I loved the hot tub/pool area. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will stay here anytime I revisit the area.

My mother and I came to stay the day before her surgery so that we were close to the hospital. The evening check in person, Kimberly, was simply amazing! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job. She is an asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and definitely one that I have on my list to stay at again.

Saw a bedbug in the bed on last morning. The breakfast food was awful on Saturday and they used the food from Saturday morning and served it on sunday morning. Which makes me think how long have they used leftovers. I continuesly heard water pipes throughout my visit. Floors throughout the hotel were dirty. I haven't never stayed at a Hilton and been this disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. This was my anniversary and was very disappointed

Location was okay. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was not cleaned the 4 days/ 3 nights we were there. We had to specifically request clean towels. Breakfast was great except for the 3rd day which was on 08/22/25. Most of the hot protein food (eggs, sausages) ran out and the person in charge on that day did not cook anymore. This was around 8:10am so folks were still coming downstairs for breakfast. Only food out was all the carbs (bread, waffles, cereal and oatmeal)

The overriding detractor from this stay was that the room was not ready at check in. The pillows were tragic, and one of the beds was lumpy. It took over ten minutes for the water to get hot, and there was not much water pressure.. Although we started eating breakfast and hour before close all the coffee was gone it was not refilled. My daughters and I came to visit Virginia for the first time for my birthday. And from the very start the desk clerk which we didn’t catch her name and Mr. O was very accommodating to us. We were very thankful for that. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was included down to the paper towels , and well stocked . The breakfast was delicious and all the amenities that were included worked out very well for us. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Virginia. We felt right at home ! Thank you Homewood Suite we truly enjoyed our stay .

The property is much cleaner than VB Ocean Front Resorts. Loved the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not like how the bathroom suite needed updating and repairs (likely not from staff but budget cuts of corporate). Did not like the smell of marijuana late at night. Did not like false advertisement (no game room at all-one of the main reasons I chose this hotel in order to make our stay phone with grandchild-spent more money than planned to keep him entertained because of this). Do not reserve this based on the amenities of a game room. Lastly, there was breakfast everyday, however, not a big variety (maybe a meat/eggs, 2 starches, and little fruit choices…).

Carpet, lamp shades and curtains in every room was stained. Bathroom fixtures were rusted. It was not a very pleasant stay at all and we ended up checking out earlier than expected. The manager apologized for the condition of our suite, but it left a horrible impression and we will never return.

Oncra checked me into the hotel. He is very efficient and a real nice person. The request I always have is the first floor and I was very happy I was able to get that floor. It is so easy to get to the swimming pool and enjoy a good swim. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing. I won't stay anywhere else in Virginia Beach because this sweet is exactly what I was looking for. Taco night was delicious. Can't wait to see Crystal and all of the staff because they always treat me so nice. See you guys in a couple months.

The free breakfast was horrible. Burned eggs, dried sausage and undercooked potatoes. On my second morning there breakfast was as the day before, however the juice was warm. Many thanks to housekeeping for the room cleaning.

I liked that they had available parking and the property looked to be clean to my eyes.. The rooms were nice and spacious...full size refrigerator was a plus .. everything aside fromi the strong chemical cleaning smell that engulfed my room it was overall pretty nice stay. The gum equipment was not working the best tho

I booked 2 rooms and both rooms were dirty from the tub to the curtains. The couches have stains all over them and there were crumbs in the bed and an orange stain on the blankets and long black hair all over the bed 😷 and my room keys kept not working.

Very large rooms with comfortable bed. Even though the hotel is next to the highway the rooms are sound proofed and I didn’t hear any traffic noise. Very nice place and staff was great.

The room we stayed in was in none better shaped as the dishes were not well stocked in the mini kitchen, appliances were visibly dirty , hand / finger marks everywhere The hotel seems to lack proper staff and cleaning management team. I feel that this hotel has potential to be much better We loved that it is a pet friendly hotel with cute dog bowel and doggie treats . A really fun putting gree. Outside with corn hole too. I love the quiet rooms and how spacious they are! The breakfast was great all week and the cookies at night were a plus. Don’t love the slow elevator or service request i had to make that was addressed 8 hours later.

Night shift front desk clerk in a car in front and even went back to the car after finally getting out to do their job. Worse stating “I don’t know what you want me to do.” Biggest balls ever. Like if it was her last night at work anyways. Of course the guy in the car with her never even looked up from his phone. Strangest and rudest situation at 3 am.

Elevator closest to our room was out of order most of the trip with my husband being handicap that wasn’t very convenient. ice machines on the bottom three floors didn’t work so if you had to go to the fourth or higher floors to get ice, but then there was not an ice bucket or a bag in our room so luckily it had a little kitchenette and there was a pot for cooking that I could use to get ice The breakfast was pretty good and the front desk staff was very nice upon check out, we were totally be emailed a receipt still haven’t received it. Not sure why they couldn’t print one. especially since they were holding $100 for incidentals

I come here every 2 months. This hotel did a 180 turnaround. Plenty of luggage carts, hallways clean and smelling FRESH, breakfast lots of variety, rooms cleaned spotless, friendly staff. Great hotel!

The front desk person was WONDERFUL. He explained everything and was very personable. The room was simply great from the design, the bedding, and having dishes for use in the kitchen.

Rooms need to be upgraded. Rugs are dirty. Dishwasher broken. Furniture worn out. Lamp missing next to bed. Staff very friendly and bed was very comfortable. Would probably not stay there again

The hotel was booked so I imagine the staff was very busy BUT… hotel was honestly filthy. We would search for a table in the morning at breakfast that was clean and it was a struggle. The rooms definitely were not cleaned. My husband found a yogurt cup and spoon with splatter under the main bed. We had four people and were given two towels. Trash was not taken out. The hide a bed did not have linens. We did ask for linens and hotel was responsive in reasonable time. Staff was friendly. The only cleaning staff I saw was consistently on phone or FaceTiming. As a family with small children I’m thankful we brought some cleaning supplies along because we definitely had to use them to tidy up the room!

The staff was great

This was a good option for our family and our plans to travel throughout the area. To be clear there is one sleeping room, a living room and kitchen. Arrangement was unclear from advertising It was great to have a fridge and kitchen. It was affordable for us. Good value!

We liked that it was tucked back off the road so it was quiet. Staff was very nice, room was clean but there wasn't any bedding for the sleeper sofa and it was late when we arrived so we didn't call down for some, just gave them our blanket. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is rundown, and the service is poor. The front door and bedroom door locks were damaged as if the doors had been kicked in. We requested bedwear for the pullout sofa bed and never received them. After a few hours, we asked at the front desk and were told the hotel did not have any pillows. I got a spider bite from sleeping in the king bed. The cleaner bottles in the shower were empty. The creamers for the coffee in the room were spoiled. The fresh pot of coffee brought out to the dining area was cold. We did not eat the breakfast buffet for fear of getting food poisoning. This is not the first Hilton where I have had a bad experience, and I will never book Hilton again.

Our room was spacious and clean! The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Not clean. Pool was stagnant with mold on the ceiling. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and there was mold in the shower. The curtains were half falling down. There was trash and tools in the hallway for several days. In my 5 night stay, the hallways were never vacuumed

Front desk clerks were professional and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that was off-putting was the shampoo/conditioner bottles that are hanging in the shower were empty.

Sadly, we were charged a ‘refundable’ $30. Charge to stay in the room. This charge was on top of paying for a room that had a bathroom with unfinished drywall repair on bathroom ceiling and black grout along the shower seams.

Room and service was fantastic but pool was dirty, hot tub was not working and very limited breakfast. Would have liked a better variety for breakfast.

even when the supplies are LOW. I have been here a week.Every time I ask for a new wash cloth they don't have one. They never have any linen to offer. I eventually had to buy my own. They finally got rid of the worthless carts, But only have two. 122 rooms need 4. Be prepared to Go on each floor to find one cart because the other cart is always in somebody else's room hiding. The gym is dirty dusty no towels and equipment is Falling apart. The breakfast is really really good. Whoever stocks this hotel needs to realize that we need more carts and definitely more linen. Travelers need to be able to keep clean here. It is kind of hard when every day.They don't have any towels or wash cloths.

Bugs in the kitchen. Room not prepared with sufficient laundry, no daily housekeeping.

Unfortunately the cleaning staff did not come to clean our rooms after we requested it and they never came by to take our trash out and intially refused to give us extra towels and washcloths.

The room we were given had holes in the bathroom wall, was missing the hot water faucet handle, and was in disrepair especially the door which had to be forced to shut. Hilton hotels offered no remedy and Hotels.com made us stay there because they refused to allow us to cancel our stay without forfeiting our payment.
