Rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. Parking garage is too tight. Lighting in hallway is too dim. Rooms are too noisy - can hear the slightest noises from outside.

The location was great! We did not move our car since we arrived. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Also, the food in the restaurant was amazing and everyone working in the restaurant were great!! The elevator was slow and got off track a couple of times. But we still got where needed to go safely. It didn't stay down too long.

Great location on the beach with a beautiful view. The halls were a bit dark and the elevators very slow to come. Felt compelled to use the stairwell at times. Sometimes there was a smell of weed throughout the halls and it did permeate the room walls.

The smell of marijuana was overwhelming! It states no cigarettes or smoking on the property yet when it was mentioned they said they sprayed. The smells of whatever they cleaned with was also overpowering.

The lobby smelled so nice and fresh! The room was in good condition, I like having a fridge, the beds and limes were nice. Loved the shampoo conditioner and body wash and lotion you supplied. Smells good. Balcony was nice. Staff very nice. The restaurant wasn’t so good. I waited for someone to seat me for breakfast for about 5 min. No one was in the place to seat me. I sat myself. Got my own menu. Gluten free pancake was tasteless.

The hallways are very dark for a beach hotel. Great location and room could use a better clean/dusting before new arrivals.

At the time of check in, I was told the security deposit is $50 but my credit card statement showed $75. The view from my room was excellent but the air conditioning unit and toilet were loud and noisy. Lastly we paid extra for breakfast but ended up paying $15 more at Jumpin Shrimp restaurant and their service was too slow. We ended up not using the second stay voucher because no one showed up at the front after waiting for five minutes. Not recommended for the guests arriving with a large vehicle like truck/suv since height restriction on the parking was 6’2”, and our truck barely made it.

Clean local and lovely staff. Had to buy a kettle to make tea as they only had a coffee maker. Was told to use that to make hot water or the microwave. The coffee maker stank of coffee and I was not going to use the microwave. Also wifi was extremely slow couldn’t do anything on my iPad.

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with any and all questions or concerns we may have had; although there were no concerns. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel.. why does the fisherman's pier charge a $4 fee per person, to walk out & do nothing more than stand over the ocean??? Such a simple, enjoyable thing, yet someone has monopolized it now. Frustrating, so we chose not to enjoy the pier or anything at the pier.

We loved or stay here at the four points Sheraton the staff was great the restaurant the quality of the food was outstanding the best that I have eaten since the pandemic they always have specials every day from early in the morning until late at night with drinks and food the bed was so comfortable and I loved the feather down pillows we just enjoyed ourselves so much here

The rooms and hotel was spotless . Staff was amazing . Location was good on boardwalk close to shops and restaurants.The restaurant on sites food was good and good prices ces. Water pressure in shower was very weak , although the hotel was clean there was a strong scent of perfume that was a little overwhelming. The food at the restaurant was very good but the service during the breakfast and lunch time was very slow we left twice because of it no one came to wait on us. Dinner hour was better we sat at the bar the bartender was very attentive .

Having stayed in VA Beach for many years, this was THE BEST experience we have had in a long time. The staff, cleanliness, great rooms, beds, services, food in their restaurant, all was amazing! This is now the only place we will stay in the future. Everything was excellent. The security was amazing too. This was perfection at its best.

I find that incredibly mind blowing. They did offer a free water in the room, but did not clean our room day 2 while we were gone all day. Which resulted in no clean towels. Dissappointing for staying 2 days at a hotel for over 700.00 after taxes and fees. I hope they consider these things for other people who stay here.

CHECK IN WAS GOOD VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOM WAS NICE AND BEDS COMFORTABLE. LOVED SITTING ON BALCONY WATCHING THE OCEAN AND DOLPHINS. LOVED THE POOL AND HOW WARM THE ROOM AND WATER WERE . ALSO A NICE SURPRISE FOR THE FREE WATER IN THE ROOM . THE ONLY THING I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN WAS THE HOURS FOR THE POOL. I WISHED IT WOULD OPEN UP EARLIER THAN 10:00am MAYBE 8:00am THAT WAY PEOPLE COULD ENJOY IT ESPECIALLY IF CHECK OUT IS 11:00.

The room was very spacious, we stayed in the suite. The balcony door was jammed, and super hard to open, I had to ask my husband to open it each time. But other than that the room was cool. I was really bummed that the pool was closed because my kids were looking forward to going swimming. Overall, the beachfront view was gorgeous, the location of the hotel was perfect. I would vacation there again, as long as the pool is open.

On the downside, the hotel's common areas felt very dark. The wings we ordered with a 20% discount were average. The hotel location is great, right along the boardwalk and the beach. Common spaces were damp. We had a huge cockroach in our room who would appear and disappear over our stay; front desk's only option was to spray the room with Raid (no thanks). Good power/USB options throughout the suite. Balcony was great. Fixtures are showing their age. Pillows are those awful mushy lumps. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Over all the stay was okay, but the Hallway to the room is dark and creepy. . Glass door to the balcony was dirty. Used coffe filter was left in the coffee machine. Toilet holder was loose, so Toilet paper was falling. Mattress is great but the pillows are thin so i had a massive headache the next morning

Hotel is the perfect location for the Boardwalk! Staff is friendly and grounds are clean and well kept. Rooms are nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Only drawbacks were single ply toilet paper and it takes awhile to get hot water plus pressure is a bit low.

The property is an excellent value. Only complaint is the excessive use of air fresheners in the public spaces. While the scent is very nice it needs to be dialed back about 90%.

The next morning, Saturday, we tried to go down to go to the beach. The light still didn’t come on, but after about 5 minutes the door opened and we went down. Had a wonderful time at the beach! Coming back in, there was a long line waiting. One elevator was stuck on level 2. The other was apparently taking way too long. We really didn’t have a choice but to take the stairs, the issue was that we stayed with our 75 year old grandmother. So the 4 of us had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to our room. Just seems… a bit ridiculous considering they said that the elevators were supposed to get fixed during the night. I don’t think they were fully fixed till Monday. Once the elevators worked there really wasn’t much to gripe about, other than the weather which no one can control. I just wish that they had been able to be more accommodating for the elders and the few handicap people I seen instead

Deep bathtub to relax in. The battery for our door lock wore out so we were stuck out of our room for about 20 mins. Quick fix, thanks team! Jumping shrimp restaurant is great and the little shore shop being inside the building is such a plus. Love the shop owner! Overall stay was good. But would I stay here again? No. There are comparable hotels with better amenities and vibes.

I had a pleasure meeting Ciara over the phone. She was beyond very accommodating, I went there with my family. We booked three separate rooms and we had a great stay. The staff was amazing. Ciara even worked with my mom to surprise me with a birthday cake they just went above and beyond. I wanna give a shout out to Angela as well and all the staff even the cleaning crew and also Eric And all the staff inside of the jumpin shrimp restaurant.

Everything was good except the room. The black metal storage shelves and the microwave/coffee maker stand are right in front of the bed, making them the eye sore every time waking up in the bed. The rooms need to be redesigned and whoever designed this current one had very bad taste.

This was our second visit in 3 weeks. As always, the staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we could possibly need! We already have plans in the works for our next stay. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

One of the 2 elevators was broking during our 5 day stay. They only cleaned our room once too and didn't even change our towels unless we asked them. The hotel was not even that busy.

Location was convenient and the hotel had a store attached and restaurant, so you didnt have to go far for food or any last minute necessities. You also get 15% off your meal, at the restaurant, if you're staying at the hotel (food was soo good btw). Overall, our stay was excellent. Nothing to complain about and we stayed there for a week!

Hotel was great. Biggest problem is I booked through Expedia and they lied about room amenities. This hotel has never had a kitchenette and is advertised by Expedia as having one.

It was close to everything. Staff was very friendly. And the atmosphere was welcoming. Pool wasn't as clean as it could have been. And it was very hot inside.

We struggled to find parking in parking deck due to our truck being a 2500 so the garage was a tight fit could only go up to second level and when it was full there was no where to park.

The bathroom door kinda hung out in the way of getting in and out of the room. We had a toilet issue but when we called someone came immediately. The room was neat and clean and you couldn’t get better ocean view. We were also able to check in a little early. If I had to stay here I would definitely stay.

Location was great and the beach was also a great location. The room was clean and ready for us when we got to the hotel around 1 pm. Everyone was very nice. The hotel is right off the boardwalk and the Jumpin Shrimp reataurant has several happy hours and great food. Pur ocean view room had a balcony which was nice.

Very nice and helpful staff and overall a very nice place stay. Will be staying here again!

It was a solo trip to Virginia Beach alone for self care

It was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking was great. An outdoor pool would be nice.

Location was great & view was amazing. Had a slight hiccup with awful shower pressure but maintenance was able to fix not only ours but my parents as well quickly. We also received a follow up phone call the next morning to check up.

We had an amazing stay! The view was great and love that it is walking distance to everything.

Manager accommodated us with an upper floor when it was available.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We woke up to realize there were ants in the bedding as well as other areas of the bedroom. The naval base runs test flights over the hotel, so it is very noisy hearing fighter jets fly over all day and into the night.

I really loved staying there. It is really right on the beach. It has easy access to lots of stores, and restaurants. The staff there is superb plus the food at their restaurant/ Jumpin Shrimp. A special thanks goes out to Amir for making my stay even more exceptional.

Pros: View from room was gorgeous. Location to beach, beach walk and pier is excellent. Restaurant has good options and not too expensive. Con: Room was really small. Only two of us and felt cramped and crowded trying to get ready. Parking lot area is dirty, and filled with old maintenance items from hotel. The second floor hallway joining parking to hotel always stunk like marijuana. Hotel only has indoor pool, unlike surrounding hotels. It’s non smoking but we smelled smoke, marijuans the entire trip from other rooms. Overall; Lobby and staff are nice. Rooms, hallways and parking felt run down and like a 2-3 star hotel. Would not choose it again.

Review: I stayed at the Sheraton Four Points with my husband and four of our children (April 2025, Mon–Sat). This is not a corporate Sheraton—it is a privately owned property that uses the Sheraton name. When we walked in, my first thought was, “What did I just book?” But once inside, the hotel turned out to be a bit of a hidden gem. That said, there are a number of things guests should know: Pros:    •   Rooms were mostly clean and well-kept.    •   Great location near the beach and attractions.    •   Comfortable beds. Cons:    •   Housekeeping: I requested a linen change midweek (Wednesday), but it was not done until late afternoon while we were in the room—an inconvenience after a full day out. My kids’ beds were never changed. I found a yellow fake fingernail under one of their sheets, which was pretty gross.    •   TV Compatibility: Streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video do not work properly if your content is in 4K—sound plays, but there’s no image.    •   Low Water Pressure: The water pressure in the shower and sink was extremely weak. No way to adjust it.    •   No Trash Liners: Trash goes straight into the bin. Not great if you have sticky or wet waste.

The first impression was excellent. Very friendly staff. Parked in hotel garage. Beach literally behind hotel. This was a walking distance from shops. And the restaurant is downstairs. Would definitely come back again in the future or recommend this to a friend.

The first night when we stay, we woke up to ants all in the bed and on the nightstand. We went downstairs and ask for our money back they say to us we can’t get the money back because it was a 3 rd party booking. I will never stay here again

We were given a handicap accessible room and we didn’t pay for it. The bathroom door in the bedroom looked like it was designed to be an exit door. There were ants coming from somewhere in the room and were all over the counter tops in the living room and bedroom.

The best thing about the room is that I had a really nice ocean view, which was the reason for the whole trip. The room was clean but for some reason they have no trash bags in the trash cans.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the front desk clerk. Very friendly and informative. Parking was very convenient for us, my husband uses a wheelchair. Room was wheelchair accessible, though it's always difficult to hold the door and wheel him through. Room was clean, my only complaint is a wish the bathroom had a larger vanity and the room had more space to put things on. The view was amazing. First floor room with a balcony...be sure to get up early to watch the sunrise!! The two restaurants in the hotel area were affordable and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

It was fine but the elevator was dirty and the floor damaged. Damage to the ceiling outside the elevator on one of the floors. It just gave a bad first impression when you walk in and see that. Bathroom is small and outdated. I liked having the smart TV in the room so I could stream Netflix and Prime from my phone.

Not only was the staff at the hotel rude, but Expedia's service was as well. It was my first time at this hotel, and the check-in process was a disaster. During check-in, the front supervisor was rude, obnoxious, and abrupt, which should have been a red flag. The hotel wasn't busy at all, yet they continuously ran out of coffee. Additionally, the clean-up crew entered my room without any notice. Unfortunately, Expedia's customer service was also unhelpful and discourteous. I would not recommend this experience.

Alway stay here on our way back from Mrytle Beach usually stay for two nights to enjoy the hotel and the surrounding area. Great restaurant in the hotel good food all day. Service is good and all employees are very friendly

We loved our stay here! It is off season so it was very quiet, so I can’t speak on what it’s like during the warmer months. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the area around the beach/hotel were very clean and well kept. Most shops/some restaurants around the hotel seem to be seasonal and were closed so be mindful of off season if you really enjoy walkable areas. I did have an issue at check in that was resolved. I called the property on 2 separate occasions to verify that I could pay cash upon check in as I was splitting the cost with my fiancé. I was told yes I could pay cash and have a card on file for the incidentals. Upon arrival at 11:00pm after getting off of a flight I was told I could not pay cash. The gentleman at the desk kept repeatedly asking me what the persons name was that told me this. I told him I did not have name but I told him the day and time that I called. Eventually after explaining that I had cash in hand, the banks were closed for me to deposit and that I had just traveled 16 hours away from home I was allowed to check in with cash. I have worked in the hotel industry before and have never heard of an hotel not accepting cash. Another thing to note is to make sure your door closes all the way after leaving. Our door had to be slammed shut most of our stay. Same with the balcony door as you have to mess with the lock and pull hard to open it. Overall I would definitely stay again but I would pay by card only.

This was our 2nd stay this year at this hotel and it proved to be clean and well maintained with friendly staff each time. Comfortable beds, the delicious restaurant inside the hotel, and beach entrance right outside across from the hotel were all highlights.

The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. We didn’t use any of the property’s amenity’s ie: pool, exercise room. The restaurant was nice and the service was great.

I’ll start with pluses. Charging stations available, staff was so polite and helpful, restaurant on site was delicious and the view of the beach was perfect. Now for the bad. Rooms are dated, tvs did not work , heating unit sounded like a helicopter when it started, refrigerator was also very loud.

Room was clean, friendly staff. . Heater in room was a bit noisy but everything else was great.

Comfortable and quiet. Just need to work out tv connections. TV turned off automatically after about 20 minutes. If left untouched, tv turned on automatically . Otherwise, we loved our oceanfront stay.

Nice hotel, but it was tight and small. The 4 of us were always bumping into each other and the 2 queen beds felt like 2 full size beds.

The property is in a central location near the pier. I traveled alone and felt very safe there. They have a restaurant on site that you get a discount for staying in the hotel. The crab cake sandwich was wonderful!. This is my go to place when I visit the area.

Last stay there was 3 years ago and it wasn’t my top choice this year but gave it another try because loved location. We were totally impressed in renovation, staff was fantastic and totally enjoyed our 7 day stay. Would highly recommend.

One big problem is parking in the parking building! If you have a van or truck you it is hard if the building is busy. Elevator had trouble also. Staff was nice.

The property was convenient to boardwalk and restaurants. Th3 rooms were very small and basic. The floor we were given was only 2nd floor so th3 view was subpar.

This clean property is located directly on the beach and boardwalk, and has 2 wonderful restaurants plus many others within walking distance. The rooms and common area were very clean, and the front desk staff was able to get us into our room early without even asking- safe parking garage also included with your room rate.

Parking has a height restrictions. If your SUV has a carrier on the roof won't be able to pass their parking garage hotel will ask you to remove it or you will park somewhere and pay for parking. Room has an amazing oceanview. AC inside room very noisy .
